Objective: A simultaneous determination method was established for detecting 19 kinds of quinolones and sulfonamides in aquatic products simultaneously, by using QuEChERS combined with UPLC-MS/MS. Methods: Samples were extracted with 1.0% formic acid acetonitrile solution, ultrasonic for 1 min, and purified by QuEChERS multi-function needle filter. The sample purification and filtering were performed simultaneously. The Mass spectrometry was conducted by using positive (ESI+) electrospray ionization and multi-reactions monitoring (MRM) models, with external standard method. Results: The detection limit of 19 kinds of sulfonamides and quinolones is from 0.5 to 1.0 μg/kg. Compared with the national standard method, the detection sensitivity is improved. The added recoveries were from 81.0% to 113.0%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were from 0.2% to 11.7%. Conclusion: This method assisted ultrasonic extraction and QuEChERS, enhanced the efficiency of measuring quinolones and sulfonamides in aquatic products. It is a simple, rapid, sensitivity, accurate method, which provides an efficient technical means for daily monitoring of sulfonamides and quinolones in large quantities of aquatic product samples.

La présente étude empirique vise à examiner l’influence de l’aspect lexical sur l’acquisition initiale du passé composé et de l’imparfait chez les apprenants sinophones en français langue étrangère, tout en essayant de dégager des difficultés d’apprentissage sous-jacentes. Selon l’hypothèse de l’aspect, aux stades initiaux de l’acquisition, les apprenants associent de manière préférentielle la morphologie perfective aux prédicats téliques (à savoir les verbes d’accomplissement et d’achèvement) et la morphologie imperfective aux prédicats atéliques (à savoir les verbes d’état et d’activité). Les analyses statistiques effectuées ont mis en évidence cette préférence significative chez les apprenants sinophones testés, dont la L1 est connue pour l’absence de la morphologie temporelle, corroborant les résultats obtenus dans des études menées auprès d’apprenants qui marquent la morphologie temporelle dans leur L1. Il en ressort que l’acquisition de la morphologie verbale pourrait être étroitement liée à l’aspect lexical, indépendamment de la présence ou de l’absence de la morphologie temporelle en L1. Les résultats montrent également que les apprenants testés ont eu plus de difficultés à reconnaître l’emploi atypique des temps verbaux par rapport à leur emploi typique, notamment pour les verbes d’état et d’achèvement, et ce, probablement à cause de l’influence du système aspectuel du chinois, lequel présente de notables différences par rapport à celui du français.

This patient was an elderly man with left carotid body tumor, cardiac paraganglioma and right adrenal pheochromocytoma at the same time. It was a rare case with a complex condition, and the diagnosis and treatment were difficult. After two rounds of discussion in the multidisciplinary team, our hospital successively removed the lesions of the heart and the right adrenal, and the patient was discharged smoothly after the operations. The diagnosis and treatment of this patient reflects the significance of the multidisciplinary team on the diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases.

Objective To study the correlation of basic vital signs with behavioral score of disorders of consciousness (DOC) in patients with brainstem hemorrhage. Methods A total of 73 patients with brain stem hemorrhage were screened out from 375 patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from January 2015 to November 2020. According to the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score within 24 h after admission, they were divided into normal consciousness group (n=38) and severe DOC group (n=35). Their GCS score, GCS response ability, behavioral cognitive ability, limb response to pain stimulation and eye-opening response, as well as axillary temperature, pulse rate and respiratory rate were compared between the 2 groups at the 2 time points, that is, 24 h after admission and 24 h before discharge. According to the behavioral responses mentioned above, the patients out of severe DOC group were further assigned into the subgroup having behavioral responses (behavioral subgroup, n=21) and the subgroup without (non-behavioral subgroup, n=14), and the changes of axillary temperature, pulse rate and respiratory rate were compared with between them. The correlations and differences among the GCS scores and axillary body temperature, pulse rate and respiratory rate were analyzed between the normal consciousness group and the severe DOC group during the 24 h after admission and 24 h before discharge. Results In 24 h after admission and 24 h before discharge, the patients in the severe DOC group had significantly lower GCS scores and higher mean temperature and pulse rate than the normal consciousness group (P < 0.05). However, there was no statistical difference in the mean respiratory rate within 24 h after admission between the 2 groups (P>0.05), and the rate within 24 h before discharge was obviously higher in the severe DOC group than another group (P < 0.05). In addition, no statistical correlations were observed among GCS scores and axillary temperature, pulse rate and respiratory rate in the 2 groups at the 2 time points (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the mean value of axillary temperature, pulse rate and respiratory rate within 24 h after admission between the behavioral and non-behavioral subgroups (P>0.05), but the mean pulse rate within 24 h before discharge in the latter subgroup was significantly higher than that in the behavioral subgroups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The basic vital signs of patients with brainstem hemorrhage are closely correlated with the behavioral GCS scores of DOC, and among these signs, increased axillary temperature and pulse rate within 24 h after admission and 24 h before discharge are positively correlated with decreased GCS scores of patients with severe DOC.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of disturbance of electrolyte balance after primary brainstem hemorrhage (PBH) and their correlation with the outcome of patients with disorders of consciousness (DOC). Methods A retrospective survey was used to statistically analyze the clinical data of 350 patients with brainstem hemorrhage admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Military Medical University from January 1, 2010 to September 1, 2020. With our strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, 47 PBH cases undergoing standardized fluid replacement were screened out. Then they were divided into the non-DOC group (n=21), DOC group (n=21) and DOC translating to non-DOC group (n=5) according to their state of consciousness. The quantities of venous blood electrolyte and carbon dioxide during the whole duration of hospital stay were collected, and then analyzed for the changes of sodium, potassium, chloride, anion gap (AG) and CO2. Next, we analyzed the rule and characteristics of the changes of mean value, maximum value, minimum value, abnormal rate, average fluctuation range and other indicators, and explored their relationship with PBH. Results One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that there were significant differences in the mean value, maximum value, minimum value, abnormal rate and average fluctuation range of chloride ion and AG among the 3 groups (P < 0.05). But in addition to the abnormal rate and average fluctuation range of CO2 content, there were no statistical differences in the contents of sodium ion, potassium ion and CO2 among the 3 groups. Further multiple intra-group comparative analysis indicated that the mean value, maximum value, abnormal rate and average fluctuation range of chloride ion and AG were significantly increased, while the minimum value was decreased in the DOC group than the non-DOC group (P < 0.01). The abnormal rate and average fluctuation range of potassium ion, AG and CO2 content were significantly increased (P < 0.01), but no statistical significance was seen in sodium and chloride in the DOC translating to non-DOC group than the non-DOC group. Conclusion The disturbance of electrolyte balance is closely associated with the DOC severity in PBH patients. The higher the abnormal rate of chloride ion and AG and the average fluctuation range are, the more severe DOC is.

Objective To analyze the value of CT signs in the prediction of disorders of consciousness (DOC) in patients with primary brainstem hemorrhage (PBH). Methods A total of 377 patients with brainstem hemorrhage admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from August 2011 to October 2020 were recruited, and 107 patients with PBH were screened out. According to the level of their consciousness, they were divided into 4 levels, that is, consciousness, somnolence, sopor and coma. Mann-Whitney U and Spearman rank correlation tests were used to perform univariate analysis on the factors that may affect DOC (gender, age, CT signs, bleeding stage), and ordinal multinomial logistic regression analysis was carried out for those with significance (P < 0.05) to explore the correlation of these indicators with consciousness level in order to explore the CT signs that can predict the level of DOC. Results Mann-Whitney U test showed that gender had no significant correlation with DOC, while whether being broken into the ventricle or involved in the midbrain were significantly correlated. Spearman rank correlation analysis indicated that age was not significantly related with DOC, while bleeding stages and average CT values were weakly correlated with DOC, differences of shape and heterogeneity of density were moderately correlated with DOC, and bleeding volume and greatest hemorrhage diameter were highly correlated with DOC. Ordinal multinomial logistic regression analysis showed that: ① The greater bleeding volume or the greatest hemorrhage diameters of the hematoma are, the more serious DOC in PBH patients is. ② The probability of aggravating the DOC level in patients with >5~10 mL brainstem bleeding was 8.05 times higher than that in patients with ≤2 mL bleeding volume. The patients with greatest hemorrhage diameters of >3~4 cm in hematoma had the possibility of aggravating the DOC level at least 1 grade, which was 16.66 times higher than those with ≤2 cm. ③ There were no significant correlations among DOC and the differences of shape, heterogeneity of density, whether the hemorrhage being involved in the midbrain and broken into the brain ventricle or not. Conclusion In PBH patients, bleeding volume and greatest hemorrhage diameters of hematoma are positively correlated with DOC level. Bleeding volume of brainstem bleeding of >5~10 mL or greatest hemorrhage diameter of >3~4 cm indicates the changes of DOC level.

Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have gained much attention for their crucial regulatory roles in human diseases and cancers. However, the role and the mechanism of circRNA ArfGAP with FG repeats 1 (circAGFG1) in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are still largely unknown. circAGFG1 was highly expressed in NSCLC, and high expression of circAGFG1 was closely related to the low survival rate of NSCLC patients. circAGFG1 knockdown inhibited the proliferation, migration, and invasion and promoted the apoptosis of NSCLC cells. circAGFG1 bound to miR-28-5p in NSCLC cells, and circAGFG1 promoted NSCLC progression partly through sponging miR-28-5p in vitro. HIF-1α was a target of miR-28-5p, and miR-28-5p overexpression-mediated influences in NSCLC cells were partly overturned by the addition of HIF-1α overexpression plasmid. circAGFG1/miR-28-5p/HIF-1α axis regulated cellular glycolytic metabolism in NSCLC cells. circAGFG1 silencing restrained the xenograft tumor growth in vivo. circAGFG1 promoted the proliferation, migration, and invasion and suppressed the apoptosis of NSCLC cells through accelerating the glycolysis via miR-28-5p/HIF-1α axis.

The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of mindfulness meditation (MM) on anxiety, depression, stress and mindfulness in nursing students.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of subdural anesthesia with methylene blue injection on postherpetic neuralgia. Methods A total of 120 patients with postherpetic neuralgia (including 44 male and 76 female patients aged 45-80 years) receiving treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University between September, 2017 and November, 2018 were enrolled in this study. All the patients, including 50 with thoracic herpes zoster and 70 with lumbar herpes zoster, were randomized equally into 3 groups according to the time of admission for treatment with routine epidural block (group I), epidural methylene blue injection in addition to routine epidural block (group Ⅱ), or methylene blue injection + local injection of the conventional drugs (group Ⅲ). Visual analog scale (VAS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were used for assessment of the patients before and after 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks of treatment. Results The VAS and PSQI scores were were decreased significantly in all the 3 groups after the treatment (P < 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, VAS and PSQI scores differed significantly among the 3 groups, and the lowest scores were in group Ⅱ (P < 0.001). Conclusion The combination of subdural methylene blue injection and epidural block can significantly improve the treatment efficacy for postherpetic neuralgia, and can be used for treatment of refractory postherpetic neuralgia that fails to respond to conventional drug treatment.

Ayant pour objet d’étude Le Tartuffe ou l’Imposteur en bande dessinée chinoise, le présent article vise à explorer l’adaptation en bande dessinée, avatar de la traduction littéraire en vogue dans les années 1980 en Chine. Cette étude commence par une interrogation sur la raison pour laquelle la comédie de Molière a été choisie dans le contexte d’accueil à l’époque. Nous nous proposons ensuite d’analyser en détail les deux volets qui composent cette adaptation : la réécriture du dialogue théâtral en texte narratif et la reconstruction de l’espace iconographique.

S’inscrivant dans une perspective de croisement entre la sociolinguistique et la didactique du FLE, cet article vise à esquisser des pistes de réflexion sur l’exploitation de l’argot français contemporain en classe. Nous nous proposons d’exposer les apprenants à la découverte de cette variété de la langue française, pour éveiller chez eux une prise de conscience de la variation stylistique et par la même occasion développer leur compétence sociolinguistique. En concevant des activités à partir des documents authentiques, nous avons fait le premier pas vers une mise en œuvre d’une approche sociolinguistique dans l’enseignement du français en Chine.

A Chlamydomonas reinhardtii immobile mutant named ift81 was screened by insertional mutagenesis. The mutant was bald or with two short flagella. Gene sequencing confirmed that fifty-two base pairs in the fifth extron of IFT81 gene were replaced by the exogenous gene aphⅧ in the mutant. After a recombinant plasmid containing full IFT81 gene was imported into the mutant ift81,the phenotype of the mutant was rescued and the expression of IFT81-HA could be detected,which confirmed that the defect in IFT81 gene led to the abnormal flagella directly. Electron microscopy images exhibited the abnormal flagella of the mutant. An immunofluorescence assay revealed that IFT81 protein was localized to the basal body and flagella. This work shows that loss of protein IFT81 will directly lead to the defects of flagellar assembly,and IFT81 protein is indispensable for flagellar assembly in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii.
