In this article, we use the notion of lacunary statistical convergence of order (α,β)\left(\alpha ,\beta ) to introduce new sequence spaces by lacunary sequence, invariant means defined by Musielak-Orlicz function ℳ=(ℵk){\mathcal{ {\mathcal M} }}=\left({\aleph }_{k}). We also examine some topological properties and prove inclusion relations between newly constructed sequence spaces.

In the present paper we introduce the sequence spaces c0{ℳ, Λ , p, q}, c{ℳ, Λ, p, q} and l∞ {ℳ, Λ, p, q} defined by a Musielak-Orlicz function ℳ = (ℳk). We study some topological properties and prove some inclusion relations between these spaces.

In this study, steroidal sitosteryl hydrogen phthalate (stigmast-5-en-3b-yl hydrogen phthalate) was synthesized by the reaction of 3b-sitosterol and phthalic anhydride using silica gel as a solid support under microwave irradiation (MWI). The comparative study of microwave assisted synthesis and conventional synthesis of the steroidal compound in a hazardous solvent revealed that the former method provided shortened reaction times at increased yields. The compounds obtained by the two procedures were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, proton, carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance (1H and 13C NMR) and high-resolution mass spectrometry. The synthesized compound was screened for in vitro antifungal activity against Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans by the Kirby-Bauer Well Diffusion method. The synthesized compound was subjected to the molecular docking simulation with a receptor (CYP51). The findings of the antifungal and docking studies revealed that the synthesized sitosteryl hydrogen phthalate could be considered as a suitable inhibitor of Lanosterol 14a-demethylase (CYP51). In addition, the molecular docking approach was applied to design hypothetical derivatives of sitosteryl hydrogen phthalate inhibitors against the antifungal target and to compare findings with the binding score of the molecular synthesized 3b-sitosteryl hydrogen phthalate.

In this paper, we introduce and rigorously define a novel class of difference sequence spaces, denoted by w I (M , ∆ v u , r) α β , w 0 I (M , ∆ v u , r) α β ,   w ∞ I (M , ∆ v u , r) α β , and w ∞ (M , ∆ v u , r) α β . These spaces are constructed through the application of the concept of I -convergence of sequences, combined with a Musielak–Orlicz function of order (α ,   β) . The primary focus of our work is to thoroughly investigate the algebraic and topological properties of these defined sequence spaces. We explore their linearity, examine their structure within the framework of paranormed spaces, and analyze various other algebraic characteristics pertinent to these spaces. In addition, we examine the topological nature of these sequence spaces, identifying the conditions under which they exhibit specific topological properties. A significant part of our study is dedicated to examining the inclusion relationships between these sequence spaces, thereby providing a comprehensive understanding of how these spaces are interrelated. Our analysis contributes to the broader field of functional analysis and sequence space theory, offering new insights and potential applications of these advanced mathematical constructs. Anionic carboxylated cellulose nanofibers (CNF) are effective media to remove cationic contaminants from water. In this study, sustainable cationic CNF-based adsorbents capable of removing anionic contaminants were demonstrated using a simple approach. Specifically, the zero-waste nitro-oxidization process was used to produce carboxylated CNF (NOCNF), which was subsequently converted into a cationic scaffold by crosslinking with aluminum ions. The system, termed Al-CNF, is found to be effective for the removal of fluoride ions from water. Using the Langmuir isotherm model, the fluoride adsorption study indicates that Al-CNF has a maximum adsorption capacity of 43.3 mg/g, which is significantly higher than that of alumina-based adsorbents such as activated alumina (16.3 mg/g). The selectivity of fluoride adsorption in the presence of other anionic species (nitrate or sulfate) by Al-CNF at different pH values was also evaluated. The results indicate that Al-CNF can maintain a relatively high selectivity towards the adsorption of fluoride. Finally, the sequential applicability of using spent Al-CNF after the fluoride adsorption to further remove cationic contaminant such as Basic Red 2 dye was demonstrated. The inefficient delivery of drugs having low efficacy to their target sites is significantly hampering the treatment of many diseases and putting enormous pressure on the healthcare system. In this endeavor, the non‐ionic amphiphilic nanotransporters are drawing increasing attention over the past decades. Herein, we report the synthesis of a newer A2B type non‐ionic double chain amphiphilic nanotransporters by using dimethyl 5‐hydroxy isophthalate based central core prepared by propargylation followed by ester hydrolysis. The core was subsequently decorated with hydrophobic alkyl (C8/C20/perfluoro alkylated Cf8) chains via esterification. Monomethoxy polyethylene glycol (mPEG) moiety (Mn: 750/1000) was then incorporated by click chemistry approach to confer hydrophilicity. The aggregation behavior of synthesized non‐ionic amphiphiles in aqueous medium was evaluated by using dynamic light scattering (DLS) and fluorescence spectroscopy. The nanotransport potential of the synthesized amphiphiles was studied by using model hydrophobic guests, that is, the dye Nile red and the drugs nimodipine and curcumin by using ultraviolet–visible (UV/Vis) and fluorescence spectroscopic techniques. Evaluation of the viability of amphiphiles synthesized against HeLa cells showed them to be well tolerated up to the concentration studied. Stimuli responsive release of encapsulated Nile red from the inner core of amphiphile was successfully carried out in the presence of an immobilized enzyme Candida antarctica lipase (Novozym 435).
