Purpose: The purpose of this research is to provide a hybrid and improved version of one of the Multi-Attribute Decision-Making (MADM) methods, which is a more useful tool for decision support due to the constructive interaction with the decision-maker.Methodology: For this purpose, a linear programming problem with weight restriction and discrimination intensity functions was used to present the improved WASPAS method, and thus, when the explicit weight for the indicators was not taken from the decision maker, it was possible to rank the options.Findings: The results of comparing the use of the proposed method with the WASPAS method showed that this method has a good capability for use in multi-criteria decision making problems and in this particular issue, the results of using this method showed that in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic, the supportive leadership style had the highest rank among the leadership styles, followed by the transactional leadership, participatory, transformational and was placed authoritative.Originality/Value: In this study, the improved WASPAS method was presented to determine the priority and weight of criteria in solving MADM problems and to determine the organizational leadership style in the Covid-19 pandemic.

Context and purpose. The purpose of this study is to define the combination of entrepreneurial dimensions, entrepreneurial activism, identifying opportunities and strategies that lead to improving brand performance in SMEs.Methodology/approach. This applied research was conducted based on the quantitative approach. Dimensions and indicators of the study have been identified by experts and specialists in marketing and human resources and a research questionnaire has been designed. The statistical population of the study included human resource managers of SMEs. Sample (400 people) was selected using cluster sampling method. Combination of Defined Factors Fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) was performed.Findings and conclusions. The results of the analysis show that all conditions (risk-taking, innovation, proactiveness, innovative approaches and capabilities, opportunity identification and strategy) belong to at least one combination (solution) that leads to an increase in the company's brand performance.Originality. This study shows the compounds that lead to improved brand performance in SMEs. It also contributes to innovation research by showing a combination of factors in which innovation can positively or negatively affect firm performance. Another important contribution of this study is related to SMEs. The combination of factors that can lead to the success of SMEs has been identified in this study.

Introduction: User trust is one of the main ethical principles that affect the success or failure of a social network platform. The multiplicity and interaction of users in social networks leads to the risks of data breach or disclosure of users' information. Therefore, the importance of correct decision-making by the managers of this social network and the prediction of events is of great importance. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to identify the main factors affecting users' trust and solutions to compensate the lost trust among the users of this social network. Material and Methods: The current research was applied and among post-event researches. The statistical population of this research was media and communication experts who were selected using a random sample of 52 people. The questionnaire tool was made by the researcher. Data analysis was done with Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Friedman test and dynamic systems analysis, and SPSS and Vensim simulation software were used. Results: In this research, 34 factors affecting trust in social networks were investigated. The most important of which were internet fraud, the release of malicious software, the disclosure of personal information, the type of social networks and adherence to ethical principles, etc., and things such as cooperation and coordination between people, responsibility and commitment, benevolence, excessive use of social media in priority. There is an end. The validity of this model was proved by evaluating the appropriateness of the model boundary based on the purpose of the model and ensuring the realistic behavior of the model under limit conditions. Conclusion: It is possible to increase the trust of users as well as the solutions for breaching data and privacy of users through the construction of cause and effect loops and finding the root of their main causes. Also, the effective factors and its solutions in the form of three balance circles were investigated and rooted.

Research and development (R & D) play an important role in the development of societies and the country's economic growth and developed and industrialized countries have put a considerable investment on these issues. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of research and development on the organizational agility and productivity of the manufacturing companies in the industrial town of Semnan. In this research, after reviewing theoretical foundations and previous studies, a model of the effects of research and development on organizational agility and productivity was presented and validated using structural equation method. Then, based on the obtained results and using experts' opinions, a dynamic model was designed to show the dynamics of the variables over time. The validity of the model was evaluated and validated using system dynamic approach. The results in the first section indicate the positive significant impact of research and development activities on the agility and productivity. Additionally, the results of different simulations in the model revealed that an increase in research and development budget through a self-reinforcing loop after the twelfth month from the twelfth month after can make an increase in the agility and productivity in the form of exponential growth.

The internet of things is the result of evolution in internet technology that made possible to connect things, and can greatly change the processes and ways of service in libraries. However internet of things has many applications in libraries but there are many barriers to its establishment. This research was conducted to assess barriers to the establishment of the internet of things in libraries in Iran. To this end, the barriers of internet of things establishment in libraries were extracted through reviewing related literature then by using expert’s opinion it was classified into four categories: financial, security, human and infrastructure. Then using the DEMATEL technique, the relationship between the factors was determined and the barriers ranked by using the analytic network process. The results showed that to establish the internet of things in Iranian libraries, security was the most important factor, and the infrastructure, financial and human were ranked next.

The aim of current fundamental research is designing and explaining of metaheuristic framework of the value creation process. In this regard, in the first phase, based on the extensive, deep and systematic study of theoretical foundations, 9 dimensions, 27 components and 100 indicators identified as the elements of the above framework. In addition, in the second phase and after implementation of the two-phase fuzzy Delphi technique, according to experts' opinion, among the 100 identified indicators, 68 indicators were refined and confirmed and the appropriateness of dimensions and components confirmed. Finally based on the above two steps, metaheuristic framework of the value creation process.was developed and explained. In addition, in the second phase, in order to implement a fuzzy Delphi technique, in order to inform the experts, a sample of 30 selected university professors who have a research and writing background in the field of marketing, especially value creation, selected for interview. The results of this study have been helpful in solving theoretical gaps and developing knowledge in the context of the concept of value.

Service-oriented architecture is a kind of organizational architecture which uses services with the aim of simplification, and implementation of integration activities. Companies to survive in the dynamic environment need to strengthen their organizations through information systems. Service-oriented architecture is a way for the integration and effectiveness of the use of information systems and achieve organizational agility. In this paper after reviewing the literature and previous researches, variables that affect the implementation of service-oriented architecture and organizational agility are extracted. Afterwards, system dynamics approach was used for designing a model which indicates dynamics of service-oriented architecture and their contribution to organizational agility. The validity of the model was confirmed by evaluation methods in dynamics model by using VENSIM software. Finally, based on different scenarios of proposed variables, various scenarios designed and their implementations were simulated. The results showed increased investing to enhance system security, increased rate of return on investment influence on the implementation of service-oriented architecture and increasing the level of implementation of service-oriented architecture by dynamic mechanism increased accountability and organizational agility.

The rapid world economic growth has driven the businesses towards involvement in international marketplaces due to lower business risks, lower commitment of resources, and higher flexibility of these markets. However, evidence indicates that barriers to exportation vary across different stages of internationalization. Therefore, this empirical study was carried out to explore exportation barriers of agricultural commodities, especially honey, in Iran. Based on an explorative literature review, several factors were considered as export barriers of agricultural commodities. These barriers were provided to a sample of 20 honey exporters in Ardabil province using a questionnaire. After collecting and analyzing the data, 21 factors were identified as the important barriers to honey export. A graph theory-based technique (DEMATEL) with feedback structure was used to explore the direct and indirect effects of barriers on the other barriers and the whole system. The results indicate that adjusting export promotion activities, lack of home government assistance/incentives, shortage of working capital to finance exports, high tariff and nontariff barriers, different foreign customer habits/attitudes are the most critical barriers in the order of importance.

In recent years, the subject of understanding the values that customers are looking for in the company's proposals, creating value for them and managing them over time has become one of the key elements of the business strategy of market-oriented companies. In this regard, the purpose of the present research in the first phase is to provide an integrated view of the concept of customer value by linking the strategic perspective (customer value from the perspective of the company) and the marketing perspective (customer value from the perspective of the customer). Then, in the second phase, the research goal was to determine the priorities for creating a sustainable value based on the intelligent marketing intelligence system based on the Rough theory set. In this research, based on the study of theoretical foundations, first, based on three groups of studies in the field of marketing, strategy and gaining competitive advantage, we worked out a model for the creation of a stable value based on intelligent marketing information system. Then, based on the participation of ten experts from the field of marketing, the model indexes were developed and the options for implementation of intelligent marketing intelligence system were matched and Rough theory analysis. The results show that the customer expectation index as a component of expressing value based on the marketing perspective is the most important indicator in the developed model. Among the three options is internal resources, intelligent marketing and marketing research as the options of intelligent marketing information system. , Marketing research should be considered as the first priority in order to facilitate the implementation of intelligent intelligence marketing system in order to create sustainable value.

Cloud computing is a new method to provide computing resources and increase computing power in organizations. Despite the many benefits this method shares, it has not been universally used because of some obstacles including security issues and has become a concern for IT managers in organization. In this paper, the general definition of cloud computing is presented. In addition, having reviewed previous studies, the researchers identified effective variables on technology acceptance and, especially, cloud computing technology. Then, using DEMATEL technique, the effectiveness and permeability of the variable were determined. The researchers also designed a model to show the existing dynamics in cloud computing technology using system dynamics approach. The validity of the model was confirmed through evaluation methods in dynamics model by using VENSIM software. Finally, based on different conditions of the proposed model, a variety of scenarios were designed. Then, the implementation of these scenarios was simulated within the proposed model. The results showed that any increase in data security, government support and user training can lead to the increase in the adoption and use of cloud computing technology.
