Supply chain management is a process in which a number of organizations work together as a supply chain until the raw materials reach the manufacturer and finally, a valuable product is provided to the end consumer. With the increase in population and the increase in environmental sensitivities, the forward-reverse supply chain has attracted a lot of attention, which pursues goals such as optimization, customer satisfaction, responding to their needs in the shortest time with the lowest cost and high quality. In this paper, a forward-reverse multi-product and multi-period network is designed under the condition of uncertainty in the demand parameter. The purpose of the proposed model is to maximize profit by considering customer satisfaction simultaneously and reducing delay and the fuzzy approach has been used to solve the model under conditions of uncertainty. The proposed model is mixed-integer linear programming and for its validation and applicability, it has been solved by GAMS software, a numerical example using simulated data in deterministic and uncertain state. The results of the analysis of the numerical example show that the show that with increasing uncertainty in the demand parameter, the optimal value of the objective function decreases. In recent years, the supply chain management has growing importance in management issues due to the increasing competition in the global markets. Supply chain management knowledge found in 1990 and includes planning and product management, transportation and distribution to the end user. This knowledge presents a solution for improving industries and enhances the competitiveness. The supply chain management is a set of facilities, materials, customers, products and inventory control methods, purchasing and distribution, and also relationship between customer and supplier which started with row material and finished by end user. Since the supply chain management plays an important role in the processes of production, trade and services; so measuring of its performance is an essential element for measuring the company's performance. Supply chain performance measurement includes a wide range from measuring the performance of an independent organization to whole supply chain. Therefore supply chain performance measurement is one of the comprehensive strategies in decision making that needs more attention in order to increase performance of long term efficiency in supply chain. In current paper according to the concept of a balanced approach and relevant references and also interview by experts, the key performance indicators (KPI) identified and evaluation criteria explained. Then ranked indicators according to their importance, after that categorized them using exploratory factor analysis techniques and then named each category according to its literature and finally proposed recommendation for improvement based on importance priority. In this study, we use a systematic method of linear programming model to select the best strategies for responding to project risk. At first, according to the past research 96 risks of a major series of project risks are identified and then 35 quality risks are identified due to the main goal of this research. These mentioned risks effect on work quality, in other words the conformity with customer expectation. After that the prioritization phase started. In this part, we prioritize risks by 3 different stages, first using quality criteria, second using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) techniques and third using COQ (Cost of Quality) techniques and finally critical risks are identified. Then prioritize risks according to decision making methods. In the response phase in order to select the best strategy for each risk a zero-one linear programming will be presented.
