The article provides information about the need for further development of greenhouse facilities in the agro-industrial complex for year-round provision of the population with fruit products, which cannot be solved by using only the production of products in the open field due to the climatic features of the country's territory. It is noted that greenhouse production, for various reasons of an objective and subjective nature, is accompanied by industrial injuries, poisoning of workers and industrial diseases, since production conditions are focused on the needs of plants. In this regard, the components of the “man-object-plants-technologies-mechanisms” system were studied and functional theoretical dependencies were proposed, which are a guideline for substantiating innovative methods and means of preventive solutions that counteract the possibility of injury, poisoning and occupational diseases. The article lists the author's modern solutions aimed at achieving the possibilities of some work without injuries, which ensures the appropriate working conditions for these objects by the requirements of the country's regulatory framework.

The development of the transport system in any country significantly affects economic development. The active development of the transport system requires high-quality roads, as this affects the safety of their operation and especially during low temperatures. During this period, roads are covered with ice or snow, which requires their speedy removal. The quality of the road surface depends on the adhesion of ice with road clothes. The article deals with the issue of adhesive interactions in the ice-asphalt concrete system. The developed methodology can determine the adhesion of ice to the surface of the road surface. This circumstance will allow using various additives and varying the composition and components of asphalt concrete to reduce adhesive interactions. Reduced adhesive interactions will allow to remove ice and snow more quickly, and this will reduce the number of road accidents, which will save people's lives and health. Bituminous salt mass, which is a waste from the destruction of chemical weapons of the organophosphorus group, is considered as modifiers. Its chemical composition is considered, which makes it possible to ensure its effect of surfactants. The experiments were performed and processed using the theory of experiment planning. The response surfaces of a particular sample of the general population and the regularities described by regression equations, the adequacy of which is verified by the Fisher and Cochrane criteria, are obtained.

In the complex of environmental agricultural practices during of potatoes production an important place is given to the intrasoil local method of fertilizing. Technological systems for the application of this method operate as part of potato planting combined units. The use of automated technological systems for the implementation of an intrasoil local method of applying fertilizers will allow real-time dosed placement of foci of agrochemicals in those layers of the soil horizon that available for root system of plant. This will significantly reduce losses and increase the utilization rate of fertilizers while ensuring an acceptable level of environmental safety of their use and improving the working conditions of a operator. Therefore, given the random nature of the operating conditions of potato planting units, the development of an automated device for active control of the depth of placement of fertilizer foci in given horizons of the root layer the algorithm of which uses methods of predictive assessment of the state of the object is a very urgent task.

The article provides information on the dustiness of the air in the working area when accepting sunflower meal at a feed mill, which is carried out by pouring the meal from the bodies of onboard vehicles into the receiving hopper. The results of measurements of dust concentration and assessment of its disperse composition at various stages of acceptance of sunflower meal are presented. The parameters of the disperse composition of dust are of a probabilistic nature, therefore, along with the experimental values, the parameters of the distribution function are given.

The purpose of this article is to study the existing methodology for calculating fire risk and identify factors that the methodology does not take into account, but their impact on the magnitude of fire risk is significant. It has been established that such a factor is the panic of people as a result of a reaction to external influences. The article contains the results of a study on the influence of the panic factor on the evacuation of people in the event of a fire. The object of the study was the Children's Creativity Center located in one of the district centers of the Republic of Mordovia. It is established that the panic reaction depends on the gender and age parameters of people. A comparative analysis of the results of calculations of the evacuation time without taking into account and taking into account the panic factor shows that it is unacceptable to neglect this factor. The results of the conducted studies provide grounds for making changes to the methodology of fire risk calculations in order to take into account the panic factor at the beginning of evacuation.

In an experiment conducted at JSC "Plemzavod named after Dzerzhinsky" Yaroslavl district of the Yaroslavl region, the effect of feeding the polymicrobiological feed additive "Yarosil" to fattening bulls from 5 days of age to a year and its prolonged action up to 18 months of age was studied . Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions in biotechnical systems associated with the implementation of technological processes for the production of crop products is a complex system problem, the solution of which requires not only an assessment of the parameters of the technical condition of technological machines, but also the correctness of the certain actions of the human operator of the machine-tractor unit, as well as the properties of production items and sanitary and hygienic working conditions. One of the effective methods of technogenic nature in solving the problem related to minimization of technological risks leading to chemical contamination of the agricultural environment during the operation of the investigated complex is to equip it with digital automated devices for active control of the quality of dosing of introduced materials, which would promptly provide real-time forecasting of the state of the investigated object and carry out information-measuring and restoration functions. The creation of automated active monitoring devices required special experimental studies under normal operation conditions with obtaining a large amount of data and their statistical processing, the results of which formed the basis of this development.

This article is a logical continuation of previously published materials on the topic “Analysis of fire safety at the objects of protection of the agro-industrial complex with a mass stay of people”. The conducted studies have established that a necessary condition for ensuring fire safety is the fulfillment of the fire safety requirements provided for by the technical regulations adopted in accordance with the Federal Law "On Technical Regulation", and sufficient - so that, moreover, the fire risk does not exceed acceptable values.

The role of tissue hygroscopicity in violation of the protective qualities of tissues made of natural fibers, associated with increased tissue permeability by microorganisms, is shown. The ability of the studied tissues to absorb moisture was determined. An original program was used to assess the hygroscopicity of fabrics intended for the manufacture of special clothing. Recommendations have been developed for the use of cotton fabrics in conditions of high microbial contamination.

The need for food supply for the population has been and remains the most important component of the life of the world's population. In connection with the growth of the population, this need will grow. Considering that food production requires enormous and constant work in the bosom of the Earth's biosphere, measures are being taken to alleviate working conditions, increase its efficiency, safety and efficiency. In this regard, the growth of electromechanization and automation of technological processes in the agro-industrial complex is an inevitability not only of the past, but also of the current century. With regard to agricultural production, the decisive factor in this direction is the use of mobile agricultural units with piston motor tractor engines. The latter are characterized by the peculiarity of reducing efficiency as they approach the amortization period, up to complete failure (i.e., termination of performance). In this regard, specialists are developing methods and tools for diagnosing the operability of auto-tractor engines in order to restore it in a timely manner. For this purpose, an innovative device has been proposed for diagnosing the operability of these engines. The article provides a diagram of the device, a description of the principle of its operation to achieve the set goal under operating conditions. The constituent structural elements of the device are deficient-free and affordable. The device combined with their use is not structurally difficult and allows one to obtain reliable results on assessing the performance of engines according to their measured characteristic indicators under operating conditions.

In the Russian Federation, 30 % of all road accidents (accidents) occur on non-paved roads, 90 % of which are intended for local use. In the Bryansk region, 35 % of accidents occur on non-paved roads, all of which are intended for local use, including on-farm highways (local highways located within the boundaries of a rural settlement, intended for transport services of facilities for the production, processing and marketing of agricultural and other products). The analysis of the above factors for improving the safety of drivers of agricultural vehicles (SATS) makes it possible to model various scenarios for the development of traumatic situations in conditions of agricultural production. To ensure the safety of SAT drivers, systems and means of passive, active and preventive protection are used. Passive systems and means of protection of the driver depend on the design and operational properties of the car, aimed at reducing the severity of the accident. The main ones include systems and devices based on ultrasonic radiation, designed to reduce the risk of injury to drivers by more accurately determining the length of the braking distance and preventing collisions of motor vehicles. The existing methods and devices for determining the braking distance and preventing collisions of SATS do not allow visual monitoring of signals in front (behind or next to) walking cars and an appropriate response to them in case of poor visibility or when driving a group of cars, generating control signals and issuing several recommendations to the driver at the same time, require additional installation of satellite navigation systems and a variety of integrated modules of the device, timely activation of the braking system is excluded due to the absence of an actuating mechanism for automatic activation of the braking system and a sensor for the force of pressing the brake pedal, as well as the psychophysiological characteristics of the driver of the vehicle, which reduces the responsiveness in the event of an obstacle.

The agro-industrial complex is a stable consumer of mobile means of mechanization in a wide variety of industry activities almost every day and around the clock. This is required by various types of life, dictated by the specifics of production (livestock, poultry, horticulture, open and closed ground, storage, processing and sale, etc.). The needs of production are characterized by a variety of units, the prevailing of which are tractors, automobiles, harvesters. All of them are powered by combustion engines and transmissions with different numbers of gears. The frequency of using the latter is dictated by the type of work and their technology. The practice of using such units is characterized by their frequent installation and engine shutdown (technological and technical failures, technological needs, breaks, etc.). The operating requirements provide for the fixation of the units when parked with a hand brake and a gear engaged, excluding spontaneous rolling due to the relief of wind loads, etc. when diesels are started by starting engines and when operators are between the front and rear wheels. Such assaults usually end in severe or fatal outcomes, the number of which in the agro-industrial complex is averaged about 45 people annually. In order to exclude such a situation, an innovative locking device has been proposed that excludes automatically stated situations and related injuries. The performance of the device has been confirmed by laboratory tests.

The problem of today is the high concentration of cars in cities, associated with the growth of the number of personal cars. The capacity of city streets is much less than the number of cars, so traffic is accompanied by traffic jams in front of traffic lights. It is concluded, that with such a rhythm of movement, time losses, wear of engine parts and vehicle systems and harmful emissions significantly increase.

The results of research related to injury of operators of mobile agricultural machinery due to absence or imperfection of safety interlocks design are given. Information is given on the level of injuries of agricultural workers due to harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions, including due to the imperfection of agricultural equipment in terms of labor protection parameters. The components of harmful and (or (dangerous working conditions and their share in non-compliance with regulatory requirements guaranteeing the regulatory framework of the country for safety and harmlessness of work are named. Specific data are given for eight enlarged groups of economic activity on labor protection indicators (the number of injured and dead) for comparison as of the beginning of 2021 and 2019. The share for the same conditions of the number of workers, including the share of workers in harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions, employed in heavy work and work with labor process strain, is given. Attention is drawn to the need for a variety of food products, which is ensured by the versatility of agricultural enterprises and a variety of types of work. The mechanization of agricultural production is based on a variety of agricultural machinery and equipment used in order to increase productivity, production efficiency and facilitate labor. It is noted that in the fleet of agricultural equipment used, the determining share of mobile machines with internal combustion engines (cars, tractors, combines, bulldozers, excavators, scrapers and other machines) on a wheeled or crawler track is drawn. According to the regulatory and legal framework, all types of work activities should not lead to injury and illness of workers. At the same time, many of them, for one reason or another, are accompanied by severe and fatal injuries. One of the reasons is the ability to start their engines when the gear is engaged in the transmission. In order to eliminate such situations, an innovative solution has been proposed - a device for blocking the possibility of starting the engines of mobile machines if the gear shift lever is not set to the neutral position before starting. This prevents the possibility of injury to operators and persons servicing the unit.

The article presents the results of studies of feed for safety and nutritional value and control over the inferiority of feeding. The methods of animal feed research for safety and nutritional value are analyzed and the need for their use is justified, since the health of animals largely depends on the quality of feed.

The article is devoted to the problem of ensuring fire safety at the objects of the agro-industrial complex. Modern approaches to ensuring fire safety make it possible to assess compliance with fire safety requirements based on fire risk calculations. The conducted studies revealed the features of calculating the individual fire risk and found that there is a need to adjust the methodology for calculating the fire risk for agro-industrial complex objects, which would take into account all the necessary factors.

This article presents the results of the analysis of fire safety at one of the objects with a mass stay of people (the cafe building), which revealed significant violations. This analysis can be used as the basis for measures to bring this and similar objects in compliance with fire safety requirements.

Отмечается, что агропромышленный комплекс является стабильным поставщиком продовольствия для населения и сырья для различных видов экономической деятельности. Кроме того, характерными являются работы, связанные с распиловкой различных твердых материалов (древесины, пластических масс, замороженной мясной и рыбной продукции, костей и др. Применяемое при этом оборудование отличается металлоемкостью, недостаточной производительностью и низкой надежностью, повышенной травмоопасностью. Кроме того, оборудование для распиловки древесины дорогостоящее и высокоэнергозатратное. В статье приведена характеристика проблемы, связанной с потерей устойчивости средств механизации технологических процессов АПК машинно-тракторными агрегатами (транспортными, пропашными, автомобильными и автотракторными поездами, комбайнами, грузоподъемными кранами). Отмечено, что это обстоятельство приводит к опрокидываниям, авариям, травмам, пожарам, сопровождаемым нередко летальными исходами. В подтверждение изложенному кратко приводятся сведения о числе травм среди женщин и мужчин на производствах АПК страны (включая летальные). Обращено внимание, что изложенное имеет место в связи с тем, что названные агрегаты не оснащены устройствами, сигнализирующими, извещающими автоматически операторов, работающих в условиях неровностей рельефа полей и дорог (горные местности) о достижениях предельных углов наклона, превышение которых приводит к опрокидываниям. В целях исключения названных ситуаций обосновано и на основе обстоятельных исследований разработано устройство, автоматически сигнализирующее визуально и звуковым образом о достижении предельных углов (для данной машины), а значит устойчивости, с целью принятия мер оператором для предотвращения опрокидывания. Оснащение названных машин предложенным инновационным устройством позволит исключить возможности опрокидываний и связанных с этим аварий, травм, пожаров, обеспечивая социально-экономический эффект.

Agricultural production is distinguished by a variety of activities carried out at all seasons of the year and in almost all soil and climatic zones, producing food products and raw materials. Almost a quarter of the volume of work in various zones of the country falls on transport and technological processes. The latter are characterized by road traffic accidents. Determining among them are vehicle collisions, which are accompanied by severe consequences every year. In 2018 alone, 71167 cases of road accidents due to collisions killed 7671 people and injured 109,717. Authors offered a well-grounded and developed strategy and tactics for the dynamic reduction and elimination of occupational injuries and diseases of people.

The information on the comparative characteristics of fires and their consequences in rural and urban areas for 2019-2020 is provided. Based on the analysis of the situation and the results of the research, the authors offer a concept of preventive prevention (instead of a compensatory model), based on innovative methodological solutions and methods and means of their implementation. The article presents data on effective financing of fire-fighting measures that, if implemented in the next 5-7 years, can provide the possibility of reducing the number of fires by 38-45 %.

The design of an ultrasonic aerosol device with increased reliability has been developed. For air treatment the method of aerosol disinfection is offered, as a result of which the general microbial semination of premises is reduced in the average 5,5 times, the content of mold fungi - in 11 times.

To increase the reliability of diagnosing tractor engines, a dynamic loading mode is proposed under bench conditions. The loading modes are substantiated from the point of view of diagnostics of the input action and the most informative mode of engine operation.

In the work carried out at Dzerzhinsky Plemzavod OJSC in the Yaroslavl region of the Yaroslavl region, the effect of the feed additive, Yarosil, fed to heifers during pregnancy, on young cows, was studied. It was established that the feed additive "Yarosil" had a prolonged positive effect on the body of first-calf heifers, which was expressed in improving the quality of household and normalizing physiological parameters. Feeding the feed additive “Yarosil” in the amount of 35 ml per animal per day increased the milk productivity of young cows for lactation by 562.5 kg - 12.10%, the average daily milk yield by 1.81 kg - 12.03%, while reducing feed costs by 1 kg of milk per 10.55% feed. units, reduced the service period by 21.2–16.77% of the day, the insemination index by 26.70%. The economic effect per heifer increased due to milk production by 3375.00 rubles. - 12.10%, sperm dose saving by 96.90 rubles - 26.70%. With an increase in the input rate by a factor of 2 (70 ml per animal per day), milk production per lactation increased by 1111.6 kg - 23.91%, average daily milk yield by 3.22 kg - 21.39%, while reducing feed costs by 1 kg of milk per 18.95%, feed. units, the service period decreased by 24,3–19,22% of the day, the insemination index by 27.74%. The economic effect per one heifer increased due to: milk production by 6669.60 - 23.91% rubles, saving sperm doses by 100.70 – 27.74% rubles. Regardless of the input rate, the feed additive “Yarosil” reduced the incidence by 16,67%, ensured 100% safety without the use of medical agents, increasing this indicator by 8.33%, and increased the economic effect due to the absence of the need for treatment costs by 7714, 00 rub., And safety for 28064.77 rub. The research results allowed to identify additional reserves for increasing the efficiency of the livestock industry with the rational use of feed, based on the use of feed additives "Yarosil" in the amount of 70 ml per animal per day.

The article provides and reviews information on industrial injuries in the agro-industrial complex in comparison with other types of economic activity. The general situation with the able-bodied population in agriculture and the vital system in the village, with the number of villages and its dynamics, is noted. Attention is paid to the need and the possibility of a dynamic reduction and elimination of industrial injuries in the agricultural sector. On the basis of long-term and thorough research, effective ways of solving the problem are proposed.

The article provides the results of studies of the working conditions and safety of workers of pig farms and. The quantitative indicators on harmful gases present in the air are reflected, as well as the normalized parameters of the working time regime. The effect of these working conditions on morbidity has been noted; typical types of morbidity as a result of these working conditions are named. It is reflected the need for further work in its direction, the use of which will reduce and, subsequently, eliminate the injury of pig-breeding operators.

Digital retail payments have evolved during the last years mostly due to technology innovations. New actors enter the payments market, increase competition and threaten banks' dominance. Consumers' behavior is critical within this context, since they are the ones that 1 finally adopt or reject a payment innovation. In this paper we propose a model of consumer behavior towards payment system selection based on multi-agent simulation. It is based on a multi-agent platform that models' consumers as intelligent agents and formats their behavior according to the rules extracted from past payments data, experts' knowledge and marketing research. Contributions from the social science and network economics also refine the agent's behavior in order to simulate accurately the domain. The safe functioning of the transport system mainly depends on the quality of road surfaces. Therefore, improvement of the physical and mechanical characteristics of roads will ensure the effective protection of health and safety of people engaged in this field. Consequently, modification of the physical and mechanical characteristics of road surfaces will ensure safety in the field of transport systems. Bitumen-salt mass was used as a modifier of the road bitumen emulsions and such a mass was obtained by means of destructing the chemical weapons of the organophosphorus class of compounds since they have an effect of surface-active substances. Studying of the modified road surface parameters was carried out according to the dispersion parameters and using the method of mathematical design of the experiment. As a result, the positive effect of the bitumen-salt mass on the dispersion distribution of the bitumen phase in the bitumen emulsion was determined. The proposed method of modification of the bitumen emulsions allowed us to improve the operational parameters of the road surfaces, and thus the safety of road transport systems as a whole.
