The problem of quantization of self-duals 3-forms is considered in the framework of the gauge unfixing approach based on path integral. Starting from the original second-class theory, self-dual 3-forms, we construct a first-class theory. With first-class theory at hand, we build the corresponding Hamiltonian path integral. The Hamiltonian path integral of the first-class system takes a manifestly Lorentz-covariant form after integrating out the auxiliary fields and performing some field redefinitions. For different kinds of phase-space extensions we identify the Lagrangian path integral for 2-and 3-forms with Stu¨ckelberg-like coupling or the Lagrangian path integral for two kinds of 3-forms with topological-like coupling. In addition to several societal and individual impacts, the pandemic of COVID-19 has greatly affected educational systems everywhere. The education in those universities that prepare STEM specialists like engineers, physicists, chemists, computer scientists, etc., has faced new requirements and problems. The solutions found are closely linked to new technologies, curricula innovation, and rethinking of the organizational structure of higher education. In this framework, different institutions reacted differently, working in an international environment and exchanging ideas and experiences. In the ERASMUS+ project "Applying some advanced technologies in teaching and research, in relation to air pollution," faculties from four universities from Romania (Craiova), Bulgaria (Plovdiv), Slovakia (Banská Bystrica) and Turkey (Adana) have tried to draw some positive lessons from the pandemic, on how to improve the quality of teaching in an online or hybrid environment. Some trends successfully applied in students' education will be presented and outlined as the framework of a conceptual educational model with an enhanced presence of modern educational technologies. Here we extend the previous results from [12] to the computation of all consistent self-interactions for topological BF theories with maximal field spectra in D =5,6,7,8 and present some partial results on possible generalizations on a space-time of arbitrary dimension D. For convenience, the deformation of the solution to the master equation in the context of the BRST-antifield formalism is used as a general method of constructing consistent interacting gauge field theories together with most of the standard hypotheses on quantum field theories on Minkowski space-times. Some recent yes-go results concerning consistent couplings involving mixed symmetry tensor fields are reported. Only particular classes of mixed symmetry tensor fields, which are dual to linearized gravity in various dimensions, are considered. The method used to generate consistent couplings is based on the deformation of the solution to the master equation combined with specific techniques of local Becchi-Rouet-Stora-Tyutin cohomology. In each case the deformations are constructed under the general hypotheses of analyticity in the coupling constant, space-time locality, Lorentz covariance, Poincaré invariance, preservation of the differential order of the interacting field equations with respect to their free limit. The emerging results indicate that dual formulations of linearized gravity are far from being rigid under the introduction of consistent couplings, so there is still hope for providing an alternative, finite setting for General Relativity.
