Objective: This systematic review aimed to identify the most prevalent conflict management styles and strategies employed by nurses in clinical settings and to examine the factors associated with their selection. Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines. Databases searched included PUBMED, CINAHL, Medline, and ProQuest, focusing on articles published between 2014 and 2024. Inclusion criteria were primary data studies involving nurses, published in English. The search strategy utilized Boolean operators to combine keywords related to nursing, conflict management, and healthcare settings. A total of 174 articles were initially identified, with 22 meeting the inclusion criteria after screening. The quality of the included studies was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute Qualitative Assessment and Review Instrument Critical Appraisal Checklist. The results were synthesized using content analysis. Results: The main findings from the 22 articles reviewed indicate that accommodation and collaboration/integration are the most common conflict management styles and strategies among nurses, with compromising also frequently employed. Factors such as age, experience, educational level, and workplace culture significantly influence the choice of conflict management strategies. Discussion: Nurses employ a variety of conflict management strategies depending on the context, individual preferences, and situational factors. Effective conflict resolution is closely linked to collaboration and communication, with proactive strategies being more effective in preventing conflicts. The findings underscore the need for tailored conflict management training to enhance job satisfaction and work relations in nursing environments. We acknowledge several limitations that may affect the interpretation and generalizability of our findings such as the diversity of the tools and the methodologies used by the included studies. This article outlines the author's workshop in Styles of Qualitative Writing and Reporting, an in-person and online course commissioned by the qualitative research consulting and professional development organization, ResearchTalk. The six clock hour offering provides in-service professionals and graduate student participants writing experiences with up to nine different styles of qualitative reportage: Descriptive and Realistic, Analytic and Formal, Interpretive, Confessional, Reflexive, Critical and Advocacy, Literary Narrative, Autoethnographic, and Poetic. Participants receive an overview of each style, accompanied with brief examples from the scholarly literature. Ten to 15-min blocks of writing time are provided throughout for writers to document and experiment with a current research project's manuscript, an unpublished thesis or dissertation, or a data base awaiting analytic review. Reading aloud and receiving peer feedback provide writers rapid assessment of their work in progress with ideas for further development. The article describes the primary content of each writing module and its accompanying writing prompts and feedback frame. The workshop also discusses recommended titles for writing resources, strategies for maintaining effective writing habits, and reflections on the legacy of a writer's work. The article explores the genres and styles of Uzbek pop music in the context of its socio-aesthetic significance and dynamic development. Particular attention is paid to the national specificity of genres, modal intonation, rhythmic, and structural characteristics of pop songs. The processes of the influence of mass musical culture on social preferences and the formation of musical taste, as well as the role of pop music in strengthening international cultural ties, are examined. Trends in the integration of Uzbek pop music with global musical directions and its impact on the spiritual values of the younger generation are highlighted. Based on the analysis, promising genres and styles have been identified, allowing for the forecasting of the further development of Uzbek pop music in the context of globalization. The study of the influence of literary figures on the poetry of Azad Kashmir shows that there are influences of Sanskrit, Kashmiri, Persian, Arabic, Urdu and other regional languages as well as classical and modern poetry on the literature of Azad Kashmir. There are intellectual and artistic influences on the poetry of Azad Kashmir from to the present period. Some thoughts are prominent, some artistic imitation is visible. There is similar style; there is also the use of similar tone. However, all these influences despite this, the poetry of Azad Kashmir has its own individuality and its own style. Azad Kashmir's poetic capital, while being a part of the poetic tradition of Urdu language, has interesting, unique experiences and individual characteristics in terms of theme, theme, style innovation, new symbols, techniques, untouched and unique creative experiences and many other aspects. Azad Kashmir's own regional symbols and some unique experiences give its distinctive color to the poets of Azad Kashmir. Happily, the influence of movements, ideologies and personalities in the footsteps is less visible in the new generation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the educational process in military higher education institutions underwent changes, especially in terms of carrying out practical activities. The purpose of the research was to analyze how the COVID-19 pandemic influenced the educational process and the leadership activities carried out in a Romanian military academy, in the context in which the practical activities had to be carried out in the online environment. Practical skills play an important role in the life of military students and they can help them within the process of becoming efficient leaders. In the context of the research, practical skills refer to decision-making abilities, conflict resolution skills, communication skills, the ability to delegate, or the capacity to motivate and inspire others. In order to conduct the research, we used a quantitative approach. A questionnaire was applied to 288 students of "Nicolae Bălcescu" Land Forces Academy from Sibiu, Romania. The results of the research revealed that students pointed out the difficulty of interacting with their teachers, and of developing practical activities. While the opinions of the students were not influenced by their gender, they were influenced by the type of studies followed. Compared to bachelor students, master students were more affected by the changes which took place, and they believed to a higher extent that they possess leadership skills and that they have the necessary knowledge to lead a specific military group. The present study aims to identify the types of students’ roles in work teams for different didactic activities in the academic environment. In the study, a questionnaire was applied that measures teamwork styles, a questionnaire that includes three scales: leader, doer, thinker and carer, each scale with 10 items. This studiy was attended by 195 female students pursuing bachelor’s and master’s studies in the field of educational sciences, between the ages of 18 and 55. The hypothesis underlying this study presupposes the existence of a statistically significant difference between students from the bachelor program and students from the master’s program according to the types of roles within the teams formed by them. The results of the study indicated that teamwork styles such as career thinking and work style are more defined in master’s students than in undergraduate students, and the other work styles are better defined in undergraduate students than in master’s students. In conclusion, the objective of the study was achieved.

The purpose of this review was to find out how different attachment style can influence relationship quality. In our review, we included 15 researches that were conducted between years 2017 and 2021 from 4 different data bases. Leaving some exceptions on the side, our results indicates the importance of all attachment styles for relationship quality. Our results in the broadest sense suggest that securely attached individual experience more quality relationship than those who are insecurely attached. Most of the studies involved suggests negative correlation between anxious attachment, avoidant attachment style and relationship quality. Anxious and avoidant attachment are related to psychological abuse, sexual coercion and destructive communication pattern withdrawing from conflict. Anxious attachment is also related with destructive communication pattern involvment in conflict. There are also some differences in correlation between relationship quality and avoidant attachment and anxious attachment depending on gender, intelligence and socicultural factors.

The purpose of the work is to determine the prerequisites and evolutionary processes of the development of the instrumental and performing school in China in the 20th - early 21st centuries. Research methods are based on cultural, historical, comparative approaches based on the principles of knowledge of nature and society. The scientific novelty consists in determining the prerequisites and development of the instrumental and performing school in China, as well as comparing the genres and features of their interaction, which contributed to the formation of new forms of music making. Conclusions. Based on the historical and musicological analysis of the evolution of instrumental and performing arts in China in the 20th and early 21st centuries, it is stated that the development of the phenomenon under study is inseparable from a comprehensive artistic process that covers the entire range of existing genres and forms. At the beginning of the 21st century, Chinese musical culture in general, and its instrumental and performing segment in particular, became an integral part of global musical development, influencing the course of evolution of world musical art. The conducted analysis made it possible to state the rapid growth of all aspects of the instrumental and performing school of the People's Republic of China, the powerful strengthening of the material base, the expansion of the field of education and popularisation of music, the improvement of the quality of training of performing personnel both in China and through the training of Chinese musicians abroad. A growing wave of studies in international relations is interested in "infrastructure." Pipelines, ports, financial transaction arrangements, and other large technical systems increasingly occupy the minds of international theorists. This theory note provides direction to the debate by offering an important clarification of the concept of infrastructure and how it is theorized. Scholars have very different understandings of what infrastructures are, why they matter, and how to theorize and study them empirically. By outlining three distinct "styles of theorizing infrastructure," we provide new directions for future research and how it can contribute to broader debates in international theory. The three styles allow to capture the disagreement over whether infrastructure is a theoretical concept at all, or if it solely refers to empirical phenomena. For some scholars, infrastructures are an object of politics, while others see them as developing political force or even agency on their own. Others see broader potential and note that "infrastructuralism" could provide a major new theoretical vocabulary. Each style provides major new avenues for international theory. The issue of leadership as a phenomenon began in the 19th century and we even witness an earlier theory from 1885-1795 that was developed by the historian Thomas Carlyle, he called it the "Great Man" theory .This theory represents the leader as a different person from the rest of mortals, because this theory saw the leader as a messenger bearing the good news. And that he has the capacity and ability in his personality to shape the masses and turn them into society (the full range model of leadership. Leaders who have the capacity for leadership and action are the ones who will succeed in reaching the potential of the organization or society. From this theory arose another called the "trait approach" because it described the leader as a person with exceptional qualities. Later in the 1940s, the theory called "the situational approach" was developed. This theory focused on the behavior of the leader and not on his qualities, but this approach had drawbacks, like, if the leader is not able to shape himself then how can he motivate his people in his organization. That is why the search began for a strong model in leadership, which does not follow or according to the situation. Look for a theory that will have a character that will present its goals clearly, a theory that on the one hand can lead and promote the customs to the goals of the organization and on the other hand it shapes the situation. This model is expressed in the name " Transformational leadership" according to Burns 1978. Although there are many definitions of leadership, the principles of leadership in organizations are focused on the execution and promotion of processes whose principle and purpose are to lead in the design and determination of policy and its implementation. These processes include planning, defining procedures, building a vision and making decisions. This chain of events is also used by the road leader in motivating and leading his followers and encouraging them, because he instills in them the belief in their high ability. The leader always makes sure to act together in order to achieve a common goal (Bass 1990, Stogdill 1950, Bryman 1996, House 1971) and to solve problems together and not to rely on the skills of individuals, therefore the focus of leadership is on empowerment and not on control.

This article presents a chrono-stylistic approach to ceramics from Morro de Eten, which was discussed as exclusive to the Late Formative. Based on a stylistic characterization combined with the comparison criterion by similarity, the existence of ceramics linked to the Middle Formative B (1000 - 800 B.C.), Late Formative A (800 - 700 B.C.) and Late Formative B ( 700 – 550 B.C.). In this way, three stylistic phases are established that indicate the prolonged occupation of the site with various types of ceramics, whose shared parallels would be manifesting the complex mechanisms of social interaction in which the inhabitants of Morro de Eten were involved during the Middle and Late Formative.

Health care delivery involves the dispensation and provision of services that promote and maintain the health of the people. The World Health Organization recognizes leadership and governance as one of the major pillars of an efficient healthcare delivery system. Effective leadership is integral to organizational success. The World Bank rates the healthcare delivery systems in sub-Saharan Africa as one of the worst globally. Previous studies have demonstrated that poor leadership has a substantial contribution to the moribund state of healthcare delivery in the sub-continent. Transactional leaders incentivize workers to boost their morale but gives no room for errors which are bound to happen in sociological systems. Transformational leaders motivate and empower the subordinates who can misuse the authority given to them. Contingency leaders analyze situations before taking critical decisions but there are many unknown variables. The traits theory says that great leaders are born. This however discourages inclusivity and diversity. Additionally, leaders can be trained but they don’t turn out to have the same effectiveness despite undergoing similar training. Functional leaders aim to eliminate bureaucracy and prioritize organization’s goals but organizational change management is complicated in reality. For the integrated approach, everything matters but nobody knows everything. This narrative review aims to examine how each leadership theory and style could be applied to advance healthcare delivery in sub-Saharan Africa and found different leadership styles with the associated merits and demerits but the hybrid approach that analyzes relevant variables would be the optimal approach to reinvigorate healthcare delivery in sub-Sahara Africa.

The differences in the educational environment related to the quarantine period and the traditional one affect the progress of the learners by affecting multiple teaching-learning structures. Learning styles are acquired skills that increase a person's ability to achieve academic success and better learning; Learning styles are individual characteristics and a fixed approach to organizing and processing information in learning, in such a way that researchers and experts in this field have linked the learning and motivational styles of students and have conducted many studies on the relationship between learning styles and other educational variables, why that learning styles express the individual differences of learners in facing learning tasks. The concept of self-efficacy from the social-cognitive theory refers to a person's beliefs or judgments about his abilities in performing duties and responsibilities. The cognitive-social theory is based on the three-way causal model of behavior, environment, and individual. This model refers to the mutual relationship between behavior, environmental effects, and personal factors (cognitive, emotional, and biological factors) which emphasizes the perception of the individual to describe psychological functions. According to this theory, people influence their motivation and behavior in a tripartite causal system. One of the important areas of self-efficacy is academic self-efficacy. With the clarification of the role of cognitive learning styles and academic self-efficacy and the importance of the role of each of them in the learning process, today most societies are implementing educational reforms so that they can manage policy strategies and micro and macro planning and take responsibility for their learning and effort. accept, because the need for self-study and self-motivation of learners is necessary in the current changing world that has become a knowledge-based world, therefore, it is time for the educational system to be strongly reviewed, revised, and redesigned. Therefore, similar to the traditional education system, it is necessary to examine the educational variables in special and special global conditions. In this regard, the current research aims to answer the question of whether the model of cognitive learning styles (novice or accepting novice or researcher) is suitable based on the academic self-efficacy of adolescents during quarantine. Methods: The current research method is quantitative. In terms of strategy, the current research is descriptive-analytical, in terms of implementation, survey, in terms of time, cross-sectional, in terms of data collection, and field, and in terms of purpose, practicality, and terms of results, it is prospective. The statistical population of the research includes all teenagers (girls) in the second half of secondary school, ninth grade in Tehran in the academic year of 2019-2021. In the current research, the statistical sample was considered using the random cluster sampling method, and several 300 teenagers (girls) in the second half of secondary school, ninth grade in Tehran were selected, and from this number of people, 284 questionnaires were analyzed and Analysis and free of any disturbances have reached the stage of statistical analysis. Academic self-efficacy questionnaires by McIlroy and Bunting (2001) and cognitive styles questionnaire by Creton (1999) were used to collect data. To analyze the data, Pearson's correlation coefficient test and structural equations were used using SPSS and AMOS software. Results: The results showed that academic self-efficacy on the innovative cognitive learning style of adolescents during quarantine with the value (Sig=0.0001, t=11.155) and the coefficient of influence (β=0.872), academic self-efficacy on learning style The cognitive novelty of adolescents during quarantine has a significant positive relationship with the value (Sig=0.0001, t=10.672) and the coefficient of influence (β=0.837). Also, the communication model of the research has a necessary fit. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it is suggested that according to the characteristics of innovative students (they think in diversity and variety in doing things or try to find a new problem, rather than just solving the problem itself, etc.) and innovative students (to do any What is better, they have a lot of worries or try to solve the problem instead of raising the problem, etc.), suitable measures should be considered for the education and training of their talents, also considering that the educational system has a significant effect on the self-efficacy perception of the students, the educational system It should be planned in such a way that based on it; Learning at the level of people's mastery, equal opportunity to learn and less to compare with each other. Academic gender differences are arguably of the most researched topics in the educational system, due to the increasing gender achievement gap in education over the past decade. This case study sought to investigate the impact of gender within the classroom, more specifically, the impact that gender has on pupils’ educational achievement; a topic chosen due to a professional interest in a previous module “Contemporary Issues in Education”, in which I explored the impact of taken-for-granted assumptions of gender stereotyping in the classroom. In order for me to answer the research question, the following sub-questions were identified: 1) How do male and female pupils compare in the measured parts of achievement? 2) How does the gender of the teacher impact on childrens’ learning? 3) Which gender appears to adopt a better behaviour for learning? 4) Do different genders appear to prefer certain learning styles/techniques? Informing my research through an interpretivist paradigm, the objectives of this study were to use a literature review as a form of research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the topic through previous studies (Aveyard, 2010), to gather qualitative data by the means of an online survey regarding teachers’ views of pupils’ academic performance and engagement within the classroom, and to gain access to quantitative statistical documents, containing 2019 GCSE performance data of male and female pupils. The combined use of these tools provided a mixed methods approach to the data collection, leading to confirmation of the findings from various sources (Bell and Waters, 2018). Part one of the study provides a literature review, which explores the “gender gap” in education by drawing upon a range of perspectives and lenses, in an attempt to identify the possible reasoning behind the “issue”. Part two discusses the methodology in full; the original intentions of the project, the changes that had to be made due to COVID-19 related restrictions, the research design, the tools/methods used to collect data, how I gained access to the participants, the research procedure (method of analysis) and the ethical considerations made. Part three provides a thematic analysis of the findings, identifying and discussing the following key themes in relation to the literature review: “Feminised Industry”, “Gender Stereotyping and Conscious/Unconscious Bias”, “Preferred Learning Styles”, “Attitude to Learning” and “Gender Gap”. Part four is the concluding section which gives an overview of the findings, whilst reflecting on the research question and sub questions, confirming that the gender of the pupil does have an impact on their educational achievement. Recommendations for improving teaching practice are then made (not only for myself as an aspiring teacher, but as a contribution to the field of education), to improve learning and development opportunities for children and young people, with the aim of bridging the gender achievement gap. The research aimed to identify the leadership patterns used in social work in Siwa Oasis, studying the relationship between their ranking according to their common use, and identifying the differences between their opinions regarding the prevalence of their use among them. The research was conducted in Siwa Oasis and included its coverage in two categories: professional and local leaders, The simple random sample of professional leaders (74) respondent and (109) local leaders taking sample in one city of Siwa. The data collected by personal interview with respondents during the period from June to July 2022. Data analyzed by statistical methods: Frequencies, percentages, Spearman's coefficient and critical ratio. The results showed that professional leaders in descending order as follow: authoritarian pattern effective pattern, social pattern, conciliatory pattern, negative pattern (13.7%, 17.4%, 19.5%, 23.5%, 26.5%) respectively. For local leaders, the active pattern, the conciliatory pattern, the social pattern, the authoritarian pattern, the negative pattern, (6.9%, 21%, 21.5%, 22.5%, 28.1%) respectively. The results confirmed that was no difference of opinion between professional and local leaders regarding their respective ranking of leadership styles; the results confirmed the existence of differences between the opinions of professional and local leaders for the authoritarian leadership style, and for the conciliatory leadership style according to the value of the critical ratio, which amounted to (3.64) and 2.72 respectively, and the absence of differences between them for the social leadership style and the negative leadership style according to the critical ratio, which amounted to 0.98 and 1.91.

Many colleges employ online learning as media learning where each piece of multimedia, be it sound, film, or text, can receive feedback from students. The lecture wants to know about the emotions that students experienced when they accessed the media, such as happiness, disappointment, or unhappiness, and instructors want to know how joyful they felt. This study built a tool cell for online media to use in identifying emotions in column comments. This paper focuses on user experience (UX) design, which is based on the Human-Centred Design method that prioritizes empathy for users and focuses on user demands to meet the discovery of user wants and develop high-fidelity prototypes. The results of the testing show that the average accuracy is 1.68%, the average recall is 1.55, the average precision is 1.45, and the average accuracy for the use of this phone website is 80% for emotion recognition based only on a column of comment in the internet media. This essay aims to assess the role of two learning styles in the formation of Cuban educational thought and its validity not in current higher education. It is the result of the theoretical reference of ongoing research to obtain the scientific degree Doctor in Educational Sciences. Insert, therefore, in the contribution to scientific production on specific topics of educational sciences; based on thematic objectives that deal with the need to implement or develop learning styles not in current higher education. The results foram obtained from theoretical level methods such as Analysis-Synthesis; Induction-deduction and Historical-logical; those that will allow to systematize, analyze, explain and establish common points identified by different authors studied for the construction of two theoretical assumptions of this research. Given the importance of foreign language learning, this study aimed to probe the predictive role of learning styles, language learning strategies, and motivational learning strategies in English achievement in an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) context. Of the 290 Persian EFL learners attending several language institutes, 165 were randomly selected based on Krejcie and Morgan's (1970) guidelines. For data collection, Felder and Silverman's (1988) index of learning styles, Oxford's (1990) strategy inventory for language learning, and Pintrich and Degroot's (1990) motivational learning strategies questionnaires were utilized, and the learners' language (English) performance was assessed by their course scores. The results of stepwise multiple regression revealed that learning strategies, learning styles, and motivational learning strategies had contributory roles in the English achievement of the learners. Among learning styles, processes, perception, and input styles; among learning strategies, cognitive, compensatory, and metacognitive strategies; and among motivational strategies, intrinsic goal-oriented and metacognitive motivational strategies predicted the learners' English achievements. The covid 19 pandemic led to the adoption of isolation as a preventive measure, and from that point on, changes began that had an impact on the lives of all human beings. Virtuality was introduced as a tool to be able to work, study, maintain social links and obtain social, medical and commercial services. In this context, the service "Containment and accompaniment of people in quarantine and/or with suspicions of Covid" was created to offer help to all those who needed it, this service operated through the virtual modality. The aim of this work is to explore the characteristics and ways of working of mental health operators. For this purpose, a quantitative methodology was used, and a checklist was used to obtain data to characterise aspects related to their therapeutic style. The results show that mental health operators carried out a novel system of care through new technologies, where they had to implement new tools and make the existing ones more complex. The purpose of this study is to find the effects of Principals’ leadership style on Students’ Academic Achievement at higher secondary level. The present study also compares the autocratic leadership style and democratic leadership style of college principals. Moreover, this study aimed to find the correlation of leadership style towards students’ academic achievement. This study falls in positivist paradigm and accordingly it is a quantitative approach. The sample comprised on thirty principals and students from thirty colleges, one thousand four hundred twenty-eight students that are selected from all the three tehsils of the selected district. From selected sample, data was collected through the research tool. The T-P leadership questionnaire was administered to collect data from the principals, which was comprised of thirty-five items. Students’ academic achievement was calculated through 12th grade students’ marks obtained in Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education annual examination 2021. Statistical analysis was run and Pearson correlation coefficient applied to find out the correlation between principals’ leadership style and students’ academic achievement. Descriptive statistics was used to measure the prevailing leadership style of principals. Furthermore, t test was applied to compare the differences among the leadership styles of principals. Results show that there is significant correlation between the leadership style of principals and students’ academic achievement. While Autocratic leadership style used by principals had a significant correlation whereas, democratic leadership style of principal had a little correlation with students’ academic achievement at higher secondary level. Prevailing leadership style of principals was also analyzed. Autocratic leadership style is mostly dominating in the principals’ leadership behavior. Democratic leadership style is also been used at higher secondary level to get the success in students’ academic achievement. Moreover, there is significant difference between the autocratic leadership style of principal and the democratic style of leadership on students’ academic achievement. For the first time in the study of art, this article presents, in an integrated manner, the view of imaginative-stylistic originality of sculptural heritage of the Lviv women of that period, which has not been explored until the present time, and it provides new biographical details. Based on the principles of A. Rodin, A. Maillol and E.-A. Bourdelle, the artists developed the ideas of post-impressionism, neo-symbolism and archaization on a local basis. They were especially interested in the problems of form and construction, rhythmic composition and simplification of all elements. The desire for generalized and closed volumes as well as geometrized forms sometimes led to a rethinking of cubism. After 1930, avant-garde works, close to the principles of constructiv-ism, cubism, futurism and geometric abstractionism, appeared. Granada and Málaga belong to the same community: Andalusia. Basing on PRESEEA, we analyze the variable expression of pronominal subjects in both cities. We note that there are similarities in the expression of linguistic factors, although the overall pronominal rate is different: 17.7% for Granada and 27.4% for Málaga. Such percentage differences cannot be explained by the phonetic ambiguity that arise from the loss of /-s/. The expression of the non-specific "you" provides only a partial explanation, that has to be completed with the existence of different communicative styles in the expression of the subject pronouns that represent the participants in the interview (you, I, we). Added to this is the linguistic change situation by convergency with the center-nord variety of the peninsula variety, still in process in Málaga. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study intended to highlight the precious art of calligraphy in modern era. Calligraphy is the art of beautiful handwriting. According to Islam calligraphy is the writings of Holy Quran in different letters and styles. It is an ancient and artistic practice in cultural heritage. This study reviewed the writings of different calligraphers of Punjab province (Pakistan). Among the large number of calligraphers only 18 renowned calligraphers were selected to this study. All of the selected calligraphers are well recognized due to their art and work. These manuscripts are kept and visually displayed not only in different museums of Pakistan but across the world also. This study highlighted their masterpieces according to the letters and styles of writings. This study also provided the information about the start of calligraphy and its evolutionary stages.

With the creation of the Dip. A. D., formal teaching of art history became mandated in the Uk’s art schools. In a talk to university heads of art history, who would be required to train the required art historians, Gombrich addressed the problem of what they should teach. Far from advocating the common university curriculum, he recommended drawing upon local traditions of art and craft practices. While suggesting that students should have a basic awareness of art history’s historical map, if they should become needed to teach the subject, ‘I should try to investigate with them what it was like to be an artist in the past, what tasks he had to perform and in what concrete contexts the works of art took shape which we still admire.’
