Процеси інтелектуалізацій та інформатизації суспільства зумовили необхідність розроблення та застосування екранних форм автоматизованих інформаційних систем у різних сферах суб’єктами національної економіки з метою її стабільного розвитку та економічного зростання. Присвячено розробленню екранних форм, які призначені для організації взаємодії між користувачами автоматизованої системи фінансового моніторингу та відповідними модулями перевірки фінансових транзакцій, внесення нормативно-довідкової інформації, роботи із змінною-проміжною і змінною результативними, слугують точкою відліку для можливості проведення процедури симуляції автоматизованого фінансового моніторингу. Створені екранні форми за допомогою програми «Bizagi Studio» відображають прототип автоматизованої системи бізнес-процесу банку, що містить відповідні атрибути, які підлягають перевірці у процедурі фінансового моніторингу. Довідник «Клієнти банку» є ключовою формою. Для юридичних осіб створено довідник «Установчі документи». Фінансові документи фізичних осіб заносять у відповідні форми («Фінансові документи», «Паспортні дані»). Усі операції клієнта генеруються в екранну форму «Масив трансакцій». Інформація щодо рахунків клієнта зберігається у відповідній формі «Рахунки клієнтів». Нормативно-довідкову інформацію щодо типів банківських продуктів заносять до довідника «Категорія продуктів», а щодо типів трансакцій — у довідник «Типи трансакцій», щодо типів клієнтів банку — у довідник «Типи клієнтів», щодо типів рахунків — у довідник з однойменною назвою. Також є можливість організації даних про валюти, з яким банк працює, у формі довідника «Валюти». Створені екранні форми для роботи із змінною-проміжною інформацією, у яку частину інформації заносять за допомогою розрахунків бізнес-логіки системи, а частину — за допомогою користувача, і змінною результативною, яка відображає результати перевірок, дозволили провести процедури симуляції з використанням автоматизованої системи фінансового моніторингу фінансових трансакцій клієнтів банку. Графічну карту бізнес-процесу створено у програмного продукті «Bizagi Studio» з використанням компоненти «Model Process». The processes of intellectualization and informatization of society have necessitated the development and application of screen forms of automated information systems in various fields by the subjects of the national economy for sustainable growth and economic development. The article is devoted to the development of screen forms, which are designed to organize interaction between users of automated financial monitoring systems and relevant modules for verifying financial transactions, entering regulatorу information, working with variable-intermediate and variable effective, serve as a starting point for simulation of automated financial monitoring. The created screen forms with the help of the Bizagi Studio program reflect a prototype of the automated system of the bank’s business process, which contains the relevant attributes that are subject to verification in the financial monitoring procedure. The Bank’s Clients directory is a key form. A directory «Constituent Documents» has been created for legal entities. Financial documents of individuals are entered in the appropriate forms («Financial documents», «Passport data»). All client transactions are generated in the «Array of transactions» screen form. Information on customer accounts is stored in the appropriate form «Customer Accounts». Regulatory information on the types of banking products is entered in the directory «Product Category», and on the types of transactions — in the directory «Types of transactions», on the types of bank customers — in the directory «Types of customers», on the types of accounts — in the directory of the same name. It is also possible to organize data on the currencies with which the bank works in a directory «Currencies». Created on-screen forms for working with variable-intermediate information, in which part of the information is entered using calculations of the system’s business logic, and part with the user, and the variable, which reflects the results of inspections, allowed simulations using automated financial transactions of bank customers. The graphic map of the business process was created in the software product «Bizagi Studio» using the component «Model Process».

The increase in international trade, the active development of integration and convergence processes in the global financial market, the rapid implementation of digital technologies in various spheres of life, as well as the growth of cross-border organized crime have led to increased shadow economic activity and improved forms and methods of money laundering. Under these conditions, it is essential to assess the risk of money laundering adequately through financial institutions and determine its dynamics in the future. The primary purpose of the study is to build a predictive neural network model to define the dynamics of the risk of using banking institutions to legalize criminal funds. The methodological tools of the study were methods of exponential smoothing (using exponential trend, linear Holt model and decaying trend), artificial neural network model (multilayer perceptron MLP-architecture using BFGS algorithm, radial basis function of RBF-architecture usage). Assessment and forecasting of money laundering risk through financial institutions is based on 13 relevant indicators, the source of which is internal financial statements. The object of research is the chosen 20 Ukrainian banks. Investigation of the forecast model in the paper is carried out in the following logical sequence: the forecast values of relevant factors influencing the risk of using financial institution in shadow operations are determined; training of neural networks according to the formed sample of indicators; forecasting the risk of using financial intermediaries of Ukraine for the legalization of criminal proceeds for the period 2020-2025 based on constructed neural networks. The calculations showed that by 2025 only 40% of the analyzed banks in Ukraine would be able to reduce their participation in the legalization of illegally obtained funds. The quality of the constructed forecasts is high, as the efficiency coefficient for most constructed models ranges from 0.9 to 1.0. The results of the study can be useful for the management of financial institutions to take a set of preventive measures in the system of internal financial monitoring, as well as scientists who deal with this issue. The general architecture of the automated information system of financial monitoring consisting of 4 levels is developed in the article: internal financial monitoring of economic agents (level 1), bank financial monitoring (Client-bank - level 2), state financial monitoring ( level 3), law enforcement and intelligence organs (level 4). The model was developed using the Bizagi Studio software product and modern BPMN 2.0 notation for automated monitoring of the business process of financial transactions through the "Client-Bank" system, which reveals the purpose and subject of the study. Relevant criteria for verifying the content of financial transactions are 10 factors unified for different economic agents and 13 verification criteria implemented directly at the second level of verification in the system "Client-Bank." The paper confirms that to implement an effective and efficient system of response to any alarming or suspicious actions related to financial transactions, it is necessary to use automated financial monitoring systems, conducting internal audits of economic agents' financial transactions to achieve quality monitoring in the "Client-Bank" system. This allows making the identification of potential threats with a high degree of probability. If there is a noncompliance with any of the verification criteria, the automated system of verification of financial transactions generates messages to the services of state financial monitoring, law enforcement, and intelligence agencies. The results of the developed business process models of the automatic system for internal monitoring of economic agents and the automatic business process monitoring of financial transactions by the bank can be implemented in the work of primary financial monitoring entities, directly, into the banks, credit unions, pawnshops, insurance companies, other financial institutions, and payment institutions and organizations.

Ways to improve the procedures of financial monitoring, cybersecurity organizations in the transition of the state economy to digital format, the development of innovative digitization, the level of information awareness of society is an urgent task today. In the absence of a consensus on the application of specific international law in the field of cybersecurity, individual states unilaterally determine their national positions. Therefore, it is important to determine the specifics of each system for safe and correct organization of mutually beneficial cooperation, on the one hand, and to improve their own practices and procedures to combat money laundering, gain qualitatively new knowledge on the least manifestations of risks and their prevention. stage of origin, on the other hand. The article presents a comparative analysis of the legal support of cyber defense and cybersecurity of the financial system and information and communication technologies of Germany, Poland, Ukraine, the United States, Switzerland, and the European Union. The generalized algorithm of financial monitoring is considered in the context of EU member states, based on the current provisions of Directive 2018/843 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering and terrorist financing. The main provisions on which the European Commission’s algorithm is based are: open access to the registers of beneficial owners of companies, which increases the transparency of the analyzed information on financial transactions; transparency of information about trusts and similar structures; expanding the range of obligated entities (suppliers of e-wallets and virtual currency exchange platform); strengthening the capacity of the competent Financial Intelligence Units of the European Union to request, receive and use information from obligated entities; compliance with the criteria for verification of financial transactions carried out with the involvement of countries with a high degree of risk. The results obtained on the organization of a well-developed roadmap for financial monitoring on the example of the European Union serve as a basis for short- and long-term cybercultural modifications for both economic agents and the state.

The article deals with the questions of formation of monitoring key indicators of enterprise financial and economic activity mechanism. Emphasized that the provision of adequate conditions for sustainable development and preservation of financial stability of domestic enterprises in today's economic realities require continuous monitoring of the main indicators of their activity, including the estimation of the financial condition of the company and its investment attractiveness. Analyzed one of the major domestic problems of the Ukrainian economy as the underfunding of the real sector of the economy is the result of the processes of financialization and globalization of world capital. It is proved that for today there is a necessity of formation of the mechanism of monitoring of key indicators of financial and economic activities of enterprises, the results of which can be applied for development of strategy of development of separate entity. The results of the analysis of the dynamics of direct investments into the economy of Sumy region showed a general decrease in volume and a minor volume of investments in the industry compared to other industries. The results of the study identified the key 2 indicator - investment attractiveness of the enterprise and the dynamics of added value and establishing acceptable for a specific enterprise corridor variations AV. Monitoring of such deviations in the dynamics will allow us to have adequate information to identify trends for future development of the enterprise. The article presents the method of calculation of added value based on the financial statements, which is one of the key indicators in predicting trends in the development of the enterprise. The engine of economic development is the development of digital data. Data is a new economic resource of the 21st century. The era of big data requires a high-quality organization, presentation for logical understanding and interpretation of queries according to certain criteria of filtering, constant updating and relevance of data, monitoring of use, protection against unauthorized interference. Data protection of economic agents is especially acute. The development of the digital economy also has negative consequences in promoting various sophisticated fraudulent machinations, money laundering schemes, data theft of certain individuals, citizens, and government data, which can lead to global political and economic conflicts and disputes. Therefore, a quality organization, comprehensive design of a database that provides composed monitoring of financial transactions by economic agents at the internal level are essential and relevant. The article develops a scheme of databases of economic agents, which are based on internal and external regulatory information for financial monitoring. Tables of databases on the basis of normative and reference information using enter sources cover the questionnaire of financial monitoring of the client, risk clients in the system of the economic agent, clients on which there are Court rulings which financial operations can contain signs of risky, PEP-clients of the economic agent, clients, on which there is a share of state property, prohibited industries, directories (code of the type of financial transactions, code of the sign of financial transactions of obligatory financial monitoring, code of the sign of financial transactions of internal financial monitoring, code of the identity document, code of the subject of primary financial monitoring , code of the type of message, code of legal status of the participant of the transaction, code of the type of the person connected with the financial transaction, code of presence of the permission to submit information, code of a sign of realization of the financial transaction, codes of areas of Ukraine, risk criteria), clients with FATCA-status.
