Benchmark feature detection is critical in mobile robot automatic drilling systems for compensating robot accuracy and assembly errors in aerospace manufacturing. System accuracy is influenced by reference feature recognition, which is often hindered by material interference and background noise. To address these issues, this paper proposes a method that uses a 2D industrial camera for image capture, applies deep learning for initial target recognition and positioning, and then determines the feature extraction location based on the initial recognition. The extracted benchmark positions are accurately fitted using an improved Huber algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate that this approach improves the benchmark feature detection recognition rate by 43.8%, center recognition accuracy by 78.26%, and overall hole processing accuracy by 54.69%. Enucleated cells, also known as cytoplasts, are valuable tools with a wide range of applications. However, their potential for bio-engineering is greatly restricted by the short lifespan. We postulated that the enucleation process damages the integrity of the plasma membrane and thus activates a cell death program(s). The results showed that a tiny hole was generated transiently on the plasma membrane when the nucleus was spun off, while force-gated ion channels were activated in response to the pulling by the nucleus. Influx of extracellular calcium stimulated the opening of calcium channels and the release of calcium from endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria. Long lasting calcium transient increased protein phosphorylation and activated caspase 9 and calpain proteinase activities. Subsequently, mitochondria membrane permeability and Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) levels were significantly elevated, which eventually led to eryptosis-like cell death. When extracellular calcium was maintained at optimal concentration, the lifespan of enucleated cells was extended; however, huge amounts of vacuoles appeared in the cytoplasm, possibly derived from enlarged autophagosomes. Inhibition of vacuolation by inhibitors of autophagy or in co-culture with primary muscle cells did not rescue cells dying from the paraptosis-like pathway. BackgroundCompared with 2D+1D adjustment, three dimensional adjustment has a more rigorous theoretical basis. However, when the unconstrained three dimensional adjustment is applied to the observation values processing of the accelerator alignment control network, serious error accumulation will occur and resulting in obvious distortion of the results.PurposeThis study aims to expound the ways and characteristics of three dimensional adjustment error accumulation for accelerator alignment control network.MethodsFirstly, based on the layout of accelerator alignment control network and the moving station measurement method of laser tracker, the three dimensional adjustment mathematical model was analyzed, and the least-squares collocation theory was used to clearly explain the error propagation. Secondly, the characters of laser tracker measurement accuracy, station positioning and orientation accuracy and single station measurement error propagation were studied by analyzing the laser tracker 3D coordinate measurement model, measurement point error model and simulation measurement experiments. Finally, adjustment calculation of the linac control network was verified by simulation measurement, and two error accumulation suppression methods were tested.ResultsThe source and propagation mode of error accumulation are explained theoretically, and verified by simulation calculation, so are the serious error accumulation of elevation and lateral errors in three dimensional adjustment of control network in accelerator.ConclusionsProviding high-precision point coordinate constraint for three dimensional adjustment can effectively suppress error accumulation, and providing high-precision orientation constraint for station coordinate system can also achieve the effect of suppressing error accumulation.

The car access time is a key parameter, especially in a huge stereo-garage, where this one should be decreased as much as possible. This paper proposes a novel stereo-garage. Adopting the linear induction motors (LIMs), the system has a simple structure and rapid response capability. In the stereo-garage, several LIMs are installed below the crossbeam on a lifting platform, and several LIMs are fixed on the top of a moving frame. During the operation of LIMs, the moving frame moves forward and backward to reach the required parking place, whereas the crossbeam moves horizontally in order to take or store the vehicle rapidly. All these LIMs are the same and should be designed at a low frequency. The influences of key structure parameters and dynamic performances are investigated, based on FEM. The predicted results are validated by a prototype. Finally, the designed LIMs are successfully applied in two 8-layer stereo-garages.

In the vast family of two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals materials, 2D magnets have unique advantages in the experimental realization of numerous theoretical works and fundamental exploration of high-performance spintronic devices in the 2D limit. Fe3GeTe2 (FGT), as a typical 2D metallic ferromagnet, is a promising candidate to achieve functional devices at room temperature due to its relatively high Curie temperature (TC) and strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA). Here, we investigated self-modulated magnetic properties of FGT nanoflakes in an ambient environment by anomalous Hall effect (AHE). Unique double square-shaped hysteresis loops are observed in oxidized Fe3GeTe2 nanoflakes induced by ambient effects. We propose a phenomenological model based on antiferromagnetic/ferromagnetic coupling in the FGT nanoflakes with oxidized surface layers to elucidate this observation. Compared with a single square-shaped hysteresis loop of well-preserved FGT, double square-shaped hysteresis loops exhibit four-resistance plateaus, which can be regarded as a kind of media for information storage or sensing, showing potential applications in next-generation spintronic devices. Tunable behavior in electrocatalysis by external multifields, such as magnetic field, thermal field, and electric field, is the most promising strategy to expand the theory, design, and synthesis of state‐of‐the‐art catalysts and the cell in the near future. Here, a systematic investigation for the effect of external magnetic field and thermal field on methanol oxidation reactions (MOR) in magnetic nanoparticles is reported. For Co42Pt58 truncated octahedral nanoparticles (TONPs), the catalytic performance in MOR is greatly increased to the maximum of 14.1% by applying a magnetic field up to 3000 Oe, and it shows a monotonical increase with increasing working temperature. The magnetic enhanced effect is closely related to the Co content of CoxPt100‐x TONPs. Furthermore, the enhancement effect under a magnetic field is more obvious for Co42Pt58 TONPs annealed at 650 °C. First‐principle calculation points out that the magnetic fields can facilitate the dehydrogenation of both methanol and water by suppression of entropy of the electron spin and lowering of the activation barrier, where OHad intermediates on Co sites play a more important role. The application of magnetic fields together with thermal fields in MOR provides a new prospect to manipulate the performance of direct methanol fuel cells, which will accelerate their potential applications. Two-dimensional van der Waals (2D vdW) magnets have attracted great attention recently and possess the unprecedented advantages of incorporating high-quality vdW heterostructures and homostructures into spintronic devices, and exploring various physical phenomena or technologies. Among them, Fe5GeTe2 (F5GT) has ferromagnetic order close to room temperature, however the magnetic properties near its intrinsic transitions and F5GT-based 2D devices remain mostly unexplored. Here, we systematically demonstrate the peculiar magnetic properties of Fe5GeTe2 nanoflakes near its intrinsic transition temperature (Tp) which is far lower than its Curie temperature (TC) of ∼ 265 K, and firstly discover anomalous magnetoresistance effect in F5GT homo-junctions by magneto-transport measurements. The strongest anomalous Hall effect occurs around Tp which is located in a temperature range from 130 to 160 K for the F5GT nanoflakes with different thicknesses. Furthermore, negative magnetoresistance (N-MR) and butterfly-shaped magnetoresistance (B-MR) are observed in F5GT homo-junction devices, and they appeared only in an intermediate temperature range from 110 to 160 K, noticeably showing the maxima near the Tp rather than the lowest temperature. Our experimental results clearly reveal the significant influence of intrinsic transitions on magnetic properties of F5GT and magnetoresistance effect in F5GT homo-junction devices, which imply a new strategy to achieve high-performance 2D spintronic devices by tuning intrinsic magnetic or structural transitions in 2D vdW magnets.
