This study, conducted over 2 years (2019–2020), aimed to highlight how teachers’ communication style influences the learning style of high school students. We used research methods of the S.C. Questionnaire (communication analysis), a questionnaire to identify students’ learning styles, and guidance interview structured on 10 items. Both questionnaires were administered according to GDPR rules. We also used IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 25 for statistical data processing. The outcomes of this research are as follows: (a) it allows a better understanding of the teaching–learning process in high school students; (b) it highlights how the teacher’s communication style influences the learning style of high school students, in both face-to-face teaching activities and online teaching–learning activities; and (c) it highlights the methods that facilitate the analysed phenomenon. Constant investigations of the ways in which interpersonal relationships are structured has become necessary due to the complexity of interpersonal relationships that we notice in social groups icluding students. The aim of this research is to underline the specific manner that students with intellectual disabilities establish interpersonal relationships .This paper is based on a complex research on 112 preadolescents with intellectual disabilities and 98 teenagers with intellectual disabilities. We used “Choosing Alter’s Test” (focused on revealing the criteria for choosing a friend); “Relations with others” (focused on revealing the criteria underlying the assessment of interpersonal relationships established with an authority), through non-directive interviews.This study advances the idea that the interpersonal relationships that students with intellectual disabilities establish within the school group, are develop based on the importance/significance attributed to each person with whom they interact, to the roles that each person plays in the students' lives and serve to satisfy their security’ needs and to meet their contextual needs. Today, it is clear to everyone that regardless of the studies completed, the process of continuous improvement is necessary depending on the field in which they work. Each country has designed specific strategies in the field of adult education, as part of lifelong learning. Our research had the aim to highlight, beyond the type of training program for adults, the relationship between the communication style of trainers involved in adult education and the learning style of adult learners. In our research we used: a) the “Questionnaire S.C. (Analysis of Communication Style) b) the Romanian version of “Learning style Questionnaire”; c) non-directive interviews; d) statistical processing methods. The results that came from the data allow us to see the influences of the trainers’ communicational style upon the learning style of adult learners during the training sessions. The conclusions are significant for developing proper vocational counselling programs for trainers that are involved in training adult learners.

Today, teaching is no longer an approach as a simple act. The complexity of the society has led to a more careful study of the teaching process, so that, over the last 10 years, specialists are increasingly discussing about teaching styles as differentiating elements of the quality of educational services offered to students. The present study tries to reveal the impact that teacher' teaching style has upon the student's well-being level. We investigated 180 Romanian teachers who teach different disciplines (48.3% at secondary school ' pupils and 51.7% at high school' pupils), and 385 Romanian pupils: 48.16% coming from secondary schools and 51.84% coming from high schools, aged 10“18 years old. Using specific and adapted investigative tools (The "˜Teaching style questionnaire" and "˜The Ryff's Well Being Scale"), we found specific influences of teacher' teaching style upon the elements that define the well-being level. Today, developing a professional career in the same field that persons have an academic degree is very difficult to accomplish. The statistical data in Romania pointed that about 39.7% of the university graduate students work and try to have a professional career in another field than the one in which they have a university diploma. There are a lot of studies that have been done during the last four years focusing on revealing the necessity of working in interdisciplinary teams in elaborating the professional master curricula in relation with the employer’s requests, the specificity of occupations, the local or regional resources, etc. This paper tries to reveal the implications that the satisfaction towards the bachelor training programme in educational sciences has upon pursuing a continuous professional career in the same field. Teachers that work with little children provide the first educational services and constantly have to pay attention to accomplish the educational goals that are suitable for these children. Therefore, they develop, according with their professional experience, a specific conduct which is reflected in all their actions. Our research had the aim to identify the elements that have impact upon professional conduct of teachers involved in early education and are relevant for quality of the early education The paper tries to reveal the elements the influence the conduct of teachers that are involved in early education of the children. In our research we used the “Questionnaire for assessing teachers professional conduct” b) the “Questionnaire for assessing conditions of teachers quality services provided”, non-directive interviews; statistical processing methods. The results that came from the data allow us to see the factors that have high impact upon the teachers ‘professional conduct and also the conditions of objectifying this professional conduct. The conclusions are significant for developing proper counselling programs addressed to parents that have child enrolled in kindergartens and to teachers that provided educational services for preschool children.

Learning process, depending on the person’s age, requires the person’s resources in relation to their form (formal or informal), their purpose and their content. In schools, the learning process takes place in a specific environment that should be secure and involves two major players: teacher(s) and pupil(s). Each party comes with a specific ‘luggage’ (health level, family background, economical background, personal well-being status, etc.) that supports the acquisition of skills, abilities and knowledge, and also favour the developing of learning styles, communication styles, specific attitudes, personality traits and so on. Each party has their own learning process agenda; pupils will acquire specific and transversal competencies, and teachers will be more efficient in using educational strategies, methods, techniques and procedures. The conclusions that came after administration of specific psychological instruments reveal an interesting influence of the well-being level upon the attitude towards learning activities.Keywords: Well-being, attitude towards learning process, teenagers, educational training process.

In particular, the role of social communication in social insertion of children with mental disability was and still is constantly revealed by researchers. Taking into consideration the mental deficiency's personality features, this paper tried to reveal the influence that the social communication style has on the social conversation at pupils with mental deficiencies

Today being a teacher is not an easy task. More studies in the educational field have recently focused on the communication process considerate not as a simple process of transmitting information, but as a complex process of shaping personalities and developing of specific tools, skills for the future working field. The abilities to communicate will be structured in time in an individual and specific style of communication. Communication style refers to all particularities of manifestations owned by a person in the communication process, bearing the stamp of their personality, temperament, culture and social environment. In the learning process depending on the subjects, topics, the pupils will develop some attitudes towards that learning process. This paper attempts at revealing the role that the teacher’s communication style has upon the students’ attitude towards the learning process. The conclusions that came through allow us to establish a specific typology between teacher’s communication style and type of attitudes developed by the preadolescents in the learning process.

The emotionality is an intense subject of today's researches in the field of psychology. The paper tried to reveal the influence that the emotionality profile has upon attitude towards the learning process at Romanian preadolescents. The research’ outcomes allowed us to see some features of emotionality at Romanian preadolescents and how these features influencethe pupil’ attitudes towards learning process.

The human personality is characterised by features, traits such as communication style. These personality traits exercise a lot of influences, in particular over process of making social decisions. Our hypothesis was that we will find in social responses to social task behaviours the will influence of their social communication style towards the process of making social decisions. In our investigation we used mainly: The S.C. Questionnaire Questionnaire SC (Analysis of Communication Style) – built in 2009 for Romanian preadolescents by Urea (index fidelity test-retest:. 789), The Making social decisions Questionnaire, developed in 2008 by Urea for Romanian preadolescents (index fedelity test-retest: .768). Our results showed some basic features of preadolescent's communication style and different type of features of their process of making social decisions. The hypothesis was confirmed. The conclusions that came through allows us to establish a specific typology between preadolescent's communication style and type of making social decisions at these preadolescents and are important for developing proper strategies that are require in the social adaptation process
