Bu tezde bir yüksek ses altı seyir füzesi için uyarlanabilir yapay sinir ağı kontrolcüleri tasarlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada uyarlanabilir yapay sinir ağları yöntemi ile iki adet otopilot tasarımı içerilmiştir, yani düşey kanal için irtifa tutma otopilotu tasarlanmış, yatay kanal kontrolü için istikamet otopilotu tasarlanmıştır. Aerodinamik katsayılar füze geometrisi kullanılarak elde edilmiş, 5 serbestlik dereceli benzetim modeli elde edilmiş, tek bir trim koşulu için doğrusallaştırılmıştır. Kontrolcü içinde bir tersleme modeli kullanılmıştır. Uyarlanabilir yapay sinir ağı kontrolcüleri, yani Sigma-Pi yapay sinir ağı, tek gizli katmanlı yapay sinir ağı, arka planda öğrenme uygulanmış tek gizli katmanlı yapay sinir ağı, modelleme hatasını gidermek için yerleştirilmiş ve füzenin düşey ve yatay kanalları için uygulanmıştır. Bu yaklaşım tek bir uçuş koşulunda tersleme kontrolcüsü tasarımı ile çevrim içi öğrenen yapay sinir ağını birleştirip yaklaşık terslemenin sebep olduğu hataları hesaba katarak otopilot tasarım sürecini basitleştirmektedir.Uygulanan kontrol algoritmalarının etkinliğini göstermek amacıyla düşey ve yatay kanallar için benzetimler yapılmıştır. Uygulanan yapay sinir ağı kontrolcülerinin avantajları ve eksikleri gösterilmektedir. In this thesis, adaptive neural network controllers are designed for a high subsonic cruise missile. Two autopilot designs are included in the study using adaptive neural networks, namely an altitude hold autopilot designed for the longitudinal channel and a directional autopilot designed for heading control. Aerodynamic coefficients are obtained using missile geometry; a 5-Degree of Freedom (5-DOF) simulation model is obtained, and linearized at a single trim condition. An inverted model is used in the controller. Adaptive Neural Network (ANN) controllers namely, model inversion controllers with Sigma-Pi Neural Network, Single Hidden Layer Neural Network and Background Learning implemented Single Hidden Layer Neural Network, are deployed to cancel the modeling error and are applied for the longitudinal and directional channels of the missile. This approach simplifies the autopilot designing process by combining a controller with model inversion designed for a single flight condition with an on-line learning neural network to account for errors that are caused due to the approximate inversion.Simulations are performed both in the longitudinal and directional channels in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the implemented control algorithms. The advantages and drawbacks of the implemented neural network based controllers are indicated. 141

Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir bina için önerilen değişik güçlendirme projeleri arasından optimum olanım seçmeyi sağlayacak bir metod geliştirilmesi ve uygulamasıdır. Değişik güçlendirme alternatiflerinin birbirlerine göre avantajlarının hesaplanmasında fayda- maliyet hesabı kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, örnek bina olarak İstanbul ZeytinburmTnda bulunan beş katlı bir apartman seçilmiş ve farklı iki güçlendirme alternatifi uygulanmıştır. Maksimum Yer ivmesi yer hareketinin şiddetinin bir göstergesi olarak seçilmiş olup, maksimum yer ivmesi Og ve lg arasında değişen çok sayıda sentetik yer ivmesi kayıdı dinamik analizlerde kullanılmıştır. Kullanılan metodun modellemeye olan hassasiyetini incelemek için doğrusal ve doğrusal olmayan analizler yapılmıştır. Yapısal hasar seviyeleri için sınır değerleri doğrusal olmayan itme analizi ile belirlenmiş ve istatistiksel olarak kar-maliyet hesabına katılmıştır. Belli bir hasar seviyesine denk gelen maliyet yapısal kayıplar, can kayıpları ve yerdeğiştirme maliyetlerinin toplamı olarak hesaplanmıştır.. Bir güçlendirme projesinden beklenen fayda güçlendirme yapılmadan önceki durumdan kaynaklanacak kayıplar ile güçlendirme yapıldıktan sonraki kayıplar arasındaki fark olarak tanımlanmıştır. Bir güçlendirme projesinin avantajı, güçlendirmenin uygulama maliyeti ile bu projeden beklenen faydanm karşılaştırılması ile hesaplanmıştır. Ekonomik analizler ayrıca beklenen can kayıplarını da içerecek şekilde yapılmıştır. En iyi güçlendirme alternatifi, tüm güçlendirme projelerinin bugüne indirgenmiş net değerlerinin arasında maksimumu veren olarak elde edilmiştir. The purpose of this study is to develop and analyze a methodology that would provide a rational basis for choosing the optimum retrofitting scheme for a building amongst the proposed alternatives. Benefit cost analysis is used to calculate and to compare the attractiveness of the various mitigation alternatives. A five-story apartment building, located in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, has been used as a case study. Two mitigation alternatives were considered in the analysis. The Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) was used as the indicator for the ground motion intensity, and a significant number of synthetic ground acceleration time histories, whose PGA values range between Og and lg, were employed in the dynamic analysis. Both linear and non linear dynamic analyses were performed in order to analyze the sensitivity of the methodology to modeling issues. The structural damage level thresholds were determined by a pushover analysis and were probabilistically incorporated into the methodology. The expected cost that is associated with each damage level consists of the percentage loss of the value of the structure, the number and value of lives lost, and disruption costs. The benefits of the mitigation alternatives were obtained by subtracting the expected discounted cost for the case when mitigation is adopted from the expected discounted cost of the original building. Attractiveness of a mitigation alternative was calculated by comparing the construction cost of the mitigation alternative with the expected benefit it provides. The economic analyses were performed also by taking into consideration the expected fatalities. The best alternative was determined by maximizing the net present value of the alternatives. 150
