Besarnya populasi perempuan membuka peluang bagi kaum perempuan untuk terlibat aktif mulai dari usaha mikro yang biasanya dimulai dari sebuah usaha rumahan. Sebuah tantangan yang harus disikapi dengan positif mengingat potensi desa yang berlimpah belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal karena keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia (SDM). Potensi lokal yang dimiliki Desa Muara Badak Ulu dapat dimanfaatkan para ibu rumah tangga dalam berusaha. Pemberdayaan perempuan sebagai pelaku usaha juga memerlukan adanya suatu wadah yang dapat memfasilitasi kaum perempuan untuk lebih bisa berperan dalam bidang usaha. Perlu adanya pelatihan pelatihan tentang wirausaha, inovasi produk, manajemen pemasaran, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan perempuan dibidang wirausaha sehingga mampu menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing tinggi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan alat peraga timbangan bilangan terhadap hasil belajar matematika materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat kelas IV SDN Karangpelem 1 Kedawung Sragen Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis Pre-Eksperimental Design, Dengan design One Group Pretest Posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan uji Validitas dengan Korelasi Point Biserial, KR-20 untuk uji Reliabilitas, Taraf Kesukaran, dan Daya Pembeda. dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat dengan Shapiro Wilk, untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan paired sampel t-test dan untuk mengetahui keefektifanya menggunakan uji N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rata-rata setelah penggunaan alat peraga timbangan bilangan dengan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 46,32 dan nilai posttest 74,12. Diperoleh nilai = 11,674 > 2,035. Nilai signifikasi memperoleh 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga terdapat pengaruh penggunaan alat peraga timbangan bilangan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan uji N-gain score yang memperoleh nilai sebesar 60,36% (cukup efektif). Jadi, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan alat peraga timbangan bilangan cukup efektif terhadap hasil belajar matematika pada materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat kelas IV SDN Karangpelem 1 Kedawung Sragen. This article discusses the Analysis of Micro Business Productive Assistance (BPUM) for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) as an effort to Grow and Develop a Sustainable Economy in East Kalimantan, so to explore the topics discussed, this research uses literature study research sourced from theories relevant to the problems in this study, Findings in this study that Micro Business Productive Assistance provides stimulus effective in improving and strengthening UMKM institutions amid the problems faced such as the Covid-19 pandemic and previous UMKM problems. The findings in this study make the conclusion that BPUM is effective in a certain time but in the context of sustainable economic growth, UMKM receiving BPUM are not always able to rely on this program. This is because this program is not sustainable and follows the system of state financial mechanisms available. This means that UMKM must be able to maximize BPUM optimally and be able to make their services progress and sustainable. The massive economic growth of UMKM, followed by strengthening through a creative economy and targeting aspects of the global market, will make UMKM able to survey all issues. So that the impact caused by the existence of a sustainable and creative economy UMKM in the digitalization era makes economic growth in the region increase with the addition of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and National Income (PN). For BPUM assistance to East Kalimantan UMKM as a whole in 2021 has been realized effectively and optimally, but in 2022 there are several mechanisms that are still not running in several regions and there is a reduction in budget assistance deposited into UMKM

Hand sanitizer beralkohol adalah salah satu produk hand hygiene yang banyak digunakan masyarakat terutama saat pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan pemakaiannya yaitu untuk menghilangkan kotoran serta mikroorganisme termasuk SARS CoV-2. Penggunaan hand sanitizer beralkohol harus diperhatikan agar memberikan efek yang maksimal serta tidak menimbulkan efek samping yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan perilaku masyarakat terkait penggunaan dan efek samping dari hand sanitizer beralkohol. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional dengan analisis data deskriptif-analitik kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat berumur 18-60 tahun yang sedang atau pernah menggunakan hand sanitizer. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode survei. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode convenience sampling. Sebanyak 387 responden berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini. Tingkat pendidikan responden yang paling banyak adalah SMA dengan persentase 78% (n=302). Hasil penelitian menunjukan mayoritas pengetahuan masyarakat terkait hand hygiene, efektivitas maupun efek samping kurang baik. Dari hasil uji beda menggunakan Fisher’s exact antara tingkat pendidikan dan pengetahuan dalam penelitian ini tidak signifikan (p=0,203). Hasil terkait perilaku masyarakat dalam menggunakan hand sanitizer menunjukkan bahwa 77,7% responden paling sering menggunakan hand sanitizer saat berada di tempat umum dan 36,6% responden menggunakan hand sanitizer sebanyak dua sampai tiga kali sehari. Sebanyak 69 responden menyatakan pernah mengalami efek samping. Efek samping terbanyak adalah kulit kering yang dialami oleh 56 responden, yang diakibatkan oleh terlalu sering menggunakan hand sanitizer. Pengetahuan dan perilaku masyarakat terkait penggunaan hand sanitizer masih perlu ditingkatkan khususnya mengenai kewaspadaan kandungan alkohol dalam hand sanitizer.

Covid-19 menyedot perhatian dan menganggu jalannya perekonomian dan ini dialami diseluruh Negara-negara di dunia, termasuk untuk Indonesia. Porak-porandanya ekonomi, khususnya bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) pengrajin ketupat juga mengalami efek kemerosotan pandemi. Perubahan ini tentu menjadi krisis tersendiri di dalam keberlangsungan UMKM tersebut. Bersamaan dengan ancaman kesejahteraan, pemerintah sebenarnya telah mengeluarkan kebijakan, alternatif, dan gagasan sebagai upaya membantu pelaku UMKM untuk bangkit ditengah degradasi ekonomi. Faktanya, tampak belum cukup, dimana kendala di lapangan memunculkan ketidakpastian. Selain sokongan finansial, mereka juga memerlukan pemahaman dan wawasan secara konkrit dari berbagai mitra (semisal akademisi). Dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini, kami konsen untuk menawarkan sebuah strategi yang merangsang UMKM pengrajin Ketupat untuk bisa beradaptasi dan mandiri, sehingga dapat menyesuaikan diri terhadap dunia marketing. Solusi praktis adalah menerapkan modernisasi penjualan produk secara online, aktualisasi promosi, dan mengemas sitematika dalam kecanggihan sistem tanpa mengesampingkan protokol kesehatan walaupun sekarang ini tengah beranjak ke era new normal. Pendampingan dan evaluasi berkala menentukan arah, prospek, dan eksistensi bisnis mendatang.

This study focuses on knowing students' perceptions of learning English grammar in English courses; this study also discusses students' perceptions of the level of understanding and ease of learning English grammar in English courses. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to describe in detail the characteristics and phenomena to be analyzed. The technique used to collect data is through questionnaires. Questionnaires were used to obtain data on students' opinions on students' mastery of grammar and to find out students' difficulties in learning grammar. Questionnaires are distributed in online form via google form. In this study, the researcher took samples from 8 students of STIT Raden Wijaya in the grade of second semester who took English courseand given questions related to grammar and the problem being studied. Based on the research of the questions above, it can be seen that the majority of students answered agree that English is a science related to English that grammar is considered the most important because it serves as the basis for more advanced language learning. In addition, students who previously did not understand grammar felt that they began to understand and like grammar learning on campus because of the treatment given during the learning process, so learning grammar was very enjoyable. The students considered that grammar was important and some thought that grammar was beneficial for understanding English, but there were those who answered that it was beneficial for learning grammar, but grammar is a success factor for students in learning English

Globalization has spurred discussion about developing economic growth with a wider spectrum, giving rise to economic variables that are more precise and sharper in measuring economic development in a region. This dynamic is also behind this study, namely to examine the relationship between foreign investment (FDI), effective exchange rates, and inflation to the number of workers in Indonesia. This research data was sourced from the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), the Ministry of Trade, and the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development. The timeline used in this study spanned thirty years (1991–2021). The novelty in the research is that the analysis was carried out using Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS), as well as an econometric approach Cointegration Johansen. The capacity absorption hypothesis was also used as the basic model in this research. The adjusted R-square value of this study is 0.8254 so it can be concluded that 82.54% of the number of workers' changes can be explained by all independent variables. The results show that in the last three decades of Indonesia, Indonesia has relied heavily on foreign investment in increasing the number of workers. Conversely, inflationary conditions do not have an impact on the number of workers in Indonesia. Thus, the Indonesian government needs to pay attention to the effects of trade policies and programs because foreign investment (FDI) is able to intensify job creation for workers in Indonesia.

Rendahnya budaya literasi bangsa Indonesia disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman terhadap budaya membaca karena umumnya hanya sekedar bisa membaca dan menulis. Seharusnya literasi lebih komprehensif yaitu integrasi keterampilan menyimak, berbicara, menulis, membaca dan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mata pelajaran matematika materi Aljabar di kelas VII SMP Negeri 17 Kota Bogor.Tahapan pada penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini mencakup (1) Merencanakan PTK, (2) Melaksanakan PTK, (3) Melaksanakan observasi, dan (4) Melakukan refleksi. Pada siklus I diperoleh hasil 34,6% dan belum mencapai KKM (75). Kesulitan Peserta didik dalam siklus I yaitu Peserta didik belum terampil membedakan suku-suku sejenis dan tidak sejenis, sehingga Peserta didik masih menjumlahkan atau mengurangkan suku-suku yang tidak sejenis. Pada siklus II, diperoleh prosentase belajar 69,2%, dan Peserta didik sudah terbiasa menulis laporan dan menjawab soal sambil berdiskusi dengan kelompoknya. Pada siklus Ill diperoleh hasil ketuntasan belajar 93,3%. Data observasi tindakan dan hasil belajar pada siklus Ill dideskripsikan bahwa pembelajaran konsep aljabar dinilai baik berdasarkan pendekatan literasi. Peserta didik sudah memiliki kemampuan menjawab soal quiz dengan kategori baik. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini dari siklus I, II, dan Ill memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan.

This study aims to discuss the use of language and the power possessed by the teacher in interacting with students in the classroom on the way student perceptions and its contribution to student learning outcomes. This study investigates teacher discourse and teacher-student discourse that occurs in the classroom interaction. Through this explanation of critical discourse analysis, the researcher proposes to distribute the concepts of classroom interaction between teacher and students, the use of the teacher’s language, and the use of the teacher’s power. This explains the role of the power of using language in classroom interactions to create good learning characteristics and outcomes. The analysis of this research is based on the theory of discourse analysis which focuses on the topic of language taken from Fairclough's theory and the types of power by French and Raven (1959). The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method that deals with data in the form of words from interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that the teacher’s language in classroom interaction is used not only to interact with the students but also to provide the materials and information, to give instruction, and to train the students’ skills. The power with the highest frequency of use produced by the teacher during the learning process is expert power, reward power, referent power, legitimate power and the last is coercive power. The goal to be achieved through this research is to analyze the variables that affect government investment and expenditure on economic growth and employment opportunities in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, using the Path Analysis method. This is a causality study, which analyzes the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The variables used are investment variables, government spending, economic growth and employment opportunities in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The data used in this study are secondary time series data from 2010 to 2020 sourced from BPS and the Ministry of Finance. The data that has been collected is then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to provide the proposed hypothesis using Path Analysis. The results show that simultaneous research shows that Investment and Government Expenditure have a significant effect on economic growth. Partially, investment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, government spending has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth. Investment has a positive and significant effect on Employment Opportunities. Government spending has a negative and insignificant effect on employment opportunities.

The world is constantly moving and working in order to revive the hope of improving welfare and quality of life. People’s enthusiasm for the sophistication of IT is no doubt. From this study, our highest determination is to explore how the role of economic globalization as a constructive effort to increase internet users and attract the attention of mobile phone customersin Indonesia. The analysis technique supported by multiple linear regression through three patterns including linear, semi-log (natural logarithm), and double-log (Cobb-Douglas) functions, then extra software applied with Sobel test. We collected data from The Global Economy for the period 2013-2020. We concluded that there is a direct and indirect relationship regarding objectives, hypothetical frameworks, and conceptual models. It is proven, if there is no variable that has a significant effect, because p> 0.10. From the indirect path, economic globalization also does not have a significant effect on mobile phone customers via internet users (p> 0.10). This study recommends novelties that need to be studied intensively for the sustainability of researchers in the future, where it is necessary to expand indicators outside of this text and add time-lag (long term). Last, concrete policies not only concentrated on the theoretical aspect, but smart actions based on practical outcomes that will help the government, academics, and practitioners towards all the dynamics of industry 4.0.

This study aims to discuss how the influence of lecturer power and the use of language in classroom interaction on effective learning. This study investigates lecturer discourse and lecturer-student discourse communities in the classroom. Through this explanation of critical classroom discourse analysis, the researcher proposes to distribute the concepts of classroom interaction between teachers and students. It explains the role of lecturer power and the use of language in classroom interactions to create characteristics and good learning outcomes. The analysis of this study is based on the theory of critical classroom discourse analysis in which lecturer power and language use are incorporated from Fairclough's theory. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method that discusses data in the form of words and is not displayed as numerical data. The instrument in this study was a student of the Islamic Education Study Program who was an EFL (English Foreign Language) student in fifth semester at Hasyim Asy'ari University, Tebuireng, Jombang. The results showed that the lecturer's power and the use of language through classroom interactions had a positive influence on classroom interactions and could contribute to the student's learning process. The greater the influence of the lecturer's power and mastery of language as well as good classroom interaction will result in effective learning.

Setiap harinya pasar tradisional menghasilkan limbah seperti limbah sayur. Apabila limbah tidak diolah maka limbah tersebut menjadi media untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan mikroba yang mengalami proses pembusukan. Tujuan penelitian ini unntuk mengetahui kadar C-organik, N, P, dan K. penelitian ini menggunakan 3 reaktor dengan kapasitas 10 L yang dilengkapi dengan saluran gelembung udara. Bahan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu limbah sayur dan larutan effective microorganisme 4 yang difermentasi selama 25 hari. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini yaitu variasi bahan baku limbah sayur (kangkong; bayam; sawi). Sedangkan variabel terikat penelitian ini adalah kualitas pupuk organik cair yang mengacu pada Permentan No.70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011. Hasil dari penelitian adalah variasi bahan baku berpengaruh pada kualitas pupuk organik cair yang dihasilkan. Variasi bahan baku yang memenuhi standart Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011 tentang Pupuk Organik, Pupuk Hayati, dan Pembenahan Tanah bahwa Persyaratan Teknis Minimal Pupuk Organik Cair adalah pada variasi bahan baku pada variasi bahan baku limbah sayur bayam dengan hasil C=13.65, N=3.06, P=3.18, K=3.32, dan variasi bahan baku limbah sayur sawi dengan hasil C=16.21, N =3.45, P =3.84, K =4.44. Sedangkan Pementan No.70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011 C= min 6, N=3-6, P=3-6, K=3-6, artinya produk pupuk cair ini layak digunakan.

This study aims to describe students' perceptions of the use of interactive video and its effect on students in learning in grade 5 SDIT Elyaqien. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study were grade 5 students who had implemented learning using interactive video after the post-covid-19 normal era, with a total of 52 students for research and 40 respondents for instrument trials. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. Then it is analyzed using statistical descriptions to answer students' perceptions of using interactive videos. A simple regression analysis is used to respond to the effect of interactive videos on student motivation. The results showed that regarding students' perceptions of using interactive videos, 36 students (69.2%) were included in the good category, and 34 students (65.3%) were in the middle class for learning motivation when using interactive videos. The influence between the variables X and Y show that Fh = 14,353 is greater than Ft = 5.32, and the value of the regression coefficient is .972, which states that for every 1% addition in the use of interactive videos, student motivation increases by 0.505. The use of interactive video-based learning media positively impacts student motivation because it facilitates interaction between teachers and students. So that learning activities will be more effective and can support the deepening of teaching materials.

Penerjemahan adalah salah satu bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa arab. Namun sebagian dari mereka menghadapi kesulitan ketika menerjemahkan teks bahasa arab ke dalam bahasa indonesia. Kesulitan siswa dalam pemerjemahan menjadi penghambat tercapainya tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari pembelajaran. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui problematika problematika siswa dalam menerjemahkan teks bahasa arab ke bahasa indonesia di MTs Negeri 3 Bangka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi ke lapanga n. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu siswa masih kesulitan dalam memilih kosa kata, tata kalimat (qowaid), susunan kalimat, latar belakang siswa yan berasal dari lulusan sekolah umum, kamus yang kurang memadai dan kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa untuk belajar bahasa arab.

This research aims to see the influence of Islamic marketing ethics on customer decisions using Islamic banking services applied in BPRS Metro Madani KC Tulang Bawang Barat. This research uses quantitative methods. The technical analysis used is multiple linear regression. The data used are primary data obtained through the dissemination of spaciousness questionnaires, with the number of respondents as many as 66 samples. The population in this study is a customer at BPRS Metro Madani KC. Tulang Bawang Barat. The results of the study of the four variables used resulted in three variables that have a significant influence on customer decisions in using Islamic banking products, namely honesty variables, responsibility variables, and wisdom variables. While the balance variable produces an insignificant influence on the results of calculations. However, overall marketing ethics that have been presented have a positive impact on customers to influence customer decisions in using Islamic banking products at BPRS Metro Madani KC. Tulang Bawang Barat.
