Abstract The present investigation employs impulses and a non-local constraint to prove the existence are some various types of abstract differential and integrodifferential equations related to the Sobolev type. Semigroup theory, specifically variants of constant formula, is utilized to get the analytical results for those equations. Furthermore, findings using the Banach fixed point approach were examined using fuzzy numbers with values spanning the $$\mathscr {E}_n$$ E n range, which includes the normal, convex, upper semi-continuous, and compactly supported interval. A description is given for each situation to illustrate the principle.

Parasitic diseases caused by kinetoplastid parasites are a burden to public health throughout tropical and subtropical regions of the world. TriTrypDB (https://tritrypdb.org) is a free online resource for data mining of genomic and functional data from these kinetoplastid parasites and is part of the VEuPathDB Bioinformatics Resource Center (https://veupathdb.org). As of release 59, TriTrypDB hosts 83 kinetoplastid genomes, nine of which, including Trypanosoma brucei brucei TREU927, Trypanosoma cruzi CL Brener and Leishmania major Friedlin, undergo manual curation by integrating information from scientific publications, high-throughput assays and user submitted comments. TriTrypDB also integrates transcriptomic, proteomic, epigenomic, population-level and isolate data, functional information from genome-wide RNAi knock-down and fluorescent tagging, and results from automated bioinformatics analysis pipelines. TriTrypDB offers a user-friendly web interface embedded with a genome browser, search strategy system and bioinformatics tools to support custom in silico experiments that leverage integrated data. A Galaxy workspace enables users to analyze their private data (e.g., RNA-sequencing, variant calling, etc.) and explore their results privately in the context of publicly available information in the database. The recent addition of an annotation platform based on Apollo enables users to provide both functional and structural changes that will appear as 'community annotations' immediately and, pending curatorial review, will be integrated into the official genome annotation.

Introduction: The prevalence of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is increasing among Indian women and is the leading cause of death. Clinical presentation of CAD in women can widely vary from atypical chest pain, silent ischemia to massive myocardial infarction and death. Women have poor prognosis than men after myocardial infarction and are less likely to undergo revascularisation compared to men. Aim: To study the risk factors, clinical characteristics, severity of CAD and to evaluate the outcomes in women undergoing coronary angiogram. Materials and Methods: This retrospective study included 912 women who had undergone coronary angiogram in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018. The patients were divided into three groups- Group A consisted of 230 (25%) women with age 70 years. Continuous variables were analysed by paired t-test and categorical variables were analysed by chi-square test. Results: Most women were post menopausal (73.6%). Common risk factors were diabetes mellitus (63%) hypertension (56%), and hypothyroidism (16.8%). Out of the total study population, 51% (n=466) presented with a diagnosis of chronic stable angina, 34.7% (n=317) presented with acute coronary syndrome, and 7% (n=66) had atypical chest pain. Out of 500 patients with significant CAD, requiring revascularisation only 316 (63.2%) had undergone interventions out of which 193 (61%) had undergone percutaneous coronary intervention and 123 (39%) had undergone Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) as the modality of revascularisation. Conclusion: Clinical presentation of CAD in women varies widely from atypical chest pain to acute infarction. Diabetes and hypertension are the most common risk factors for CAD in our study. Chronic stable angina was the most common spectrum of presentation. Single vessel disease is the most common finding on coronary angiogram.

The current research study centers on exploring natural fibers due to the increasing need for sustainable and eco‐friendly alternatives in various industries. In India, where coconut trees are widely grown for their tender coconuts and by‐products, the leftover fruit leaf stalks become agricultural waste once the coconut is harvested from the trees. So this research work involves the development of composite materials with natural fiber components by using unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) as the matrix material along with alkali‐treated coconut tree secondary flower stalk fiber (ACSF) for reinforcing. The composite materials were formed using the compression molding technique with different weight compositions of 20%, 30%, and 40% of ACSF and 80%, 70%, and 60% of UPR, respectively. From the results, the 30ACSFC reveals a maximum value of 42 N/mm2, 58 N/mm2, 10 kJ/m2, and 48 HD in flexural, tensile impact, and hardness tests, respectively. In the water absorption analysis, 20ACSFC had observed a lower moisture content, which explains the low weight percentage of ACSF in the composite. From the TGA analysis, 30ACSFC had a residual mass of 18% due to the significant change in the cellulose because of alkali, leading to strong adhesion in the composition matrix. The SAC analysis reveals that at the peak and trough levels of frequency, varying the composition of composite materials leads to improved sound absorption coefficients that surpass the performance of the 30ACSFC composite. The SEM study was carried out to identify the mechanism of failure in the elongated specimens of the tensile test, which was based on the phenomena of matrix crack, fiber pull‐out, fiber shearing, void and interfacial bonding, and de‐bonding. These results indicate the possibility of creating lightweight composites with improved strength and stiffness, making them suitable for use in roof panels, door panels, insulation, and other related applications. The incorporation of ACSF as a reinforcing material introduces new prospects for sustainable and environmentally friendly composite materials, showcasing promising mechanical and thermal properties. In this investigation, the dielectric properties of silane‐influenced aluminum conductive particles in polylactic acid, polyhydroxyalkanoates, and intercalated montmorillonite (MMT) composite were assessed for enhancing the dielectric constant, dielectric loss, and AC conductivities. Eight different sets of samples were fabricated with untreated and silane‐treated batches of biopolymer composites where the highest recorded dielectric constant was 3.98 at relaxation frequency of 10 kHz. One of the notable observations in the dielectric loss was with PLA/PHA/iMMT/Al (10 wt%) (silane‐treated) composites exhibited the lowest losses past relaxation frequencies. Furthermore, FT‐IR spectra were conducted on the samples to identify stretching and bonds created by silane and aluminum particles. The IR spectra confirm the formation of the SiOAl bond when treated with 3‐glycidyloxypropyl‐trimethoxysilane (GPTMS) solution and confirm the bond of AlOH hydroxyl bonds in the untreated composite samples. Other IR spectra information that was gathered would include carbonyl group stretching at 1750 cm−1 and absorption bands of hydroxy acids, between 3511 and 3640 cm−1, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy was performed on the sample to observe the formation of matrix cracks and exfoliation. A rough surface can be seen on PLA/PHA blends and the crystallization of these polymer blends regions can be vividly seen from the micrographs. Lastly, thermogravimetry analysis on the composite samples shows a predominant mass loss at 300°C before complete degradation and the notable composite with the lowest mass loss would be PLA/PHA/iMMT/Al (10 wt%) (ST) composite samples and with the inclusion of a constant 5 wt% organoclay MMT fillers imposed a high‐onset degradation temperature, which was remarkable for composites that were fabricated through standard hot‐press compression molding and cooling procedures. Acute pulmonary thromboembolism is associated with high mortality, similar to that of myocardial infarction and stroke. We studied the clinical presentation and management of pulmonary thromboembolism in the Indian population. An analysis of 140 patients who presented with acute pulmonary thromboembolism at a large volume center in India from June 2015 through December 2018 was performed. The mean age of our study population was 50 years with 59% being male. Comorbidities including deep vein thrombosis, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were present in 52.9%, 40%, 35.7% and 7.14% of patients, respectively. Out of 140 patients, 40 (28.6%) patients had massive pulmonary thromboembolism, 36 (25.7%) sub-massive pulmonary thromboembolism, and 64 (45.7%) had low-risk pulmonary thromboembolism. Overall, in-hospital mortality was 25.7%. Multivariate regression analysis found chronic kidney disease and pulmonary thromboembolism severity to be the only independent risk factors. Thrombolysis was performed in 62.5% of patients with a massive pulmonary thromboembolism and 63.9% of patients with a sub-massive pulmonary thromboembolism. In the massive pulmonary thromboembolism group, patients receiving thrombolytic therapy had lower mortality compared with patients who did not receive therapy ( p =0.022), whereas this difference was not observed in patients in the sub-massive pulmonary thromboembolism group. We conclude that patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism in India presented more than a decade earlier than our western counterparts, and it was associated with poor clinical outcomes. Thrombolysis was associated with significantly reduced in-hospital mortality in patients with massive pulmonary thromboembolism.

Teaching bioinformatics is a longstanding challenge for educators who need to demonstrate to students how skills developed in the classroom may be applied to real world research. This study employed an action research methodology which utilised student-staff partnership and peer-learning. It was centred on the experiences of peer-facilitators, students who had previously taken a postgraduate bioinformatics module, and had applied knowledge and skills gained from it to their own research. It aimed to demonstrate to peer-receivers, current students, how bioinformatics could be used in their own research while developing peer-facilitators' teaching and mentoring skills. This student-centred approach was well received by the peer-receivers, who claimed to have gained improved understanding of bioinformatics and its relevance to research. Equally, peer-facilitators also developed a better understanding of the subject and appreciated that the activity was a rare and invaluable opportunity to develop their teaching and mentoring skills, enhancing their employability.
