Remote sensing data, especially satellite observations make available large databases related to marine biosphere. This tremendous amount of the data causes a difficulty to acquisition, processing and evaluation processes. Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform make possible to overcome this difficulty by its state of art structure. Thus, GEE platform was included to study to process and evaluate the chlorophyll-a data for the sea of Marmara. The Sea of Marmara was considered in 2 main parts as North and South Marmara. These parts also divided into 6 sub-regions and analyzed as 12 different regions in total. MODIS (Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer)-Aqua data were acquired between the years 2003-2021 with the GEE platform for all examined sub-regions and make them available for analysis. Approximately 19 years of arranged chl-a concentration data were visualized and evaluated by grouping them according to sub-regions, months and years. As expected, the highest concentration of chl-a was observed in the Sea of Marmara in square KM6, which includes the Gulf of Izmit and has limited regeneration The lowest concentration values throughout the years were found in the areal average values of the KM4 square under the influence of the jet stream formed by the upper water from the Black Sea. When the monthly data are examined, it can be said that the primary production in general takes place intensively in the whole of the Marmara Sea in the spring season. In the context of this study, the accuracy of the division of the Sea of Marmara in two main axes as North and South is clearly seen in the analyzes within the time series. We evaluate that the similarity of chl-a concentrations in the Marmara Sea to the period before 2007 and 2020 requires a special attention as evidence of a repetitive process rather than an ecological coincidence.

- Abstract
This study is based on the idea that cultural productions cannot be assessed independent from social experiences of the era they are produced in, and that movies can be considered descriptive and critical instruments which illuminate ideological tendencies of historical processes. In this direction, it is argued that the traces of the specific situation of conservative ideology in Turkey in 2000s can be followed through horror movies that have increased quantitatively in the same period, and construction of conservatism in horror movies is tried to be analyzed. For this purpose, Büyü (Orhan Oğuz, 2004), Semum (Hasan Karacadağ, 2008), Ses (Ümit Ünal, 2010), Azazil: Düğüm (Özgür Bakar, 2014) ve Üç Harfliler 2: Hablis (Murat Toktamışoğlu, 2015), which are the movies produced in 2000s were selected as they most intensely include the construction of conservative themes from supportive or oppositional aspects. In line with a critical Marxist perspective and conceptual framework, it will be focused on how conservatism is constructed in selected movies and how the motifs and themes that mark the specific position of the ideology, hegemonic and religious characteristics of which have increased substantially in Turkey in 2000s, are articulated into the narration.

The cause of the infection is the SARS-CoV-2 virus from the coronavirus family, and since it wasfirst discovered in 2019, it was named as coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19). The receptors used by the virus to interactwith the cell are expressed in many organ systems such as type I and type II alveolar epitheli-al cells, enterocytes inthe small intestine, heart, kidneys and testicles. Therefore, COVID-19 affects more than one system. In this review, wereviewed the relationship between COVID-19 and infertility. The effect of both the virus itself and the pandemic processon infertility has been emphasized. COVID-19; the effects on the male and female reproductive system, the relationshipbetween drugs used in treatment with infertility, their relationship with special conditions such as endometriosis andpolycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), the status of in vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratories during the pandemic period, andthe outcome of the on-going infertility treatments, its psychological dimension and its effect on the psychological statusof infertility patients are mentioned. The fact that the disease is newer and the limited number of studies are limitingour knowledge. Lack of proven data and long-term results of the studies are the most important difficulties encountered. Therefore, more studies are needed to increase our knowledge on this subject.

Objective: Coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) is associated with atrial fibrillation (AF) and ventricular arrhythmias. Several electrophysiological abnormalities on surface electrocardiography (ECG) are associated with AF and ventricular arrhythmias, either as markers of abnormal interatrial conduction or abnormal repolarization. The present study sought to understand whether such ECG markers are more common in patients hospitalized with COVID-19 infection during the pandemic. Methods: A total of 87 COVID-19 patients formed the study group, whereas 64 patients who were hospitalized for any reason other than COVID-19 infection served as controls. The frequency of partial and advanced interatrial block (IAB), QT and corrected QT (QTc) durations, QT dispersion (QTd), and T peak-to-end duration (Tpe) were measured from ECGs at admission. Results: Both partial and advanced IAB were more common in patients with COVID-19, although statistical significance was only observed for advanced IAB (11.5% in COVID-19 patients vs. 0.0% in controls, p=0.005). There were no differences between the groups for QTc, QTd or Tpe. On Bayesian analyses, there was strong evidence favoring an association between COVID-19 and advanced IAB (BF10: 16), whereas there was no evidence for an association for partial IAB, QTc, QTd, or Tpe (BF10

- Abstract
Purpose: To evaluate the mechanical properties of the 3D printed provisional restoration material that was repaired using different materials., Material and Methods: The bar specimens have been manufactured using three-dimensional printing technology in accordance with the ISO 10477:2020 standards and divided into 5 groups randomly. For repair material application and replacement on the standardized silicone mold, the test specimens were ground at the center by 1x2x2 mm. No grinding was done on the control group specimens. Flowable composite, bis-acrylic composite resin, polymethyl methacrylate resin, and temporary 3D printing resin are utilized as repair materials (n=16). The specimens underwent a three-point-bending (3PB) test, with a cross-head speed of 1mm/min, in order to assess their flexural strength (FS) and flexural modulus (FM). The data received statistical analysis with one-way ANOVA and Tukey test. A Weibull analysis was performed, and the Weibull modulus of specimens was calculated., Results: Control group specimens were showed the highest FS (142±12.6 MPa) and FM (4497±1205 MPa) values. Among the test groups, the utilization of temporary 3D printing resin as a repair material exhibited the greatest FS (67±33.3 MPa) values and showed statistical significance when compared to all other groups., Conclusion: Repairing 3D-printed provisional resin material weakens its mechanical properties. However, utilizing the own resin made of 3D-printed provisional resin material can be an effective choice for implementing minor modifications and additions.
