This research aims to determine how much influence sharia financial inclusion, financial experience and financial management have on the welfare of MSMEs through sharia financial literacy at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Langsa. This research uses a quantitative approach using 88 MSME actors who are registered in Ultra Micro financing. Based on cross section data using analysis techniques in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of the research analysis conducted with 5% alpha show that sharia financial literacy moderates by strengthening the relationship between sharia financial inclusion and sharia financial experience on the welfare of MSMEs, while sharia financial literacy neither strengthens nor weakens the relationship between financial management and the welfare of MSMEs. The welfare of MSMEs is based on a good and increasing condition of productive businesses owned by individuals and / or individual business entities that have micro business criteria must be based on an understanding of sharia financial literacy, because sharia financial literacy is a fundamental factor for economic growth and financial stability in sharia

Siamcyclops isanus sp. nov. has been found from a cave in northeastern Thailand. It differs from the other member of its genus by having: 1) smooth free margin of anal operculum, 2) a different armature on the second endopod of the first and fourth legs, 3) the armature of the second endopod of the male third leg, and 4) the shape of spermatophore. The discovery of the second species from the genus Siamcyclops thus leads to the proposal for the generic diagnosis. The morphological differences between the genus Siamcyclops and other closely related genera is added.

Abstract Accurate detection and classification of lung malignancies are crucial for early diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient prognosis. Conventional histopathological analysis is time-consuming, limiting its clinical applicability. To address this, we present a dataset of 691 high-resolution (1200 × 1600 pixels) histopathological lung images, covering adenocarcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas, and normal tissues from 45 patients. These images are subdivided into three differentiation levels for both pathological types: well, moderately, and poorly differentiated, resulting in seven classes for classification. The dataset includes images at 20x and 40x magnification, reflecting real clinical diversity. We evaluated image classification using deep neural network and multiple instance learning approaches. Each method was used to classify images at 20x and 40x magnification into three superclasses. We achieved accuracies between 81% and 92%, depending on the method and resolution, demonstrating the dataset’s utility.

Bauxite mining, a key aluminum production process, can cause environmental degradation, soil erosion, and biodiversity loss. Reclamation measures like reforestation and water management can restore balance. Red mud, a by-product of alumina production, can enhance soil fertility and plant growth in post-bauxite mining reclamation areas. Its alkalinity and mineral composition reduce reliance on synthetic fertilizers, promoting sustainable soil management and addressing environmental challenges. This study aimed to examine the impact of red mud on soil characteristics and the growth of plants in areas during bauxite mining land reclamation. This study was conducted in the post-reclamation area of bauxite mining in West Kalimantan. The experiment involved two treatments: red mud application and a species of revegetation plant. Plant species consist of the plants Embeng, Forest Guana, Johar, and Rambutan. The study used a randomized block design with 24 experimental units. The parameters measured in the study included pH, organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, exchangeable cations, cation exchange capacity, and base saturation, while growth parameters included a high percentage of plant growth and percentages of increased stem diameter. The findings showed that adding red mud to the planting hole increased soil pH and base saturation, improved nutrient availability, and enhanced plant growth in the areas post-mining bauxite at PT Antam, UBPB West Kalimantan. The Embeng Plant is highly regarded as a suitable plant species for re-vegetating areas after bauxite mining.

Kondisi oseanografi dan pemilihan lokasi adalah faktor penting dalam keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan kegiatan budidaya lobster laut menggunakan sistem keramba jaring apung. Salah satu kendala budidaya lobster adalah belum adanya aturan khusus mengenai kriteria kesesuaian lokasi budidaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kriteria dan lokasi yang sesuai untuk budidaya lobster di sekitar perairan Teluk Pidada. Dasar kriteria yang digunakan adalah kesesuaian kondisi oseanografi dan kualitas air laut terhadap konstruksi keramba jaring apung dan habitat alamiah lobster. Metode analisis spasial menggunakan sistem informasi geografi dengan sistem pembobotan digunakan dalam penentuan lokasi yang sesuai untuk budidaya, yang mencakup kecerahan, kekeruhan, TSS, klorofil-a, DO, nitrat, fosfat, amonia, pH, TOM, dan salinitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 9 dari 15 parameter memiliki kondisi yang sangat sesuai. Hasil studi analisis kesesuaian wilayah memperlihatkan bahwa 78,8% perairan atau seluas 2.890,8 ha dalam kategori sangat sesuai, kemudian hanya 21,2% perairan atau seluas 755,2 ha yang tergolong sesuai, dan tidak ditemukan kategori tidak sesuai di perairan Teluk Pidada. Hampir sebagian besar wilayah teluk sesuai untuk budidaya lobster, namun sebagian titik berlokasi agak menjauh dari daratan karena tingginya nutrien dan run-off kurang sesuai untuk kegiatan budidaya.

Due to its internationalization agenda, higher education institutions (HEI) in Indonesia adopted English as medium of instruction (EMI) programs despite the absence of a national policy document to regulate EMI. Studies on EMI policy in HEI focused on the effect policy could have on the dominant group and gave less highlight on EMI policy implementation management. This case study examined the management of EMI as language policy at the meso-(institutional) and micro-(classroom) levels. The data sources include the institutional policy document related to the EMI program, and interviews with seven EMI officers and seven EMI teachers at a Technological Institute in Indonesia. Using Spolsky's language management framework for the "sensitizing concept," the result of the thematic analysis of the data shows three major categories of EMI policy management: EMI classroom management mechanism, language-related mechanism, and incentivization mechanism. The EMI teachers practice EMI differently in the classroom. Three teachers used English only, while four teachers used multilingualism for content comprehension. The most highlighted managerial and teaching problems come from the students’ recruitment. Therefore, reflecting on the constrain due to the management, it is recommended that the Ministry of Education provide more concrete and practical guidance on EMI implementation in Indonesia.

Despite extensive research on vocabulary acquisition, limited attention has been given to how these theories are applied in English as a foreign language (EFL) teaching practices, particularly in Indonesia. This qualitative case study addresses this gap by exploring English lecturers' perceptions and use of incidental vocabulary learning (IVL) and the involvement load hypothesis (ILH) in their classrooms. Data were collected through interviews and classroom observations with five English lecturers from universities in Malang, Indonesia, and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key patterns and themes. The findings revealed that all participants recognized the importance of vocabulary in language learning and preferred implicit learning methods, such as exposure to authentic language in literature and films. However, the integration of theoretical concepts like vocabulary size and frequency into teaching practices was limited due to constraints such as time and lack of dedicated vocabulary instruction. Moreover, participants were unfamiliar with the ILH, though some of its elements were present in their teaching. The study suggests that better dissemination of research and professional development is essential to bridge the gap between theory and practice, ultimately improving vocabulary instruction in EFL contexts.

The definition of mental disorders has been traditionally a matter of discussion, and it has relevant implications in research and healthcare. Our aim was to explore the conceptualization medical students have of depression and to determine differences across academic years. The Maudsley Attitudes Questionnaire was adapted through a double translation, double back-translation and a preliminary validation, obtaining a Spanish edition. All students of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zaragoza and doctors who graduated from this University in 2020 were invited to answer the online questionnaire, and we received 222 answers (response rate: 15.2%). The results were compared by years and levels of education using an ANOVA. The social realist, behavioral, biological, cognitive and psychodynamic models were the most endorsed. The psychodynamic and nihilist models were less embraced by students in later educational years. These students also reported greater confidence in their understanding of depression and of its biological, cognitive and behavioral models. In conclusion, the conceptualization of depression among medical students is complex and multidimensional, and appears to be similar across different years of education. In later years, we found less support for the psychodynamic model, increased confidence in psychiatry and greater ease in handling the concepts of its leading models.

Thanks to recent anatomical studies, the precise location of articular branches of the suprascapular, lateropectoral and axillary nerves has been determined. Cooled radiofrequency is a neuroablative modality of treatment which has been demonstrated as efficient in different anatomical locations, and targeting the aforementioned nerves could result in a complete and efficient denervation of the shoulder. The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy of a fluoroscopic guided cooled radiofrequency technique for chronic shoulder pain.Patients and Methods: This is a retrospective observational study performed in two hospital in Wales and Italy (Wrexham NHS trust and Iseo Hospital). Forty-four patients were treated between December 2019 and January 2023. Follow-up was provided at 1-, 6- and 12-months post-procedure. Pain intensity was measured with a 0– 10-point Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), and was assessed at rest and during movement. Disability was assessed with the Oxford Shoulder Score (OSS). All patients were treated with cooled radiofrequency under fluoroscopic guidance targeting the articular branches of the suprascapular, axillary and lateropectoral nerves.Results: In the 44 patients treated, the mean NRS significantly decreased at all follow ups, pain relief of > 50% was obtained in 70.4%, 61% and 51% of the patients at 1.6 and 12 month follow-ups, respectively. Disability improved significantly, with a mean OSS at 12 months follow up of 30 ± 17.5, compared to 15 ± 3 at baseline. Medication intake (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) and/or opioids) significantly decreased at all follow ups.Conclusion: Cooled radiofrequency denervation can be an effective procedure to manage chronic shoulder pain, providing sustained pain relief and functional improvement in more than 50% of the patients.Keywords: radiofrequency, neuromodulation, shoulder pain, pain management

Abstract Energy sources are critical in the industrial sector, particularly as population growth intensifies the pressure on industries to scale up production to meet increasing demands. Integrating renewable energy sources such as biomass, biogas, and photovoltaic systems in the palm oil production process can be considered a pivotal strategy for mitigating carbon emissions. However, load fluctuations due to mill size and insufficient supply of biogas and photovoltaic are significant challenges in energy management for the palm oil industry. Adopting renewable energy solutions is hindered by process disturbances and climatic variability caused by weather, ambient temperature, relative humidity, and solar radiation. These factors pose constraints on the implementation of renewable energy solutions. Therefore, this study aims to fill the gap in terms of renewable energy management within the palm oil industry by applying reinforcement learning to achieve effective energy management and reduce carbon emissions under five climatic scenarios. The result shows that reinforcement learning effectively combines renewable energy sources to generate electricity and steam while efficiently managing energy storage without exceeding predefined levels. Additionally, deploying a photovoltaic system contributes to energy savings from biomass and biogas of 2.9% and reduces average daily carbon dioxide emissions by 3137 kg. The proposed method has proved beneficial across all climate scenarios for energy savings and emission reduction.

Thermocyclops Kiefer, 1927, is a genus of Cyclopidae, one of the most diverse families among cyclopoids. To date, 13 species of this genus have been recorded in Thailand. Through intensive sampling of rice fields in central Thailand and temporary waters in northeastern Thailand, one new species, Thermocyclops oryzae sp. nov., was discovered. This new species is clearly distinguished from other Thermocyclops by the presence of a serrated lobe on the posterior surface of the medial expansion of the basipodite of the fourth swimming leg. Moreover, it can be distinguished from its congeners by (i) ornamentation on the genital double-somite, succeeding two urosomites and caudal ramus; (ii) the length and width ratio of the caudal ramus; (iii) the length ratio of the innermost terminal seta (VI) and the outermost terminal seta (III); (iv) the number of setae on the second endopodal segment of the antenna; (v) projection and ornamentation on the intercoxal sclerites of the first to fourth swimming legs; (vi) the surface ornamentation of the medial margin of the basipodite of the first to fourth swimming legs; and (vii) the relative length of two apical spines of the third endopodal segment of the fourth swimming leg. The present discovery increases the number of species in this genus in Thailand to 14. A pictorial key to all species is proposed, and their ecologies and distributions within Thailand are updated and discussed.

This paper presents and examines a COVID-19 model that takes comorbidities and up to three vaccine doses into account. We analyze the stability of the equilibria, examine herd immunity, and conduct a sensitivity analysis validated by data on COVID-19 in Indonesia. The disease-free equilibrium is locally and globally asymptotically stable whenever the basic reproduction number is less than one, while an endemic equilibrium exists and is globally asymptotically stable when the number is greater than one. Subsequently, the model incorporates two effective measures, namely public education and enhanced medical care, to determine the most advantageous approach for mitigating the transmission of the disease. The optimal control model is then determined using Pontryagin’s maximum principle. The integrated control strategy is the best method for reliably safeguarding the general population against COVID-19 infection. Cost evaluations and numerical simulations corroborate this conclusion.

Penelitian ini didasari oleh banyaknya kasus kecurangan laporan keuangan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan perusahaan pertambangan serta masih terdapat perbedaan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya terkait dengan teori kecurangan. Sehingga studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya teori kecurangan hexagon dalam mencegah kecurangan pelaporan keuangan perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang tercatat di BEI rentang waktu 2019-2023. Indikator yang digunakan sebagai alat ukur kecurangan yaitu M-Score. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pemilihan sampel purposive sampling, terdiri dari 13 perusahaan dari total 71 perusahaan dan periode yang diteliti selama 5 tahun. Hasil temuan menunjukkan unsur teori kecurangan hexagon yang relevan untuk mendeteksi kecurangan pelaporan keuangan yaitu peluang, rasionalisasi dan kolusi, sedangkan unsur tekanan, kemampuan, dan arogansi tidak dapat mempengaruhi kecurangan laporan keuangan. Komite audit bertindak sebagai moderator dalam studi ini tidak mampu memberikan kontribusi yang ditunjukkan dengan melemahnya pengaruh unsur teori kecurangan hexagon terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan. Perusahaan pertambangan perlu memperhatikan sifat industri, prinsip akrual dan koneksi politik karena terindikasi dalam penyimpangan pelaporan keuangan.

Digital bookkeeping is an important innovation for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in managing business finances. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence the intention to use digital bookkeeping applications. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model and expands with self-efficacy and personal awareness of user intention to use digital bookkeeping applications. The sample of this study was 225 SMEs from various types of industrial sectors, and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Smart PLS. The results showed that perceived ease of use and self-efficacy affect MSMEs' intention to use digital bookkeeping, while perceived usefulness and personal awareness have no effect. This research provides insight in developing knowledge related to technology adoption in the financial sector, and contributes to the expansion of the Technology Acceptance Model with self-efficacy and personal awareness. Practically, this research has implications in creating good financial management for MSMEs.

In this paper, the performance of a 5-level cascaded H-bridge inverter in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) applications is analized to identify, at the converter design stage, the better device choice depending on different UAV operation scenarios. Considering that regardless of the specific application there are some typical operations, such as take-off, climb, land, cruise, and potential recurring climbs and descents, the results can support the choice by considering the typical working conditions of the specific application where the UAV would be used. The results have been obtained by simulating the H-bridge inverter considering the circuit models of insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs), GaN high-electron-mobility transistors (HEMTs), and Si and SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) provided by manufacturers. The study has highlighted that the choice of the device depends on the UAV usage, switching frequency, and load conditions. More specifically, considering the typical devices and systems costs in the case of a selective harmonic elimination procedure operating at the fundamental switching frequency, the Si devices should be used. Moreover, the preference for using IGBTs or Si MOSFETs depends on the typical working conditions of the UAV application. In the case of phase-shift carrier modulation technique, at 4 kHz the MOSFET is the best device and the choice between Si and SiC devices depends on the UAV application's main operation scenarios. At 20 kHz the SiC MOSFET is the best device, while at higher frequencies the GaN HEMT cost should be faced to take advantage of its best performance.

Social media technology affects the learning paradigm change towards social media-based learning, known as social e-learning. Social e-learning regards a person as a center of learning, dubbed people-centered learning. Here, people are encouraged to interact or communicate with others and produce their learning content. This work attempted to provide a solution model for rural e-learning social learning empowered with intelligent web technology. The proposed social e-learning includes several modules for development, such as personal space, collaboration space, and communication space modules. It also leverages intelligent web technologies currently implemented in today’s social media applications, such as article search, article recommendations, friendship recommendations, and document classification. In the searching module, the PageRank method was used to calculate the relevance score to determine the rating of the documents or articles. The similarity-based element calculation method was utilized to create articles’ suggestions and recommendations. The naïve Bayes algorithm, decision tree, and neural network were compared to find the best solution for article classification in agriculture, fisheries, animal husbandry, and plantations. When comparing these three algorithms, the result showed that the neural network was the most accurate classification, reaching 95.2% accuracy. A clustering algorithm, namely robust clustering using links (ROCK), was utilized for rural friendship recommendation. Thus, these algorithms (the PageRank, the similarity-based element, neural network, and the ROCK) were suitable and recommended for supporting intelligent web paradigms in social e-learning applications.

Abstract In this study, the precursory seismic activity before a major earthquake was investigated by using the Pattern Informatics (PI) algorithm along the Sagaing fault zone (SFZ), Central Myanmar. After improving the earthquake catalog, the completeness of seismicity data with Mw ≥ 3.6 reported during 1980–2020 was used in retrospective testing to find the suitable parameters of the PI algorithm. According to the retrospective test with 6 cases of different forecast period times related to Mw ≥ 5.0 earthquakes, including verification using the relative operating characteristics (ROC) diagram, the characteristic parameters of both time intervals (change time and forecast time window) = 10 years and target forecast earthquake magnitude Mw ≥ 5.0 are suitable parameters for PI investigation along the SFZ. Therefore, these parameters were applied with the most up-to-date seismic dataset to evaluate the prospective areas of upcoming major earthquakes. The results reveal that the Myitkyina and the vicinity of Naypyidaw might be at risk of a major earthquake in the future. Therefore, effective earthquake mitigation plans should be urgently arranged.

Background and aims – Bulbophyllum, the largest genus in Orchidaceae, exhibits a diverse morphology in both reproductive and vegetative characters. While trait diversity and evolution has been extensively studied in Malagasy species and within the Cirrhopetalum alliance clade, the evolution of reproductive and vegetative characters at the whole level of the Asian clade remains largely unexplored. Material and methods – We reconstructed the phylogeny of approximately 11% of all Asian Bulbophyllum species using Bayesian inference and maximum likelihood estimation based on nuclear (ITS) and chloroplast (matK, psbA-trnH) DNA sequence data. This phylogenetic framework allowed us to examine the evolution of two vegetative and four floral characters through ancestral state reconstruction. Key results and conclusion – The ancestral character states of the Asian clade of Bulbophyllum include a single leaf, distinct pseudobulbs, multiple-flowered inflorescences, and lateral and dorsal sepals similar in length. One-leaved pseudobulbs evolved into two-leaved pseudobulbs multiple times. Distinct pseudobulbs gave rise to indistinct pseudobulbs twice. Multiple-flowered inflorescences shifted to solitary flowers and 2–3-flowered inflorescences multiple times, with some instances of evolutionary reversal. Lateral sepal elongation also presents a convergent evolutionary scenario.

Background: Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory disease of the pilosebaceous unit characterized by clinical features such as comedones, papules, pustules, and nodules that affect social and psychological functions. Foods containing carbohydrates with a high glycemic index can trigger acne vulgaris. Consumption of fatty foods, chocolate, milk, nuts, and cheese can stimulate the recurrence of acne vulgaris. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between dietary habits and body mass index (BMI) and the incidence of acne vulgaris among students of the Faculty of Medicine of Pattimura University. Methods: This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. Samples were selected using a proportional stratified random sampling technique with a simple random sampling approach, totaling 89 respondents. Respondents were required to fill out the SQ-FFQ questionnaire and undergo height and weight measurements. Result: Out of 89 respondents, 81% frequently (≥2×/day) consumed carbohydrates 82% often (1×/day) consumed proteins and 71% often (1×/day) consumed reduced-fat. Regarding the quantity of intake, 55% of respondents consumed high carbohydrates per day, 69% consumed high proteins per day, and 24% consumed high fat intake per day. Introduction: The implementation of smoke-free regulations is an effort to create a clean and healthy environment in the Blitar District, Indonesia. The main purpose of this research is to analyze public opinion on the smoke-free regulations drafting in the Blitar District. Methods: To analyze public opinion about the smoke-free regulations, we used a cross-sectional design with a RAPID survey conducted in 2015. The research involved distributing questionnaires to 1,008 respondents, with the sample size proportionally divided across 22 districts. For the implementation of the regulation, we conducted observational research over four years. The effort to draft the smoke-free regulations continued until 2019, and the implementation of the regulations is ongoing until 2023. Results and Discussion: Results showed that 94.5% supported the regulations. The RAPID survey results provided evidence for drafting the smoke-free regulations. This evidence was used to advocate for stakeholder support in drafting and implementing the regulations in the Blitar District. Although the smoke-free regulations were released in 2019, their implementation has been very challenging and requiring significant effort. Conclusion: A RAPID survey showed that almost all people in Blitar support the drafting and implementation of the smoke-free regulations. The implementation requires significant effort to ensure it proceeds smoothly and needs support from all stakeholders in the Blitar District.

Pasirtanjung village has many young people who have an essential role in the village. However, although the number of youths is quite large, the Karang Taruna in Pasirtanjung Village is still unable to function optimally because members are not active enough to contribute. Therefore, Karang Taruna does not function like a youth organization. Meanwhile, to make the organization function optimally (achieve its goals), it is necessary to have contributions from each member. Community service activities are designed to build a better village community, in this case, Karang Taruna. This activity resulted in a program to improve team building for youth organizations. This is done to strengthen teamwork, improve group performance, and increase emotional attachment between group members and trust between members. Moreover, it optimizes the role of Karang Taruna in achieving its goal as one of the community institutions that helps build the village. The first step in building team building is strengthening group cohesiveness within the youth organization.A series of programs were designed to improve team building: 1) providing materials, 2) training, and 3) Focus group discussions. These team-building activities have been proven to help improve group performance. Systematic team-building activities can increase emotional attachment between group members and trust between members. This series of activities can ultimately be measured through pretest-posttest measurements related to group cohesion. The results show that the understanding of youth regarding group cohesion in youth organizations has increased after being given training. This training can provide new insights to the trainees that developing an organization requires an active and mutually supportive team.

The issues faced by Indonesia in the 2019 elections are likely to reemerge in the 2024 elections. In the 2019 elections, digital media became a highly effective tool for disseminating information related to politics and governance. Unfortunately, not all information available on digital media was accurate. Social media, in particular, saw a lot of misinformation and the spread of fake news (hoaxes). This led to a negative perception of the government among the public, which consequently influenced the opinions and political participation of Indonesian society. Therefore, a transformation is needed to support the formation of a positive government image. One of the strategies is maximizing government public relations. On August 8, 2023, the Communication Department at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Airlangga, held a community service activity on the topic of government public relations training in Magetan Regency to address the political year. The main target of this activity was government officials in Bulukerto Subdistrict, Magetan District, Magetan Regency. The implementation mechanism consisted of three stages. In the initial stage, the community service team conducted surveys and coordinated with local government officials to gain a detailed understanding. During this stage, the Communication Department observed the involvement and performance of government public relations to obtain an initial overview of the strategies or designs used for the training. Subsequently, it was decided that the activity would be conducted through seminars and workshops covering topics such as public speaking, digital government, corporate social responsibility, and government public relations. After the activity, an evaluation was conducted to measure its success. It is hoped that this activity can serve as a foundation for improving the function of government public relations in addressing the political year and can be a supportive factor in ensuring the success of the 2024 elections.

Jalan Pemuda 1 is one of the city roads located in the Samarinda region that often experiences flooding. Therefore, the construction of adequate drainage is necessary to address this flood issue. The construction of this drainage system is expected to effectively solve the flooding problems in the area. The project utilizes precast U-ditches as part of the drainage, replacing the less effective manual methods. The project site frequently experiences tidal fluctuations from the Karangmumus River, which triggers the floods. The U-ditch Precast has dimensions of 240 cm width, 180 cm height, and 10 cm length. Additionally, this research aims to analyze the time optimization in drainage channel construction projects using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM). The critical tasks in the construction of the drainage channel project are also analyzed using the PDM method. In this research phase, the author chose the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) not only to clarify the tasks but also to improve project management efficiency and effectiveness to achieve optimal results. The advantage of the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) is that it does not require dummy or additional activities, simplifies the project network creation, and the interdependence between activities can be arranged without adding new tasks. The accelerated tasks include mobility work, reduced from 7 days to 2 days, and demobilization, reduced from 7 days to 1 day. The occupational safety and health management system (K3) is reduced from 7 days to 2 days, and utility tasks (PDAM, PLN, Telkom) are reduced from 7 days to 2 days. The initial project scheduling indicates a duration of 210 days, but with optimization, the project is completed in 196 days, resulting in a time savings of 13 days. This study provides insights into the effectiveness of the PDM method in addressing critical challenges in construction projects, with implementation leading to more efficient planning and timely project completion.

This study aims to investigate the impact of utilizing the Guided Discovery Learning (GDL) model supported by YouTube on enhancing self-efficacy and mathematical analysis abilities among junior high school students. Adopting a quantitative approach, this research was structured as a quasi-experimental design with a post-test only control group arrangement. Data was collected through subjective questionnaires, descriptive questions, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using MANOVA with the aid of SPSS version 25. The findings indicate a significant difference in self-efficacy and mathematical analysis skills between students who participated in learning using the GDL model supported by YouTube compared to those who engaged in GDL without YouTube and expository learning methods. MANOVA testing, following the tests for data normality and homogeneity, affirmed the effectiveness of the YouTube-assisted GDL model in enhancing both variables. This study confirms that the application of the Guided Discovery Learning model with YouTube support significantly improves self-efficacy and mathematical analysis skills in junior high school students compared to other learning methods. This highlights the potential of integrating online resources like YouTube into teaching methods to facilitate more interactive learning experiences and improve student learning outcomes.

Ketoprak is a traditional Javanese performing art that incorporates elements of karawitan, dance, comedy, song, acting, and artistic arrangements. Traditional art is divided into two types, such as folk art and classical art, or palace art. Ketoprak is a folk art that has its origins among the people who live outside the palace. As a folk art, ketoprak is also used to communicate to the authorities issues that the people are concerned about. Criticizing through the performing arts is a powerful way to express criticism without taking offense. Ketoprak is usually performed by a group of artists on stage. However, in recent years, ketoprak performances have been performed not only by community performer groups but also by state officials taking the cast of characters on stage. The involvement of state officials at all levels, from regional to ministerial, as well as guest stars and main characters. Including those carried out under the RRI Yogyakarta ketoprak program. The descriptive qualitative research method was used to figure out how the implementation of the ketoprak program at RRI can preserve ketoprak's dignity as a folk theater, despite the fact that it is represented by state officials, by conducting interviews with program producers and respected ketoprak performers from Yogyakarta. The study's findings show that in its development, ketoprak was divided into two forms, conventional ketoprak which was standard with rules or pakem that were still preserved by RRI Yogyakarta and ketoprak garapan which is open to be interpreted in various ways and is free to be casted by anyone, including officials who are performed in the live version of the RRI Ketoprak Program.

This study aims to develop a development strategy for the Sumenep Palace Museum as a cultural tourism des-tination in Sumenep Regency. The research approach uses qualitative case studies, SWOT analysis, IFAS/EFAS matrix and TOWS matrix preparation. Data collection was carried out by interviewing museum managers and local communities, as well as observing the location of the Sumenep Palace Museum. Tourism Sumenep Pal-ace Museum has a historical building that is still maintained, but public facilities still need to be improved. People are still highly interested in the Palace Museum, and the threat is losing competitiveness with other tours, so people are bored visiting the museum. It is found that the Sumenep Palace Museum is located in quadrant 1, which is an aggressive strategy, meaning that it has the potential for development. The devel-opment strategy that can be applied is to collaborate with artists/culturalists, education institution, and young people to enliven the museum by holding art/cultural performances regularly and maximizing the role of so-cial media with influencers in promoting Sumenep Palace Museum tourism.

This study aims to comprehend and examine the functioning of the thrift business network at Happythrifstuff. The data collection methods utilized in this study encompass interviews and documentation. The research methodology is a descriptive qualitative approach, which entails collecting, organizing, and presenting data obtained during the study to achieve precise and thorough information. The data suggest that the thrift business network at Happythrifstuff acquires items from Bandung (Gede Bage), which are obtained from distributors in Batam (Sumatra), with the leading suppliers in Korea and Japan. The analysis indicates that the thrift company is well-suited for students or individuals who want to establish an enterprise with relatively small cash and the potential for profitable earnings. This is apparent from the original capital expenditure of 40 goods amounting to Rp. 5,740,000, resulting in Rp profit revenue. 1,148,000 from the sale of 40 products. This essay aims to inspire individuals to engage in the second-hand goods industry, to create cash, and to assist in fulfilling everyday necessities.

The Kangean Islands, Madura, serve as a transit hub for traders and fishermen from various regions, including the Bugis ethnic that migrated to the Kangean Islands in the past few decades. Interaction and adaptation carried out by the Bugis ethnic and native in the Kangean islands is able to bridge the differences between these ethnicities.This article analyses the structural assimilation of the Bugis community with the natives on the Kangean island, especially at the grassroots level. This research used the fenomenology approach. Data collection is conducted through in-depth interviews. The findings proved that the process of cultural assimilation of Sulawesi culture in Kangean island, particularly in the Arjasa sub-district can be considered successful, especially when observing the limited conflicts that occur. Structural assimilation has reached a broader scale, encompassing the participation of Bugis community in various aspect. In education, interactions with Bugis culture primarily occur informally in activities organized by the Sulawesi Student Association. In economic, structural assimilation is evident in the mutual acceptance of job opportunities and interdependence in economic resources. Background: The most common psychological impact experienced by patients with burn injuries is depression. Several significant risk factors influence depression, including sociodemographic factors (gender, employment status, socioeconomic status, and marital status) and burn characteristics (burn depth, burn area, and total burn surface area). Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) was discovered as a new biomarker for depression detection. The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of sociodemographic factors, burn characteristics, and NLR with the severity of depression in patients with burn injuries. Methods: This analytic descriptive study was conducted at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital from June 2022 to April 2023. Samples were assessed by a psychiatrist using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale instrument, and a differential white blood count was calculated to obtain the NLR value. Results: The study sample consisted of 32 patients, including 27 males and 6 females. There was no correlation of sociodemographic factors and burn wound characteristics with the level of depression. NLR in patients with burn injuries who had no depression, mild depression, and moderate depression was 5.78 ± 2.23, 7.4 ± 1.77, and 13.04 ± 6.25, respectively. NLR was statistically significantly associated with the level of depression in patients with burn injuries (p = 0.001). Conclusion: There was no correlation of sociodemographic factors and burn characteristics with the level of depression. There was a significant correlation between NLR and the level of depression in patients with burn injuries at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital.

Background: Universal Health Coverage (UHC) strives to ensure equitable access to high-quality healthcare services for all. Despite this goal, the COVID-19 pandemic exposed significant healthcare shortages worldwide. This study reevaluates key determinants of UHC implementation on a global scale before the pandemic, offering insights to shape strategies for achieving UHC by 2030 in light of current circumstances. Methods: This ecological study analyzed data from 178 countries. UHC implementation was assessed using two indicators: Health Service Coverage (HSC) and Financial Protection (FP). Independent variables, including the Human Development Index (HDI), Health Worker Density (HWD), and Governance Effectiveness (GE), were proposed based on the Systemic Rapid Assessment Toolkit (SYSRA) framework. This study examines the moderating role of tax amnesty and the mediating role of ethics in the relationship between trust in government and tax compliance among taxpayers in Indonesia and Malaysia. The data were analysed using the structural equation modeling to examine the mediating role of ethics and hierarchical regression analysis to test the moderating role of tax amnesty in the relationship between trust and tax compliance. Based on the sample collection using the purposive sampling method, the study included 529 respondents from Indonesia and 137 from Malaysia. The findings reveal that the relationship between trust in government and taxpayer compliance is statistically significant with ethics as full mediator in Indonesia. However, the relationship between trust in government and tax compliance is not statistically significant in Malaysia. Ethics has a direct effect on tax compliance in both countries. Tax amnesty does not show a moderating effect in the relationship between trust in government and tax compliance. However, it plays a negative predictive role for tax compliance in Indonesia. This study will assist the government in developing tax compliance strategies to increase tax revenue with the launch of a similar program without neglecting the honest taxpayer.

This current study presents an explanation of shear–thinning fluid behavior outside the shear–thinning regions, where rheological responses typically exhibit like Newtonian fluids. Discussions on the alternative perspectives provided by a newly proposed numerical methodology are introduced. Additionally, the extension of this proposed model is included to offer another possibility for predicting fluid characteristics, especially in particular flowing zones. Previous numerical and experimental data are also unified to provide appropriate analysis and enhance the understanding of fluid flow phenomena in these specific regions.

The Lamongan Regency, a large regency in East Java, is striving to brand the city through various festivals under the event title "Lamongan Megilan." When the Lamongan Megilan event is held, many stakeholders participate in the celebration of each festival. These stakeholders create various pressures such as competition pressure, government pressure, media pressure, and public pressure. This research uses a descriptive case study method. From 23 interviewed informants and 25 news articles, various pressures from the stakeholders of each festival are explained. The results classify each type of stakeholder pressure based on theory. A new conceptual framework emerged from this research, showing that this event faces different types of stakeholder pressure. The conclusion is that the Lamongan Megilan City branding festival experiences pressures that make the organizers uncomfortable. Holding coordination meetings with all stakeholders and conducting evaluations to reduce stakeholder pressure is recommended.

With growing concerns about global warming and environmental degradation, the petrochemical industry has been urged to reduce energy consumption and emissions. However, making operational adjustments in multi-sectional production systems, which involve multiple production stages, is challenging without identifying the areas within the process that are intensive energy consumers. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel hotspot identification methodology in a multi-sectional production system using layer-wise relevance propagation of a multi-task learning model. The proposed model tracks overall energy efficiency as the final output to determine the energy gap, while the activation result identifies areas of production where energy is ineffectively consumed using sectional energy efficiency. The performance of the proposed method is validated using a case study of the vinyl chloride monomer process, which can be divided into five sections. The results show that the proposed methodology effectively captures the relationship between process variables and both tasks (overall and sectional energy efficiency) with an average R2 of 0.9818 and 0.9858 in prediction with unseen data, respectively. The layer-wise relevance propagation result demonstrates the contribution of unit operations to overall energy efficiency values by tracing the regression trajectories. Furthermore, operational adjustment using the overall energy gap as a benchmark condition offers a significant energy consumption reduction of around 15.87 %, reduces operating expenses for utilities by 147,000 USD, and decreases direct carbon dioxide emissions by 4700 tons, helping production to become more energy-efficient and sustainable.

OBJECTIVES:. Anemia has been associated with an increased risk of both cardiac arrest and stroke, frequent complications of COVID-19. The effect of hemoglobin level at ICU admission on a composite outcome of cardiac arrest or stroke in an international cohort of COVID-19 patients was investigated. DESIGN:. Retrospective analysis of prospectively collected database. SETTING:. A registry of COVID-19 patients admitted to ICUs at over 370 international sites was reviewed for patients diagnosed with cardiac arrest or stroke up to 30 days after ICU admission. Anemia was defined as: normal (hemoglobin ≥ 12.0 g/dL for women, ≥ 13.5 g/dL for men), mild (hemoglobin 10.0–11.9 g/dL for women, 10.0–13.4 g/dL for men), moderate (hemoglobin ≥ 8.0 and < 10.0 g/dL for women and men), and severe (hemoglobin < 8.0 g/dL for women and men). PATIENTS:. Patients older than 18 years with acute COVID-19 infection in the ICU. INTERVENTIONS:. None. MEASUREMENTS AND MAIN RESULTS:. Of 6926 patients (median age = 59 yr, male = 65%), 760 patients (11.0%) experienced stroke (2.0%) and/or cardiac arrest (9.4%). Cardiac arrest or stroke was more common in patients with low hemoglobin, occurring in 12.8% of patients with normal hemoglobin, 13.3% of patients with mild anemia, and 16.7% of patients with moderate/severe anemia. Time to stroke or cardiac arrest by anemia status was analyzed using Cox proportional hazards regression with death as a competing risk. Covariates selected through clinical knowledge were age, sex, comorbidities (diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiac or neurologic conditions), pandemic era, country income, mechanical ventilation, and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. Moderate/severe anemia was associated with a higher risk of cardiac arrest or stroke (hazard ratio, 1.32; 95% CI, 1.05–1.67). CONCLUSIONS:. In an international registry of ICU patients with COVID-19, moderate/severe anemia was associated with increased hazard of cardiac arrest or stroke.

The first Asia-Pacific consensus recommendations for endoscopic and interventional management of hilar cholangiocarcinoma were published in 2013. Since then, new evidence on the role of endoscopy for management of malignant hilar biliary obstruction (MHBO) has emerged. To update the recommendation, we reviewed the literature using a PICO (population/intervention/comparison/outcomes) framework and created consensus statements. The expert panel voted anonymously using the modified Delphi method and all final statements were evaluated for the quality of evidence and strength of recommendation. The important points with inadequate supporting evidence were classified as key concepts. There were seven statements and five key concepts that reached consensus. The statements and key concepts dealt with multiple aspects of endoscopy-based management in MHBO starting from diagnosis, strategies and options for biliary drainage, management of recurrent biliary obstruction, management of cholecystitis after biliary stenting, and adjunctive treatment before stenting. Although the recommendations may assist physicians in planning the treatment for MHBO patients, they should not replace the decision of a multidisciplinary team in the management of individual patients.

Tourism entrepreneurship is a complex field involving a multitude of interrelated interactions at various levels. Due to its complexity, comprehensive research reviewing its structure has yet to be conducted. To address this gap, we examine the current state of tourism entrepreneurship based on articles published in peer-reviewed journals during the period 2013 to 2023. Grounded on a mixed embeddedness framework, the analysis shows how institutional, infrastructure, cultural, societal, and market environments frame the resources and strategies adopted by tourism entrepreneurs, and in turn the interactions between the environments, resources, and strategies which shape the outcomes of such entrepreneurship. The embeddedness analysis shows the dynamic and complex nature of tourism entrepreneurship, which traditional linear thinking struggles to grasp. Consequently, future studies should adopt a more systematic thinking approach, which analyses the ecosystem of tourism entrepreneurship as a complex system of interconnected elements. Providing a more nuanced understanding of the complex field of tourism entrepreneurship, and proposing the systems thinking framework and methodology as a response to this complexity, this study makes a valuable theoretical contribution. Furthermore, it offers practical contributions to tourism entrepreneurs, practitioners, and policymakers, informing their business operations and the development of policies and programs to support tourism entrepreneurship.

Research on performance assessment in education is crucial to ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the learning process. This study aims to examine the implementation of performance assessments in the Kurikulum Merdeka and Kurikulum 2013 and identify the challenges and opportunities educators face. The method used is a literature review, which involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting previous research on performance assessment and curricula. The results show that in Kurikulum 2013, performance assessment is focused on final student outcomes and serves as a tool for providing guidance and encouragement, helping students reach their maximum potential. In Kurikulum Merdeka, performance assessment encompasses 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration, connecting learning to real-life situations. Despite challenges like educator readiness and resource limitations, valid and reliable instruments provide a strong foundation for improving the quality of performance assessments. To enhance the implementation of performance assessments, it is recommended that advanced training for educators, adequate resources, and advanced instruments be provided, and collaboration among educators and integration of project-based assessments be encouraged. These steps are expected to offer more significant benefits for student development and the achievement of educational goals. Abstrak Penelitian tentang penilaian kinerja dalam pendidikan sangat penting untuk memastikan kualitas dan efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi penilaian kinerja dalam Kurikulum Merdeka dan Kurikulum 2013, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh pendidik. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review, yang melibatkan pengumpulan, analisis, dan interpretasi penelitian sebelumnya terkait penilaian kinerja dan kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam Kurikulum 2013, penilaian kinerja tidak hanya difokuskan pada hasil akhir belajar peserta didik tetapi juga sebagai alat untuk memberikan bimbingan dan dorongan, membantu peserta didik mencapai potensi maksimal mereka. Dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, penilaian kinerja mencakup keterampilan abad ke-21 seperti pemikiran kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi, serta menghubungkan pembelajaran dengan situasi kehidupan nyata. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti kesiapan pendidik dan keterbatasan sumber daya, instrumen yang valid dan reliabel memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk peningkatan kualitas penilaian kinerja. Untuk meningkatkan implementasi penilaian kinerja, disarankan pelatihan lanjutan bagi pendidik, penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai, pengembangan instrumen lanjutan, serta mendorong kolaborasi antar pendidik dan integrasi penilaian berbasis proyek. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar bagi perkembangan peserta didik dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang Beban Pajak, Kepemilikan Asing, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Transfer Pricing. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Beban Pajak, Kepemilikan Asing, dan Ukuran Perusahaan. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Transfer Pricing Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan makanan & minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2013-2017. Sampel yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Total 10 perusahaan ditentukan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Beban Pajak tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Transfer Pricing; 2) Kepemilikan Asing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Transfer Pricing; 3) Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Transfer Pricing; dan 4) Beban Pajak, Kepemilikan Asing, dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Transfer Pricing. The results showed that 1) Income Tax Expense no significant effect on Transfer Pricing; 2) Foreign Ownership no significant effect on Transfer Pricing; 3) Company Size significant effect on Transfer Pricing; and 4) Income Tax Expense, Foreign Ownership and Firm Size no effect simultaneously to the Transfer Pricing. Background: Primary Family Caregiver (PFC) has a vital role in providing care for stroke survivors and meeting their needs during a long-term recovery period. However, the PFC of stroke survivors experienced stress from a low level to a very high level. Purpose: Research to analyze the PFC psychological stress of stroke survivors has been conducted in Pamekasan. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative, analytic survey, and cross-sectional approach. The research subjects were 103 PFC ischemic stroke survivors who were outpatients at RSUD Dr. H. Slamet Martodirdjo Pamekasan. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling. The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) questionnaire has been used to measure PFC stress levels. Abstract Problem Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the eighth most prevalent cancer globally, leading to the loss of structural integrity within the oral cavity layers and membranes. Despite its high prevalence, early diagnosis is crucial for effective treatment. Aim This study aimed to utilize recent advancements in deep learning for medical image classification to automate the early diagnosis of oral histopathology images, thereby facilitating prompt and accurate detection of oral cancer. Methods A deep learning convolutional neural network (CNN) model categorizes benign and malignant oral biopsy histopathological images. By leveraging 17 pretrained DL-CNN models, a two-step statistical analysis identified the pretrained EfficientNetB0 model as the most superior. Further enhancement of EfficientNetB0 was achieved by incorporating a dual attention network (DAN) into the model architecture. Results The improved EfficientNetB0 model demonstrated impressive performance metrics, including an accuracy of 91.1%, sensitivity of 92.2%, specificity of 91.0%, precision of 91.3%, false-positive rate (FPR) of 1.12%, F1 score of 92.3%, Matthews correlation coefficient (MCC) of 90.1%, kappa of 88.8%, and computational time of 66.41%. Notably, this model surpasses the performance of state-of-the-art approaches in the field. Conclusion Integrating deep learning techniques, specifically the enhanced EfficientNetB0 model with DAN, shows promising results for the automated early diagnosis of oral cancer through oral histopathology image analysis. This advancement has significant potential for improving the efficacy of oral cancer treatment strategies.

This research aims to uncover the meaning and ideology in the text of the speech as well as uncover the motives of certain interests related to President Joko Widodo's policy of increasing subsidized fuel prices. The method used is explanatory qualitative, the research object used is a transcript of the text of the speech on the increase in subsidized fuel prices on September 3 2022 by President Joko Widodo through triangulation. Abstract Integrating video clips in the discharge process may enhance patients’ understanding and awareness of their condition. To determine the effect of video clip-integrated discharge discussion on patient comprehension of atrial fibrillation (AF) and deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and their main complications (stroke and pulmonary embolism), we designed a multicentre, pragmatic, parallel groups, randomised clinical trial, that was conducted at two Emergency Units in Italy. A convenience sample of 144 adult patients (or their caregivers) discharged home with either AF or DVT were randomised to receive standard verbal instructions (control) or video clip-integrated doctor-patient discharge discussion. Participants were guided by the discharging physician through the clip. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif kausalitas. Obyek penelitian adalah pelrusahaan yang telrdaftar dalam Indelks Invelstor33 pelriodel 2018-2022 yang berjumlah 54 perusahaan. Penarikan sampell melnggunakan teknikl purposivel sampling yang menghasilkan 9 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis relgrelsi data panell untuk pengujianl hipotelsis. Research related to the determining factors that influence company value produces various conclusions, so research on company value is still relevant and interesting to research. This research aims to determine the factors that influence company value by determining the variables Good Corporate Governance, Firm Size, Investment Opportunity as determining factors. The research uses quantitative analysis methods with descriptive causality. The research objects are companies listed in the Investor33 Index for the 2018-2022 period, totaling 54 companies. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique uses panel data regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The research result show that managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, size of the board of directors, size of the board of commissioners, and firm size have no effect on company value, while institutional ownership and investment opportunity have an influence on company value. The implication of the results of this research is that issuers and investors need to pay attention to investment opportunities that are proven to be able to influence company value. Objective: Indonesia experiences a high number of motorcycle accidents at railway crossings (RLXs). The purpose of this study is to observe motorcyclists' behavior and intent to cross the railway in a dangerous or illegal way and the factors influencing these decisions. Method: Two hundred and fifty-nine people (mean age = 24.2 years, SD = 7.2 years, 146 males, 113 females) voluntarily participated in this study by filling in an online questionnaire. This questionnaire gathered demographic data and used constructs adapted from the extended Theory of Planned Behavior, asking respondents about their behavior at RLXs when the barrier is open, when it is half closed and when it is fully closed. A five-point Likert scale was used to measure the response of the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis for demographic data, inferential statistics, and structural equation modeling (SEM) for the construct items of the model. Field observation was also conducted to measure the violation rate at RLXs at both busy and non-busy times, which were then compared. Result: The results show that factors influencing RLX violation based on the extended Theory of Planned Behavior model are attitude, past behavior, and traffic environments. Demographic factors, occupation, RLX characteristics, and crossing frequency were related to self-reported violations and intentions to violate. Based on our observations and questionnaire, it was found that when accident risk was higher, the observed violation rate decreased significantly, as did intention to violate and previous risky crossing behavior. Conclusion: violations at railway crossings are influenced by individual and environmental factors as well as perceived risk.

Penadaran Village, Gubug District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java, is a village that has very diverse tourism potential, both natural, cultural and artificial potentials. Currently, the village has been included in the top 300 of the Indonesian Tourism Village Award in 2023. Initial studies show that Penadaran Village does not yet have a strategy on how to develop a tourism village, even though the village has the potential to be used as tourism activities such as tour packages, homestays and traditional culinary. This is because there are still many elements of society who do not understand about tourism villages and the management of tourism village products. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to integrate the tourism potential of Penadaran Village into a tour package that involves the community. The primary data collection technique used in the study was using focus group discussion (FGD) which was attended by the community, tourism awareness groups, village government officials and local entrepreneurs. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis that describes the results of FGD. The results achieved in this study are the compilation of several tour packages consisting of one-day tour packages, two-day one-night tour packages and three-day and two-night tour packages.

Despite the growing research on translanguaging, additional research is still needed, especially in the students’ actual practice of translanguaging in Indonesian university classrooms and its inherent emotional state. Addressing this gap, our study aims to explore university students’ practices and perspectives towards translanguaging in classroom presentations with students’ state of emotion during presentations. This qualitative case study was chosen to have an in-depth analysis of an issue under investigation. Data were collected via Zoom video recording and semi-structured interviews. Garcia and Li Wei’s (2014) theory of translanguaging is used as an umbrella to analyze data, followed by our use of Li Wei's (2011) moment analysis and Baker's (2011) pedagogical function of translanguaging to strengthen the analysis. This study revealed that translanguaging is mostly appreciated by respondents as it can diminish language anxiety with one student’s criticism on the potential overuse of translanguaging. Translanguaging, as reported, also helped respondents with better comprehension, growing confidence, and enhanced equity. The pedagogical implication of this study is that Indonesian university EFL teachers could develop a more flexible syllabus, enabling university students to use English with the possibility of translanguage when needed. However, translanguaging should be used with caution.

Rice, which has the highest production and consumption rates worldwide, is one of the main nutrients in our country because it is economical and nutritious. Rice undergoes various stages of production from the field to the dinner tables, with the cleaning phase involving separation of rice from unwanted materials. There are different varieties of rice such as arborio, basmati, aracadaga, ipsala, and jasmine. Therefore, it is necessary to identify rice varieties based on customer demands. Rice variety identification is primarily based on its outer appearance, including color, size, and shape. In this study, 75,000 rice grain images, including 15,000 images for each variety, were considered. Using a combination of 12 morphological features, four shape features, and 90 color features obtained from five different color spaces, 106 features were extracted from the images. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) was employed to select high-rank features, which were then fed to a support vector machine (SVM) for classification. The experimental results demonstrated that the utilization of 40 high-rank features yielded impressive outcomes, with a validation accuracy of 99.89 %, cost value of 16, test accuracy of 99.81 %, and cost value of 28. These high accuracy rates are particularly noteworthy, as they indicate the robustness and reliability of the proposed methodology in distinguishing between different rice varieties with minimal error. This high level of precision is critical for practical applications, such as quality control in rice production, to ensure that customers receive the specific rice variety they demand. Implementing this methodology in real-world scenarios could significantly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the rice variety identification processes, benefiting both producers and consumers.
