Abstract

The article discusses the use of stem cell and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy in treating osteoarthritis (OA) in aging patients. The study conducted at the Vinski Regenerative Center involved nine patients with OA who received stem cell and PRP injections. The results showed improvement in the condition of the knees and joints, with patients experiencing a reduction in pain and improved mobility. The combination of stem cells and PRP is considered a promising therapy for regenerating joint tissue in mid to late-stage OA. However, further research is needed in this field.
