This paper summarized the cluster nursing management for a patient with lumbar disc herniation induced low back pain combined with hyperglycemia. The patient received lumbar paravertebral nerve block, and was diagnosed with hyperglycemia before the surgery. Based on the nursing risk assessment, the cluster nursing management including perioperative blood sugar monitoring, postoperative observation and health education were carried out to ensure the surgical safety and improve the prognosis and postoperative rehabilitation of the patient. (本文总结1例腰椎间盘突出症腰痛合并血糖升高患者的集束化护理管理体会。患者接受椎旁神经单次阻滞镇痛治疗, 治疗前发现血糖升高。在完善护理评估的基础上, 加强围手术期血糖监测、术后观察和健康宣教, 旨在确保患者围手术期安全, 改善预后, 促进康复。)

This article summarized the nursing measures for a patient with insomnia treated by auricular acupoint sticking and pressing combined with stellate ganglion block. Based on nursing risk assessment, emotion care, dietary guidance and other routine nursing measures, the combination treatment of auricular acupoint sticking and pressing and stellate ganglion block was carried out to regulate the flow of blood and qi and dredge the channels and collaterals, relieve symptoms of insomnia and improve the sleeping quality of the patient. This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient undergoing paravertebral nerve block for lumbar disc herniation (LDH). The paravertebral nerve block was effective to relieve the low back pain caused by LDH. Comprehensive nursing interventions such as preoperative evaluation and education, intraoperative nursing cooperation, postoperative observation were carried out to relieve the patient’ negative emotion and ensure treatment success. This paper reviewed the analgesic treatment and nursing for a patient with diabetic peripheral vascular disease complicated with post-herpetic neuralgia. This paper summarized the experience of acupotomy therapy and nursing for a patient with lumbar disc herniation and pain. Primarily, it is required to enhance the preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperation and vital signs assessment. Moreover, consideration should be taken on care of puncture sites, health education and exercise guidance after surgery. Implementation of systematic and scientific nursing interventions is able to relieve patients’ negative emotion and improve the treatment compliance and postoperative recovery. The patient was given a comprehensive treatment and nursing including preoperative visit, postoperative patient-controlled analgesia, postoperative visit, doctor-nurse ward round, and targeted interventions on pain, anxiety, retention of urine, etc. The doctor-nurse ward round and timely adjustment of nursing strategy are effective to improve the therapeutic effect, relieve the pain degree of post-herpetic neuralgia and improve the patient quality of life. (本文总结1例带状疱疹后神经疼痛(PHN)患者的相关护理经验, 包括术前访视、术后自控镇痛泵护理、术后回访、医护联合查房以及针对疼痛、焦虑、尿潴留等的护理措施, 通过医护联合查房及时调整护理措施可以有效提高治疗效果, 减轻PHN患者的疼痛, 提高其生活质量。)
