Il personale OAS tutto., La gestione di un magazzino efficiente passa attraverso una buona organizzazione e il rispetto delle regole. Trattandosi di ambienti in cui le merci sono costantemente movimentate, spesso con l’ausilio di attrezzature specifiche, il magazzino è soggetto a disordine e sporcizia. Questo, inevitabilmente, si può tradurre in incidenti, che possono rallentare o addirittura arrestare il lavoro. Ordine e pulizia dovrebbero essere mandatori.

La presente relazione tecnica descrive la progettazione di interventi di correzione acustica di alcuni locali del complesso di ricerca INAF OAS situato a Bologna in via Gobetti 101, al fine di verificare se esistono condizioni di rischio lavorativo, e comunque, anche nel caso che non sussistano le condizioni per intervenire con misure di protezione e prevenzione, migliorarne il comfort, favorire la concentrazione e ridurre lo sforzo vocale degli operatori e delle operatrici.

Il servizio di sorveglianza fisica della radioprotezione INAF OAS Bologna, prevede, a supporto del DL e dell’EQ, la posizione organizzativa denominata “Responsabile della Banca Sorgenti e dosimetria (RBS)” con responsabilità riguardo alla Banca Radiosorgenti detenute.

The 67/91 Schmidt telescope is the largest instrument of this type in Italy. It was officially commissioned in 1966, when it was located in the Pennar Observation Station, near the Galileo telescope; in 1991 the telescope was moved to mount Ekar near the Copernico 1.82m telescope, in order to take advantage of the higher altitude and lower light pollution. In 2017 the telescope has been considerably refurbished (new CCD camera, new filters, autoguider) and remotely controlled. Starting from May, 2020 updates of both hardware and software allowed the implementation of the fully robotic operational mode. The observing blocks (OB) are submitted at any time by the PIs of the proposals or their collaborators. The Robotic System has a rapid-response capability that allows it to interrupt regular observations in order to observe transient phenomena with high priority.

Il presente documento si inserisce nell’ambito delle attività svolte finalizzate allo studio e alla realizzazione di un prototipo di amplificatore criogenico a basso rumore in banda W, basato su tecnologia MMIC mHEMT. Il cuore del lavoro è l’attività di ‘packaging’ degli LNA all’interno del modulo (carrier), studiato per funzionare a temperature criogeniche. Tale attività ha evidenziato potenziali criticità che si desidera, attraverso questa nota tecnica, approfondire.

Il presente documento è stato elaborato da parte dei Responsabili della camera bianca ed elenca le regole di buona pratica nella disciplina e nel vestiario congrue al laboratorio secondo le indicazioni ISO nel contesto dell’infrastruttura Camera Pulita ubicata al IV piano dell’edificio OAS-Bologna all’interno dell’area CNR.

INAF Technical reports are documents concerning methodologies, projects, instrumental applications and innovation, data harvesting techniques, handbooks and software produced in the various disciplinary fields.

The National Institute for Astrophysics in 2017 decided to adopt an open access institutional repository for collecting all their scientific production. The idea of putting into practice the principles of open access could no longer been procrastinated, after a series of indications from the European Union and after the official positions taken by the Institute itself: namely the European Commission’s Recommendation on access to scientific information and its conservation, the document of the Italian Ministry of Research on the European Horizon 2020 programme, the signature of the Position statement on open access to the results of scientific research in Italy. Already between 2012 and 2013 in Europe it was established that the scholarly publications on the results from research funded by public grants by at least 50% should be published in Open Access Journals, or made available through Open Access Repositories within 6 months from the publishing date. At the end of 2017, the INAF Scientific Directorate finally welcomed the proposal to acquire DSpace-CRIS, a software developed by 4Science and used by over 70 Universities and research Institutions in Italy, and over 20 Institutes abroad. A heterogeneous Working Group consisting of librarians and computer specialists and scientists worked on the configuration of the hardware and software and at the same time drafted an Open Access Policy, having as a model the text developed by the CRUI (Conference of Italian University Rectors) Open Access Working Group. ?In OA@INAF (https://openaccess.inaf.it) you find not only the common scientific literature (articles, proceedings, books), but also grey literature in particular technical reports (see Giovanna Caprio’s poster). The talk illustrates the various phases of the project, how the software works, the problems encountered and the solutions found. A help site (https://openaccess-info.inaf.it) has also been developed to support users.

Questo documento descrive procedure operative specifiche per la sede INAF OAS di Bologna. Queste procedure si sono rese necessarie a seguito della pandemia da Sars-Cov-2 e in particolare al DPCM del 26 Maggio 2020. Questo documento applica per la specifica sede OAS Bologna, il protocollo emanato dalla Direzione Generale e valido per tutte le sedi INAF. Il protocollo deve essere rispettato scrupolosamente al fine di contrastare la diffusione del contagio.
