Regulation of the Minister Health of the Republic Indonesia No. 24, 2022 concerning EMR states that all health service facilities are required to maintain EMR no later than December 31, 2023. Therefore, dr. Rasidin Padang as a health service facility is also required to carry out EMR. This study aimed to analyze the readiness of implementing EMR at dr. Rasidin Padang. The research was conducted from November to June 2023 using qualitative methods and conducted on 6 informants by purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation. The results showed that in terms of organizational culture readiness, there is no timeline for planning activities and policies for the implementation of EMR. In terms of the readiness of human resources, there has been no training related to the implementation of EMR. In terms of computer hardware readiness, the software is still in the stage of perfecting the EMR application. EMR implementation readiness still needs to be improved, such as organizational culture readiness, Human Resources (HR), hardware, and software readiness. Hoped that the hospital will encourage readiness in the transition to electronic medical records with socialization and training that needs to be held immediately considering that EMR must be carried out no later than December 31, 2023.

In early 2020, the world was hit by the COVID-19 outbreak This virus was originated in Wuhan, China, and hit 216 countries. In Indonesia, there is an increasing trend of data cases on June 11, 2020, as many as 35,295 positive people. This study aims to look at learning and health situations during the pandemic and the health impacts on students. As a result of the pandemic, lecture activities that were originally on campus were moved to homes with a distance learning system. The descriptive research method is authoritative with a sample of 96 students. The results of this study show that during the COVID-19 pandemic, some students experienced health problems as a result of the transition from offline to online learning, such as anxiety, headaches, and fatigue caused by staring at screens for too long and just doing too many assignments. Even though, students are aware of the importance of health protocols and use them, such as social distancing, wearing a mask when outside, and washing their hands. Students affirm that there is an adequate supply of nutritious food. It can be concluded that changes in learning activities have an impact on student’s health, but this can be mitigated with good management and adherence to health protocols.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Virtual programming Lab software as a practicum tool in inquiry learning, collaboration, and increasing the ability of higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) students who take programming courses. Pseudo-experimental studies are designed with experimental and control groups. This research was attended by 35 first-semester students from the Pelita Indonesia Informatics Engineering Study Program. Quantitative methods are used to determine students' HOTS levels and their acceptance of the use of virtual programming labs as computer practicum tools. The data analysis technique used is the Kolmogrof Smirnov technique. For inquiry-based collaborative learning using 7 stages of learning. The effectiveness of virtual programming with collaborative inquiry learning through HOTS questions is tested with the N-gain test. Based on the findings, it is stated that virtual programming applications with collaborative inquiry learning in programming courses are quite effective in improving students' higher-order thinking skills with an average N Gain of 60%. The ability of students to do HOTS questions in C4, C5, and C6 has increased after post-tests in experimental classes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
