In this paper, a general form of the Suzuki type function is considered on S- metric space, to get a fixed point. Then we show that our results generalize some old results.

In this work we have considered several common fixed point results in b-metric spaces for weak compatible mappings. By applications of these results we establish some fixed point theorems in b-fuzzy metric spaces.

In this paper we prove the existence of the unique fixed point for the pair of weakly compatible self-mappings satisfying some Ф-type contractive conditions in the framework of S-metric spaces. Our results generalize, extend, unify, complement and enrich recently fixed point results in existing literature.

In this paper, the notion of sequential ς p -metric spaces has been introduced as a generalization of usual S -metric spaces, S b -metric spaces, S J S metric spaces, and specially of S p -metric spaces. In view of this notion, we prove some fixed point theorems for some classes of ς p -rational Geraghty JS-contractions over such spaces. We consider complete Menger probabilistic quasimetric space and prove common fixed point theorems for weakly compatible maps in this space.

We give some new definitions of -metric spaces and we prove a common fixed point theorem for a class of mappings under the condition of weakly commuting mappings in complete -metric spaces. We get some improved versions of several fixed point theorems in complete -metric spaces.

Ćirić and Prešić developed the concept of Prešić contraction to Ćirić-Prešić type contractive mappings in the background of a metric space. On the other hand, Altun and Olgun introduced Perov type F-contractions. In this paper, we extend the concept of Ćirić-Prešić contractions to Perov-Ćirić-Prešić type F-contractions. By using R-weak commutativity of type (Ag) and non-compatible conditions of self- mapping pairs in a b-fuzzy metric space, without the conditions for the completeness of space and the continuity of mappings, we establish some new common fixed point theorems for two self-mappings.
