The COOPMERCASAN peasant market began its operation in 2011, providing fresh and safe agricultural products to the population of Florence. In these eight years of operation, they have had successes and failures, they have also received the support of different institutions, however, to date, their current realities are unknown, as well as the challenges, which have been changing over time. It is because of the above that this research sought to build the dynamics of this experience through self-reflection, base information for decision-making, and the orientation of their improvement actions. The work was carried out in the municipality of Florence, the tools for gathering the information were surveys, interviews, and participant observation. Among the main findings, it was discovered that, although the market has managed to position itself with an interesting customer base, its offer is not meeting expectations in terms of the volumes and diversity demanded by customers and that, although the vast majority of the support provided by the institutions has been directed towards organizational strengthening processes, it continues to be the weakest aspect. The context of the research is the coffee monoculture in Huila and its point of analysis is those Laboyana peasant families that carry out these agroecological transition processes. The objective of the research was to analyze the social perceptions that coffee-growing peasant families from a rural community in the department of Huila in Colombia have about their agroecological transition process from conventional coffee cultivation to a crop with agroecological principles. The methodology used is a qualitative and ethnographic approach, a case study in the Los Cauchos village, in the Municipality of Guadalupe, where coffee-growing families were interviewed about their perception of the agroecological transition process. The interviews were recorded, transcribed, categorized and the findings were written up. As part of the results, it was found that for coffee-growing households, four determining components in the agroecological transition process of their agroecosystem are: 1) technical-productive, 2) economic, 3) socio-humanistic, and 4) practical knowledge, linking care, effort, dedication, patience, support networks, stigmatization and frustration as significant concepts to understand their agroecological process. By way of conclusions, there is that locally there is a struggle between two conceptions of agriculture, one naturalized and with an entire institutional and market apparatus, and another initial one that opens spaces for a better location within the market and with greater incidence in the administrative sphere. and social relations in Guadalupe, Huila. Agroforestry systems are an increasingly implemented alternative for coffee production in Colombia due to the multiple socioeconomic and environmental benefits. They generate an ideal habitat for soil macrofauna. The objective of this research was to evaluate the incidence of two coffee production systems on the population behavior of edaphic macroinvertebrates. In order to do this, the composition, richness, abundance and vertical distribution of soil macroinvertebrate families in Secondary Forest (Bs), Coffee Agroforestry Systems (SAFc) and Coffee Monoculture (Mc) systems were evaluated in four strata (leaf litter, 0-10 cm, 10-20 cm and 20-30 cm). 22 orders and 53 families of edaphic macroinvertebrates were identified, presenting the highest abundance of Lumbricidae, Formicidae, Porcellionidae and the lowest of Forficulidae, Geophilidae and Polydesmidae, with Bs > SAFc > Mc, except Forficulidae, Polydesmidae and Porcellionidae, which were found in greater abundance in Mc than in SAFc; in all systems the abundance was higher in the first 10 cm of the soil (p<0.05). Wealth showed a similar behavior, although without statistically significant effects. Although there are soil macroinvertebrates that are tolerant to the disturbances caused by forest cover changes to establish coffee production systems, some families of macroinvertebrates are susceptible to these cover changes, which makes them potential indicators of soil disturbances. The Research Seedbeds are strategies that promote professional development, strengthen the institution as well as its teachers and students. This research contributed strategies to the Public Accounting program to address the existing problems in relation to the factors that prevent an effective participation of the Students in the different Research Seedbeds. The work carried out had a mixed methodology, applying surveys to Students, and interviews for Coordinators, Leaders and Managers. In the results, it was found by the managers that strategies are needed in the program, as well as the role played by the Coordinators and Teachers, which lacks some skills when transmitting an interest in investigating, finally a better available to the Students, which among other aspects, significantly found that there are many preceding thoughts, misinterpreted.
