The objective of our current study is to explore novel aspects of a stationary anisotropic relativistic hybrid compact star that consists of quark matter (QM) in its core and ordinary baryonic matter (OBM) in its crust. This study has been done by adopting separate equations of states (EoSs) for quark matter and baryonic matter. The MIT bag model equation of state $p_{q}=\frac{1}{3}(\rho_{q}-4B)$ has been used to demonstrate a correlation between the density and pressure of weird quark matter in the interior of the star. In addition, we present a simple linear equation of state $p_{r}=\beta_{1}\rho-\beta$ that links radial pressure and matter density for OBM. The stellar model was formulated within the context of $f(\mathcal{R},\mathcal{A})$ gravity, utilizing a linear correlation between Ricci tensor $\mathcal{R}$ and anticurvature scaler $\mathcal{A}$.To solve the field equations of this novel alternative gravity, we employ the Krori and Barua approach to the metric potentials. The validity of our suggested model is assessed using the graphical approach, while ensuring that the conditions are physically feasible. Our focus is specifically on the tiny celestial object known as LMC X-4 [$\text{M} = (1.04^{+0.09}_{-0.09})M_{\odot};\text{R}=8.301^{+0.2}_{-0.2}\text{km}$], which we consider a viable candidate for a strange quark star. We want to clarify the model's physical validity by examining a variety of physical assessments, including dynamical equilibrium, energy conditions, compactness factor, mass function, and surface redshift. The objective of this manuscript is to investigate the traversable wormhole solutions in the background of the $f(R, \phi)$ theory of gravity, where $R$ is the Ricci scalar and $\phi$ is the scalar potential respectively. For this reason, we use the Karmarkar criterion for traversable static wormhole geometry to create a wormhole shape function. The suggested shape function creates wormhole geometry that links two asymptotically flat spacetime regions and meets the necessary requirements. The embedding diagram in three-dimensional Euclidean space is also discussed in order to demonstrate the wormhole configurations. For our current analysis, we choose the suitable values of free parameters for $f(R, \phi)$ gravity models to discuss the wormhole geometry. It can be observed that our proposed shape function provides the wormhole solutions with less amount of exotic matter. It can be noticed that energy conditions especially null energy conditions are violated for all considered models. The violation of energy conditions indicates the existence of exotic matter and wormhole geometry. It is concluded that the shape function acquired through the Karmarkar technique yields validated wormhole configurations with even less exotic matter correlating to the chosen $f(R, \phi)$ gravity models., Comment: 14 pages, 12 figures

In this manuscript, we investigate the behavior of stellar structure through embedding approach in $f(R, \phi, X)$ modified theory of gravity, where $R$ denotes the Ricci scalar, $\phi$ represents the scalar potential and $X$ indicates the kinetic potential. For this purpose, we consider the spherically symmetric space-time with anisotropic fluid. We further choose three different stars i.e. LMC X-4, Cen X-3, and EXO 1785-248 to demonstrate the behavior of stellar structures. We further compare the Schwarzschild space-time as exterior geometry with spherically symmetric space-time to calculate the values of unknown parameters. In this regard, we investigate the graphical features of stellar spheres such es energy density, pressure components, anisotropic component, equation of state parameters, stability analysis and energy conditions. Furthermore, we investigate some extra conditions such as mass function, compactness factor and surface redshift respectively. Conclusively, all the compact stars under observations are realistic, stable, and are free from any physical or geometrical singularities. We explore the change in the sign of the Hubble parameter in the early universe and its stability in higher-order torsion gravity. Our study explores the various scenarios involving the sub-relativistic universe, radiation universe, ultra-relativistic universe, dust universe, and stiff fluid universe. Different analytical methods, including power-law, exponential scalar factor, and hybrid scale factor methods, are employed to examine the behavior of the universe about the equation of state (EoS) parameters. This study is based on the previous ones by presenting a more comprehensive analysis of the bouncing scenarios within the higher-order torsion gravity framework. It makes significant progress in reconstructing gravitational Lagrangians, which are tailored to specific parameter values, allowing for a thorough examination of the energy conditions necessary for successful bouncing models. These derived Lagrangians provide analytical solutions for a range of bouncing models, including symmetric bounce, super-bounce, oscillatory bounce, matter bounce, and exponential bouncing settings. The presence of exotic matter is responsible for the accelerated expansion of the universe, as it exhibits substantial negative pressure. A thorough analysis of torsion-based gravity theories and the specific investigations into bouncing scenarios set it apart from previous works exploring alternative gravity theories and their cosmological consequences. The basic aim of this manuscript is to investigate the cosmological solutions in the context of the modified $f(R, T)$ theory of gravity, where $R$ is the Ricci scalar and $T$ is the trace of the energy-momentum tensor. For our current work, we consider the Friedmann-Robertson-Walker space-time for finding the solutions of field equations. We investigate the nature of universe by considering acceleration expansion of universe, ultra relativistic universe, sub-relativistic universe, dust universe, radiation universe, stiff universe. Moreover, we apply the power law technique by taking two different $f(R, T)$ gravity models to observe the expanding nature of the universe. The bouncing scenario is also discussed by choosing some particular values of the model parameters and observed the energy conditions, which are satisfied for a successful bouncing model. The main emphasis of this paper is to find the viable solutions of Einstein Maxwell fields equations of compact star in context of modified $f(R)$ theory of gravity. Two different models of modified $f(R)$ gravity are considered. In particular, we choose isotropic matter distribution and Bardeen's model for compact star to find the boundary conditions as an exterior space-time geometry. We use the conformal Killing geometry to compute the metric potentials. We discuss the behavior of energy density and pressure distribution for both models. Moreover, we analyze different physical properties such as behavior of energy density and pressure, equilibrium conditions, equation of state parameters, causality conditions and adiabatic index. In this article, we explore some emerging properties of the stellar objects in the frame of the $f(R,T)$ gravity by employing the well-known Karmarkar condition, where $R$ and $T$ represent Ricci scalar and trace of energy momentum tensor respectively. It is worthy to highlight here that we assume the exponential type model of $f(R,T)$ theory of gravity $f(R,T)=R+\alpha(e^{-\beta R}-1)+\gamma T$ along with the matter Lagrangian $\mathcal{L}_{m}=-\frac{1}{3}(p_{r}+2 p_{t})$ to classify the complete set of modified field equations. We demonstrate the embedded class-I technique by using the static spherically symmetric line element along with anisotropic fluid matter distribution. Further, to achieve our goal, we consider a specific expression of metric potential $g_{rr}$, already presented in literature, and proceed by using the Karmarkar condition to obtain the second metric potential. In particular, we use four different compact stars, namely $LMC~X-4,$ $EXO~1785-248,$ $Cen~X-3$ and $4U~1820-30$ and compute the corresponding values of the unknown parameters appearing in metric potentials. Moreover, we conduct various physical evolutions such as graphical nature of energy density and pressure progression, energy constraints, mass function, adiabatic index, stability and equilibrium conditions to ensure the viability and consistency of our proposed model. This paper offers novel quintessence compact relativistic spherically symmetrical anisotropic solutions under the recently developed Ricci inverse gravity Amendola et al., 2020), by employing Krori and Barua gravitational potentials, $Ar^2=\nu(r), ~\&~Br^2+C=\mu(r)$ (with A, B, and C being real constants). For this objective, a specific explicit equation of state, connecting energy density and radial pressure, i.e., $p_r=\omega\rho$, such that $0<\omega<1$, has been utilized with an anisotripic fluid source. Ricci inverse field equations are used to find the exclusive expressions of the energy density, radial and tangential stresses, and the quintessence energy density, the critical physical attributes reflecting the exceptional conduct of extremely dense matter configuration. In recent few years, the Gauss-Bonnet $f(\mathcal{G},\mathrm{\textit{T}})$ theory of gravity has fascinated considerable researchers owing to its coupling of trace of the stress-energy tensor $T$ with the Gauss-Bonnet term $\mathcal{G}$. In this context, we focuss ourselves to study bouncing universe with in $f(\mathcal{G},\mathrm{\textit{T}})$ gravity background. Some important preliminaries are presented along with the discussion of cosmological parameters to develop a minimal background about $f(\mathcal{G},\mathrm{\textit{T}})$ theory of gravity. The exact bouncing solutions with physical analysis are provided with the choice of two equation of state parameters. It is shown that the results do agree with the present values of deceleration, jerk and snap parameters. The current study examines the geometry of static wormholes with anisotropic matter distribution in context of modified $f(\mathcal{G})$ gravity. We consider the well known Noether and conformal symmetries, which help in investigating wormholes in $f(\mathcal{G})$ gravity. For this purpose, we develop symmetry generators associated with conserved quantities by taking into consideration the $f(\mathcal{G})$ gravity model. Moreover, we use the conservation relationship gained from the classical Noether method and conformal Killing symmetries to develop the metric potential. These symmetries provide a strong mathematical background to investigate wormhole solutions by incorporating some suitable initial conditions. The obtained conserved quantity performs a significant role in defining the essential physical characteristics of the shape-function and energy conditions. Further, we also describe the stability of obtained wormholes solutions by employing the equilibrium condition in modified $f(\mathcal{G})$ gravity. This work aims to investigate the behaviour of compact stars in the background of $f(R, T)$ theory of gravity. For current work, we consider the Krori-Barua metric potential i.e., $\nu(r)= Br^2+C$ and $\lambda(r)= Ar^2,$ where, $A, B$ and $C$ are constants. We use matching conditions of spherically symmetric space-time with Schwarzschild solution as an exterior geometry and examine the physical behaviour of stellar structure by assuming the exponential type $f(R, T)$ gravity model. The main goal of this work is to provide a comprehensive study of relativistic structures in the context of recently proposed {$\mathcal{R}+ \alpha \mathcal{A}$} gravity, where $\mathcal{R}$ is the Ricci scalar, and $\mathcal{A}$ is the anti-curvature scalar. For this purpose, we examine a new classification of embedded class-I solutions of compact stars. To accomplish this goal, we consider an anisotropic matter distribution for {$\mathcal{R}+ \alpha \mathcal{A}$ gravity model} with static spherically symmetric spacetime distribution. Due to highly non-linear nature of field equations, we use the Karmarkar condition to link the $g_{rr}$ and $g_{tt}$ components of the metric. Further, we compute the values of constant parameters using the observational data of different compact stars. It is worthy to mention here that we chose a set of twelve important compact stars from the recent literature namely $4U~1538-52$, $SAX~J1808.4-3658$, $Her~X-1$, $LMC~X-4$, $SMC~X-4$, $4U~1820-30$, $Cen~X-3$, $4U~1608-52$, $PSR~J1903+327$, $PSR~J1614-2230$, $Vela~X-1$, $EXO~1785-248$. To evaluate the feasibility of {$\mathcal{R}+ \alpha \mathcal{A}$ gravity model}, we conduct several physical checks, such as evolution of energy density and pressure components, stability and equilibrium conditions, energy bounds, behavior of mass function and adiabatic index. This paper's main aim is to investigate the existence of a new classification of embedded class-I solutions of compact stars, by using Karmarkar condition in $f(R)$ gravity background. To achieve that goal, we consider two different models of the $f(R)$ theory of gravity for the static spherically symmetric spacetime by considering anisotropic matter distribution. Further, we employ Karmarkar condition to relate the two components of metric potentials $g_{rr}$ and $g_{tt}$. We assume a particular model for one metric potential and obtain the second one by Karmarkar condition. Moreover, we also calculate the values of constant parameters by using the observational data of these compact stars, namely, $Vela~ X-1,$ $PSR~J1614-2230,$ $4U~1608-52,$ $Cen~X-3$ and $4U~1820-30.$ We perform different physical tests like variational behavior of energy density and pressure components, stability and equilibrium conditions, energy constraints, mass function and adiabatic index to check the viability of $f(R)$ gravity models. All these physical attributes indicate the consistent behavior of our models. This manuscript explores the compact geometries by employing Karmarkar condition with the charged anisotropic source of matter distribution. For this purpose, we consider an explicit model by indulging $\mathrm{g}_{rr}$ metric potential obeying the Karmarkar condition. Moreover, we ansatz the time metric co-efficient following the approach by Adler. The crucial aspect of present investigation is the implication of the Bardeen model as an outer spacetime. Implementation of Bardeen approach turns out to be very interesting as this corresponds to the magnetic mono-pole gravitational remnants emerging from some particular non-linear electrodynamics. Detailed analysis supported by their corresponding plots of the profiles of the pressure profiles, energy density, charged density, anisotropy function, electric field attributes, energy bounds, redshift function, compactness parameter, stability and adiabatic index has been provided. This study explores the Gaussian and the Lorentzian distributed spherically symmetric wormhole solutions in the $f(\tau, T)$ gravity. The basic idea of the Gaussian and Lorentzian noncommutative geometries emerges as the physically acceptable and substantial notion in quantum physics. This idea of the noncommutative geometries with both the Gaussian and Lorentzian distributions becomes more striking when wormhole geometries in the modified theories of gravity are discussed. Here we consider a linear model within $f(\tau,T)$ gravity to investigate traversable wormholes. In particular, we discuss the possible cases for the wormhole geometries using the Gaussian and the Lorentzian noncommutative distributions to obtain the exact shape function for them. By incorporating the particular values of the unknown parameters involved, we discuss different properties of the new wormhole geometries explored here. It is noted that the involved matter violates the weak energy condition for both the cases of the noncommutative geometries, whereas there is a possibility for a physically viable wormhole solution. By analyzing the equilibrium condition, it is found that the acquired solutions are stable. Furthermore, we provide the embedded diagrams for wormhole structures under Gaussian and Lorentzian noncommutative frameworks. The manifesto of the current article is to investigate the compact anisotropic matter profiles in the context of one of the modified gravitational theories, known as $f(\mathcal{R}, \mathcal{T})$ gravity, where $\mathcal{R}$ is a Ricci Scalar and $\mathcal{T}$ is the trace of the energy-momentum tensor. To achieve the desired goal, we capitalized on the spherical symmetric space-time and utilized the embedding class-1 solution via Karmarkar's condition in modeling the matter profiles. To calculate the unidentified constraints, Schwarzschild exterior solution along with experimental statistics of three different stars LMC X-4, Cen X-3, and EXO 1785-248 are taken under consideration. For the evaluation of the dynamical equations, a unique model $f(\mathcal{R}, \mathcal{T})=\mathcal{R}+\beta \mathcal{R}^2+\lambda \mathcal{T}$ has been considered, with $\beta$ and $\lambda$ being the real constants. Motivated by recent proposals of possible wormhole shape functions, we construct a wormhole shape function by employing the Karmarkar condition for static traversable wormhole geometry. The proposed shape function generates wormhole geometry that connects two asymptotically flat regions of spacetime and satisfies the required conditions. Further, we discuss the embedding diagram in three-dimensional Euclidean space to present the wormhole configurations. The main feature of current study is to consider three well-known $f(R)$ gravity models, namely exponential gravity model, Starobinsky gravity Model and Tsujikawa $f(R)$ gravity model. Moreover, we investigate that our proposed shape function provides the wormhole solutions with less (or may be negligible) amount of exotic matter corresponding to the appropriate choice of $f(R)$ gravity models and suitable values of free parameters. Interestingly, the solutions obtained for this shape function generate stable static spherically symmetric wormhole structure in the context of non-existence theorem in $f(R)$ gravity. The main focus of this paper is to discuss the solutions of Einstein-Maxwell's field equations for compact stars study. We have chosen the MIT bag model equation of state for the pressure-energy density relationship and conformal Killing vectors are used to investigate the appropriate forms for metric coefficients. We impose the boundary conditions, by choosing the Bardeen model to describe as an exterior spacetime. The Bardeen model may provide the analysis with some interesting results. For example, the extra terms involved in the asymptotic representations as compared to the usual Reissner-Nordstrom case may influence the mass of a stellar structure. Both energy density and pressure profiles behave realistically except a central singularity. It is shown that the energy conditions are satisfied in our study. The equilibrium conditions through TOV equation and stability criteria through Adiabatic index for the charged stellar structure study are investigated. Lastly, we have also provided a little review of the case with Reissner-Nordstrom spacetime as an exterior geometry for the matching condition. In both cases, the masses obey the Andreasson's limit $\sqrt{M} \leq \sqrt{R}/3+\sqrt{R/9+q^2/3R}$ requirement for a charged star. Conclusively, the results show that Bardeen model geometry provides more massive stellar objects as compared to usual Reissner-Nordstrom spacetime. Current study is focussed to discuss the existence of a new family of compact star solutions by adopting the Karmarkar condition in the background of Bardeen black hole geometry. For this purpose, we consider static spherically symmetric spacetime with anisotropic fluid distribution in the presence of electric charge. We consider a specific model of $g_{rr}$ metric function, to describe a new family of solutions which satisfies the Karmarkar condition. Further, we investigate the interior solutions for two different models of compact stars with observational mass and radii, i.e., $(M=1.77M_{\odot}, \;R_{b}=9.56km)$ and $(M=1.97M_{\odot}, \;R_{b}=10.3km)$. It is found that these solutions fulfill all the necessary conditions for a charged star. Through graphical discussion, it is noticed that our calculated solutions are physically arguable with a best degree of accuracy for $n\in[1.8,7)$, where parameter $n$ is involved in the model under discussion. However, it is perceived that the presented model violates all the physical conditions for $n\in\{2,4,6\}$. Finally, it is concluded that the parameter $n$ has a strong impact on the obtained solutions in the context of Bardeen stellar structures., Comment: 23 pages, 17 figures

This work aims to investigate some possible emergence of relativistic compact stellar objects in modified $f(\mathcal{G})$ gravity using Noether symmetry approach. For this purpose, we assume static spherically symmetric spacetime in the presence of isotropic matter distribution. We construct Noether symmetry generators along with associated conserved quantities by considering the standard choice of viable $f(\mathcal{G})$ gravity model i.e. $f(\mathcal{G})= \alpha\mathcal{G}^{n}$, where $\alpha$ is the model parameter. In particular, we use conservation relation acquired from the classical Noether approach by imposing some appropriate initial conditions to construct the metric potentials. The obtained conserved quantity play vital role in describing the stellar structure of compact stars. Moreover, by considering an appropriate numerical solution, some salient features of compact stellar structures like effective energy density, pressure, energy conditions, stability against equilibrium of the forces and speed of sound are discussed by assigning the suitable values of model parameter involved. Our study reveals that the compact objects in $f(\mathcal{G})$ gravity from Noether symmetry approach depend on the conserved quantity obtained and the model parameter $\alpha$. In nutshell, Noether symmetries are quite helpful to generate solutions that follow physically accepted phenomena. This paper is devoted to find the feasible shape functions for the construction of static wormhole geometry in the frame work of logarithmic-corrected $R^2$ gravity model. We discuss the asymptotically flat wormhole solutions sustained by the matter sources with anisotropic pressure, isotropic pressure and barotropic pressure. For anisotropic case, we consider three shape functions and evaluate the null energy conditions and weak energy conditions graphically along with their regions. Moreover, for barotropic and isotropic pressures, we find shape function analytically and discuss its properties. For the formation of traversable wormhole geometries, we cautiously choose the values of parameters involved in $f(R)$ gravity model. We show explicitly that our wormhole solutions violates the non-existence theorem even with logarithmic corrections. We discuss all physical properties via graphical analysis and it is concluded that the wormhole solutions with relativistic formalism can be well justified with logarithmic corrections., Comment: 12 pages, 8 figures

This paper is devoted to discuss compact stars in $f(\mathscr{R},\mathscr{G})$ gravity, where $\mathscr{R}$ and $\mathscr{G}$ denote the Ricci scalar and Gauss-Bonnet invariant respectively. To meet this aim, we consider spherically symmetric space-time with anisotropic fluid distribution. In particular, the Karmarkar condition is used to explore the compact star solutions. Further, we choose two specific model of compact stars namely LMC X-4 (mass =1.29$M/M_{\odot}$ \& radii=9.711 km) and EXO 1785-248 (mass =1.30$M/M_{\odot}$ \& radii=8.849 km). We develop the field equations for $f(\mathscr{R},\mathscr{G})$ gravity by employing the Karmarkar condition with a specific model already reported in literature by Lake [Phys. Rev. D 67, 104015 (2003)]. We further consider the Schwarzschild geometry for matching conditions at the boundary. It is important to mention here that we calculate the values of all the involved parameter by imposing the matching condition. We have provided a detailed graphical analysis to discuss the physical acceptability of parameters, i.e., energy density, pressure, anisotropy, and gradients. We have also examined the stability of compacts stars by exploring the energy conditions, equation of state, generalized Tolman-Oppenheimer-Volkoff equation, causality condition, and adiabatic index. For present analysis, we predict some numerical values in tabular form for central gravitational metric functions, central density and central pressures components. We have also calculated the ratio $p_{rc}/ \rho_{c}$ to check the validity of Zeldovich's condition. Conclusively, it is found that our obtained solutions are physically viable with well-behaved nature in $f(\mathscr{R},\mathscr{G})$ modified gravity for the compact star models under discussion., Comment: 17 Pages, 19 Figures

This paper is devoted to explore modified $f(\mathcal{R})$ theories of gravity using Noether symmetry approach. For this purpose, Friedmann-Robertson-Walker spacetime is chosen to investigate the cosmic evolution. The study is mainly divided into two parts: Firstly Noether symmetries of metric $f(\mathcal{R})$ gravity are revisited and some new class of solutions with the help of conserved quantities are reported. It is shown that different scenarios of cosmic evolution can be discussed using Noether symmetries and one of the case indicates the chances for the existence of Big Rip singularity. This paper is devoted to explore some relativistic configurations of stellar objects for static spherically symmetric structures in the context of modified $f(\mathcal{G})$ gravity, by exploiting the Tolman-Kuchowicz spacetime [1,2]. We develop the equations of motion for spherically symmetric spacetime in the presence of anisotropic matter distribution by considering the physically valid expressions of the metric potentials, $\nu=Br^2+2lnC$ and $\lambda=ln(1 + ar^2+br^4)$. To attain the values of the unknown constants we consider the observational data of $Cen~ X-3$, $EXO ~1785-248$ and $LMC~ X-4$ star models. Further, by using evaluated form of the solutions we provide many aspects which are described by the physical status like effective energy density, components of radial and transverse pressure, energy conditions, stability against equilibrium of the forces, speed of sound, mass-radius relation, surface redshift, compactness parameter, adiabatic index and anisotropic measurement. In this paper, stellar hydrostatic equilibrium configuration of the compact stars (neutron stars and strange stars) has been studied for $f(\mathcal{G},T)$ gravity model, with $\mathcal{G}$ and $T$ being the Gauss-Bonnet invariant and the trace of energy momentum tensor, respectively. After having derived the hydrostatic equilibrium equations for $f(\mathcal{G},T)$ gravity, the fluid pressure for the neutron stars and the strange stars has been computed by implying two equation of state models corresponding to two different existing compact stars. For the $f(\mathcal{G},T)=\alpha{\mathcal{G}^n+\lambda{T}}$ gravity model, with $\alpha$, $n$, and $\lambda$ being some specific constants, substantial change in the behavior of the physical attributes of the compact stars like the energy density, pressure, stellar mass, and total radius has been noted with the corresponding change in $\lambda$ values. Meanwhile, it has been shown that for some fixed central energy density and with increasing values of $\lambda$, the stellar mass both for the neutron stars and the strange stars increases, while the total stellar radius $R$ exhibits the opposite behavior for both of the compact stars. Current study highlights the physical characteristics of charged anisotropic compact stars by exploring some exact solutions of modified field equations in $f(R,G)$ gravity. A comprehensive analysis is performed from the obtained solutions regarding stability, energy conditions, regularity, sound velocity and compactness. These solutions can be referred to model the compact celestial entities. In particular, a compact star named, $Her X-1$ has been modeled which indicates that current solution fits and is in conformity to the observational data as well. A useful and interesting fact from this model arises that relative difference between two forces of anisotropic pressure and electromagnetic force may occur inside the aforementioned compact star. The main purpose of this paper is to investigates structure scalars in the context of $f(\mathcal{G}, T)$ gravity, where $\mathcal{G}$ is the Gauss-Bonnet invariant and $T$ is the trace of stress energy tensor. For this aim, we have considered the spherically symmetric spacetime and dissipative anisotropic fluid coupled with radiation and heat ejecting shearing matter distributions. This work proposes a stellar model under Gauss-Bonnet $f(\mathcal{G}, T)$ gravity with the conjecture theorised by Mazur and Mottola, well known as the gravitational vacuum stars (gravastars). By taking into account the $f(\mathcal{G},T)$ stellar model, the structure of the gravastar with its exclusive division of three different regions namely, (i) the core interior region (ii) the junction region (shell), and (iii) the exterior region, has been investigated with reference to the existence of energy density, pressure, ultra-relativistic plasma, and repulsive forces. The different physical features like, the equation of the state parameter, length of the shell, entropy, energy-thickness relation of the gravastar shell model have been discussed. This work investigates some feasible regions for the existence of traversable wormhole geometries in $f(R,G)$ gravity, where $R$ and $G$ represent the Ricci scalar and the Gauss-Bonnet invariant respectively. Three different matter contents anisotropic fluid, isotropic fluid and barotropic fluid have been considered for the analysis. Moreover, we split $f(R,G)$ gravity model into Strobinsky like $f(R)$ model and a power law $f(G)$ model to explore wormhole geometries. We select red-shift and shape functions which are suitable for the existence of wormhole solutions for the chosen $f(R,G)$ gravity model. It has been analyzed with the graphical evolution that the null energy and weak energy conditions for the effective energy-momentum tensor are usually violated for the ordinary matter content. However, some small feasible regions for the existence of wormhole solutions have been found where the energy conditions are not violated. This paper investigates the energy bounds in modified Gauss-Bonnet gravity with anisotropic background. Locally rotationally symmetric Bianchi type ${I}$ cosmological model in $f(R,G)$ gravity is considered to meet this aim. Primarily, a general $f(R,G)$ model is used to develop the field equations. In this aspect, we investigate the viability of modified gravitational theory by studying the energy conditions. We take in account four $f(R,G)$ gravity models commonly discussed in the literature. We formulate the inequalities obtained by energy conditions and investigate the viability of the above mentioned models using the Hubble, deceleration, jerk and snap parameters. Graphical analysis shows that for first two $f(R,G)$ gravity models, NEC, WEC and SEC are satisfied under suitable values of anisotropy and model parameters involved. This paper is devoted to investigate the cylindrical collapse of an anisotropic fluid in $f(R)$ gravity. For this purpose, the viscous charged anisotropic fluid dissipating energy with heat flow and shear is assumed. We use the perturbation scheme to develop the dynamical equations for the variables that ultimately lead to the disturbance of the physical variables and the Starobinksy like $f(R)$ model chosen. The evolution of the matter variables is discussed with the help of these equations. It can be concluded that the range of dynamic instabilities depends on the field strength, density distribution, pressure and the curvature term of the $f(R)$ model. Modified gravity is one of the potential candidates to explain the accelerated expansion of the universe. Current study highlights the materialization of anisotropic compact stars in the context of $f(R,G)$ theory of gravity. In particular, to gain insight in the physical behavior of three stars namely, Her $X1$, SAX J $1808$-$3658$ and 4U $1820$-$30$, energy density, and radial and tangential pressures are calculated. In this paper, we study anisotropic universe using Noether symmetries in modified gravity. In particular, we choose locally rotationally symmetric Bianchi type-$I$ universe for the analysis in $f(R,\mathcal{G})$ gravity, where $R$ is the Ricci scalar and $\mathcal{G}$ is the Gauss-Bonnet invariant. Firstly, a model $f(R,\mathcal{G})=f_0R^l+f_1\mathcal{G}^n$ is proposed and the corresponding Noether symmetries are investigated. Further, we have also recovered the Noether symmetries for $f(R)$ and $f(\mathcal{G})$ theories of gravity. Secondly, some important cosmological solutions are reconstructed. Exponential and power law solutions are reported for a well-known $f(R,\mathcal{G})$ model, i.e., $f(R,\mathcal{G})=f_0R^n\mathcal{G}^{1-n}$.
