The graft block copolymer (GBC), based on the functionalized ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and monoisocyanateurethane of reactive olygomers of soybean oil, was synthesized. The structure of the copolymer was confirmed by IR-spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography. Physico-chemical characteristics of the GBC were studied by thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. It was found that the obtained GBC has high heat resistance, the glass transition temperature of the copolymer is shifted towards lower temperatures. Aminolysis of linseed and soybean oil was conducted with monoethanolamine. The optimum conditions of reaction were determined. Thermal properties of copolymers of ethylene with vinyl acetate (EVA), depending on the content of VA-groups and on the degree of functionalization by aminolysis, and the corresponding rubber-containing composites were investigated. It was found that the glass transition temperature, onset temperature of decomposition of EVA and their composites with crumb rubber depend on the content of VA groups, and their degree of functionalization with hydroxyl groups. It is shown that all investigated polymers have high thermal stability within the temperature to 280 °C and the thermal destruction of the original and functionalized EVA and its composites with crumb rubber is a stepwise process. It was found that the EVA is a two-phase system, which consists of amorphous and crystalline phases of polyethylene and amorphous phase of VA. Functionalization of copolymers with OH groups leads to the growth and redistribution of network of hydrogen bonds, which affects the process of crystallization phase of polyethylene, leads to an increase in the degree of crystallinity of 4-5%. Filling the original and functionalized EVA with rubber crumb does not lead to significant changes in the thermophysical characteristics and the relative degree of crystallinity of the composites. Structural studies of original and functionalized copolymers of ethylene and vinyl acetate and compositions based on them containing crumb rubber by IR-spectroscopy, X-ray analysis and DSC were carried out. It was shown that vinyl acetate content affects on structuring of the copolymers and their physical and chemical properties. Regularities and features of the reaction aminolysis of copolymers of ethylene with vinyl acetate with various concentrations of vinyl acetate units were installed. It is shown that the reaction of aminolysis of the conversion of acetate groups in EVA copolymers with increasing content decreases and the content of hydroxyl groups and the number of substituted hydroxy acetate units increases, it is revealed that the grafting of hydroxyl groups in vinyl acetate links on the surface of granules of the copolymer contributes to improving their physical mechanical characteristics.
