Background To evaluate the myocardial microcirculation perfusion of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) with a different index of microcirculatory resistance (IMR) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) by myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) and analyse the value of MCE in predicting myocardial perfusion after PCI. Methods Fifty-six patients with acute STEMI who underwent an emergency PCI were selected from October 2018 to October 2019 in our hospital. According to the IMR values measured during PCI treatment, the patients were divided into three groups. Traditional ultrasound and MCE were performed one week after PCI. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), ventricular wall motion score index (WMSI), A value, β value and A × β value (which refers to the patient’s myocardial blood flow) were measured. The receiver operating characteristic curve was drawn to evaluate the effectiveness of the MCE parameters in the diagnosis of myocardial microcirculation perfusion disorders. Results The results showed that there was no significant difference in the LVEF among the groups. The WMSI in Group 3 was statistically different from that in Groups 1 and 2 (P P P Conclusions The A value, β value and A × β value were negatively correlated with the IMR value. Furthermore, MCE could be used to observe the myocardial perfusion in patients with acute STEMI after PCI and may be one of the indicators used to accurately evaluate myocardial microcirculation.

For the gas flood process, crude oil physical properties including oil volume and viscosity would be greatly changed resulting from gas solution and extraction. First, solubility of natural gas in oil and brine was measured and compared. Meanwhile, the resulting oil expansion and viscosity reduction were experimentally tested. Second, oil viscosity increase due to extraction was studied by extraction experiments. Finally, oil recovery of natural gas and propane-enriched natural gas flood was studied under different pressures. Results show that solubility of natural gas in oil is dozens of times of that in brine. Variation of crude oil physical properties during natural gas injection mainly includes the remarkable volume expansion and viscosity reduction caused by gas dissolution into oil, and the oil volume shrinkage and viscosity increase caused by extraction are not so significant. Summary Background Biliary cryptococci infection is rare, which is frequently diagnosed by exploratory laparotomy, preoperative diagnosis is difficult. Case presentation A 14-year-old girl presented with intermittent jaundice for 6 years. She had no pruritus, anorexia, nausea or vomiting, fever, abdominal pain, or clay stools. Laboratory tests showed obstructive jaundice, eosinophilia, and increased IgE levels. The patient was ultimately diagnosed as Cryptococcal infection by bone marrow culture. The patient responded to antifungal therapy. Conclusion Unnecessary surgical intervention was avoided by an early and accurate diagnosis. Cryptococcosis infection of bile duct should be highly suspected, when the children with obstructive jaundice have eosinophilia and increased IgE levels.

Electro-hydraulic proportional closed control system is designed which fully integrated electrical and hydraulic advantages of both. The dynamic mathematic model of the hydraulic system is built and the dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed accurately. The advanced PID controller is adopted to correct the system, and have improved the dynamic quality of the system. In this paper, the hydraulic system is simulated on the basis of the Simulink and DSHplus professional hydraulic simulation software and the results of simulation prove that the qualities of the system can satisfy with the requirement much better.
