Many countries have carried out the boycott, divestment, and sanction (BDS) movement. Research on this topic contains an interesting sentimental side and needs to be mapped to help future research. This study aims to determine the problem's evolution and mapping, along with sentiment analysis related to BDS. This study uses a descriptive statistical analysis approach combined with meta-analysis and sentiment analysis of secondary data in the form of metadata from 81 Scopus-indexed articles published over the past 15 years, which were then processed using NVivo 15. The findings of this study reveal that the majority of studies have a somewhat negative perspective on BDS. Negative sentiment shows that many studies use sharp and negative sentences, as well as sentences that cause debate; this is related to the "Hasbara" propaganda built by Israel, while positive sentiment on this topic is small due to the lack of research using positive sentences about BDS. This study can provide knowledge about the sentiment of the boycott movement and be a reference for future research. This research can be helpful for pro-Palestine parties and BDS supporters in increasing publications on the boycott movement from various sectors so that it becomes a means to support Palestine’s independence.

Background: : Anxiety in pregnant women in the third trimester is normal, but can disrupt the health of the mother and baby. Endorphin massage is a non-invasive therapy that can help reduce anxiety.Objectives: This research aims to determine the effect of endorphin massage on the anxiety level of pregnant women in the third trimester at the Independent Midwife Practice Place in the Ujan Mas Community Health Center, Ujan Mas District, Muara Enim Regency in 2024Methods: This research uses a quasi-experimental design with two groups, namely control group and intervention group. Each group consisted of 30 third trimester pregnant women. The intervention group received endorphin massage for 30 minutes 2 times a week for 4 weeks, while the control group received no intervention. Anxiety levels were measured before and after the intervention using the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HARS). Statistical tests use the Mann Whitney test for abnormal data and the independent T test for normal data.Results: The results of the study showed that there was no difference in the anxiety scores of pregnant women in the third trimester before the intervention in the control and intervention groups (p = 0.976). However, there was a difference in the anxiety scores of pregnant women in the third trimester after the intervention in the control and intervention groups (p = 0.000). The average decrease in anxiety scores in the control group was less than in the intervention group (p = 0.000).Conclusions: Endorphin massage has been proven to be effective in reducing the anxiety level of pregnant women in the third trimester at the Midwife's Independent Practice. Suggestion: This research can be used as information to increase insights in an effort to reduce the level of anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester

Employee and job satisfaction has been major research in management studies throughout the world. It is the main concern for organizations to measure the performance of individuals by how they carry out their responsibilities in a manner that contributes to the achievement of the organization's goals and creates satisfaction feeling in their work. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between leadership, teamwork and person-organization fit on job satisfaction. Employees at Department of Statistics Malaysia were taken as the respondents in this study. Self-administered questionnaire used for collection of data. 80 questionnaires were distributed among above mentioned organization and 80 responds were return, so the response rate was 100%. The result concludes that there is significant relationship between the leadership and teamwork with job satisfaction meanwhile person-organization fit is not significant. Several recommendations were put forth in this study for the organization in promoting job satisfaction as well as recommendations for future research.

The availability of complete data in research is crucial, especially in the initial stages. The Hepatitis data used in this study encountered issues such as missing data and class imbalance, which hindered its optimal utilization. The method employed to address missing data was the PPCA imputation method. After filling in the missing data, the data was balanced using the SMOTE-N class balancing method and classified using Gaussian Naïve Bayes. The aim of this research was to compare the classification evaluation of hepatitis disease using Naive Bayes with the PPCA imputation approach and SMOTE-N class balancing. The best results from each scenario yielded an AUC value of 0.833 in the first scenario with an 80:20 data split for training and testing, and 0.875 in the second scenario with a 90:10 data split. The highest AUC value was obtained in the application of PPCA imputation with SMOTE-N class balancing using Naive Bayes classification. This demonstrates that the implementation of PPCA imputation with SMOTE-N class balancing has a better impact on the performance of Naïve Bayes classification.

Introduction: Public healthcare services play an essential role in providing health facilities or services for citizens who seek fundamental medical services. Patients’ satisfaction with healthcare services is mainstream as they are the service consumers. Therefore, it reflects how effective the services that have been given by the health care provider are. Objectives: to investigate the influence of relationships and interaction with healthcare professionals, perception of healthcare professional skills, amenities, and registration and administrative procedures towards patient satisfaction. Methods: A total of 160 sets of questionnaires received from the respondent of purposive sampling through the online survey that was analyzed with descriptive and inferential technique of correlation, and regression.Results: The relationship and interaction with healthcare professionals (β = 0.281, p < 0.01), perception of healthcare professionals' skills (β = 0.396, p < 0.01), registration and administration process (β = 0.117, p < 0.01), and evaluation of amenities, accessibility, and facilities (β = 0.164, p < 0.01) were all significant predictors of patient satisfaction. Conclusions: By prioritizing the development of strong professional relationships, improving perceived skills of healthcare providers, optimizing administrative processes, and upgrading facility amenities, healthcare providers and policymakers can foster environments where patient satisfaction and overall healthcare quality thrive.

Generation Z often faces challenges related to time management due to excessive use of social media and online gaming, leading to reduced learning productivity and student achievement. This issue has been identified at SMP-SMA Muhammadiyah Sumberpucung, Malang. To address these challenges, lecturers from STIT Ibnu Sina collaborated with students to conduct community service activities using a service learning approach. The activity chosen was a training program titled "Know Yourself, Develop Potential, Achieve Success," aimed primarily at SMP-SMA Muhammadiyah students, followed by counselling sessions with institutional leaders and teachers to develop sustainable solutions for the institution's challenges. These community service activities significantly impacted three groups. Firstly, for SMP-SMA Muhammadiyah students, the pre-and post-training tests showed that 60% of participants gained new insights into their potential and talents, which could be developed into future success. Secondly, for STIT Ibnu Sina students, the service learning experience enhanced their skills in organizing activities, utilizing learning methods and media, building social capital, communicating effectively, problem-solving, and activity evaluation. Thirdly, this activity helped SMP-SMA Muhammadiyah leaders and teachers address issues related to improving their student performance and achievement. These findings suggest that community service, implemented through the service learning concept, can serve as a mutually beneficial collaboration between educational institutions to solve educational challenges.

Various test methods have been previously documented for determining vitamin A levels in different dosage forms. This study specifically examines an isocratic reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method designed for the direct extraction of vitamin A. The objective is to validate an analytical method for quantifying vitamin A in bioadhesive cationic nanoemulsions incorporated into thermosensitive gels. The method employs isocratic RP-HPLC with a YMC-Triart C18 column (L1), dimensions of 4.6 mm × 250 nm, particle size of S-5 µm, and a UV detector at λ = 265 nm. The mobile phase consists of HPLC-grade methanol, acetonitrile, and n-hexane in a ratio of 46.5:46.5:7. Validation parameters were assessed including selectivity, linearity, accuracy, precision, limit of quantification (LOQ), and limit of detection (LOD). Correlation coefficients were determined with an R2 value of 0.9995 in the concentration range of 264–396 μg/mL (w/v). Recovery percentages ranged from 99.295% to 99.878%. Repeatability and intermediate precision relative standard deviations (RSD) were found to be 0.318% and 0.254%, respectively. The LOD was established at 2.018 μg/mL, and the LOQ was determined to be 6.114 μg/mL. The results affirm cost-effective and well-suited for the accurate measurement of vitamin A levels in bioadhesive thermosensitive gel formulations.

Abstract An alternative biomarker for assessing the cyanide levels in postmortem materials is crucial for investigating acute cyanide intoxication. Herein, an aptamer–ligand biorecognition system with high specificity was developed to detect acute cyanide poisoning via its secondary metabolite, 2-amino-2-thiazoline-4-carboxylic acid (ATCA). Potential aptamers were screened from a random library of 66-base single-stranded DNA using GO-SELEX, with individual aptamers being identified through single-stranded DNA sequencing. Molecular docking was employed to predict the affinity of these aptamers toward ATCA and selected counter-targets; these predictions were confirmed using thermodynamic analysis with an isothermal titration calorimeter. Owing to its label-free biomolecular binding interactions, Apt46 exhibited the highest affinity against ATCA and notable selectivity against structurally similar counter-targets. Thus, an amino-tagged Apt46 binding aptamer was attached to a carbon electrode modified with EDC–NHS-activated graphene oxide. The binding of Apt46 to ATCA was quantified by measuring current changes using differential pulse voltammetry. The aptasensor achieved a detection limit of 0.05 µg/mL and demonstrated suitability for detecting ATCA across various biological matrices, with the high recovery percentages ranging from 92.29 to 114.22%. Overall, the proposed ATCA aptasensor is promising for identifying ATCA metabolites in cases of acute cyanide exposure.

Research aims: This research examines how intellectual capital affects organizational performance in Indonesian universities, focusing on the mediating role of intrinsic motivation. It highlights the importance of intrinsic motivation in enhancing the influence of human capital, structural capital, and relational capital in improving organizational effectiveness. Design/Methodology/Approach: This quantitative study used survey data from 123 employees at top-ranked Indonesian universities by webometrics, selected via simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using variance-based structural equation modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. Research findings: The findings of this study revealed a significant positive relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance in Indonesian universities after being fully mediated by intrinsic motivation. Theoretical contribution/Originality: The novelty of this research exhibits how intrinsic motivation from well-organized Self Determination Theory (SDT) can mediate the influence of intellectual capital on organizational performance in higher education. The results of this study provide valuable insights for increasing intrinsic motivation in strengthening intellectual capital. Practitioner/Policy implication: This study's findings suggest that Indonesian university management and policymakers should focus on optimizing intellectual capital by fostering intrinsic motivation to enhance organizational performance. Research limitation/Implication: The limitation of this research is that there are no differences between private and state universities in examining the effect of intrinsic capital on organizational performance. It also only considers intrinsic motivation, ignoring extrinsic motivation. Future research should include extrinsic motivation and explore other intellectual capital indicators for a comprehensive understanding of organizational performance in Indonesian higher education.

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has become a significant challenge to humanity, especially marginalized groups such as indigenous people. This study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitude, and practice towards COVID-19 prevention among the indigenous population in Lipis district, Pahang, Malaysia. This study aims to analyze the relationship between life-based on Islamic religious philosophy and life satisfaction, self-esteem, and quality of life. This study is a quantitative one using the Structural Equation Model approach. This study found that living based on religious philosophy has a significant relationship with life satisfaction, self-esteem, and quality of life in modern civilizations that have an Islamic culture. A high level of life satisfaction can be achieved through the help of religion. Self-esteem has the power to change human life for the better. Living with worship can improve the quality of life. Strengthening one’s faith improves all aspects of life, such as the quality of the economy, socio-cultural aspects, and others.

Background: Adolescents are a strategic target in preventing HIV/AIDS and drug abuse. The number of incidences of HIV among children aged 1–14 years has reached 14,150 cases. This number is increased by 700–1,000 each year. In the future, teenagers have the potential to spread information and conducive change, leading society toward a healthier paradigm dealing with HIV/AIDS and drugs. Aims: This recent study is to conduct an assessment of the HIV risks and preventions of HIV at ‘Aisyiyah Junior High School Bantul in order to strengthening HIV education and health promotion in schools. Methods: This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with all the students of Aisyiyah Junior High School Bantul. Focused interviews were conducted to analyze the promotion and prevention of HIV, facilities and infrastructure, access to HIV information, and HIV advocacy in schools. Results: This study highlights several challenges in HIV education at ‘Aisyiyah Junior High School Bantul, Indonesia. Students mostly rely on limited sources like internet articles and school activities for HIV information, but there's a noticeable lack of accessible, comprehensive resources. The school has adequate facilities, including a health unit, but these aren’t being fully utilized for HIV education. While there are some efforts in advocacy, both internal and external, they aren’t as effective as they could be. Overall, the school’s prevention initiatives need more focus and direct engagement with HIV topics, alongside better access to information to truly make a difference. Conclusion: The primary factor in preventing HIV among adolescents is knowledge. Therefore, providing access facilitates infrastructure and makes teenagers the agents of prevention of HIV. The paper investigates the intersection of technology, money politics, and democracy in Indonesia, focusing on regional elections in Central Java Province. The study aims to understand how technological advancements influence money politics and impact democratic integrity. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, gathering primary data through interviews with political analysts, local politicians, technoscience experts, and community leaders, and secondary data from existing literature. The findings reveal that while technology can enhance transparency and voter engagement, it also facilitates money politics through anonymous donations and misinformation. The research highlights the persistent practice of money politics driven by economic disparities, undermining democratic values. The study concludes with recommendations for robust regulatory frameworks and collaborative efforts among stakeholders to enhance electoral integrity

This research focuses on the cultivation of religious tolerance values in learning Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) at Muhammadiyah Maumere University. With the background of the majority of non-Muslim students, this study aims to describe the concept of religious tolerance, the strategy of instilling values, and the results of implementation in multicultural AIK learning. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the concept of religious tolerance is implemented through a multicultural AIK curriculum that includes an introduction to world religions, Islamic ethics, and Kemuhammadiyahan studies. The strategies used involve discussion methods, problem-based learning, contextual learning, and active and cooperative approaches. The material presented is designed to encourage understanding across religions and cultures. The cultivation of tolerance values is also carried out through extracurricular activities, such as joint studies of Muslim and non-Muslim students. The implementation results show an increase in students' understanding of diversity, the creation of a harmonious atmosphere on campus, and the strengthening of tolerance values in everyday life. Students respect and support each other's religious freedom, which leads to the formation of inclusive and responsible characters. The findings confirm the importance of multicultural-based education in building harmony and preventing interfaith conflict.

Background: Potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs) are associated with adverse outcomes and higher healthcare costs in older adults. Explicit screening criteria like the Beers Criteria, STOPP criteria, and the Malaysian Potentially Inappropriate Prescribing (MALPIP) criteria served to identify PIMs, but comparative data are scarce.Aim: To evaluate the prevalence of PIMs identified by Beers 2019, STOPP version 2 and MALPIP criteria in Malaysian older adults and examine their predictive ability for adverse outcomes and cost-saving potential.Methods: A historical cohort study was conducted among older adults aged ≥ 60 years on five or more medications in four Malaysian tertiary hospitals. PIMs were identified using Beers, STOPP, and MALPIP criteria. Sensitivity, specificity and predictive abilities of these criteria were analysed against clinical outcomes. Monthly cost savings were calculated based on hypothetical deprescribing scenarios.Results: Among 1069 patients, the prevalence of PIMs was 89.1% using MALPIP, 51.3% with Beers, and 37.0% with STOPP criteria. A moderate concordance was seen between Beers and STOPP criteria (κ = 0.437), and the lowest agreement was observed between the STOPP and MALPIP (κ = 0.131). STOPP criteria significantly predicted hospital readmissions (p = 0.003), while Beers and MALPIP did not show significant predictive abilities across all outcomes. The most common PIMs identified were proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Deprescribing scenarios based on these criteria indicated potential monthly cost savings of MYR 4.83 to MYR 44.84 per patient, with the greatest savings associated with MALPIP criteria.Conclusion: MALPIP demonstrated the highest potential for cost savings, the highest sensitivity but the lowest specificity in PIM detection. Context-specific assessments and clinical judgment are crucial in optimising medication safety and efficacy in geriatric pharmacotherapy. Further research is needed to refine PIM criteria to better predict clinical outcomes and balance the benefits and risks of deprescribing in diverse healthcare settings.

This study emphasizes the need for a critical review of existing literature to identify the enablers and barriers to social modeling. Rather than solely focusing on vulnerability, it seeks to deconstruct and redefine resilience, particularly in the context of livelihood systems within communities that have been underexplored in current research. Through a qualitative approach, the study combines critical and constructivist paradigms to develop social modeling that enhances the resilience of disaster-prone communities via their livelihood systems. The goal is to create an innovative, participatory, and sustainable model for rural community livelihoods that can withstand challenges. Central to this model is the accumulation of both capital and social capital. The study offers strategic and practical recommendations for stakeholders and communities in disaster-prone areas to rebuild more robust livelihood systems by harnessing ecological, social, economic, and cultural potentials. It has significant implications for the analytical framework of community livelihood systems and the strategic and operational planning needed to address livelihoods in disaster-affected areas. Social modeling is a critical strategy for planning and implementing social protection and economic mitigation in such communities.

The effectiveness of strengthening social protection and security has proven to alleviate poverty in rural communities in the Garut Regency area, West Java Province, Indonesia, due in particular to excellent multi-sectoral cooperation. The social protection and security programs that the Indonesian Government provides are mainly targeted at the poor, as recorded in the social welfare data (DTKS). Poor people who are not registered with the DTKS cannot obtain social assistance programs. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the program so that the people who should be able to receive it can receive it. This is further strengthened through multi-sectoral collaboration between stakeholders, the business sector, academics, communities, and social media. The results of interviews with respondents show that strengthening social protection and security programs through multi-sectoral cooperation is very effective in helping reduce poverty in rural communities in Garut Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia.

The presence of linguistic diversity in the Borobudur area’s public spaces shows a connection between linguistic, social, and economic interests. Linguistic landscape (LL) research in public spaces is important because of the widespread use of foreign language texts in public spaces. It is feared that this could affect the preservation of Indonesian and Javanese as local languages. This research aims to reveal the distribution of language diversity and its relationship with socioeconomic interests at the Balai Ekonomi Desa (Balkondes) ‘Village Economic Center’ in Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. This research is of the descriptive-qualitative type. Data was collected using interviews, observation, photography, and documentation methods. Data collection was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The data included 168 photos of public boards in the Borobudur Balkondes area as research subjects. Blommaert & Maly’s linguistic landscape theory analyses data on power relations in an area and the distribution of texts in public spaces. According to this study’s findings, the distribution of language signs is 1.2% multilingual, 14.9% bilingual, and 83.9% monolingual. These results show that the Borobudur area still maintains Indonesian as a national identity and Javanese as a regional identity. The Indonesian national language dominates the public area. The existence of Balkondes in the Borobudur area, supported by various language signs, is useful in boosting the local community’s economy.

This paper presents a dataset from a survey of the perception and experiences of owner-managers and accountants of SMEs concerning the ethical culture and financial reporting quality in their organisation. The dataset was collected from November 2022 to February 2023 using the convenience sampling method. A total of 181 valid responses from 218 responses were obtained during the data collection process. During instrument development, extensive pretesting was used to validate suitable questions for the respondents. The instrument was developed by adapting from prior studies and the inferences made from the qualitative survey prior to this study process. The survey was designed to elicit data from the owner-managers and accountants of SMEs concerning the relationship between the elements of ethical culture (i.e., formal systems, informal systems, leadership, and religiosity) and the financial reporting quality in SMEs. The dataset serves as an insightful reference for researchers, SME players, and policymakers to better understand the impending benefits of implementing ethical culture for improving the financial reporting quality among SMEs. In summary, the dataset, which was stored in a publicly available repository, can be conveniently used to quantify, and understand the organisational ethical culture in the context of SMEs.

Kaili and Pamona speakers are different language speaking communities living in the Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. This study aims to determine the genetic relationship of Kaili and Pamona languages by using lexicostatistics, glottochronology and reconstruction methods. Comparative historical linguistics is used to explain the level of relationship, glottochronology, and dividing evidence of Kaili and Pamona languages. This research reveals new findings strengthening the evidence that Kaili and Pamona are two linguistically and culturally distinct language groups. There are 9 phonemic correspondences between Kaili and Pamona: w ≈ β/-#V; w ≈ β/# -; w ≈ β/V - V (4) w ≈ ɸ/# -; l ≈ j/-#V; l ≈ j/V - V; m ≈ n/# -; b ≈ ɓ/# -; o ≈ a/# K -. In addition, 14 sound variations are also found: l ∼ j/# -; s ∼ β/# -; ŋg ∼ ŋk/V - V; nʤ ∼ nc/V - V; nʤ ∼ nc/# -; nʤ ∼ nc/- V#; ɸ ∼ w/V - V; a ∼ o/#K -; o ∼ e/# -; c ∼ s/- #V; r ∼ d/# -; ŋg ∼ k/#; ŋg ∼ k/# -; ŋ ∼ Ø/# -; and ɓ ∼ Ø/# -. These findings contribute to the development of comparative historical linguistics in general.

Both excessive and insufficient workloads can cause stress among employees. It has been established that as tasks take longer to complete, employee happiness tends to decrease, which can significantly impact their overall health and mental well-being. The primary objective of this study is to examine the relationship between age and working conditions concerning job stress among registered nurses in a government hospital in Sabah. The quantitative survey approach was employed, involving 60 registered nurses with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Purposive sampling was utilized to ensure a sample that would provide comprehensive insights and discoveries into the factors influencing job stress among nurses in this specific setting. The analysis indicated that there was no statistically significant relationship between age, working conditions as demographics, and job stress (p = 0.499). The average stress level reported by respondents was 15.7 ± 2.32379 on a scale where higher scores indicate greater stress. This finding suggests that the observed demographic characteristics, including age and specific working conditions, did not correlate with higher or lower levels of job stress among the nurses surveyed. Based on the survey results, it can be concluded that age and the specific working conditions studied do not appear to significantly influence the experience of job stress among registered nurses at the government hospital in Sabah. This implies that other factors not explored in this study may have a more pronounced impact on job stress levels within this population. Future research could explore additional variables or consider different methodologies to further understand the complexities of job stress among healthcare professionals.

Hand hygiene is a handwashing method that significantly lowers the likelihood of pathogens (dangerous germs) on the hands. While assistant healthcare workers are part of the healthcare team, they always deal with patients' care but did not get proper training like nurses or doctors before becoming assistant healthcare This study is to assess the relationship between level of knowledge and five moments hand hygiene practice among assistants healthcare in one of the teaching hospitals in Malaysia. A cross-sectional research methodology was used; 154 Assistants healthcarewere chosen using random number generators after the sample size was calculated. The Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice on Hand Hygiene questionnaire used was adopted from WHO publications. The ANOVA revealed a significant effect of Level of Knowledge on Level of Practice (F(1, 152) = 3.416, p = 0.006). Specifically, for each unit increase in Level of Knowledge, Level of Practice increased by 57.725 units (β = 57.725, p = 0.006). These findings emphasise the need for targeted interventions and training programmes aimed at bridging the knowledge-practice divide and eventually raising hand hygiene compliance in the medical setting

This research investigates the form of collaboration between the Counseling Guidance and Psychology Study Program (BKPI) to realize independent student projects, as well as describing partner institutions' perceptions of the opportunities and challenges of the BKPI Study Program in this context. Using mixed research methods, a qualitative approach is used to understand the form of collaboration and perceptions of institutions, while a quantitative approach is used to analyze the level of BKPI collaboration in student independent projects. Questionnaire results from schools show a high level of agreement with various forms of collaboration, such as field practice (77% strongly agree), research (70% strongly agree), and field studies (71% strongly agree). The institution's perception shows that the BKPI Study Program has significant opportunities to create jobs and transfer new knowledge to students, but also faces challenges such as the diverse cultural backgrounds of clients and a lack of understanding of educational science. In the context of independent projects, the BKPI Study Program is recognized as having great potential to make a positive contribution, especially in career opportunities and the implementation of theoretical knowledge in the world of work. However, challenges such as the diverse cultural backgrounds of clients and the complexity of the problems faced represent areas that need to be considered in developing student independent projects in the BKPI field.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic pathogen which is commonly associated with healthcare associated infection. They possess multiple pathogenic factors which play a role in causing invasive infections such as surgical site infection, pneumonia, and blood stream infection. There were two hospital outbreaks caused by sensitive strains P. aeruginosa between 2016 and 2017 involving 17 patients. The outbreak investigation by Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE) revealed seven clonally related P. aeruginosa strains (A-G). This study aims to determine the virulence factors acquired by the P. aeruginosa isolates and describe the clinical outcome of the patients. Seventeen P. aeruginosa isolates from the stocked collection were retrieved for six virulence genes, namely ToxA, ExoS, LasI, LasB, OprI, and OprL by PCR. Ten out of 17 of the P. aeruginosa isolates were able to revive. The ExoS, LasI, LasB, OprI, and OprL genes, respectively, were detected in all isolates, while ToxA gene was detected in six isolates which belonged to clone A (one isolate) and clone C (five isolates). The isolate from clone A caused pneumonia and isolates from clone C caused surgical site infections which led to disseminated infections and death. The presence of multiple virulence genes in these P. aeruginosa isolates may have contributed to the invasiveness, and the outcome of the infection. More studies with a larger number of patients will give a better insight regarding the actual role of these genes in different clinical manifestations caused by sensitive strain P. aeruginosa.

To drive safely, one must be attentive, coordinated, have good judgment, and be able to respond quickly to changing conditions. In certain countries, improving safety may depend largely on reducing the number of impaired drivers on the road. Therefore, solutions are required to reduce the risk that is posed on the road by drivers who have been consuming alcohol while driving. Previous research has proposed the use of sensors for detecting driver impairment caused by alcohol intoxication. However, relying on a gas sensor alone may not be appropriate for detection. To reduce drunk driving, this study proposes an Internet of Things (IoT)-based tool that measures heart rate and analyzes the breath of a driver for traces of alcohol. The tool represents a vehicle that is made up of a DC motor. In the circumstance that the tool detects a higher than resting heart rate in the driver as well as an amount of alcohol in the driver’s breath sample, the tool will immediately power down the DC motor and send an SMS to the registered emergency contact with the driver’s precise position using the GPS module. The initial prototype demonstrates the tool as a potential aftermarket accessory for vehicles. Various kinds of reseources in coastal areas are very important for us to maintain sustainability. We can find coastal area with varios kinds of ecosystems in Ujung Kulon National Park. This study aims to determine the diversity of gastropods in the mangrove forest area of Ujung Kulon National Park. Sampling used the line transect method and the purposive sampling method with low tide conditions. Sampling was carried out at three stations which are divided into three transects at each station. The transect line was drawn along 50 m with each transect made 5 plots with a size 1 x 1 m2 with a distance between plots of 10 m. This research was held in May-June 2021. The data analysis includes the index values of diversity, dominance, evenness, and abundance. The results of the gastropod obtained consist of 20 species from 7 different families so that diversity index value were included in the medium category with the highest diversity index value owned by station 1 with a diversity index value of 2,03 and the lowest diversity index value owned by station 3 with a value of 1,56. The gastropod abundance index value has an average value of 273 ind/m2.

Pada dasarnya, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab suatu pokok permasalahan, yaitu; mengapa pemerintah kota Medan melakukan penggusuran terhadap pinggiran Sungai Deli yang menjadi wadah bagi para seniman Melayu untuk mempertunjukkan ronggeng? Tentunya, penulis memerlukan suatu metode untuk menjawab pokok permasalahan tersebut. Adapun metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif. Sejalan dengan itu, untuk mempermudah penulis dalam mengumpulkan data, terdapat tiga teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, antara lain; observasi; wawancara; dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan, penulis menemukan dua persepsi dari seniman melayu yang ada saat ini, terkait dengan penggusuran yang dilakukan pemko Medan terhadap tempat yang menjadi wadah bagi para seniman melayu untuk mempertunjukkan kesenian ronggeng.

Abstract Liquefaction is a devastating consequence of earthquakes that occurs in loose, saturated soil deposits, resulting in catastrophic ground failure. Accurate prediction of such geotechnical parameter is crucial for mitigating hazards, assessing risks, and advancing geotechnical engineering. This study introduces a novel predictive model that combines Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) with Dingo Optimization Algorithm (DOA) to estimate strain energy-based liquefaction resistance. The hybrid model (ELM-DOA) is compared with the classical ELM, Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System with Fuzzy C-Means (ANFIS-FCM model), and Sub-clustering (ANFIS-Sub model). Also, two data pre-processing scenarios are employed, namely traditional linear and non-linear normalization. The results demonstrate that non-linear normalization significantly enhances the prediction performance of all models by approximately 25% compared to linear normalization. Furthermore, the ELM-DOA model achieves the most accurate predictions, exhibiting the lowest root mean square error (484.286 J/m3), mean absolute percentage error (24.900%), mean absolute error (404.416 J/m3), and the highest correlation of determination (0.935). Additionally, a Graphical User Interface (GUI) has been developed, specifically tailored for the ELM-DOA model, to assist engineers and researchers in maximizing the utilization of this predictive model. The GUI provides a user-friendly platform for easy input of data and accessing the model's predictions, enhancing its practical applicability. Overall, the results strongly support the proposed hybrid model with GUI serving as an effective tool for assessing soil liquefaction resistance in geotechnical engineering, aiding in predicting and mitigating liquefaction hazards.

Abstract Scour depth downstream of weirs is considered one of the most important hydraulic problems, which greatly influences the stability of weirs. Recently, artificial intelligence (AI) methods have become increasingly popular in modeling hydraulic variables, especially scour depth, because they can capture nonlinear relationships between input variables and their associated objectives. Despite their importance, these models have problems with hyperparameter tuning in scour depth modeling due to their structures, so algorithms must be used to tune the hyperparameters. Moreover, these algorithms are usually tuned by using the trial-and-error method to select the hyperparameters such as the number of hidden nodes, transfer function, and learning rate, and in this case, the main problem is overfitting during the training phase. To solve these problems, the high-order response surface method (HORSM), an improved version of the response surface method (RSM), is used as an alternative approach for the first time in this study to predict the scour depth. The HORSM model is based on high-order polynomial functions (from two to six) compared with the artificial neural network model (ANN). The findings indicate that the fifth order of the HORSM polynomial function yields the most precise predictions, with a higher coefficient of determination (R 2 ) of 0.912 and Willmott Index (WI) of 0.972 compared to the values obtained using ANN (R 2 = 0.886 and WI = 0.927). Moreover, the accuracy of the predictions is represented by a reduction of the mean square error by up to 44.17 and 29.01% compared to the classical RSM and ANN, respectively. The suggested model established an excellent correlation and accuracy with experimental values.

Lung cancer as the second most death cancer reported cases is becoming a major threat to the global healthcare system. With the different subtypes of lung cancer and their limited therapy options due to the lack of targetable genes, rising cases of treatment resistance further complicate the management. The majority of the reported lung cancer cases are categorised as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) which is highly associated with tobacco smoking. Tumorigenesis and cancer progression have also been associated with epigenetics. Epigenetics is responsible for cancer gene regulation and its reversible mechanisms attract the current trend of cancer management research. One of the most studied mechanisms is DNA methylation which can influence the cancer gene transcription outcomes. The enzyme, DNA methyltransferases (DNMTs) play a role in regulating the whole process of DNA methylation. Thus, abnormalities in DNMTs can lead to aberrant methylation patterns which then disturb the gene regulation and cellular functions as a whole. In this review, NSCLC subtypes are discussed with the current research trend of studies involving DNA methylation mechanism as a potential diagnostic and prognostic cancer biomarker. As DNMTs expression influences the methylation pattern, our review also outlined the abnormal pattern of DNMTs and its potential therapeutic target for NSCLC to restore the aberrant gene regulation and produce a better prognosis.

The thermoplastic starch-polyethylene (TPS/PE) film was introduced many years ago as biodegradable packaging. However, the lack of intrinsic antibacterial and antioxidant capabilities is an issue since these properties are essential for preventing foodborne pathogens and oxidation. In this paper, aloe vera (AV) gel was utilized as an active component to enhance the functionality of TPS/PE film. This paper aimed to investigate the antibacterial and antioxidant properties of TPS/PE film upon adding AV gel. Four different samples (TPS, TPS/AV, TPS/PE, and TPS/PE/AV) were prepared via melt-blending and hot-pressing techniques focusing on visual appearance, functional group, transparency, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties. A melt-mixer was used to prepare the resin, which was then hot-pressed to form a film. The TPS appeared colourless, but after the addition of AV gel, the film turned yellowish caused by crosslinking in the polymer matrix between TPS and AV gel. The TPS/PE/AV film was the most transparent, while the TPS film was the opaquest. The growth of gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli) was inhibited with a 1 mm inhibition zone around the films that contained AV gel. After adding AV gel, the TPS/PE film demonstrated 2.2 % DPPH scavenging activity in a 95 % ethanolic solution. In summary, this paper demonstrated that adding AV gel improved the TPS/PE functionality, enabling it to be utilized as an active biodegradable food packaging film.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yaitu flashcard berbasis Augmented Reality pada materi matematika pecahan untuk meningkatkan Self Regulated Learning pada siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian Borg and Gall. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu angket. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur kevalidan media, materi, bahasa ,kelayakan media, dan kemampuan Self Regulated Learning Siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 87.5% ( ahli media ), 97% ( ahli materi ), 95% ( ahli bahasa ). Kelayakan media 100% oleh guru. Peningkatan Self Regulated Learning pada siswa sebesar 78%. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil akhir nilai N-Gain mencapai 0,78. Hasil tersebut masuk pada kategori “Tinggi” karena 0,70 < n < 1,00. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan self-regulated learning siswa setelah penggunaan media flashcard berbasis augmented reality dalam pembelajaran pecahan. Environmental Social Responsibility is regulated in Article 74 of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies as part of Corporate Social Responsibility, which encourages companies to act ethically and contribute to improving the quality of life of the community. This study uses a normative legal method to analyze legal norms related to Environmental Social Responsibility and Corporate Social Responsibility and their application in practice. The problems discussed in this scientific article are related to the review of the implementation of environmental social responsibility by State-Owned Enterprises. The discussion includes strategies for implementing Environmental Social Responsibility which include analysis of community needs, stakeholder involvement, and allocation of sufficient resources. Evaluation of the impact of Environmental Social Responsibility is carried out through sustainability reports and the use of Key Performance Indicators, with support from international standards such as ISO 26000 and the Global Reporting Initiative. In conclusion, the effective implementation of Environmental Social Responsibility requires a comprehensive and collaborative approach, where companies must align Corporate Social Responsibility activities with the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals. Advice for companies is to increase transparency and accountability in reporting Environmental Social Responsibility and integrate feedback from the community for more relevant and impactful programs. Thus, it is hoped that Environmental Social Responsibility will not only provide benefits for the company, but also for the community and the environment in a sustainable manner.

ABSTRACT This article discusses the welfare and protection of workers with an outsourcing system in terms of the progressivity of maqashid sharia. Based on the provisions in Article 66 of Regulation No.11 of 2020 on Job Creation, it is no longer stated regarding the limitations of work that are prohibited from being carried out by workers with an outsourcing system. The provisions in Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation allow for no time limit for outsourced workers, so workers can be outsourced indefinitely, even for life. This protection is carried out before, during and after work. This research is a normative legal research using a statutory approach as well as a review of Islamic law which uses literature study as a data collection method and is analyzed through an analytical descriptive method. Based on maqashid sharia Regulation No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation regarding the protection of workers, the outsourcing system is not in accordance with the indicators in maqashid al-shari'ah, namely religion (al-din), soul (al-nafs), mind (al-'aql), wealth (al-mal), and offspring (al-nasl).

Magneto-Rheological (MR) automotive suspension represents the most advanced technology currently available for enhancing passenger comfort through intelligent fluid behaviour. This work employed a Modified Bouc-Wen model to create a mathematical representation of a single MR vehicle suspension and compared its ride performance to that of passive suspension systems. The model was formulated and solved using second-order linear differential equations, with MATLAB software utilized to visualize the results. The maximum vertical displacement for the single MR mathematical model in this work was 0.031 m, while the minimum was -0.0124 m. At the minimum position, the vertical displacements for the passive model were 0.0532 m and -0.0133 m. The results demonstrated that the vertical displacement variation was similar for both the mathematical model and the passive system. All displacements obtained from the mathematical modeling of the single MR system were close to its mean of 0.000875 m (nearly zero). There was reduced vibration when zero displacement was achieved. It was concluded that MR damper significantly improved car suspension performance compared to passive solutions. Recently, propolis has shown potential cardioprotective effects against myocardial infarction. However, challenges in its clinical application have arisen, primarily due to concerns regarding dosage and potential adverse effects. To address this, we suggest integrating propolis into polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/gelatin hydrogel to regulate the localized release of propolis at infarcted sites. PVA/gelatin hydrogels with varying propolis concentrations (3%, 7%, and 10%) were fabricated using a freeze–thawing method, and we characterized their microstructure, mechanical properties, and swelling behavior. Additionally, we examined propolis release profiles and assessed the cytotoxicity of the hydrogels. The presence of propolis in the PVA/gelatin hydrogel interfered with PVA and gelatin chains through intermolecular hydrogen bonding, consequently restricting chain movement and enhancing mechanical strength with increasing propolis concentration. The swelling ratio decreased by at least 40% upon the addition of propolis to the PVA/gelatin hydrogel. The PVA/gelatin hydrogels with different concentrations of propolis exhibited sustained release of propolis characterized by a burst release in the initial hour followed by a release at a constant rate up to 120 min, 240 min, and over 360 min for 3%, 7%, and 10% propolis, respectively. Moreover, the cytotoxicity test of the hydrogels’ degradation products against HEK 293 cells revealed cell viability within the range of 80–90%, indicating that the hydrogels were non-toxic and safe for cell growth. The incorporation of propolis into PVA/gelatin hydrogels not only allows for controlled localized release but also presents a promising therapeutic approach for myocardial infarction.

With an emphasis on improving inventory control for a convenience shop in Malaysia, this study explores the use of a fuzzy inventory model in the context of retail management. Data from Mohd Noor Mart, an actual retail location at UiTM Perlis, is gathered for the study to evaluate the effectiveness of the concept. This study uses fuzzy non-linear programming, which was carefully considered, to address the fuzzy inventory model with storage space and budget constraints. The goals include evaluating the fuzzy method's performance in this situation, figuring out how best to divide the available funds and space among the different products, and figuring out which space is best for the product that is in the greatest demand. The study's scope focuses on a fuzzy inventory model that specifically addresses storage space and budget constraints, which are critical factors in avoiding issues such as overstocking, understocking, and financial strain. The study is significant for businesses looking to improve their inventory management by implementing a fuzzy inventory model. The study's findings indicate that the proposed inventory model and solution method are effective tools for retail managers facing real-world challenges. The methodology used is fuzzy non-linear programming using MATLAB R2023a. The results show that the optimal order quantity is 10,000 units, with a corresponding demand (d*) of 14.142136 and an optimal alpha value of 1. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach in optimizing inventory management, especially in the face of uncertainty. Ultimately, this study provides valuable insights and a practical solution for businesses looking to improve their inventory management processes, highlighting the applicability and effectiveness of fuzzy non-linear programming in addressing the complexities of inventory models with storage space and budget constraints.

Objectives: The study's aim was to find predictors of body image perception scores among health care providers (HCPs) in Terengganu, Malaysia. Methods: A cross-sectional study among 201 health care providers (HCPs) was conducted from January to March 2023. This study participants were drawn from a pool of HCPs with a BMI of 25 kg/m2 or higher. Body image perceptions were scored using the Malay version of the Body Self-Image Questionnaire-Short Form. Multiple linear regression was used to determine the predictors of body image perception scores. Results: Age and longer work hours correlate with higher body satisfaction among HCPs, while higher BMI lowers satisfaction. Nurses typically experience more height dissatisfaction. Higher income is associated with better self-ratings in looks, health, and fitness, but higher education correlates with poorer self-ratings. Married HCPs report lower attractiveness, health, fitness, and self-esteem but are more satisfied with their height. Conclusion: This situational analysis identifies predictors, such as sociodemographic factors and occupational aspects, that can aid in customising interventions to address specific body image concerns among HCPs, with the goal of reducing obesity prevalence among them.

The evolution of Web 2.0 technology has significantly influenced the use of Android applications, enabling users to provide feedback through reviews and star ratings. In managing omnichannel retail businesses, this user-generated content serves as a valuable source of information for performance evaluation and strategic management of both online and offline operations. Large-scale user review data is well-suited for analysis through text mining, particularly in sentiment analysis, when combined with topic and keyword filtering in the business domain. This study utilizes the RoBERTa Transformer model for the sentiment classification of user reviews. Among the 520 user reviews, 211 displayed good emotion, while 309 showed negative sentiment. By applying filtering processes to topics and keywords within the omnichannel retail business domain, the study identifies "economic value" and "delivery and CRM" as priority areas for improvement. This conclusion is drawn based on the significant disparity between positive and negative sentiments. As a result, management can formulate strategies to enhance the performance and user experience of the KlikIndomaret Android application.

Standard treatment for acute skin inflammatory conditions comes with unwanted side effects. Traditionally, Lawsonia inermis has been used to treat skin-related ailments, with lawsone as the main active phytochemical is predicted to inhibit a skin pro inflammatory cytokine, IL-1α. This study is aimed to evaluate the anti- inflammatory effect of lawsone in acute ethanol-induced skin inflammatory condition in vitro, by targeting IL-1α in silico. Basically, the IC50 of lawsone on human epidermoid carcinoma cell line (A431) was obtained by using MTT proliferation assay, followed by acute low dose ethanol-induced inflammatory skin condition on A431 cells to determine cell viability. Next, molecular docking study was done by utilizing Autodock Vina software, and further analyzed by ProteinsPlus and PyMol softwares. Self-compassion merupakan sikap belas kasih terhadap diri sendiri, terutama ketika mengalami kegagalan dalam pengasuhan, dengan adannya Self compassion dalam diri orang tua terutama ibu bekerja dapat membantu mengatasi stres pengasuhan yang dialaminya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan dari self-compassion dan stres pengasuhan dalam pengasuhan anak usia dini di wilayah kota Surabaya Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan Korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling, dengan jumlah responden 109 ibu bekerja di Wilayah Surabaya Selatan. Penilaian instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket penelitian dari skala likert skor 1-4. Berdasarkan perhitungan dalam uji hipotesis, dapat diketahui bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak karena diketahui nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,03. Background. Horned and Polled Bali cattle are big meat producing livestock and have various other advantages, so they need to be maintained regarding their existence by improving semen quality. Providing bean sprouts (Phaseolus radiatus L.) in feeding is an effort to improve semen quality because of its antioxidant content that can scavenge free radicals. Objective. To determine the quality of semen from Bali Polled bull and Bali Horned bull fed with bean sprout feed supplements. Methodology. Four Horned and four Polled Bali bulls aged 5-7 years were fed bean sprouts-supplemented twice a day in the amount of 1 kg/bull for two months. Parameters observed in fresh semen include color, smell, pH, volume, concentration, and followed by motility, viability, abnormality, membrane integrity, and acrosome integrity for both fresh and frozen semen. Results. The results of the macroscopic evaluation of fresh semen showed that the color, smell, pH, and volume were not different (P>0.05) in Polled compared to Horned. Meanwhile, the microscopic evaluation showed that motility, viability, abnormality, membrane integrity, and acrosome integrity were not different (P>0.05) between Horned and Polled, but the sperm concentration of Horned was higher (P0.05). Implications. This information from this study can be used to improve semen the quality of Horned and Polled Bali bulls fed bean sprouts. Conclusion. In conclusion, after bean sprouts (Phaseolus radiatus L.) supplemented feeding, the semen concentration of Horned increases compared to the Polled one. While the color, smell, pH, volume, motility, viability, abnormality of membrane integrity, and acrosome integrity of fresh semen were not affected. The motility, recovery rate, and membrane integrity of frozen semen are increased in Polled compared to the Horned one, while viability, abnormalities, and acrosome integrity remained similar.

Abstract Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the major cause of death among Malaysians. Reduction of salt intake in populations is one of the most cost-effective strategies in the prevention of CVDs. It is very feasible as it requires low cost for implementation and yet could produce a positive impact on health. Thus, salt reduction initiatives have been initiated since 2010, and two series of strategies have been launched. However, there are issues on its delivery and outreach to the target audience. Further, strategies targeting out of home sectors are yet to be emphasized. Our recent findings on the perceptions, barriers and enablers towards salt reduction among various stakeholders including policy-makers, food industries, food operators, consumers and schools showed that eating outside of the home contributed to high salt intake. Foods sold outside the home generally contain a high amount of salt. Thus, this supplementary document is being proposed to strengthen the Salt Reduction Strategy to Prevent and Control Non-communicable Diseases (NCDs) for Malaysia 2021–2025 by focussing on the strategy for the out-of-home sectors. In this supplementary document, the Monitoring, Awareness and Product (M-A-P) strategies being used by the Ministry of Health (MOH) are adopted with a defined outline of the plan of action and indicators to ensure that targets could be achieved. The strategies will involve inter-sectoral and multi-disciplinary approaches, including monitoring of salt intake and educating consumers, strengthening the current enforcement of legislation on salt/sodium labelling and promoting research on reformulation. Other strategies included in this supplementary document included reformulation through proposing maximum salt targets for 14 food categories. It is hoped that this supplementary document could strengthen the current the Salt Reduction Strategy to Prevent and Control NCDs for Malaysia 2021–2025 particularly, for the out-of-home sector, to achieve a reduction in mean salt intake of the population to 6.0 g per day by 2025.

The visionary paradigm of Agriculture 5.0 integrates Industry 4.0 principles into agricultural practices. Our scoping review explores the landscape of Agriculture 5.0, emphasizing the pivotal role of Explainable AI (XAI) in shaping this domain. Guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Scoping Review, we rigorously analyzed 84 articles published from 2018 to September 2023. Our findings highlight XAI’s potential within Agriculture 5.0, recognizing its influence on intelligent farming. We propose a conceptual framework for integrating XAI, emphasizing its impact on model transparency and user trust. Despite transformative applications, existing literature often lacks XAI discussions. Our objective is to bridge this gap and provide a reference for academics, practitioners, policymakers, and educators in the field of smart agriculture that is both environmentally friendly and technologically advanced. The synthesis of hybrid fiber based on bovine bone gelatin combined with polyvinyl alcohol-chitosan-oxidized sucrose (PVACOS) has been successfully carried out using the coaxial electrospinning technique. The presence of oxidized sucrose can improve the diameter and the tensile strength of hybrid fibers due to the formation of new covalent bonds. The combination of gelatin with PVACOS material aims to increase the strength of the hybrid fiber so that it has better tensile strength characteristics and improves the diameter of the resulting hybrid fiber. The characterization of the resulting material was tested using FTIR, SEM, EDX, XRD, and TGA. Based on FTIR analysis, there is an increase in absorption intensity in the 2900 cm-1 – 3000 cm-1 band, which indicates the occurrence of covalent bond interactions so that it can increase the bond strength between materials with the performance of crystalline materials. Apart from that, the morphological structure of the hybrid fibers was also investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the resulting fiber diameter for Ge-Ch, Ge-Ch-PVA, Ge-PVACOS 3%, and Ge-PVACOS 5%, respectively, was 0.4049 µm. 0.3735 µm, 0.3388 µm, and 0.3206 µm. The tensile strengths of hybrid fiber for Ge-PVACOS 3% and Ge-PVACOS 5%, respectively, are 39.91935 N/m2 and 76.12507 N/m2. Statistical tests show that the concentration of oxidized sucrose has a significant influence on hybrid fiber performance. The significance values for diameter and tensile strength are 0.0486 and 0.0325, respectively. Research mapping is essential to describe the topic and appropriate references before conducting research, including Islamic letters of credit. This research aims to review the literature on Islamic letters of credit. This research is a literature review using bibliometric methods with the Dimensions database. The keyword used in the article search is Islamic letter of credit. The data found and processed was 56 articles published from 2010-2023. The data was processed using Microsoft Excel and Bibilioshiny R programs. This research shows that most of the most productive writers come from Malaysia and Turkey. A topic that can be developed for further research is Islamic economic contracts linked to Islamic letters of credit. This research can be used as a reference for future research, as well as information regarding research gaps and an overview of research conditions regarding Islamic letters of credit, which will be developed to be broader and more varied.

Background: Emergency services are medical actions needed by emergency patients. Overcrowding in the Emergency Room that happen with increasing number of patient which has an impact on length of stay and lead to patient dissatisfaction. Purpose: The aim of research was to analyze the effect of emergency level and response time on length of stay in the emergency room of Muhammadiyah Hospital Kediri. Method: The research design uses analytic observational with a cross sectional approach. The independent variables are level of emergency and response time. The dependent variable is Length of Stay. The population was all patients in the ER of Muhammadiyah Kediri Hospital at August - October 2022 as much as 142 patients. Samples taked used Simple random sampling technique as many as 105 respondents. Data collected used observation sheets and analyzed with multiple linear regression. Results: The results showed that partially and simultaneously of independent variables (Emergency Level and Response time) had a p-value less than 0.05 so that affected the length of stay. Conclusion: The results showed that emergencies level of patients caused experience a worsening of their condition or it will get worse if there are complications in patient's if they are not treated immediately, in addition to that, the officers respond quickly in services in the emergency room from the time patient arrives until treated will affect length of stay in the emergency room. This showed that’s there is an influenced of Emergency Level and Response Time on the Length of Patient's Stay.

Beberapa jenis mikroba dapat menyebabkan patologis yang cukup serius bagi manusia ataupun makhluk hidup lainnya, salah satunya adalah Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli. Senyawa aktif dari daun sukun Artocarpus altilis memiliki aktivitas antimikroba, namun eksploitasi tanaman dapat mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan ekosistem. Fungi endofit hidup di dalam sel jaringan tanaman sehat dan dapat menghasilkan jenis metabolit sekunder yang sama dengan tanaman inangnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengisolasi dan menyeleksi fungi endofit dari daun A. altilis yang memiliki potensi sebagai agen antibakteri terhadap S. aureus dan E. coli. Metode yang digunakan yaitu isolasi fungi endofit dari daun A. altilis dan mengidentifikasinya secara makroskopis dan mikroskopis. Uji aktivitas antibakteri terhadap S. aureus dan E. coli dilakukan ekstraksi metabolit sekunder bakteri endofit dan uji fitokimia menggunakan metode difusi, pengenceran cair, dan padat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan empat isolat fungi endofit daun A. altilis yang diberi kode IS01, IS02, IS03 dan IS04. Fungi endofit IS01 memiliki aktivitas antibakteri sangat kuat, IS03 kuat, IS02 sedang, dan IS04 lemah terhadap patogen E. coli dan kuat terhadap patogen S. aureus. Fungi endofit daun A. altilis dapat berperan sebagai antibakteri terhadap S. aureus dan E. coli.

Water management in disaster-prone areas such as Merapi often creates various social vulnerabilities such as social conflicts, poverty and weakened role of local organizations. The exclusion of the role of local organizations in community-based water management is often overlooked. A local community organization called Tuk Bebeng that work on water management in the sloop of the Merapi volacne in Yogyakarta is an example of such an overlooked role of an important actor in disasterprone areas. This paper aims to examine the strength the Tuk Bebeng Association in water management in disaster-prone areas of Merapi. This research is based on a descriptive qualitative method with data collection through field observations, in-depth interviews, and focused discussion forums. The results of the study show that the Tuk Bebeng Association has played important roles in eliminating various sectoral conflicts of interest. This good practice is carried out through the strong base of the community’s collectivity which manifest in two forms including mechanical solidarity and moral rationality. Through these roels the Tuk Bebeng community serves as guardians of the balance of harmony between nature and society. The pattern of life of the people around Merapi, namely Se omah, Guyub, dan se-rahim (common home, harmony, and the same homeland), as the glue of brotherhood can act as a damper for anger and compromise in the cross-linking of interests in water management. The practical implications of this research offer realistic practices to reduce the cross- interest (conflict) that occurs by providing space for important actors managing Tuk Bebeng to dialogue equally, and empowering the underrepresented Paguyuban Bebeng actors with legal formal and cultural recognition that Tuk Bebeng belongs to the Merapi community. Theoretical implications show that rationality and solidarity theories have a strong relationship in mobilising collective action in communities in disaster-prone areas.
