Nowadays, video content consumption through video platforms is growing exponentially. In the education field, although video content is used more often than text content, but there are certain challenges. In this paper, we propose a system that can easily and efficiently create summary notes for the video while playing educational content videos. The summary notes will include keyword-based text information, image information at specific points in the video, and video bookmark information based on video frame and play time. When playing a video, a user can repeat two kinds of events at the moment a specific scene appears, capture a particular video frame in the video, and generate a keyword. The system provides functions for text extraction and to input of user comments that help organize the video information so that summary notes can be created more conveniently. It can collectively organize the video information to lessen the user’s time summarizing video information. it is also possible to quickly search the contents of the summary note using keyword.

Background Online communities have been gaining popularity as support venues for chronic disease management. User engagement, information exposure, and social influence mechanisms can play a significant role in the utility of these platforms. Objective In this paper, we characterize peer interactions in an online community for chronic disease management. Our objective is to identify key communications and study their prevalence in online social interactions. Methods The American Diabetes Association Online community is an online social network for diabetes self-management. We analyzed 80,481 randomly selected deidentified peer-to-peer messages from 1212 members, posted between June 1, 2012, and May 30, 2019. Our mixed methods approach comprised qualitative coding and automated text analysis to identify, visualize, and analyze content-specific communication patterns underlying diabetes self-management. Results Qualitative analysis revealed that “social support” was the most prevalent theme (84.9%), followed by “readiness to change” (18.8%), “teachable moments” (14.7%), “pharmacotherapy” (13.7%), and “progress” (13.3%). The support vector machine classifier resulted in reasonable accuracy with a recall of 0.76 and precision 0.78 and allowed us to extend our thematic codes to the entire data set. Conclusions Modeling health-related communication through high throughput methods can enable the identification of specific content related to sustainable chronic disease management, which facilitates targeted health promotion.

본 연구는 3차원 CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)이용하여 모노파일 기초 주변의 환형 세굴방지공에 의한 세굴방지 효과를 파악하였다. Torsethaugen(1975)의 수리모형 실험결과를 바탕으로 FLOW-3D의 해석결과를 검증하였다. 검증결과를 바탕으로 유속변화에 따른 세굴을 연구한 결과, 유속이 증가할수록 최대 세굴심과 세굴폭 또한 증가하는 경향을 확인하였다. 모노파일 기초 주변에 세굴방지 효과 연구를 위해 바닥면에 환형 세굴방지공을 부착하여 수치실험을 수행하였으며, 약 68.5%의 세굴 감소 효과를 확인했다. 또한 하강 유속과 구조물 주변 저층 유속이 감소한 것을 확인하였고, 이는 세굴방지공이 세굴에 영향을 미치는 하강류의 저감 효과를 보이는 것으로 판단된다.

The sodium–nickel chloride (Na/NiCl2 ) battery has many advantages over the Na–S battery, such as a higher operating voltage, ease of assembly in the discharge state, less corrosive cathode materials, a safer cell failure mode, and better tolerance against overcharging. In this study, to solve the problem of low electrical conductivity, a planar-type Na/NiCl2 cell was designed by optimizing the cathode through the use of both Ni mesh and excess Ni powder. A β″-Al2O3 membrane, which plays a role in the conducting path for Na+ ions, was glass-sealed and attached to a thicker external α″-Al2O3 ring. For carbon coating, the anode side of the membrane was covered with carbon paste. The prototype cell was operated successfully and showed excellent electrochemical characteristics in terms of high Na utilization and stable charge/discharge cycleability.

Cheating detection models in the online games can be divided in to two parts. The one is on client based model, which is designed to detect malicious programs not to be run while playi ng the games. The other one is server based model, which distinguishes the difference between benign users and cheaters by the server log analysis. The client based model provides various features to prevent games from cheating, For instance, Anti-reversing, memory manipulation and so on. However, being deployed and operated on the client side is a huge weak point a s cheaters can analyze and bypass the detection features. That Is why the server based model is an emerging way to detect chea ting users in online games. But the simple log data such as FPS’s one can be hard to find validate difference between two o f them. In this paper, In order to compensate for the disadvantages of the two detection model above, We use the existing game security solution log as well as the server one to bring high performance as well as detection ratio compared to t he existing detection models in the market.Keywords: Online game security solution, FPS Online game security, FPS S erver log analysis

Sodium–nickel chloride batteries have been used as energy storage devices because of their high operating voltage, ease of assembly in a discharged state, the less corrosive nature of the cathode materials, safer cell failure mode, and better tolerance against overcharging. In this study, we fabricated a planar-type cell equipped with an elastic spring rod in the anode to maintain effective sodium utilization. In addition, we investigated the influence of carbon coating on the β″-Al2O3 membrane. The carbon coating layer on the β″-Al2O3 membrane showed improved wettability for sodium metal. The carbon-coated alumina membrane delivered a higher initial charge/discharge capacity than the pristine membrane cells.

Background Diabetes and Alzheimer disease and related dementias (ADRD) are the seventh and sixth leading causes of death in the United States, respectively, and they coexist in many older adults. Caring for a loved one with both ADRD and diabetes is challenging and burdensome. Objective This study aims to explore diabetes-related topics in the Alzheimer’s Association ALZConnected caregiver forum by family caregivers of persons living with ADRD. Methods User posts on the Alzheimer’s Association ALZConnected caregiver forum were extracted. A total of 528 posts related to diabetes were included in the analysis. Of the users who generated the 528 posts, approximately 96.1% (275/286) were relatives of the care recipient with ADRD (eg, child, grandchild, spouse, sibling, or unspecified relative). Two researchers analyzed the data independently using thematic analysis. Any divergence was discussed among the research team, and an agreement was reached with a senior researcher’s input as deemed necessary. Results Thematic analysis revealed 7 key themes. The results showed that comorbidities of ADRD were common topics of discussions among family caregivers. Diabetes management in ADRD challenged family caregivers. Family caregivers might neglect their own health care because of the caring burden, and they reported poor health outcomes and reduced quality of life. The online forum provided a platform for family caregivers to seek support in their attempts to learn more about how to manage the ADRD of their care recipients and seek support for managing their own lives as caregivers. Conclusions The ALZConnected forum provided a platform for caregivers to seek informational and emotional support for caring for persons living with ADRD and diabetes. The overwhelming burdens with these two health conditions were apparent for both caregivers and care recipients based on discussions from the online forum. Studies are urgently needed to provide practical guidelines and interventions for diabetes management in individuals with diabetes and ADRD. Future studies to explore delivering diabetes management interventions through online communities in caregivers and their care recipients with ADRD and diabetes are warranted.

The 0.3Li 2 MnO 3 ·0.7Li[Mn 0.60 Ni 0.25 Co 0.15 ]O 1.975 F 0.025 cathode materials were synthesized by using a co-precipitation process in a Couette-Taylor reactor. Fluorine was substituted to facilitate the movement of lithium ions by forming more compact SEI layer and reduce the dissolution of transition metals, and lower internal impedance with charging/discharging cycling. In order to chemically remove the Li 2 O, the 0.3Li 2 MnO 3 ·0.7Li [Mn 0.60 Ni 0.25 Co 0.15 ]O 1.975 F 0.025 composites was preconditioned by a HNO 3 solution. The acid-treated 0.3Li 2 MnO 3 ·0.7Li[Mn 0.60 Ni 0.25 Co 0.15 ]O 1.975 F 0.025 was showed the low initial irreversible capacity and the higher discharge capacity. The acid-treated and fluorine-substituted materials delivered the low initial discharge capacities, but it gradually increased during cycles.

Recently, there has been an increased demand for Brain-Machine Interface (BMI) toolboxes for neuroscientifc research. In many BMI applications, speller systems can provide an efficient communication channel for users with disabilities. Here, we introduce an open-source BMI toolbox termed ‘OpenBMI’, which supports the various signal processing chains for common BMI paradigms, such as event-related potentials (ERPs) and steady-state visual evoked potentials (SSVEP). The OpenBMI framework consists of ready-to-use experimental paradigms, offline data analysis techniques, online feedback as well as evaluation modules. The data analysis modules provide essential pre-processing steps (segmentation, baseline correction, etc.) as well as signal processing algorithms such as temporal and spatial filtering, artifact rejection, among others. The experimental paradigms of ERP and SSVEP are available with fully open-sourced demo scripts. Users can easily modify or extend the demo scripts for their needs. In this article, the OpenBMI framework, its features as well as its future development plan is introduced.

Clonorchis sinensis is a carcinogenic human liver fluke by which chronic infection is strongly associated with the development of cholangiocarcinoma. Although this cholangiocarcinoma is caused by both physical and chemical irritation from direct contact with adult worms and their excretory–secretory products (ESPs), the precise molecular events of the host–pathogen interactions remain to be elucidated. To better understand the effect of C. sinensis infection on cholangiocarcinogenesis, we profiled the kinetics of changes in cancer-related microRNAs (miRNAs) in human cholangiocarcinoma cells (HuCCT1) treated with C. sinensis ESPs for different periods. Using miRNA microarray chips containing 135 cancer-related miRNAs, we identified 16 miRNAs showing differentially altered expression following ESP exposure. Of these miRNAs, 13 were upregulated and 3 were downregulated in a time-dependent manner compared with untreated controls. Functional clustering of these dysregulated miRNAs revealed involvement in cell proliferation, inflammation, oncogene activation/suppression, migration/invasion/metastasis, and DNA methylation. In particular, decreased expression of let-7i, a tumor suppressor miRNA, was found to be associated with the ESP-induced upregulation of TLR4 mRNA and protein, which contribute to host immune responses against liver fluke infection. Further real-time quantitative PCR analysis using ESP-treated normal cholangiocytes (H69) revealed that the expressions of nine miRNAs (miR-16-2, miR-93, miR-95, miR-153, miR-195, miR-199-3P, let7a, let7i, and miR-124a) were similarly regulated, indicating that the cell proliferation and inhibition of tumor suppression mediated by these miRNAs is common to both cancerous and non-cancerous cells. These findings constitute further our understanding of the multiple cholangiocarcinogenic pathways triggered by liver fluke infection.

We propose a novel packaging method of a thin polyimide multichannel microelectrode. For the simple electrical connection of polyimide (PI) electrodes, we made a via-hole at the interconnection pads of thin PI electrodes, and constructed a Ni ring by electroplating through the via-hole for the stable soldering and strong adhesion of the electrode to PCB. For the construction of a well-organized Ni ring, the electroplating condition was optimized, and the electrical property of the packaged electrode was evaluated. A 40 channel thin PI electrode was fabricated and packaged by the proposed method, and we performed the animal experiment with this packaged electrode for the high-resolution recording of neural signals from the skull of a rat.

본 연구의 목적은 우울감소와 사회적 기술 향상에 효과적으로 알려진 인지 행동치료 프로그램을 활용하여, 저소득층 아동ㆍ청소년의 우울감과 자동적 사고를 감소시키고 또래관계의 질을 향상시켜, 심리사회적 적응을 증진시키는데 있다. 이를 위해 참여 집단 28명, 대기자 집단 30명으로 구성된 저소득층 가정의 고학년 초등학생 집단을 대상으로 주 1회, 80분씩 총 10회기의 인지행동치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램 효과를 알아보기 위해 프로그램 사전, 사후에 아동용 역학연구센터 우울증척도, 아동기 자동적사고 척도, 또래관계의질 척도를 실시하였으며, 공변량 분석을 통해 효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 인지행동치료 프로그램은 저소득층 아동의 우울을 감소시켰으며, 긍정정서의 증가, 대인관계 문제 및 신체적 증상과 행동저하의 감소에 효과적이었다. 둘째, 인지행동치료 프로그램은 저소득층 아동의 부정적 자동적 사고를 감소시켰다. 셋째, 인지행동치료 프로그램은 저소득층 아동의 또래관계의 질 향상에는 유의한 효과가 없었다. 이러한 결과에 대한 논의와 더불어 본 연구의 임상적 의의와 후속 연구의 방향, 제한점에 대해 제시하였다.

We investigated the effect of interfacial buffer layers of aluminum doped ZnO (AZO) as a seed layer of ZnO nanowire and PEDTO:PSS on the performance of hybrid solar cells based on the blend of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT), phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester(PCBM) and ZnO nanowire. The efficient inverted organic/inorganic hybrid solar cell were fabricated with the structure of indium tin oxide (ITO)/AZO/ZnO nanowire/P3HT:PCBM/PEDOT:PSS/Ag. Short circuit current density of 9.77 mA/cm2, open-circuit voltage of 0.57 V, fill factor of 51.2 %, and power conversion efficiency of 2.87 % under a AM 1.5G 100 mW/cm2 condition were achieved

We propose a novel packaging method for preparing thin polyimide (PI) multichannel microelectrodes. The electrodes were connected simply by making a via-hole at the interconnection pad of a thin PI electrode, and a nickel (Ni) ring was constructed by electroplating through the via-hole to permit stable soldering with strong adhesion to the electrode and the printed circuit board. The electroplating conditions were optimized for the construction of a well-organized Ni ring. The electrical properties of the packaged electrode were evaluated by fabricating and packaging a 40-channel thin PI electrode. Animal experiments were performed using the packaged electrode for high-resolution recording of somatosensory evoked potential from the skull of a rat. The in vivo and in vitro tests demonstrated that the packaged PI electrode may be used broadly for the continuous measurement of bio-signals or for neural prosthetics.

We propose a growth method to obtain ZnO nanowires with very high aspect ratios which involves adding ammonium chloride without repeated batch process. The ZnO nanowires with a length of over 13.6 μm and an aspect ratio of about 97 were grown by the proposed method. Nanogenerators based on the prepared ZnO nanowires were fabricated and their electrical properties were characterized as a function of aspect ratio to verify the changes in the piezoelectric potential. We obtained a maximum current density of ∼1.6 μm/cm2 by applying a compressive force to the nanogenerator using a linear motor.
