A mathematical model is envisaged that discusses the motion of 3D nanofluids (NFs) with anisotropic slip influence magnetic field past a stretching sheet. The heat transportation phenomenon is analysed by melting effect, heat generation, and chemical reaction. The main motivation of this study is to analyse the behaviour of liquid motion and heat transfer (HT) of NFs because this study has huge applications in boiling, solar energy, and micropower generation, which are used in the engineering process. The physical governing partial differential equation is transformed into a coupled non-linear system of ordinary differential equations using suitable appropriate transformations. The translated equations are calculated using Runge–Kutta–Fehlberg method via shooting procedure. The physical characteristics of various parameters on velocities, concentration, and thermal fields are explored in detail. The HT is high in NFs when compared to pure or regular liquids for ascending values of heat source parameter and slip factor. Also, the skin friction coefficients via coordinate axes and rate of Nusselt number were analysed.

The impact of variable thermal conductivity plays a key role in the analysis of fluid mechanics. The applications of liquid are significant in nuclear reactors, automobiles, technical and manufacturing industry, electronic appliances, and so on. The novelty of this analysis is to exhibited the variable thermal conductivity in motion of Casson liquid via porous stretching sheet. In energy equation is consider thermal radiation and heat generation. Rosseland approximation plays a key role in the current work. Under the liquid motion assumptions, BL approximation is applied on numerical model and developed partial differential equations (PDE). The similarity transportation variable is taken by transporting PDE’s to ordinary differential equations. Numerical model is explored with the help of fourth-order boundary value problem with R–K–F procedure via shooting technique. The main key points noticed are: the heat transfer rate is more effective in the presence of heat generation than that in the absence of heat generation parameter. The temperature is enhanced in presence of variable thermal radiation while comparing absence of variable thermal radiation for large numerical values of Biot Number.

Industry and space technology have significant issues managing heat energy and controlling mass dispersion. The purpose of this study is to develop motion caused by boundary layer thickness sheets that are increasingly being used in various engineering fields (civil engineering, mechanical, aeronautical, maritime processes and constructions). The activation energy is a critical factor in chemical reactions due to the existence of many applications in gas-cooled reactors, nuclear thermal rockets and liquid-fluoride reactors. This study presents the numerical analysis of activation energy on three dimensional (3D) nanofluid (NFs) motion via Stretching Surface (SS) with nonlinear thermal radiation effect. This is in contrast to the conventional slip condition, convective condition applied at surface. The governing basic equations are translated into nonlinear ODEs by suitable similarity transformations. The relevant boundary value problem was explored for a numerical solution for applying the MATLAB based on Runge–Kutta–Fehlberg (RKF) scheme via shooting technique. The major outcomes of current work have more concentration (ϕ (η 1)) and Mass Transfer Rate ( Sh x Re x − 1 ∕ 2 ) for various numerical values of Activation Energy ( E A ). Non‐Newtonian fluid plays a vital role in the field of manufacturing and engineering sector, because of its immense heat transfer rate. The two‐dimensional incompressible unsteady Maxwell nanofluid thin‐film flow with MHD and viscous dissipation over an inclined surface is investigated. One of the mechanisms in the second law of thermodynamics, that is irreversibility which also analyzed. The Maxwell nanofluid thin film energy and motion equations in the additional information have been turned into a coupled differential system of the third order. The transformed ODE equations are further evaluated by using the Homotopy Analysis Method (HAM). The variations of entropy rate, velocity, Bejan number and temperature field with the various emerging parameters are analyzed. This could potentially lead to the development of solar energy systems that are both affordable and highly efficient, so enabling the more efficient use of renewable energy sources and reducing our dependence on fossil fuels. This study examines the flow of an incompressible flow over a linear stretching surface with the inclusion of momentum and thermal slip conditions. A scaling set of alterations is applied to the governing system for both with and without magnetic field situations. The physical system being leftover invariant caused by some associations surrounded by the transformations. Later we find the absolute invariants 3rd -order ODEs for the linear momentum equation and two 2nd order ODEs consistent with the energy and concentration are obtained. The equations that coincide with the boundary circumstances are elucidated mathematically. The physical pertinent parameters as shown in graphs and the friction factor, Nusselt number and Salts 1 and 2 Sherwood numbers are shown in surface plots. We observed that the momentum slip parameter decelerates the skin friction coefficient in the presence of a magnetic field and enhances in the absence of the magnetic field parameter. The thermal slip parameter enhances the Nusselt number in both the presence and absence of magnetic field parameter. Finally, the thermal and concentration buoyancy ratio parameters are shown to upsurge the friction factor, Nusselt and Salts 1 and 2 Sherwood numbers in both cases of M = 0 and M =1.
