Background Hypertension and dyslipidemia are major risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Chinese residents. Mastering the risk stratification of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) in community residents with hypertension and formulating individualized lipid intervention targets will significantly contribute to the improvement of management of hypertension in primary care and the enhancement of lipid goal attainment rate in residents.Objective To investigate the risk stratification of ASCVD and lipid goal attainment status in hypertensive patients in Beijing's community, providing data support for comprehensive management of hypertension in the community.Methods A total of 2 943 hypertensive patients registered in Yuetan Community Health Center and Qinan Community Health Station from 2019 to 2021 were included. Non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDL-C) was calculated and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was calculated from baseline data collected by reviewing health records and electronic medical records. The risk of ASCVD was stratified and blood lipid goal attainment was observed in the patients.Results The participants consisted of 1 201 males and 1 742 females, with a median age of 70 (63, 80) years. High, moderate and low risks of ASCVD were identified in 2 165, 485 and 293 cases, respectively. The LDL-C goal attainment rate was 10.5% (227/2 165) in high-risk patients, 22.9% (111/485) in moderate-risk patients, and 98.0% (287/293) in low-risk patients. As an important venue for continuously exporting talents to China society, universities shoulder the task of adapting to the strategic development needs of China and educating people. However, at this stage, with the acceleration of the popularization of tertiary education, the traditional instructional mode has been unable to meet the new requirements of personnel training. Teaching reform, as an important part of improving instructional level, has been paid more and more attention by universities. Universities are constantly improving themselves in teaching methods, curriculum, personnel training and goal setting, so as to promote the output of compound talents. OBE education concept emphasizes students’ learning achievements and belongs to a new educational concept. Once put forward, it has been highly valued and widely concerned by the education sector, which has guided the correct direction for the pursuit of excellent education in major universities at present. This article introduces the connotation and core elements of OBE education concept; This article analyzes the present situation and existing problems of educational management in universities. On this basis, based on the concept of OBE education, this article puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve the instructional mode in universities, so as to promote the sustainable reform of the courses of education majors in universities, and thus improve the quality of talent training in universities.

Down syndrome (DS), or trisomy 21, is one of the critical risk factors for early-onset Alzheimer's disease (AD), implicating key roles for chromosome 21-encoded genes in the pathogenesis of AD. We previously identified a role for the deubiquitinase USP25, encoded on chromosome 21, in regulating microglial homeostasis in the AD brain; however, whether USP25 affects amyloid pathology remains unknown. Here, by crossing 5*FAD AD and Dp16 DS mice, we observed that trisomy 21 exacerbated amyloid pathology in the 5*FAD brain. Moreover, bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) transgene-mediated USP25 overexpression increased amyloid deposition in the 5*FAD mouse brain, whereas genetic deletion of Usp25 reduced amyloid deposition. Furthermore, our results demonstrate that USP25 promoted p cleavage of APP and Ap generation by reducing the ubiquitination and lysosomal degradation of both APP and BACE1. Importantly, pharmacological inhibition of USP25 ameliorated amyloid pathology in the 5*FAD mouse brain. The acidic oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is a four-electron transfer process with slow kinetics and a high overpotential, which is greatly hindering the development of water electrolysis. But pure iridium-based catalysts or pure ruthenium-based catalysts find it difficult to achieve the required performance with both high activity and high stability. Here, we have successfully prepared one-dimensional amorphous porous iridium–ruthenium bimetallic oxide nanobelts, which exhibit a low overpotential of 204 mV at 10 mA cm−2 and high-quality activity of 119 A gIr+Ru−1 at 1.45 VRHE in acidic OER. More importantly, as an anode, amorphous porous iridium–ruthenium oxide nanobelts remain stable over 350 h of operation at 1.8 V in a proton exchange membrane electrolyzer (PEM). The interaction of iridium and ruthenium in the amorphous structure successfully compensates for the defects of the single components, providing a basis for the design of acidic OER catalysts. Recently, significant progress has been made in the field of public key encryption with keyword search (PEKS), with a focus on optimizing search methods and improving the security and efficiency of schemes. Keyword frequency analysis is a powerful tool for enhancing retrieval services in explicit databases. However, designing a PEKS scheme that integrates keyword frequency analysis while preserving privacy and security has remained challenging, as it may conflict with some of the security principles of PEKS. In this paper, we propose an innovative scheme that introduces a security deadline to query trapdoors through the use of timestamps. This means that the keywords in the query trapdoor can only be recovered after the security deadline has passed. This approach allows for keyword frequency analysis of query keywords without compromising data privacy and user privacy, while also providing protection against keyword-guessing attacks through the dual-server architecture of our scheme. Moreover, our scheme supports multi-keyword queries in multi-user scenarios and is highly scalable.
