The use of modern digital technologies contributes to small-scale dairy farmers enhancing their business processes, increasing productivity, and addressing challenges related to sustainability. Small-scale dairy farmers are the ones most left behind in the process of implementing information technology. Therefore, there is a need to implement information technology that pays attention to the beneficial aspects seen from the aspect of small-scale farmers. The level of information technology application and human resource readiness can be measured as a basis for formulating strategies for implementing information technology. This research aims to assess the factors that affect information technology adoption among small-scale dairy farmers in Indonesia. The factors that influence the level of adoption of new information technology for small-scale dairy farmers were identified by literature studies, surveys, data analysis carried out using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling approach, and patterns related to aspects of technology application for small-scale dairy farmers. The findings in this research show that the factors that influence information technology adoption for small-scale dairy farmers consist of Digital Skill, Supporting, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Use, and Behavioral Intention to Use. This research identified the pattern that the more complete the recording habits, the higher the level of farmer adoption of the use of new information technology. Apart from that, farmers with moderate incomes show a higher readiness to embrace technology, possibly driven by their aspiration to advance their businesses. Contrastingly, higher-income farmers exhibit less enthusiasm, potentially due to contentment with their current status and apprehension towards new risks. By offering a nuanced analysis of these factors, this study contributes significantly to the literature on agricultural information technology adoption, particularly within the context of small-scale dairy farming. It presents a novel understanding of the barriers and enablers to technology adoption, advocating for more personalized and contextually relevant support strategies. Furthermore, this research provides valuable insights for policymakers, extension agents, and technology developers on designing and implementing information technology adoption strategies that are not only technically viable but also socially and culturally acceptable.

This study is introducing the e-Portfolio function as a storage, workspace and showcase to support Competency Certification in Indonesia. Thus, the mix-method approach was implemented on determining important elements of e-Portfolio as a storage, workspace and showcase for competency assessment context. The research implemented thematic analysis and Fuzzy Delphi Method to obtain the result. Therefore, 20 experts in certification competency domain were participated in the process. As resulted, this study highlighted the basic role of e-Portfolio consists; workspace, storage and showcase.

The metaverse concept for Nusantara Capital City, Indonesia, has become one of the breakthrough innovations in capital city development. Metaverse itself is a virtual world involving interaction among people in a digital environment similar to the real world. This article is part of research entitled "Application of Metaverse Technology, Digital Twins, and Implementation of Sustainable Urban Development to support Urban Future and Urban Governance in the Nusantara Capital City." This article emphasizes the concepts of metaverse, digital twins, and smart sustainable urban development for Nusantara Capital City. The data obtained from in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and questionnaires result taken from urban as well as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) experts and policymakers. The research results show that the metaverse concept digital twins must basically consider the needs and benefits in the Nusantara Capital City (Ibu Kota Nusantara / IKN) and ensure inclusiveness for all layers of stakeholders. The metaverse concept and digital twins for IKN is still in early stage of development. However, metaverse and digital twins has the potential to become a transformative technology for IKN. Enterprise Architecture (EA) plays an important role as an enabler of digital transformation with strategic objectives, especially in digital government initiatives. Despite its potential, EA implementation in the public sector faces challenges such as complex organizational structures, diverse stakeholder interests, and regulatory constraints. This study aims to systematically review the literature to identify critical success factors that influence the success of EA implementation in government and propose a comprehensive maturity evaluation methodology. Using a systematic literature review of 48 studies published between 2018 and 2024, this research identifies key factors such as strategic alignment, governance, human resource capabilities, and stakeholder engagement as critical to achieving effective EA implementation. It also introduces an EA maturity evaluation model designed for the public sector to assess and improve EA practices. The citizen-centric aspect is the novelty of this research where the factors in this aspect characterize the implementation of EA in the digital government sector. The findings provide insights and academic contributions in expanding the study of EA in the public sector as well as providing practical guidance for government agencies to improve their EA maturity so that accelerated digital transformation can be achieved. Rapid advances in ICT have now developed in various ways. One of the developments is in Smart Government, which has become a Smart City implementation domain. However, the implementation of a smart government must walk from a cybersecurity point of view to ensure its implementation. This study aims to understand how the implementation of cybersecurity in smart government, especially in smart cities, uses the PRISMA protocol and addresses obstacles and related issues. This approach of PRISMA specifies the implementation of cybersecurity in smart government or cybersecurity in government, smart city, governance, and public service and excludes the duplicate papers that are found in databases. Databases used in this study are Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, and ScienceDirect. We found 21 publications that met the criteria and classified the implementation based on the technologies obstacles and issues found in the publications. Based on the classification, the most cybersecurity implementation topic in the smart city was the implementation of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) in every aspect of the smart city, such as the Fog Layer in Smart city, Smart City Hospital, Internet of Things (IoT), etc. with most publication in 2020 and having incremental from 2022 to 2023. The most concerning obstacle and issue was how to make the availability of the smart city service at a tolerable level when the cybersecurity implementation is implemented. Background: Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is an important aspect of managing organizations. However, the successful integration of the system into respective roles is often associated with diverse technological challenges and trends. Some major obstacles identified in recent research include reluctance to change, lack of training, fragmented Human Resource (HR) data, rigid processes, and continuous changes in organizational needs. Exciting technology trends offer promise for nextgeneration HRMS solutions, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, predictive analytics, and mobile accessibility. This shows the need for a systematic literature review to comprehensively map the challenges and technology trends shaping the implementation of HRMS. Objective: This research aimed to conduct a comprehensive review of existing literature to identify the main challenges faced during HRMS implementation and the latest technology trends in the space. Methods: A systematic literature review was adopted through the Kitchenham method with a focus on five databases including Scopus, Emerald, IEEE, Science Direct, and ProQuest. Results: The result was in the form of a table mapping of the challenges faced by each stakeholder in HRMS, including resistance to change, lack of management support, and limited technology infrastructure. Meanwhile, the most common technology challenges found were system integration issues, data security, and lack of technical capabilities or skills. The potential opportunities from technology trends to address the issues included training and skills development, enhanced cybersecurity, and effective change management methods. These recommendations were designed to support organizations in further optimizing HRMS utilization and leveraging the latest technologies such as AI and blockchain. Conclusion: The review used a structured method to develop a rich overview through tabular presentations summarizing problem identification and technology trend compilation of HRMS. The systematic exploration aimed to contribute valuable insights into the complexities of HRMS implementation and offer a comprehensive perspective on the emergence of relevant technology trends. In today's digital age, social media has become the main platform for sharing information and knowledge. However, the main challenges faced are ensuring the quality of information shared and increasing user engagement on these platforms. This research aims to investigate the functions of social media platforms that support effective knowledge sharing, with a focus on user engagement and information quality. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to analyze relevant studies related to social media functions and their impact on knowledge sharing. Data was collected from databases such as ACM Digital Library, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, and Scopus, with analysis using a thematic analysis approach. The results show that various functions, such as content creation and curation tools, user interaction and feedback mechanisms, community development and gamification elements, and knowledge filtering and recommendation systems, contribute significantly to the creation of a positive knowledge-sharing environment. This research highlights the great potential of social media in improving the quality of information shared. However, it was also found that the effectiveness of these functions may vary depending on the type of platform and the characteristics of the audience using the platform. For future research, it is recommended to further investigate the functions that are most influential in specific contexts, as well as how the interactions between these functions, user behavior, and information quality are interconnected. Most people are unaware of the dangers of waste, so they do not reduce waste. Knowledge and awareness of a system are essential perspectives for realizing socio-economic desires. Virtual communities are a means to share knowledge about proper waste management. Based on previous literature searches, research has yet to identify the factors influencing knowledge-sharing intentions (KSI) in virtual communities focusing on waste management issues. This literature review examines previous research regarding the factors influencing KSI using the Kitchenham method in virtual communities focusing on waste management. This literature review also examines previous research in the context of the higher education community and professional organizations. This literature review resulted in the extraction of data from previous research, including the type of knowledge disseminated, methods of sharing knowledge, technology used to share knowledge, and factors that influence KSI. Thirty-nine factors influence KSI, mapped into five domains: organizational culture, information technology (IT) infrastructure, individuals, perceived risks, and perceived benefits. These factors were then weighted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to obtain 15 factors based on the characteristics of the community that shared knowledge about waste management. Based on the AHP weighting, it is known that the IT domain infrastructure is the domain that has the highest weight. This research contributes to the academic field, namely the availability of a framework regarding the factors influencing the intention to share knowledge in virtual communities focusing on waste management in Indonesia. This research also provides a practical contribution, namely a framework that can be used by environmental practitioners to develop policies to support environmental sustainability initiatives. The integration of MOOCs into Course and Training Institutions represents a profound shift in the landscape of education delivery and reception. Despite the substantial potential benefits of MOOCs, the adoption process is intricate. This research delves into the essential factors influencing adoption decisions and explores the unique challenges confronted by both adopters and non-adopters. Employing the TAM and TOE theoretical framework, the study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative insights from open-ended questions. The findings underscore the critical role of perceived ease of use (PEOU), emphasizing the importance of user-friendly platforms. Additionally, the study recognizes the pivotal influence of Service Quality, Financial Support, and Government Policy in shaping institutional intentions to embrace MOOCs. A comparative analysis between adopters and non-adopters reveals distinctive challenges for each group. Adopter express concerns regarding inadequate government support and promotional efforts affecting platform access. The development of tourism village websites aims to promote the potential of tourism villages in Indonesia. However, the increasing use of social media has reduced the intensity of websites being used. This research aims to determine whether the tourism village websites still influence tourists to visit the tourism village and whether it is relevant to the government's goals. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and producing a valid sample of 242 respondents who actively use the Internet and have the potential to travel. The research model design was created by combining the DeLone & McLean IS success model with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data were analysed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The results show that the variables of information quality, service, and design positively affect trust, usability, ease of use, and enjoyment, positively affecting the intention to use the website. However, trust does not significantly influence the intention to use the website on the acceptance model. The frequent use of the tourism village website positively affects the tourist's motivation for the actual visit. Therefore, deeper analysis is needed to determine the variables that affect tourist confidence in developing acceptance models for further research. In addition, this research has practical implications for the government in making decisions regarding developing tourism village websites in terms of interface, user experience, information, and features. Background: Amidst a rapidly evolving digital landscape that accelerates the flow of information, higher education institutions face the unique challenge of managing vast and dynamic knowledge resources. This research delves into the motivations and innovative solutions for developing Knowledge Management Systems (KMS), which is key to optimizing knowledge resource utilization and enhancing academic collaboration. Objective: This research provides a comprehensive mapping of problems and solutions for developing university knowledge management systems based on previous research. Not only that, but the results of this study also suggest three future research studies that can be adopted. Methods: This study used the Kitchenham systematic literature review method. The author uses literature in the form of journals and conference proceedings published from 2019 to 2023. Twenty-three articles were used for this study from 5 databases, such as ACM, ProQuest, Scopus, Taylor & Francis, and IEEE Xplore. Results: This study reveals research trends in knowledge management systems within higher education, examining aspects such as country, data collection methods, research methodologies, and theoretical frameworks. The main problems motivating the development of KMS are identified and categorized based on the people, process, and technology framework. In overcoming these problems in the university business process, there are several alternative solutions, both in the form of requirements and systems. Thus, the results of this study seek to provide guidelines for future research to adopt alternative solutions from this research and develop KMS to provide new solutions. Conclusion: This study advances knowledge about various trends, motivations, requirements, and system solutions to address KMS problems in higher education. The authors' research results can add valuable insights to improve our understanding of the development of KMS in universities in various countries. The impact of Industry 4.0 on the Indonesian stock market, with a special focus on PT XYZ. PT XYZ has experienced a significant surge in individual investors, particularly from the younger generation, who are technologically savvy and prefer the stock exchange as an investment method. This paper discusses the critical role of the Market Development Division at PT XYZ in meeting the educational needs of prospective investors and companies planning to list. One significant challenge identified is the knowledge gap within PT XYZ, especially between employees with varying levels of experience, and the absence of a centralized knowledge repository. This gap hinders education for potential investors and listed companies, thereby impacting service quality. In response, PT XYZ acknowledges the need to enhance Knowledge Management (KM) practices and begins developing a tailored knowledge sharing strategy. This strategy aims to bridge the existing knowledge gap and prevent knowledge loss, utilizing the Zack Framework for gap analysis. Qualitative research methods, including semi-structured interviews with 3 experts, were employed in this study. It resulted in a gap analysis between the current state and PT XYZ's necessary knowledge regarding the implementation of knowledge sharing, leading to the recommendation of eight knowledge sharing strategies. In the business world, Knowledge Management (KM) is increasingly recognized as a crucial factor for organizational success, especially within consulting firms. This research investigates the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) necessary for the effective implementation of KM in consulting firms. Faced with the complexities and challenges of a dynamic business environment, where efficient KM is vital for delivering high-quality services, this study conducts a thorough review of the CSFs related to KM foundations in consulting firms. The aim is to identify the CSFs essential to KM foundations. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA methodology, the study synthesizes findings from five databases. From an initial pool of 1,173 papers, the selection was narrowed down to 20 papers with the most relevant content for analysis, detailing the CSFs essential to KM foundations. In the current competitive business landscape, having knowledge is crucial for gaining a competitive advantage, particularly in service-oriented firms where it significantly enhances organizational capabilities. However, effectively implementing knowledge management presents challenges for companies, as demonstrated by PT XYZ. The main challenges faced by PT XYZ include insufficient information dissemination among departments, complexities in accessing crucial business process information, resulting low level of employee knowledge, contributing to operational inefficiencies. By applying contingency factors theory, this study aims to prioritize essential KM processes at PT XYZ and recommend appropriate KM mechanisms and technologies for implementation The research, which draws on interviews with three employees, finds that socializing for knowledge exchange is the most important knowledge management subprocess. Face-to-face meetings and on-the-job training serve as the main methods of instruction, while computer-based simulations are used as a supporting tool. This study explores the relationship between knowledge capture, organizational agility, and employee proficiency within KM, pinpointing critical gaps in understanding the optimal utilization of knowledge capture methods within agile-based setups. By addressing these gaps, the study aims to identify effective knowledge capture methods and propose strategies for their seamless integration into agile organizations. The research investigates five hypotheses, affirming the positive impacts of expert interviews, focus groups, interviews, surveys, and questionnaires on the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge capture processes in agile contexts. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, this study evaluates qualitative and quantitative data derived from interviews and questionnaires. The results highlight the importance of various knowledge capture methods in augmenting the efficiency and efficacy of the knowledge capture process. Additionally, the study outlines implementation strategies customized for each method's application within agile-based organizations.
