The worldwide spread of a new infection SARS-CoV-2 makes relevant the analysis of the socio-economic factors that make modern civilization vulnerable to previously unknown diseases. In this regard, the development of mathematical models describing the spread of pandemics like COVID-19 and the identification of socio-economic factors affecting the epidemiological situation in regions is an important research task. Research objective. This study seeks to develop a mathematical model describing the spread of COVID-19, thus enabling the analysis of the main characteristics of the spread of the disease and assessment of the impact of various socio-economic factors. Data and methods. The study relies on the official statistical data on the pandemic presented on coronavirus sites in Russia and other countries, Yandex DataLens dataset service, as well as data from the Federal State Statistics Service. The data were analyzed by using a correlation analysis of COVID-19 incidence parameters and socio-economic characteristics of regions; multivariate regression – to determine the parameters of the probabilistic mathematical model of the spread of the pandemic proposed by the authors; clustering – to group the regions with similar incidence characteristics and exclude the regions with abnormal parameters from the analysis. Results. A mathematical model of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic is proposed. The parameters of this model are determined on the basis of official statistics on morbidity, in particular the frequency (probability) of infections, the reliability of the disease detection, the probability density of the disease duration, and its average value. Based on the specificity of COVID-19, Russia regions are clustered according to disease-related characteristics. For clusters that include regions with typical disease-related characteristics, a correlation analysis of the relationship between the number of cases and the rate of infection ( with the socio-economic characteristics of the region is carried out. The most significant factors associated with the parameters of the pandemic are identified. Conclusions. The proposed mathematical model of the pandemic and the established correlations between the parameters of the epidemiological situation and the socio-economic characteristics of the regions can be used to make informed decisions regarding the key risk factors and their impact on the course of the pandemic. Актуальность. Распространение по всему миру новой инфекции SARSCoV-2 делает актуальным анализ социально-экономических факторов, которые делают современную цивилизацию уязвимой перед неизвестными ранее заболеваниями. В связи с этим разработка математических моделей, описывающих распространение пандемий типа COVID-19, и выявление социально-экономических факторов, влияющих на эпидемиологическую ситуацию в регионах, является важной исследовательской задачей. Цель исследования. Это исследование направлено на разработку математической модели, описывающей распространение COVID-19, что позволит проанализировать основные характеристики распространения заболевания и оценить влияние различных социально-экономических факторов. Данные и методы. В основе исследования лежат официальные статистические данные о пандемии, представленные на российских и зарубежных сайтах,сервисе данных Yandex DataLens, а также сайте Росстата. Данные были проанализированы с помощью корреляционного анализа параметров заболеваемости COVID-19 и социально-экономических характеристик регионов; многомерная регрессия была использована для определения параметров вероятностной математической модели распространения пандемии, предложенной авторами; кластеризация позволила сгруппировать регионы со схожими характеристиками заболеваемости и исключить из анализа регионы с аномальными параметрами. Результаты. Предложена математическая модель распространения пандемии COVID-19. Параметры этой модели определяются на основе официальной статистики заболеваемости, в частности частоты (вероятности) инфекций, надежности выявления болезни, плотности вероятности продолжительности болезни и ее среднего значения. Исходя из специфики COVID-19, регионы России сгруппированы по характеристикам, связанным с заболеванием. Для кластеров, которые включают регионы с типичными характеристиками, связанными с заболеванием, проводится корреляционный анализ взаимосвязи между количеством случаев и уровнем инфицирования (Rt) с социально-экономическими характеристиками региона. Выявлены наиболее значимые факторы, связанные с параметрами пандемии. Выводы. Предложенная математическая модель пандемии и установленные корреляции между параметрами эпидемиологической ситуации и социально-экономическими характеристиками регионов могут быть использованы для принятия обоснованных решений относительно ключевых факторов риска и их влияния на течение пандемии.

Expanding the portfolio of instruments for finance management of an enterprise in order in order to increase the return on investments is a task of current interest. In the article, we discuss a model of the trading decision support system in financial markets based on probability analysis and machine learning, which can be used to solve the above problem. The aim of this work is to develop and test a model of the decision support system for trading operations with stock financial instruments as a part of the enterprise financial management process. The model is based on machine learning technologies that provide acquisition of large amounts of input data, its primary processing, the formation of a multi-dimensional space of feature vectors, and its transformation. The forecasting method is based on the Bayesian rule. The obtained Bayesian probabilities are stored in a hypercube which is used to determine the rules for trading decisions making. The developed model was tested on historical data of the futures market of the Moscow Exchange in the case of the RTS Index Futures as the main instrument for transactions and the USD-RUB Futures as an auxiliary instrument used for analysis. To evaluate the results of testing, quantitative metrics have been developed, which include the number and volume of profitable and unprofitable transactions, the average profit/loss per transaction. These metrics were used for analysis of effectiveness and limits of applicability for the developed model. The model can be implemented as a software HFT robot that can provide the probability to get profit greater than the probability of losses. As a further step in the development of this topic, research can be undertaken on the mechanisms for the formation of feature vectors using data mining methods. Расширение портфеля инструментов для управления финансами предприятия с целью повышения доходности вложений является актуальной задачей. В статье мы обсудили модель системы поддержки принятия торговых решений на финансовых рынках на основе вероятностного анализа и машинного обучения, которая может быть использована для ее решения. Целью работы является разработка и апробация модели системы поддержки принятия решений при совершении торговых операций с биржевыми финансовыми инструментами в рамках процесса управления финансами предприятия. Модель основана на технологиях машинного обучения, обеспечивающих получение больших объемов исходных данных, их первичную обработку, формирование многомерного пространства векторов признаков и его трансформацию. Метод прогнозирования рассмотрен на основе правила Байеса. Полученные байесовские вероятности собраны в гиперкуб, который используется для определения правил принятия торговых решений. Разработанная модель протестирована на исторических данных срочного рынка Московской биржи на примере фьючерса на индекс РТС в качестве основного инструмента для выполнения операций и фьючерса на курс доллара США к рублю в качестве вспомогательного инструмента, используемого для анализа. Для оценки результатов тестирования разработаны количественные метрики, включающие в себя количество и объем прибыльных и убыточных сделок, среднюю/средний прибыль/убыток в расчете на одну сделку. С их помощью проанализирована эффективность и границы применимости разработанной модели. Модель может быть реализована в виде программного HFT-робота, способного обеспечить вероятность получения прибыли, превышающую вероятность потерь. В качестве дальнейших шагов по развитию данной темы могут быть предприняты исследования механизмов формирования векторов признаков с помощью методов интеллектуального анализа данных.

The creation and implementation of the strategies for economic and social development in the Russian regions for the period up to 2035 implies an adequate development of transport services affecting all economic sectors and segments of the population. In this regard, we propose a model connecting the characteristics of passenger and cargo flows with the parameters of economic and social development, as well as with the region’s demography. This model allows specifying the congestion of the transport system resulting from the implementation of plans for social and economic development and planned decisions in the sphere of economic activity. For developing the model, we selected parameters describing the economic situation, labour market, demography, living standards and social situation in the analysed subject. These parameters have the highest correlation coefficients with the analysed characteristics of the transport infrastructure. Further, we conducted a step-by-step regression analysis, adding to the already existing variables new ones that gave the greatest increase in the determinacy coefficient R2. The model shows that the main factor determining the amount of passengers transported by public buses is the annual average number of employed persons. The passenger turnover is mostly affected by the population size. The volume of goods transported by trucks is determined by parameters characterising the level of the production development (investments in fixed assets, fixed capital in the economy, and the volume of shipped goods of domestic production). The use of nonlinear models and networks did not significantly reduce the model’s errors. Additionally, we clustered the Russian regions by indicators of socio-economic development and the characteristics of transport infrastructure affecting traffic flows. Then we assessed the efficiency of transport infrastructure’s exploitation in various clusters. This allows the targeted benchmarking, namely the selection of regions mostly appropriate for comparison with the analysed one. © 2019 Institute of Economics, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Проведена кластеризация регионов Российской Федерации по показателям социально-экономического развития и характеристикам транспортной инфраструктуры, влияющим на транспортные потоки. Оценена эффективность использования транспортной инфраструктуры в различных кластерах.

In the article the valuation method of the efficiency of mergers and acquisitions on an example of the wholesale generating companies is suggested. Authors propose criteria of choice of pairs of companies carrying out merger and arising industry equilibrium. Approach to the estimation of enterprise value after merger is explained. В статье предложена методика оценки эффективности слияний и поглощений на примере генерирующих компаний оптового рынка электроэнергии. Сформулированы критерии выбора пар компаний, осуществляющих слияния, и оценки возникающего в результате слияний отраслевого равновесия. Приведен подход к оценке достигнутой стоимости компаний после объединения.

Цель магистерской работы: анализ тенденций развития информационных систем на рынке автозаправочных сервисов и проектирование новой информационной системы по доставке топлива. Для достижения поставленной̆ цели были обозначены следующие задачи: провести анализ рынка автозаправочных станций Российской Федерации; изучить тенденции развития информационных систем автозаправочных сервисов; изучить жизненный цикл информационных систем; определить требования и спецификации на создание информационной системы; разработать бизнес-процессы информационной системы; провести моделирование бизнес-процессов «TO-BE»; осуществить планирование проекта разработки информационной системы; рассчитать экономическую эффективность проекта; произвести управление рисками проекта; разработать план продвижения сервиса; осуществить практическую реализацию проекта. Как результат работы представлен план по разработке новой ИС по доставке топлива с использованием информационных технологий, разработка которой способно решить ряд проблем существующих ИС. The purpose of the master's thesis: analysis of trends in the development of information systems in the market of filling services and design of a new information system for fuel delivery. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: to analyze the market of gas stations in the Russian Federation; to study the trends in the development of information systems of gas station services; to study the life cycle of information systems; to determine the requirements and specifications for the creation of an information system; to develop business processes of an information system; to carry out modeling of business processes "TO-BE"; to plan an information system development project; to calculate the economic efficiency of the project; to manage project risks; to develop a service promotion plan; to implement the practical implementation of the project. As a result of the work, a plan is presented for the development of a new fuel delivery system using information technology, the development of which can solve a number of problems of existing IS.

Данная тема актуальна тем, что общественный транспорт плохо развит в малых и средних городах России и нуждается в доработке. Сейчас транспортные предприятия небольших городов не имеют четкой структурированной систем для обслуживания пассажирских перевозок и на их фоне транспортная сфера, как один из важнейших субъектов экономики страны развита слабо. Практическая значимость: - Описана работа системы RetailBud и её польза для всех транспортных предприятий страны и мира. - На примере маршрута №14 города Каменск-Уральский показан расчет прибыли транспортного предприятия. This topic is relevant because public transport is poorly developed in small and medium-sized cities of Russia and needs to be improved. Now the transport enterprises of small towns do not have a clear structured system for servicing passenger traffic and, against their background, the transport sector, as one of the most important subjects of the country's economy, is poorly developed. Practical significance: - Described the work of the RetailBud system and its benefits for all transport companies in the country and the world. - On the example of route No. 14 of the city of Kamensk-Uralsky, the calculation of the profit of a transport company is shown.
