For the time being, many government or private organizations for recruitment of staff or educational institutions moving towards online based tests. The online examination system is a software application used for conducting examination using computer systems. It helps to the recruitment agency or any govt. or private organizations for conducting any job recruitment examinations transparently. Due to this system results are processed without delay and efficiently evaluated to assess the candidates abilities. But the biggest challenge for online examination system is data integrity, security and privacy. The current system is resolving the privacy issue by providing authentication credentials such as user name, password to the candidates. So that only authorized users with proper credentials can login to the system and attempt the exam. But the data confidentiality and integrity are biggest challenges for the system. As the data stored in system database is in plain text format, hence it may be modified or misused by the internal staff of the organization. This paper presents the frame work for secure storage and management of candidates data using encryption scheme, distributed databases in cloud database system. The proposed framework enhances the data confidentiality, integrity and avoids any cheating by internal staff or third party institutions. Background: Papillary carcinoma of the thyroid(PTC) is the most common malignant thyroid carcinoma. Histological diagnosis of PTC is generally easy in majority of cases, because of its diagnostic clue that is presence of its characteristic nuclear feature. Due to its tumourheterogeneity, it is difficult to distinguish papillary carcinoma thyroid from thyroid papillary hyperplasia, solitary nodules with papillary transformation and follicular variant from other follicular thyroid lesions. As a result, immunohistochemistry(IHC) plays a supplementary role in the effort to resolve such dilemma. The study aims to evaluate the role of CK19 and CD 56 as supplementary diagnostic markers in diagnosis of papillary carcinoma thyroid. Methodology: Observational study was conducted by light microscopy and immunohistochemical examination of 150 thyroidectomy specimens at department of pathology studied in teritiary care hospital over a period of 2years Oct 2019 to Sept 2021. Results: Out of the 150 patients, 138(92%) were females and 12(8%) were males. In present study, majority of the thyroid lesions occurred between the age groups 31-40 years (31.33%) followed by 41-50 years (26%). 30 cases are subjected for CK19 and CD56 IHC. CK 19 staining reveals strong positive expression in 9 cases, which include Classic variant of PTC(2cases), follicular variant of PTC(3cases), undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma(1 case) and multinodular goitre with suspicious papillary carcinoma like areas(2 cases). Lack of CD56 expression (negative) is seen in 10 cases. out of which 8 cases of malignant thyroid lesions - PTC-classic variant(2cases), PTC-follicular variant(3cases), multinodular goiter with microcarcinoma (2cases), undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma(1case) show negative CD56 expression. Conclusion: Classical papillary thyroid carcinoma has typical features on histopathology and does not need any additional Immunohistochemistry markers. Mixture distributions play an important role in many studies in real time scenario. It has many applications to name some of them are: Insurance risk theory, oil industry, reliability theory etc. Mixture distributions are probability distributions of a random variable, derived from the convex combination of individual distributions as components of the random variable, with the corresponding proportion of each component called as the mixture weights. In this paper, an attempt is made to propose a new mixture distribution, using three Pareto distributions with different fixed proportions. The manufacturing process is capable of producing better products, meeting the specifications, allowing the manufacturer to relax certain constraints on man / material / machines. The process parameter (quality characteristic) instead of a constant, is a variable which is assumed to follow triangular distribution. When the product is put to use, then the lifetime distribution of such product is not the conventional Rayleigh distribution, but is a new lifetime model. DNA tracts that include simple sequence repeats (SSRs), sometimes known as genetic "stutters), are composed of a few to many tandem repetitions of a short base-pair motif. These sequences frequently mutate, changing the amount of repetitions. SSRs are frequently found in promoters, untranslated regions, and even coding sequences, therefore these alterations can significantly affect practically every aspect of gene activity. SSR alleles can also contribute to normal diversity in brain and behavioural features. Mutational expansion of certain triplet repeats is the cause of a number of inherited neurodegenerative diseases. Due to its importance in genetic research, in this paper we explored Ten SSR markers TAGA, TCAT, GAAT, AGAT, AGAA, GATA, TATC, CTTT, TCTG and TCTA that are identified from the genomes of Eleven distinct monkeys: A.Nancymaae, C.C.Imitator, C.Atys, M.Leucophaeus, P.Paniscus, R.Bieti, R.Roxellana, S.Boliviensis, T.Syrichta, C.A.Palliatus and M.Nemestrina using pattern matching mechanism. We identified 4bp SSR from eleven monkey dataset's Unchr chromosome mainly in this paper. The proposed approach finds the exact place/location of the SSR's and number of times that it appears in the given genome sequence. The identified patterns are analyzed with One-way and Two-way ANOVA that gives better analysis which is useful for genomic studies. Background: Long-term survival and functions of encapsulated islet grafts need to be evaluated in the absence of immunosuppression. The present study aimed to assess the viability and functions of macroencapsulated islets grafted in nonhuman primates without immunosuppression for 1 year., Methods: Islet transplantations were performed in partially pancreatectomized rhesus monkeys (two autologous and four allogenic) without immunosuppression using immunoisolatory devices. Macroencapsulated islets were implanted subcutaneously (5000-8000 IEQ/device) at two sites (left thigh and interscapular region) and were explanted at 2, 6, and 12 months after implantation. Staining for viability and apoptosis, in vivo and in vitro glucose-stimulated insulin release, expression of insulin and glucagon genes, and histopathologic examination of the device were used to assess engraftment potential, viability, and functions of islets. Animals were regularly monitored for dietary intake, body weight, and fasting blood glucose levels after islet transplantation., Results: Devices explanted showed vascularization at the end of 2, 6, and 12 months with occasional lymphocytes and minimal fibrosis outside the device. Flow cytometric analysis revealed 97.9%±1.5% and 94.3%±5.71% viable β cells in interscapular site and thigh in autologous recipients and 85.6%±4.01% (interscapular site) and 74.1%±12.05% (thigh) viable β cells in allogenic islet recipients. In vivo glucose challenge test revealed significantly increased glucose-stimulated insulin release (P=0.028) in the left thigh with implant (17.58±3.13 mU/L) compared with the thigh without implant (9.86±1.063 mU/L). Insulin and glucagon gene expression was evident in islets recovered from explanted device., Conclusions: These results indicate that subcutaneous implantation of macroencapsulated islets is minimally invasive and has potential for transplantation without immunosuppression.
