This article focuses on the metaphysical foundations of educational philosophy. They are considered as the sources of future human modeling and the commission of certain actions. The article explores the evolution of these principles in the development of human civilization. The causality principle is considered as the entity’s fundamental ontological characteristic. It suggests that a human being can realize his desire for freedom only by submitting his life to the universal objective law. In the causal perspective, any phenomenon is considered as the consequence of a cause and at the same time as the cause of some other consequence. The model of the world of primitive man could not and did not contain a picture of nature as a certain arrangement of phenomena, united by unified cause-and-effect laws. However, it does not mean that our primitive ancestors did not imagine the world around them without the categories of order, just in his mind, there was a different order.

One of the extremely urgent problems of modern anthropology is the problem of the whole person, more precisely, the problem of the completeness of his nature. It includes many elements of a different nature, which raises the question of the existence of a center that controls human activity as an integral being. The author proceeds from the fact that such a coordinating center, in accordance with historical, philosophical and religious studies, is the human heart. The article analyzes the features of understanding the heart, presented in the philosophical and religious literature. Special attention is paid to the views of the Christian philosopher A. S. Pozov, who takes a clear position in revealing the fundamental role of the human heart in all the diversity of its existence. The functional elements of cardiac activity, which can be of practical importance, have been identified. A series of questions about the practical applications of heart problem research has been formulated. This is the role and significance of the heart in the transition to a digital society. These are, further, the ways and means of transformation of human nature and their justification. Finally, following I. A. Ilyin, we talk about the need to study the evolution of the forms of “heart contemplation.”

The article analyzes the problem of transformation of human nature in a modern digital society. The explication of the concept of “transformation” is given, the types of transformation are discussed, the connections between the concepts of “society” and “human being as a generic being” are revealed. The concepts of “human essence” and “human nature” are analyzed and compared, the uncertainty in the understanding of sociality is revealed, and the conclusion is made that the very concept of the essence of a person is largely amorphous. The complexity and multidimensionality of human nature is demonstrated, the relevance of its research is shown. This reveals the possibilities of the most diverse and, in the limit - inexhaustible - transformations of human nature. At the same time, the authors draw attention to the fact that the measure of possible transformations must be observed, since its violation inevitably turns into the disintegration of both man and society. The article notes that the most accessible and effective is the impact on the biological component of human nature. The connection between the transformation of human nature and modifications of the human worldview is stated. In this regard, the possibilities of transforming societies following the transformation of human nature are discussed. The authors come to the conclusion that as a result of ongoing transformations, a new type of society is emerging, which can be called a singular society, combining almost incompatible characteristics.

Although at present there are quite a few studies on the philosophy of education, nevertheless, their authors pay insufficient attention to understanding the phenomenon of education as a universal phenomenon of social life. This article analyzes education not only as a socio-cultural phenomenon, but is considered more broadly as an integral (single-separate) system with many components. This allows us to formulate the main question of the philosophy of education, to present education as a universe, closely linking the state, society and person into a single whole. In this regard, the authors intend to show that the solution of the numerous problems facing society in crisis situations depends on the solution of the main issue of the philosophy of education. They proceed from the fact that the essence of education lies in the ascent of man to universal nature, as Hegel spoke about in his time, and the most important component of this process is the awakening of spirituality. The need to bring the real educational process into conformity with its idea (meaning) is revealed as the most important condition and criterion for the effectiveness of education. The idea of education carries the maximum generalized potential of studying the phenomenon of education and shows that education as a whole cannot be reduced or viewed through the prism of any one of its components.

The article examines the problem of identity realization in the modern information society. The authors analyze the concept of identity in comparison with the concept of self, reveal the features of the manifestation and deformation of identity, and explore ways to generate multiple identities. The study of the concept of identity is based on the worldview principles inherent in different epochs. An attempt is made to give a complete (holographic) picture of identity, and the question is raised about the criteria for distinguishing genuine identity from non-genuine (pseudo-identity). The relationship between the concepts of "I" and self is studied, identification is presented as a process of predication of "I". In the structure of identity, such features as constancy and variability are distinguished. On this basis, the classical and non-classical identities are distinguished and their characteristics are given. It is shown that the breakup of these components into independent parts results in the complete loss of the object's identity, which leads to its disintegration and death. It is shown that in the conditions of fluid reality, identity turns from a stabilizing factor into a situational one, which encourages the subject to constantly choose an identity. The conditions of transformation of identification into a diffuse process that loses the strict unambiguous binding of the subject to something fixed and defined are considered. Due to this, the identity of the subject is "smeared" all over the world. As a result of this process, the subject loses the need to identify itself with anything: it "collapses" into itself. As a result, there is a contradiction of identification: the multiplicity of identities gives the subject a huge choice between them, at the same time due to the diffusion of identity (its smearing around the world) the selection procedure itself loses its meaning. But if the identity is lost, there are problems with the self, so it turns out to be the end of the existence of the person himself. Therefore, in all the transformations of identities in the modern world, it is important that it is preserved.

The action of rimantadin on the lambda phages was studied. The maximal inhibitory effect on the compound was observed on the 1st-6th minutes after the infection. There was no such effect on the T-4 and lambda phage replication. According to the data of incorporation of the radioactive precursors into the phage DNA, RNA, and proteins, and the manifestation of the rimantadin action on phage replication it was supposed that the inhibitory effect of rimantadin was determined by its influence on the RNA-polymerases, preponderantly on the phage RNA-polymerase.

Nine lung cancer patients were subjected preoperatively to radiotherapy under hypoxia with inhaling of GHM-10 (gas hypoxic mixture). The patients were followed up during 7--12 months. The results obtained evidence the rationality of further studies in this direction, that is of special importance due to introducing of reconstructive--plastic operations on the trachea and bronchi into oncological practice. Thus, there will be a possibility to preserve, in some cases, a porton of the lung. Since the functional status of the lung after surgical and radiation treatment is of primary importance for the duration of patients' survival, the lung tissue protection from side-effects of radiation in irradiating lung tumors may offer good perspectives.

Separate and combined action of Dimethylsulfoxid (DMSO) and Rimantadin on the reproduction of phages T--3, T--4, T--7 and lambda was studied. The maximum activation of reproduction of phages T--3 and T--7 by DMSO was observed for 6 minutes of latent period. At the same time this compound did not render the action on reproduction phages T--4 and, because they utilize cell RNA-polimerase. It was shown that DMSO stimulated the synthesis of T--3 phage DNA by action on T--3 phage RNA-polymerase. Combined application of both DMSO and Rimantadin eleminated in some degree its reciprocal effect on T--3 phage macromoelecules synthesis and complet eliminated inhibitory action of Rimantidin on infective phage T--3 production.

The status of immune reactivity was studied dynamically in 42 patients with inoperable lung cancer, given radiotherapy after the split-course schedule. Twenty patients were followed up for over a 1 year period. The patients survival was found to depend on the degree of immunodepression during radiotherapy.

Studies on the status of immune response in patients with rectal cancer have shown significant changes in the number of immuno-competent cells prior to the treatment, which were still more pronounced during and following the radiation therapy. The degree of immune suppression is dependent on the tumor spread, patient's age and a radiation dosage.

Lysogenic strains of Escherichia coli were exposed to space conditions aboard the flight of Zond 5 and Zond 7. Space flight factors appeared to affect the state of episome systems of bacteria, as judged by data obtained with F-Lac+ donor cells which also carried genetic markers for threonine and leucine. Observations on phage induction are discussed and compared with results obtained aboard Biosatellite 2. A number of monolayer cultures of human cells (HeLa cells, fibroblasts, and A-1 cells) were repeatedly exposed to the space environment. In one instance, HeLa 19 cells increased in size after exposure to space conditions, a change which appeared to be genetically stable. HeLa 19 cells which were carried on six separate space flights showed a higher viability than corresponding cultures which were exposed only once aboard Zond 5.
