14. An empirical study on paths of creating harmonious corporate culture

Abstract

Creating harmonious corporate culture has been a new issue in present day society. Many scholars studied paths of creating harmonious corporate culture but nobody used quantitative methods. This study collected 205 valid questionnaires and held 12 study meetings to find the paths of creating harmonious corporate culture. Authors identified 62 analysis units and 27 small categories and 4 categories. All paths were assigned to 4 categories as spiritual culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture and material culture. This paper discussed paths of creating harmonious corporate culture in order to seek out which paths were perceived and received by most people. The results of this paper are useful to entrepreneurs who want to build harmonious corporate culture.

Abstract

Abstract: A simple three-axis model has been developed, which has been successfully applied to the analysis of the light transmittance in spatial incident angle and the simulation of modified formula of Malus’ law for Glan–Taylor prisms. Our results indicate that the fluctuations on the cosine squared curve are due to specific misalignments between the axis of the optical system, the optical axis of the prism and the mechanical axis (rotation axis) of prism, which results in the fact that different initial relative location of the to-be-measured-prism in the testing system corresponds to different shape of Malus’ law curve. Methods to get absolutely smooth curve are proposed. This analysis is available for other kinds of Glan-type prisms. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

28. Effect of temperature on three-in-one composite compensator

Abstract

In order to reduce the error caused by the change of temperature, the relation between three-in-one composite compensator's phase retardation and temperature is calculated according to the characteristic of multiple-order quartz wave-plate. The results show that the influence on phase retardation increases with the increase of temperature and order of wave-plate. The phase retardation and the angle that the second wave-plate rotates are in a linear relationship in certain ranges. However, there is also some regularity in nonlinear areas which can be determined by theoretical calculation. The calculated result is well in agreement with experiments.

Abstract

The phase-change performance of W x Sb 3 Te material were systemically investigated by in situ resistance-temperature measurement, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman scattering, adhesive strength test and transmission electron microscope (TEM) in this paper. Experimental results show that the thermal stability of Sb 3 Te was increased significantly with W doping. XRD and TEM results prove that the incorporation of W plays a role in suppressing the crystallization of Sb 3 Te films, causing smaller grain size. Furthermore, the adhesive strength between W electrode and phase-change material was increased obviously by W addition and a relatively rapid SET/RESET operation of 10 ns is realized with large sensing margin.
