In this paper was studied the content of heavy metals in atmospheric dust of Dushanbe and Ayvaj. Dust samples were taken and analyzed to determine the content of heavy metals (HM): Zn, Pb, Cu, Cr, V, Ni, Co, As, Sr, MnO, TiO2 and Fe2O3 using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The pollution levels and environmental risks of HMs were assessed using the geoaccumulation index, contamination factor, pollution load index and potential ecological risk index. The results revealed severe contamination of atmospheric dust from Ayvaj and Dushanbe with particularly hazardous HMs such as As and Pb, the proportion of As is higher in the dust of Dushanbe, and the contribution of Pb is significant in the samples of Ayvaj. The concentrations of As, Pb, Zn, MnO, Sr, TiO2, V, Co in the dust of Dushanbe and As, Pb, Zn, Sr, TiO2, Cu in the dust of Ayvaj showed high variability (CV> 35%), which indicates an intense influence of anthropogenic activity. The results of the pollution factor analysis show that As, Co, V in Ayvaj atmospheric dust samples and Pb, Cr, Ni, V, MnO in Dushanbe samples were assigned to the class of very high pollution (CF>3). According to the results of the geoaccumulation index Ayvaj is heavily polluted with the following elements: V, Pb, Cr (3< Igeo ≤4). Based on the ecological risk index method, As and Pb were found to be priority pollutants in the study areas.

The agrochemical properties of soil are important for its fertility, plant growth and development, and harvesting. In this case, humus is one of the main indicators of the total amount of nutrients. These indicators vary by soil layer. The reduction of the amount of humus in the lower layers of the soil has a negative effect on the agrophysical and agrochemical properties of the soil. Soil humus is a complex of high molecular complex chemicals consisting of protein, amino acid, wax, tar, low molecular organic acids, cellulose, lignin, chitin and other substances. Its amount is closely related to a number of factors and conditions - the amount and quality of biomass falling into the soil, the chemical composition of the soil, the environment, water-air, thermal properties, and physical-mechanical properties. This article presents information on the chemical and agrochemical status of typical rainfed sierozems. According to the results of the study, rainfed sierozems are very low in humus, low to moderate in mineral nitrogen and mobile phosphorus, moderate to high in exchangeable potassium. Carbonates are not evenly distributed along the profile of rainfed silozems, that is, some sections differ from the surface layers in their carbonate content, while in other sections, some accumulation of carbonates is observed in the middle and lower layers.

This article presents the results of a numerical study of the stress concentration around two equal and unequal holes in an orthotropic spherical shell made of composite materials under the action of internal pressure. The influence of geometric (hole radii, shell thickness, distance between holes) characteristics, as well as material orthotropy and shear stiffness, on the stress state of spherical shells made of composite materials is studied. A numerical algorithm based on the finite element method has been developed and a software package has been implemented on a computer that allows solving the problem of stress concentration near two unequal holes in spherical shells made of composite materials.

In the process of energy reform, liberalization and deregulation of the electricity market, a number of features have been identified that are related to the fact that in the conditions of market relations, the economic benefit and the price of electricity for consumers become a priority. There is certain isolation of networks and power lines from generation facilities; attention is lost to such an important problem as the reliability and safety of power supply. In this situation, the load on the power elements of the electric network increases, there is a need to create appropriate reserves of generating capacities, to increase the throughput of electric networks. All this involves increasing the role of system operators and improving supervisory control systems. The strategic goal of this study was to analyze the development of the electric power complex by the creation of smart grid systems as a platform for market, managerial and technological innovations that provide a transition to a new level of development of the electric power industry in Uzbekistan.

Indoor air quality (IAQ) and indoor air pollution are critical issues impacting urban environments, significantly affecting the quality of life. Nowadays, poor IAQ is linked to respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, allergic reactions, and cognitive impairments, particularly in settings like classrooms. Thus, this study investigates the impact of indoor environmental quality on student health in a university classroom over a year, using various sensors to measure 19 environmental parameters, including temperature, relative humidity, CO 2 , CO, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), particulate matter (PM), and other pollutants. Thus, the aim of the study is to analyze the implications of the indoor microclimate for the health of individuals working in the classroom, as well as its implications for educational outcomes. The data revealed frequent exceedances of international standards for formaldehyde (HCHO), VOC, PM 2.5 , NO, and NO 2 . HCHO and VOCs levels, often originating from building materials and classroom activities, were notably high. PM 2.5 levels exceeded both annual and daily standards, while NO and NO 2 levels, possibly influenced by inadequate ventilation, also surpassed recommended limits. Even though there were numerous exceedances of current international standards, the indoor microclimate quality index (IMQI) score indicated a generally good indoor environment, remaining mostly between 0 and 50 for this indicator. Additionally, analyses indicate a high probability that some indicators will exceed the current standards, and their values are expected to trend upwards in the future. The study highlighted the need for better ventilation and pollutant control in classrooms to ensure a healthy learning environment. Frequent exceedances of pollutant standards can suggest a significant impact on student health and academic performance. Objective: To study the changes in indicators of oxidative toxemia, hypoxia and intra-abdominal hypertension in various forms of acute pancreatitis., Material and Methods: The results of complex diagnostics in 62 patients with various forms of acute pancreatitis were analyzed. We estimated the indicators of oxidative status, hypoxia and intra-abdominal hypertension. Edematous pancreatitis was diagnosed in 35 (56.5%) patients, destructive acute pancreatitis - in 27 (43.5%) patients (sterile pancreatic necrosis in 14 (22.6%) patients, and infected pancreatic necrosis in 13 (20.9%) patients)., Results: Progression of disease is followed by active lipid peroxidation with accumulation of conjugated dienes and malondialdehyde, as well as increase in serum lactate and pyruvate levels. Intra-abdominal pressure increases with progression of disease and destructive processes. There was direct correlation between intra-abdominal pressure and clinical form of acute pancreatitis ( r =0.8033, p <0.001). The same was true for intra-abdominal pressure and indicators of oxidative toxemia (conjugated dienes - p <0.001, malondialdehyde - p <0.001) and hypoxia (lactate - p <0.001, pyruvate - p <0.001, and hypoxia coefficient - p <0.001)., Conclusion: A comprehensive examination of patients with acute pancreatitis allows to analyze lipid peroxidation, hypoxia and intra-abdominal hypertension. These parameters depend on clinical form of disease.

Poor air quality inside museums can have a double effect; on the one hand, influencing the integrity of the exhibits and on the other hand, endangering the health of employees and visitors. Both components can be very sensitive to the influence of the internal microclimate, therefore careful monitoring of the physical parameters and pollutants is required in order to maintain them within strict limits and thus to reduce the hazards that can be induced. The current study considers the determination and analysis of 15 indicators of the internal microclimate in an Art Nouveau museum built at the beginning of the 20th century in the Municipality of Oradea, Romania. The monitoring spanned a period of seven months, between September 2021 and March 2022, targeting three rooms of the museum with different characteristics and containing exhibits with a high degree of fragility. The results show that, although there are numerous indicators that have exceeded the thresholds induced by international standards, the possible negative impact on the exhibits and/or on human health remains moderate. This is due to the fact that, most of the time, exceeding the permitted limits are small or only sporadic, the values quickly returning to the permitted limits. Thus, only 22 of the 212 days of monitoring recorded marginal conditions regarding the quality of the indoor air, the rest having acceptable and good conditions. To improve the indoor conditions, a more careful management is needed, especially regarding the values of temperature, humidity, particulate matters, natural and artificial light, volatile organic compounds (VOC) and formaldehyde (HCHO), which during the measurements recorded high values that fluctuated in a wide spectrum. The obtained results can represent the basis for the development and implementation of long-term strategies for stabilizing the microclimatic conditions in the museum in order to preserve the exhibits preventively and to ensure a clean and safe environment for people.

The old fibers that make up heritage textiles displayed in museums are degraded by the aging process, environmental conditions (microclimates, particulate matter, pollutants, sunlight) and the action of microorganisms. In order to counteract these processes and keep the textile exhibits in good condition for as long as possible, both reactive and preventive interventions on them are necessary. Based on these ideas, the present study aims to test a natural and non-invasive method of cleaning historic textiles, which includes the use of a natural substance with a known antifungal effect (being traditionally used in various rural communities)-lye. The design of the study was aimed at examining a traditional women's shirt that is aged between 80-100 years, using artificial intelligence techniques for Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) imagery analysis and X-ray powder diffraction technique in order to achieve a complex and accurate investigation and monitoring of the object's realities. The determinations were performed both before and after washing the material with lye. SEM microscopy investigations of the ecologically washed textile specimens showed that the number of microorganism colonies, as well as the amount of dust, decreased. It was also observed that the surface cellulose fibers lost their integrity, eventually being loosened on cellulose fibers of cotton threads. This could better visualize the presence of microfibrils that connect the cellulose fibers in cotton textiles. The results obtained could be of real value both for the restorers, the textile collections of the different museums, and for the researchers in the field of cultural heritage. By applying such a methodology, cotton tests can be effectively cleaned without compromising the integrity of the material.

Monitoring the indoor microclimate in old buildings of cultural heritage and significance is a practice of great importance because of the importance of their identity for local communities and national consciousness. Most aged heritage buildings, especially those made of wood, develop an indoor microclimate conducive to the development of microorganisms. This study aims to analyze one wooden church dating back to the 1710s in Romania from the microclimatic perspective, i.e., temperature and relative humidity and the fungal load of the air and surfaces. One further aim was to determine if the internal microclimate of the monument is favorable for the health of parishioners and visitors, as well as for the integrity of the church itself. The research methodology involved monitoring of the microclimate for a period of nine weeks (November 2020-January 2021) and evaluating the fungal load in indoor air as well as on the surfaces. The results show a very high contamination of air and surfaces (>2000 CFU/m 3 ). In terms of fungal contamination, Aspergillus spp. (two different species), Alternaria spp., Cladosporium spp., Mucor spp., Penicillium spp. (two different species) and Trichopyton spp. were the genera of fungi identified in the indoor wooden church air and Aspergillus spp., Cladosporium spp., Penicillium spp. (two different species) and Botrytis spp. on the surfaces (church walls and iconostasis). The results obtained reveal that the internal microclimate not only imposes a potential risk factor for the parishioners and visitors, but also for the preservation of the wooden church as a historical monument, which is facing a crisis of biodeterioration of its artwork.

An overview of the methods of fixation of the skull bones is presented,as well as discussion and characterization of different methods of fixation. A new system of fixation of the skull bones was used in osseous-plastic trepanation and reconstructive operations using nitinol craniofixators. Results of cranioplasty using craniofixators were analyzed in 62 patients with craniocerebral injuries and its consequences, vascular and oncological diseases of the brain. There were no complications in the postoperative period. Articles made of nitinol are very strong, elastic and have the effect of thermo-mechanical memory of the form.

7 cases of pituitary adenomas with the pronounced signs of invasive growth, confirmed by MRI, clinical and intraoperative observations. Invasive growth of adenomas was related to neither the structure of the tumor, the degree of anaplasia, or the nature of a generated hormone.

Surgery for brain metastases is an effective treatment for most cancer patients. It involves low post-operative lethality (2.9%) and causes neurological symptoms to regress in most patients. 12-month survival occured in 48.5%, 5 years--10.8%; mean survival duration with good quality of life--11.8 months. Survival basically depended on tumor pattern, metastases to other organs, multiple foci in the brain and habitus.
