Fuzzy logic is studied in many multidisciplinary areas such as economy, business and engineering. The design of a fuzzy controller does not require a complicated mathematical model. It only requires a set of rules to form the rule table. Basically all of the rules in the rule table are based on the expert's experience which actually comes from his/her understanding operation of the system. In particular, fuzzy logic controller can be used to control for a nonlinear systems, using rules rather than mathematical model. The sugeno fuzzy inference method provides a more systematic approach to the design of fuzzy logic controller. It works better dynamic performance in multi-state variables (three or more variables). In this study, the aim of control system for the four state variables (angular position of inverted pendulum, angular velocity of inverted pendulum, cart position and cart velocity) is to simultaneously balance the inverted pendulum and place the cart in a desired position with fuzzy logic controller that contains sugeno inference method.

This paper presents development of a PCB prototyping system that is able to produce trace lines and drill holes on a PCB board. The system consists of 3 main parts: a mechanical setup that can move in X, Y and Z directions, a driving circuitry and a software program that controls overall operation of the whole system. In this initial work, the system is developed such that it produces a trace line on a PCB board and drill holes on two pads at both end of the trace line. We show that our system successfully performs both of the above tasks.

Power Quality (PQ) related issues are of the most concern nowadays. The widespread use of electronic equipment, such as information technology, power electronics applications, programmable logic controllers (PLC), led to a complete change of electric loads nature. These loads are simultaneously the major causers power quality problems. Due to their non-linearity, all these loads cause disturbances in the voltage waveform. This paper deals with the measurement, analysis and evaluation of the power quality parameters in a water pump-ing station with a medium-voltage level. Power quality parameters such as voltage, current, active power and harmonics are measured, analyzed and evaluated taking into considera-tion IEEE 519-1992 standards.

The increasing interest in wind energy requires reliable and accurate method for the wind resource estimation. Wind Atlas Analysis and Application Program (WAsP) are widely utilized to predict wind resource. In this paper, performance analyses are investigated at Belen wind farm installed in Hatay region and has been working for three years. For this purposes, power curve of a wind farm is modelled by the use of WAsP program firstly. Than actual values of the wind farm are measured. Wind power diagram predicted by using wind estimation program WAsP is compared with the real power data obtained from the wind farm. Comparison results have shown that both curves are very close in each other.
