This study synthesized titanium dioxide (TiO2) quickly and cheaply using microwaves and pulsed laser ablation. Titanium isopropoxide (Ti[OCH(CH3)2]4) was the precursor and deionized water (DIW) was the solvent and reducer for sub-micrometer particle production in microwave technique. TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized in pulsed laser ablation liquid medium after a 5-minute preparation period in a 1200 W commercial microwave and a 1-hour annealing at 400°C. A Q-switched Nd:YAG laser with 480 mJ energy per pulse was used for 100, 200, and 300 pulses. Multiple methods, including XRD, BET, and EDX. XRD showed anatase TiO2 in microwave-synthesised nanoparticles. Pulsed laser ablation produced pure TiO2 nanoparticles with a brookite crystalline structure. In microwave BET analysis, TiO2 has a large surface area of 72.727 to 108.28 m2/g. BET analysis indicated 82.44 to 98.67 m2/g of TiO2 surface area by pulsed laser ablation. Strong titanium (Ti) and oxygen (O) peaks in microwave and pulsed laser ablation EDX tests showed nanoparticle purity.

In this research, the preparation of pure ( CdO ) films on a glass substrate were conducted using a pulsed laser deposition method (PLD) . The deposition of the films was done at different times ( 5 , 10 , 15, 20 ) minutes at room temperature. The effect of non-thermal plasma on these prepared films in two exposure times of (30, 60) minutes was studied. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) of the prepared pure ( CdO) films showed that the films have a polycrystalline structure of cubic phase with preferred orientation (111). It was noted that the increase of deposition time of (Nd : YAG) laser, reduces the intensity of diffraction peaks at (111 ) , (200) , (220) . The results of (XRD) have also shown that when the prepared pure ( CdO ) films are exposed to the non-thermal plasma, their crystalline structure was not affected. The tests also showed that the increase of the exposure time to non-thermal plasma causes a decrease in the intensity of the diffraction peaks. The (AFM) tests also demonstrated that the changing in ( RMS ) of the surface roughness is irregular and it was found that the ( RMS ) increases by increasing the deposition time.

In this study the structural and optical properties of pure and Sn doped films polyanilinehydrochloride (PANI) doped by Tin (Sn) with volumetric percentages (3, 6, and 9)%, which prepared by using the spin coating method on substrates of the glass at room temperature. The structural properties of the prepared films were studied by x-ray diffraction technique. The results illustrate amorphous structure .The atomic force microscope (AFM) diagnosis has led the doping process to decrease in the roughness of the surface and the average rate of the square root with the variation in particle size distribution. The study of the optical properties by measuring then absorption and transmission spectra as a function of wavelength (320-910) nm to the pure and doped film of PANI, the results showed that the transmittance decreased with increasing doping due to the increase in the impurity resulted which makes attenuation in the intensity of incident light with a increasing of absorption. The results also showed that the polymer has an indirect allowed energy gap and it decrease with increasing doping because of the doping levels (Sn) inside the optical energy gap.
