32. Predictors of Suicidal Behaviour in Young Adults: A Tertiary Care Hospital Based Cross Sectional Study.

Abstract

Background: Suicide has been noted as a distressing phenomenon among the society, in one way or the other. It poses a serious public health problem and requires meticulous in depth probing with all the compassion for the victims of suicide. The aim of this study is to assess the predictors of suicidal behaviour in young adults and suggest novel suicide prevention policies. Materials and Methods: It was a hospital based descriptive cross-sectional study conducted over 18 months amongst suicide attempters in the age range of 18 to 35 years who were brought to the Casualty and Psychiatry department of a tertiary care hospital of north India.100 consecutive suicide attempters, gave voluntary written informed consent were enrolled. Socio-demographic profile, details of past psychiatric illness, family history of psychiatric illness, previous suicidal attempt and history of substance abuse were recorded. Psychiatric morbidity was assessed using Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI) and confirmed on International Classification of Diseases 10th edition (ICD-10).Depression, Anxiety and Stress were assessed on Depression anxiety and Stress Scale-21(DASS-21). Beck Suicide Intent Scale (BSIS) was used to measure severity of suicide intent and to find out any association between presence of past psychiatric history/family history of psychiatric illness/previous suicide attempt with suicide intent Results: Out of 100 attempted suicidal patients, male to female ratio was 1.44:1.Past psychiatric illness, family history of psychiatric illness, previous suicidal attempt and substance abuse was observed among 23% (n=23), 19%(n=19), 23% (n=23)and 34% (n=34) patients, respectively. 59%(n=59) patients were found to be having psychiatric illness currently. Overall Mean±SD score of severe depression was 25.64±12.36, severe anxiety (19.38±9.39) and moderate stress (24.18±8.61) as assessed on Depression anxiety and Stress Scale-21 items(DASS-21).67%(n=67) patients had high suicide intent on Beck Suicide Intent Scale (BSIS).There was positive association between past psychiatric illnesses and BSIS i.e.,91.3% compared to 59.7% without psychiatric illness (χ²=18.589, p=0.001). Conclusion: Multifactorial indicators and psychological aspects such as depression, anxiety, stress and substance abuse reaffirm its causality with high suicide intent and a forerunner for subsequent attempts. Abstract

Within regulated conditions, autonomous systems have improved their skills for substantially and even completely automated operation. Embedded detectors and telecommunication wireless routers, such as hardware and other automobiles, are used to gather visual data. Multiple moving management and forecasting approaches have been devised to independently drive in complicated surroundings looking at the data. The primary purpose is to implement techniques that promote security, convenience, and power efficiency. Nevertheless, challenging issues including such steering in urban complex situations with inertial guidance functionality, i.e., susceptible motorists and automobiles, and collaborative manoeuvres between computer controlled and semi-automated automobiles still require more work before even being implemented in a real-world situation. This study provides an overview of mobility planning strategies used in the research on automated cars. It also provides a definition of the method adopted by research organizations, their inputs to trajectory planning, and a contrast of these methods. Relevant work in the areas of approaching and obstacle detection manoeuvres is given, providing for a deeper understanding of the limitations and issues that will need to be solved in the coming years. Even we are so far from the ancient time and comes under the category of developing country but still we can't say we are developed completely the reason comes out to be not getting proper education to students who actual deserve even the schemes which are made by the government are not in the reach of the poor people, some students couldn't afford the fee of hospital and that lead to severe problems and multiple people are getting died day by day we are losing the gems of India before even having them in our eyes some are dying by filling the loans of banks and other things So I Have made a technology or a model by which we can connect multiple technologies and applications together either by integrating or differentiating them to form a new innovation. In this research I have developed a model with the combination of Internet of Things and cloud computing technologies which can help the people all over the world. We can connect with hospitals, clinics, education, e-business, e-commerce, e-banking, connect with poor people to help them and merge them into a single unit by which a user can have multiple option to buy or pay the things according to his needs without travelling, government can focus on the poor people who couldn't afford the basic needs, one can fulfil his requirement at a very short period of time. Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) refers to a potential software, which organisations utilise for managing daily basis activities such as proper accounting, project management, compliance as well as procurement actions within organisational standards for achieving better business performance. This research focuses on understanding ways of ERP usage of businesses for enhancing potential procurement as well as accounting for assuring best performance achievement. Literature from different company reports and other sources has been implemented that brings out an understanding of productivity optimisation of organisations using ERP. It also focuses on illustrating different types of ERP along with assuring better data visibility aspects of the ERP usage for allowing consumers to view real time data while progressing with business relationships and enabling higher procurement standards. The research aims to investigate ways in which different types of ERP are used by organisations for assuring better accounting performance and procurement standards in their marketing environment. Hypothesis is a positive association between ERP utilisation and implementation in organisation and its accounting and procurement standards, achieving high performance in the competitive market. Methodology used in this research involves Exploratory research design with a probability sampling for bringing out best possible outcomes of the research. Sample sizes include secondary sources such as articles, journals and relevant company reports and databases for understanding ways in which ERP helps in attaining suitable accounting and procurement practices of businesses within organisational standards.
