This systematic review aimed to uncover the evidence and benefits of employers' commitment to delivering workplace wellness programs for working mothers.The articles published in PubMed, Embase, Scopus, and AgeLine-Medline databases between 2012 and 2021 were searched to evaluate the workplace wellness programs for working mothers with at least one resultant wellness or wellbeing (e.g., physical health, less stress, mental health, burnout, depression, smoking, bullying, alcohol consumption, overweight), work-life balance outcome, or job satisfaction.Eight studies that met the criteria were retrieved from databases. They showed some effective workplace wellness programs that can reduce depression, stress, and burnout, improve mental health, healthy behaviors, work-family balance and work-life balance. Working mothers participating in a workplace wellness program generally gain some benefits; one of which is reduced stress typically related to childcare, economic, and personal health issues.The implementation of workplace wellness programs for working mothers showed positive effects on their health problems and health costs. These eight studies revealed that workplace wellness programs specifically designed for working mothers can lead to time efficiency by holding the programs in or near the workplace and implementing them during the workdays. This greatly suits the conditions of many working mothers whose limited time and energy to balance the household, family and work tasks.

Item does not contain fulltext Conformity is a form of behavior that may affect someone's action to correspond to what their social environment desires. Meanwhile self-confidence is the belief in oneself to think, act, and make decisions. Conformity may affect self-confidence in that conformity is expected in a friend circle. This research aims to understand the correlation between conformity and self-confidence in late adolescents in Jakarta. The choice of adolescents as participants of this research is based on the fact that they are still in the phase of discovering their identity and in an unstable condition. This research recruits 112 adolescents in Jabodetabek and there are only 82 participants who met the criteria of this research. A correlational research design is used to discover the correlation between conformity and self-confidence. By using Pearson's correlation test, it is found that there is a negative correlation between variables (r = -104; p > 0.01). This indicates that there is no significant correlation between conformity and self-confidence. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected almost every aspect of life, including people's daily activities, especially groups of children and adolescents due to the implementation of physical distancing, which also affects the social life of adolescents, where many activities are carried out online, include online learning. Due the pandemic, adolescents cannot socialize normally, and makes them feel a social shackles and feel alone. This study aims to see the effect of self-esteem on the relationship between social intelligence and loneliness in adolescents during online learning in Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a non-experimental descriptive quantitative research. Participants in this study were adolescents in Indonesia, age 15-21 years old, 68 participants. The measuring instruments used in this study were the UCLA Loneliness scale Version 3, the Tromso Social Intelligence Scale, and the Modified Rosenberg Self Esteem scale. This study uses correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between social intelligence and loneliness sig 0.05, which means that self-esteem did not affect the relationship between social intelligence and loneliness. In this study, it was found that research participants had high scores of loneliness, but also high scores of social intelligence and high scores of self-esteem. this could happen because they experience distance separation from their social environment which makes participants feel lonely, feel alone, bored, feel that their social relationships are not as expected which is then perceived as lonely.Keywords: Adolescents, Loneliness, Self-Esteem, Social Intelligence ABSTRAKPandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi hampir semua aspek kehidupan, termasuk aktivitas sehari-hari masyarakat, terutama kelompok anak-anak dan remaja akibat penerapan physical distancing, yang juga berdampak pada kehidupan sosial remaja, dimana banyak aktivitas dilakukan secara online, salah satunya yaitu pembelajaran online. Akibat pandemi, remaja tidak dapat bersosialisasi secara normal, dan membuat mereka merasa terbelenggu secara sosial dan merasa sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh harga diri terhadap hubungan kecerdasan sosial dengan kesepian pada remaja selama pembelajaran online di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif non eksperimental. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja berusia 15-21 tahun, 68 partisipan. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah UCLA Loneliness scale Version 3, Tromso Social Intelligence Scale, dan Modified Rosenberg Self Esteem scale. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan sosial dengan kesepian sig < 0,01, kemudian pada uji regresi diperoleh hasil p = 0,245 > 0,05 yang artinya harga diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap hubungan antara kecerdasan sosial dengan kesepian. Dalam studi ini, ditemukan bahwa peserta penelitian memiliki skor kesepian yang tinggi, tetapi juga skor kecerdasan sosial dan harga diri yang tinggi. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena mereka mengalami pemisahan jarak dari lingkungan sosialnya yang membuat partisipan merasa sepi, merasa sendiri, bosan, merasa bahwa hubungan sosialnya tidak seperti yang diharapkan yang kemudian dirasakan sebagai kesepian. Survivors of COVID-19 are vulnerable to trauma as a result of experiencing social isolation during treatment, with fear and loneliness that can have long-term impacts on mental health. In this review, some related literature will be identified and evaluated, using a qualitative-based literature review to research yoga as an alternative treatment to reduce PTSD symptoms, alleviate, or even cure PTSD in COVID-19 survivors. Articles screening from several journals was carried out by tracing PubMed’s journal publication database throughout the last five years and also categorizing two keywords as a reference for reviewing articles. The result of this literature review confirms that COVID-19 has a psychological effect on survivors, especially concerning PTSD when viewed from the largest indication. In addition, based on the results of ongoing research, yoga has shown a significant and promising impact in reducing PTSD symptoms. From this, it can be concluded that although there has been no research that directly examines the causality of the related review, yoga can be an alternative treatment to minimize symptoms and relieve PTSD in COVID-19 survivors. Based on the results of the review, there are many aspects that need to be investigated further, such as the influence of frequency and duration of yoga. More literature review and further research are essential for this topic, especially testing yoga programs as an intervention for COVID-19 survivors to determine its effectiveness and whether it can be implemented as a whole in the society, especially those who are COVID-19 survivors. Penyintas COVID-19 tergolong rawan terhadap trauma akibat mengalami isolasi sosial selama perawatan, dengan rasa takut dan kesepian yang dapat memberikan dampak berjangka panjang pada kesehatan mental. Dalam tinjauan kali ini akan dilakukan identifikasi, serta pengevaluasian beberapa literatur terkait, menggunakan tinjauan literatur berbasis kualitatif untuk meneliti yoga sebagai terapi alternatif dalam menurunkan gejala PTSD, meringankan, atau bahkan menyembuhkan PTSD pada penyintas COVID-19. Penyaringan artikel dari beberapa jurnal dilakukan dengan menelusuri database publikasi jurnal PubMed dari lima tahun terakhir dan juga dilakukan kategorisasi dua kata kunci sebagai acuan peninjauan artikel. Hasil tinjauan pada literatur ini menegaskan bahwa COVID-19 memiliki dampak psikologis pada penyintas, terutama PTSD apabila dilihat dari indikasi terbesar. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah berlangsung, yoga menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan dan menjanjikan dalam mengurangi gejala PTSD. Dari sini dapat disimpulkan bahwa walaupun belum ada penelitian yang secara langsung meneliti kausalitas dari peninjauan terkait, yoga dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif terapi untuk meminimalisir gejala dan meringankan PTSD pada penyintas COVID-19. Berdasarkan hasil peninjauan, banyak aspek yang perlu diteliti lebih lanjut seperti pengaruh dari frekuensi dan durasi yoga. Dibutuhkan lebih banyak peninjauan literatur dan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai topik ini, terutama pengujian program yoga sebagai intervensi pada penyintas COVID-19, untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektifannya dan apakah dapat diimplementasikan secara utuh pada masyarakat, terutama yang merupakan penyintas COVID-19.
