The family Dysderidae is a highly diverse group of nocturnal ground‐dwelling and active‐hunter spiders. Dysderids are mostly restricted to the Western Palearctic, and particularly rich and abundant around the Mediterranean region. Interestingly, the distribution of species richness among its 24 genera and three subfamilies is highly biased—80% of its 644 documented species belong to just two genera, Dysdera (326) and Harpactea (211). Dysderidae provides an excellent study case for evolutionary and ecological research. It includes cases of trophic specialization, which are uncommon among spiders, and exhibit other remarkable biological (e.g. holocentric chromosomes), behavioural (e.g. cryptic female choice), evolutionary (e.g. adaptive radiation) and ecological features (e.g. recurrent colonization of the subterranean environment). The lack of a quantitative hypothesis on its phylogenetic structure has hampered its potential as a testing ground for evolutionary, biogeographical and ecological hypotheses. Here, we present the results of a target, multi‐locus phylogenetic analysis, using mitochondrial (cox1, 16s and 12s) and nuclear genes (h3, 28s and 18s), of the most exhaustive taxonomic sample within Dysderidae (104 spp.) to date and across related families (Synspermiata) (83 spp.). We estimate divergence times using a combination of fossil and biogeographic node calibrations and use this timeline to identify shifts in diversification rates. Our results support the monophyly of the Dysderidae subfamilies Rhodinae and Dysderinae but reject Harpacteinae as currently defined. Moreover, the clades recovered within Harpacteinae do not support its current taxonomy. The origin of the family most likely post‐dated the break‐up of Pangea, and cave colonization may be older than previously considered. After correcting for the taxonomic artefacts, we identified a significant shift in diversification rates at the base of the genus Dysdera. Although the unique coexistence of specialist and generalist diets within the lineage could be suggested as the potential driver for the rate acceleration, further quantitative analyses would be necessary to test this hypothesis. Resumen: El presente escrito describe el proceso realizado para la aplicación y desarrollo de un método de comprensión lectora en inglés para los estudiantes de cuarto primaria del colegio Cooperativo COMFENALCO de Bucaramanga, Colombia. Su estrategia se centra en variar la manera convencional de lectura y proponer una alternativa con el uso de herramientas virtuales de aprendizaje. A partir de esta propuesta, el objetivo de este proyecto es que los niños y niñas del grado cuarto potencien la habilidad lectora y la ejecuten de manera autónoma. Lo anterior, en el contexto de una investigación cualitativa, a partir del diagnóstico dado en las entrevistas y con la aplicación de los talleres, como una forma de dejar planteada una propuesta que permita continuar con el desarrollo de las habilidades de comprensión del idioma inglés en los estudiantes de primaria.Palabras clave: Aplicación didáctica, inglés, habilidad de lectura, herramientas virtuales Abstract: The present work proposes the application and development of a reading comprehension method in English for fourth grade students of the COMFENALCO Cooperative School in Bucaramanga, Colombia. Its strategy focuses on changing the conventional way of reading and proposing an alternative with the use of virtual learning tools, of the students' daily lives. Based on this proposal, the objective of this project is for fourth grade boys and girls to enhance their reading ability and execute it autonomously. The foregoing, in the context of a qualitative research, based on the diagnosis given in the interviews and with the application of the workshops, as a way of putting forward a proposal that allows continuing with the development of the comprehension skills of the English language in elementary students.Key words: Didactic application, English, reading ability, virtual tools

Revist, The restrictions adopted due to the COVID-19 health crisis established a new normality in the lives of children and adolescents in Spain. This study aims to explore the perception of adult caregivers and children and adolescents (from now CAs) regarding time, space, company, activities, screen time, and those aspects missed and desired during the lockdown. To do so, two online questionnaires were designed and distributed through foundations, schools and social networks. The sample consists of 270 adult caregivers and 126 CAs. These initiatives are a branch of homeschooling for the stage of early childhood education in which an education professional takes charge in their own home of 4 or 5 children whose ages range from four months to five years. Childminders emerge as a questioning to the acceleration of pedagogical times and propose an alternative care to childhood in tune with the principles of slow education. In this sense, the first objective of this article is to explore the theoretical links of the Childminders with the slow education. Subsequently, Waldorf proposal for early childhood education is addressed in historical and theoretical perspective. This research concludes with an analysis of some of the most outstanding aspects of the Waldorf Childminders in Spain, such as their historical background, existing regulation, training of these professionals, the reasons that motivate the choice of these projects by families, the structure of a day, as well as the most important critics towards this type of initiatives., Aquest article aborda el desenvolupament i concreció de l’educació lenta en les iniciatives de Mare de Dia Waldorf. Aquestes iniciatives són una modalitat de «homeschooling» per a l’etapa d’educació infantil en què una professional de l’educació es fa càrrec a casa de 4 o 5 nens i nenes i d’edats que oscil·len entre els quatre mesos als cinc anys. La crisis sanitaria provocada por la Covid-19 ha obligado a tomar conciencia de que la experiencia del tiempo es altamente compleja, poniendo en valor la cognición de su triple dimensión (pasado-presente-futuro). En el presente ensayo se propone reconstruir el sentido del tiempo, entendido como uno de los elementos clave de la vida en sociedad, por tanto, de los procesos educativos. Volver a descubrir la espera y la lentitud resulta imprescindible para la educación en la actualidad. En este sentido, es preciso educar para devolver a la infancia la posibilidad de vivenciar el presente, como forma única de pensar el futuro. El objetivo de este trabajo es justificar la necesidad de repensar el tiempo entendido como una dimensión imprescindible para el desarrollo del individuo tras un periodo de distanciamiento social. Para ello, a través de una revisión de la literatura y a modo de ensayo, se justifica la importancia del uso de las artes en la educación a fin de recuperar una equilibrada concepción temporal, así como para reforzar al individuo y sus relaciones sociales dentro de la comunidad, vinculando tres elementos: educación, arte y tiempo., In a constantly evolving society where acceleration and immediacy predominate, people have been forced into a strong change. The health crisis provoked by Covid-19, has forced us to take the time awareness as a highly complex element, highlighting the value of cognition of its three dimensions (past-present-future). The purpose of this essay is to rebuild the sense of time, understood as a one of the key elements of life in society and in the educational processes. Rediscovering the waiting, the slowness is essential for current education. In this sense, it is necessary to educate to give back to childhood the possibility of living the present, like the only way to think about the past. The aim of this paper is to justify, thought a literature review and an essay mode, the need to rethink the concept of time understood as an indispensable dimension for the development of the individual and for the construction of community after a time of social distancing. Partiendo de un caso práctico, se muestra el contenido de la declaración PRISMA 2020 y su protocolo, el cual se configura actualmente como uno de los más utilizados para la realización de revisiones sistemáticas en el ámbito educativo. En cada uno de los apartados que componen el presente artículo, y usando como documento de referencia el trabajo “¿De qué hablo cuando hablo de innovación educativa? Una revisión sistemática”, se irá dando respuesta a los requerimientos de PRISMA 2020. El objetivo es, por tanto, que el lector adquiera los conocimientos teórico-prácticos necesarios para la adecuada aplicación del protocolo que establece PRISMA. MÉTODO. A través de una revisión en profundidad de la literatura existente, se muestra de manera clara y sintética el procedimiento para realizar una revisión sistemática siguiendo la declaración PRISMA 2020. RESULTADOS. Se presenta, en formato de pregunta-respuesta, la solución a todos los temas (27) que incluye la lista de verificación para investigaciones que se realizan bajo PRISMA 2020. En este caso, aplicado al término “innovación educativa”, pues es el tema de investigación planteado en el caso práctico que se pretende resolver en este artículo. DISCUSIÓN. Tal y como muestra la literatura existente, la correcta aplicación del protocolo PRISMA 2020 para revisiones sistemáticas en el ámbito educativo, permite dar respuesta de manera objetiva y fiable a las diversas preguntas de investigación que pueda plantear la realidad educativa. Ante este clima de vertiginosidad surgen movimientos que pretenden rebelarse contra la aceleración, como el denominado «movimiento por la lentitud». El ámbito educativo no es ajeno a esta problemática y también desde él surgen iniciativas y propuestas pedagógicas que tratan de combatir este acelerado ritmo desde la escuela, como la denominada «educación lenta». A partir del estudio realizado en Italia sobre la Pedagogia della Lumaca, se pretende desarrollar el pensamiento pedagógico de su ideólogo, el maestro Gianfranco Zavalloni, a través de la identificación de los que fueron los referentes para la configuración de su propuesta educativa, conocida en España como la «Pedagogía del Caracol». A su vez, se tratará de desvelar cómo podría ser definida tal propuesta, identificar los principios sobre los que se sustentaría, y enunciar algunas de sus finalidades educativas. Tal estudio se ha llevado a cabo desde una metodología de corte cualitativo, a través de técnicas, como la revisión bibliográfica y documental de las obras del maestro Zavalloni, así como de diversas entrevistas a su entorno personal y profesional. A la luz de los datos obtenidos, cabe afirmar que, más que un enfoque, un modelo pedagógico o una metodología, la Pedagogía del Caracol resulta ser una corriente pedagógica a partir de la cual se puede configurar un método educativo desde una mirada paidocéntrica. La Pedagogía del Caracol, al igual que la educación lenta, tendría entre sus finalidades enmarcar a aquellas pedagogías que valorizan el tiempo en la educación y persiguen dotar a los niños y a las niñas de las habilidades y los valores necesarios para ser dueños y dueñas de su tiempo., Different studies show that western society is living at a frenetic pace. Paradoxically, despite having many tools for managing and saving time, we find that we increasingly have less of it. To challenge this dizzying environment, movements have arisen that seek to rebel against this accelerated pace, such as the so-called ‘slow movement’. The educational field is not oblivious to this problem and pedagogical initiatives and approaches have arisen that try to combat said pace at school level, including the so-called ‘slow education’. Based on a study carried out in Italy on Pedagogia della Lumaca, devised by the teacher, Gianfranco Zavalloni, an attempt is made to develop his pedagogy by identifying those who influenced his educational proposal, known in Spain as La Pedagogía del Caracol (Pedagogy of the Snail). Furthermore, this study also aims to reveal how the proposal could be established, identify the principles on which it would be based and to outline some of its educational purposes. The study has been carried out under a qualitative methodology, through techniques such as a bibliographic and documentary review of Zavalloni’s works, and several interviews with his closest personal and professional acquaintances. According to the data obtained, it can be said that, more than an approach, a pedagogical model or a methodology, it is a pedagogical trend from which an educational method, from a child-centred perspective, can be established. In vitro cell activation through specific IgE bound to high-affinity receptors on the basophil surface is a widely used strategy for the evaluation of IgE-mediated immediate hypersensitivity reactions to betalactams. Cellular activation requires drug conjugation to a protein to form a large enough structure displaying a certain distance between haptens to allow the cross-linking of two IgE antibodies bound to the basophil's surface, triggering their degranulation. However, no information about the size and composition of these conjugates is available. Routine in vitro diagnosis using the basophil activation test uses free amoxicillin, which is assumed to conjugate to a carrier present in blood. To standardize the methodology, we propose the use of well-controlled and defined nanomaterials functionalized with amoxicilloyl. Silica nanoparticles decorated with PAMAM–dendrimer–amoxicilloyl conjugates (NpDeAXO) of different sizes and amoxicilloyl densities (50–300 µmol amoxicilloyl/gram nanoparticle) have been prepared and chemically characterized. Two methods of synthesis were performed to ensure reproducibility and stability. Their functional effect on basophils was measured using an in-house basophil activation test (BAT) that determines CD63+ or CD203chigh activation markers. It was observed that NpDeAXO nanocomposites are not only able to specifically activate basophils but also do so in a more effective way than free amoxicillin, pointing to a translational potential diagnosis. 42. Project Management Techniques at the Complutense University: Academic Librarians' Perceptions

- Abstract
This study examines how academic librarians at the Complutense University (Spain) perceive project management techniques that are becoming increasingly popular in library and information centers due to the need to comply with their strategic planning and services. To reach this goal, a quantitative and qualitative methodology was applied and a survey, in the form of a questionnaire, was used as a data gathering tool. The response rate was 31.2%. The key findings are based on respondents' education regarding project management skills and their expertise managing projects, as well as the presence of project management courses in the Library and Information Science Spanish curriculum. This study revealed that over one third of the academic staff completed their project management training by self-directed learning. Additionally, over half of them stated that they had not participated in any library project in the last five years, and almost half of the library staff concluded that project management techniques are quite important as formal courses in the Library and Information Science university programs. The study is interesting and revealing for those library and information services professionals who are facing day-to-day to users' demands and Library and Information Science challenges.

Currently, libraries and other information services are facing new professional challenges in relation to digitization policies and orphan works after the publication of European Directive 2012/28/EU on certain permitted uses of orphan works and Spanish Royal Decree 224/2016. This paper aims to analyse how Spanish library and information centres specialising in theatre and performing arts meet users' textual and non-textual information needs, by respecting copyright issues and being involved in a dynamic and digital environment. For this purpose, an online questionnaire, which was used as a methodological tool, was sent to library directors in February 2018. At the same time, some research questions based on orphan works and digitisation approaches are discussed in the paper, specifically in reference to graphic and audiovisual materials.

Vingt ans après le déclenchement des premiers conflits armés qui ont embrasé la région, la violence ne s’est pas tue au Caucase : elle persiste de façon diffuse au Nord, tandis qu’éclatait en août 2008 sur le territoire géorgien une guerre qui remettait pour la première fois en cause les frontières internationales issues de l’effondrement de l’URSS. Cette instabilité persistante ne doit toutefois pas occulter les transformations profondes qui ont affecté la région. Avec l’accession des États du Caucase du Sud à l’indépendance et leur entrée dans la mondialisation, et la redéfinition des relations entre Moscou et les entités nord-caucasiennes, les conflits ont changé. Loin d’une lecture qui verrait dans ces violences la marque d’une culture locale, cet ouvrage s’attache à analyser les évolutions historiques et politiques qui déterminent les conflits, en mettant l’accent sur les effets des mobilisations identitaires et des tutelles extérieures, mais aussi sur leurs ressorts internes. Le lien entre conflits et trajectoires étatiques est donc au cœur de sa problématique. En dépit d’évolutions très différentes au Nord et au Sud, le Caucase constitue un système de sécurité tant les interdépendances restent importantes. Le défi consiste donc à appréhender la complexité de la région. Les auteurs – caucasiens, russes, occidentaux, tous fins connaisseurs de leur terrain d’étude –, relèvent le défi avec originalité, en restituant l’hétérogénéité de la région. La diversité des points de vue exprimés dans ce livre constitue à cet égard une richesse indéniable. Il apportera des clés de compréhension aux étudiants, aux chercheurs mais aussi aux praticiens, aux journalistes, aux diplomates ou aux voyageurs désireux d’entrer dans la complexité du Caucase sans céder aux clichés.
