According to the current main wind turbine design specifications, the necessary parameters for wind load assessment of wind turbine tower are discussed. According to IEC61400-1 (IEC2019) and Japan’s Guidelines for Design of Wind Turbine Support Structures and Foundations (JG2010), the wind load assessment of the tower structure of a 2MW horizontal axis generator is carried out, and the calculation results are compared. It can be seen from the comparison that the design value from the evaluation formula of JG2010 and the design value from the load condition of IEC2019 by using GH bladed simulation matches well. The main reason is that the evaluation formula of JG2010 itself is derived according to the response spectrum method. So, JG2010 is a good reference for the design of domestic wind turbines and the formulation of relevant specifications.

The differentiated brand marketing is an inevitable trend of market development and also a powerful arm for market competition. China’s conventional aquatic products can take differentiated brand marketing strategies such as brand orientation, brand concept, brand culture, and place name brand, to better keep market competitive edge and increase economic benefits.

The issue concerning increase of farmers' income is always a hot spot from central to local areas. Scholars of economics, sociology, and history have made extensive theoretical and empirical studies on this and relevant achievements are abundant. This paper firstly summarized relevant literature achievements of domestic and foreign scholars. From various agricultural supporting and benefiting policies of central and local government in recent years, it found out major factors restricting growth of farmers' income. From economic development rules, combining theories of regional comparative advantages, agricultural development and regional economic development, it is expected to solve problems in increase of farmers' income, and realize scientific policies and management, accurate strategies, advanced and feasible decisions. Finally. it came up with pertinent recommendations for increasing farmers' income.

At present, the total production output of agricultural and livestock products is constantly increasing and the total market demand is also increasing substantially. This will increase trade volume of agricultural and livestock products and also bring about rise of talent demand. It is necessary and feasible to add new discipline of special trade economics in Southwest University Rongchang Campus. This meets social demands for special trade economic talents, especially agricultural and livestock product trade economic talents.

The new socialist countryside construction can not do without bringing into full play superior industries. Developing animal husbandry is a key measure for increasing farmers’ income. Since western China has advantages in region, resource, social culture, and domestic and foreign market potential, the new socialist countryside construction in western China should energetically develop animal husbandry and promote the new socialist countryside construction with the aid of animal husbandry. For developing the animal husbandry, western China can exploit and consolidate market, integrate resources of animal husbandry, well develop four aspects of construction (information service, scientific and technological service, market system, and safety of livestock products), and realize precise market-oriented, ecology-oriented, and modernized development of animal husbandry in western China.

The farmers' income growth in Rongchang County is mainly from the family business and wage income, accounting for 55.4% and 37.9%, respectively; the growth rate of rural per capita net income increased from 12.4% in 2005 to 17.6% in 2010, close to or higher than Chongqing's average but lower than the level of adjacent districts and counties such as Yongchuan; the absolute value of net income in Rongchang increased from 3426 yuan to 6755 yuan, less than in other districts and counties similar to Yongchuan in Chongqing, far less than in the other three municipalities (up to 6991 yuan). The slow farmers' income growth is affected by multiple factors such as overall low quality of the rural labor force, county industrial structure and difficulties in transferring a large number of rural surplus labor forces. It is necessary to improve the quality of farmers, strive to adjust the agricultural structure, and develop rural cooperative economic organizations, in order to increase farmers' income.

This paper analyzes the connotation of the undergraduate teaching quality assurance system in agriculture-related colleges and universities, and takes Southwest University Rongchang Campus for example to probe into the long-term operating mechanism of multidimensional integrated quality assurance system as well as the sound teaching quality monitoring and management system building assurance system and operational practice effect involving personnel training programs, teaching element control, supervision and control of the teaching process, supervision and control of teaching effectiveness, teaching assurance policy and system, teaching funding system, teaching technical support guarantee, and teaching environment building guarantee, with the purpose of providing a reference for the Chinese universities and colleges to improve the teaching quality.

In the development of family enterprises of feed and veterinary drugs in China, there are many problems, such as lack of organic integration of human capital and social human capital. This paper introduced development thread of family enterprises of feed and veterinary drugs in China, analyzed theories and practical development requirement for improving professional manager mechanism, and came up with recommendations including establishing proper employing system, incentive and restraint mechanism, corporate culture, and professional manager market.

Operational models for waste recycle is established based on the theory of closed loop supply chains and an analysis cast on centralized and decentralized decision making in the process of waste recycle with game theory adopted. The present situation and existing problems are subsequently discussed before an accumulate data process of the data of 9 experimental provinces and 19 other provinces built on which an empirical study is performed on the effects that selling price and recycling price respectively have on sales volume and recycle volume. The results revealed that the implementation of "old-for-new" service has considerably promoted the sales of household appliances, not only bringing benefits to manufacturers, Retailers and consumers, but also reducing the harm to environment by boosting the recycle and reuse of waste. Tremendous achievements of live pig industry in China are closely related to the industrialization of the industry, and development trend of the latter is essential for maintaining sustained and stable development of animal husbandry. The paper, on the basis of defining the evolution of industrialized live pig breeding model, elaborated the industrialized operation models of live pig industry in China since 1978, i.e. household operation, large-scale operation, and industrialized operation. The external environment for the development of live pig industry was analyzed, such as global economic competition, development of experience economy, and stronger green consciousness of consumers. Then development trend of industrialized live pig breeding was analyzed as “expanding international market, consolidating domestic market, integrating resources of live pig industry for the integrated operation, promoting the industrialization model and breeding technology driven by live pig processing, applying animal welfare and the internet of things in live pig breeding industry†.
