Solder mask ink (SMI) layer can avoid the short circuit between electronic component and land for the fabrication of printed circuit board (PCB). More importantly, the layer not only protects the board from the corrosion of moisture, mildew, or salt spray but also reduces the contamination of weld, and increases the degree of insulation by forming stable three‐dimensional net structure. Therefore, the SMI plays a decisive role for the service life of PCB. This review mainly summarizes three types of SMI including epoxy resin ink, acrylic acid resin ink, and phenolic resin ink for PCB. The focus is the effect of the changes of key materials, such as the design of the binder resin, the selection of the curable agent, and the variation of the colorant and initiator on the performances of epoxy resin SMI layer. Then other types of ink such as acrylic acid resin ink and phenolic resin ink have been discussed, especially about how the change of the binder resin influences the SMI film properties. At last, the development trend of the SMI is proposed. The review has significant meaning for the development and improvement of the SMI and the investigation is important for the application and exploitability of the high‐quality PCBs. The new 6π‐electron four‐membered ring compound 3‐fluoro‐1λ2,2,4,3λ3‐thiadiazaphosphetidine, FP(μ‐N)2S, has been generated in the gas phase through high‐vacuum flash pyrolysis (HVFP) of thiophosphoryl diazide, FP(S)(N3)2, at 1000 K. Subsequent isolation of FP(μ‐N)2S in cryogenic matrices (Ar, Ne, and N2) allows its characterization with matrix‐isolation IR and UV‐vis spectroscopy by combination with 15N‐isotope labeling and computations at the CCSD(T)‐F12a/VTZ‐F12 level of theory. Upon visible‐light irradiation at 550 nm, this cyclic compound undergoes ring‐opening to the thiazyl isomer FPNSN, followed by dissociation to FP and SN2 under subsequent UV‐irradiation at 365 nm. In sharp contrast to the square planar structure for the isolobal four‐membered ring S2N2, a puckered structure with significant biradical character has been found for FP(μ‐N)2S. A fast and multipurpose energy decomposition analysis (EDA) program, called XEDA, is introduced for quantitative analysis of intermolecular interactions. This program contains a series of variational EDA methods, including LMO‐EDA, GKS‐EDA and their extensions, to analyze non‐covalent interactions and strong chemical bonds in various environments. XEDA is highly efficient with a similar computational scaling of single point energy calculations. Its efficiency and universality are validated by a series of test examples including van der Waals interactions, hydrogen bonds, radical–radical interactions and strong covalent bonds. In this study, yttrium-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) was firstly used as a nucleating agent and copper foam as the matrix to simultaneously reduce the supercooling degree and improve the thermal conductivity of sodium acetate trihydrate (SAT). The SAT/copper foam/YSZ composite phase change material (PCM) was prepared by ball milling and melting impregnation method. The influences of content of YSZ on supercooling degree of SAT and porosity of copper foam on thermal conductivity of SAT were studied experimentally. The step-cooling curve method results indicated that the supercooling of SAT can be eliminated by 0.8 mass% YSZ without any chemical interaction between SAT and YSZ. The thermal conductivity test and heat transfer test results of SAT/copper foam/YSZ composite PCM indicated that copper foam increases the thermal conductivity of SAT. The thermal conductivity of SAT/copper foam/YSZ composite PCM was 5.9, 6.9 and 9.4 times as that of pure SAT when the porosity of copper foam was 8 ppi, 15 ppi and 40 ppi. Moreover, the volume energy storage density of SAT/copper foam/YSZ composite PCMs was calculated as 448.6–473.0 MJ m−3, which was 2.09–2.20 times as that of water. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background. Several studies have focused on the prognostic role of microRNA 222 in glioma. But different conclusions were drawn by these studies. We aimed to systematically evaluate the role of microRNA 222 in glioma by conducting a meta-analysis. Methods. A systematic literature search until January 2020 was conducted in Web of Science, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, PubMed, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure. The general characteristics and relevant data of nine articles were extracted. Hazard ratios (HRs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were applied to evaluate the prognostic role of microRNA 222 in glioma. The primary outcomes were overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS). Results. Nine articles (11 data sets) with 1564 patients were included. We systematically evaluated the role of microRNA 222 for OS and DFS in glioma patients (HR for OS = 1.72 ; 95% CI, 1.31-2.26; p = 0.001 ; HR for DFS = 1.02 ; 95% CI, 0.86-1.22; p = 0.032). Subgroup analyses were performed according to the sources of patients, the types of the samples, the stages of the tumors, the methods for detecting the microRNA 222, and the sample size. No significant publication bias was found. Conclusion. In conclusion, our study provided evidence that a high expression of microRNA 222 was related to worse overall survival in glioma patients. Abstract The thermal conductivity of a phase change material (PCM) is an important parameter that affects the heat transfer characteristics of PCM. In this study, the fractal theory is conducted to study the prediction model of the effective thermal conductivity of fatty acid/carbon material composite PCMs in the solid phase. Based on the Sierpinski carpet model of fractal geometry, a series of fractal units with different fractal dimensions are developed for the fatty acid/carbon material composite PCMs. Combined with a self-similar principle and thermal resistance network theory, a general solution for the dimensionless effective thermal conductivity of a typical Sierpinski carpet fractal unit is then derived. Further, dimensionless effective thermal conductivity prediction models of three typical structures of fatty acid/carbon material composite PCMs are obtained by comparing the experimental data. Finally, the thermal conductivity prediction model from this study demonstrated a better reliability than that of the commonly used QP prediction model and Maxwell-Eucken prediction model. Pancreatic cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer‐related death worldwide. Advances in therapeutic strategies such as chemotherapy have improved the clinical outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients. However, developing new therapeutic compounds against pancreatic cancer is still urgent due to the poor prognosis. Here, we show that SZC015, an oleanolic acid derivative, exhibits potent inhibitory effect on both pancreatic cancer cells in vitro and the corresponding xenograft tumors in vivo. Mechanistically, the activation of intrinsic apoptosis and G1 phase arrest resulting from mitochondria damage caused by SZC015 contribute significantly to the anticancer effects of SZC015. SZC015 also has remarkably inhibitory effects on the transcription factors that are extensively activated in pancreatic cancer tissues. As a constitutively activated transcription factor in pancreatic cancer, the nuclear factor κB is highly suppressed after SZC015 treatment in vitro or administration in vivo. Based on the bioinformatics analysis of microarray data, we validate that JAK2/STAT3 signaling is indeed activated in the human pancreatic cancer tissues and SZC015 also shows inhibitory effect on this signaling both in vitro and in vivo. These data suggest the potent effects of SZC015 on pancreatic cancer and also provided novel insights into the mechanisms of SZC015 as a new potent candidate for treating pancreatic cancer. SZC015, an oleanolic acid derivative, exhibits inhibitory effect on pancreatic cancer both in vitro and in vivo. SZC015‐damaged mitochondria generates excessive reactive oxygen species that eventually impairs the cell proliferation of pancreatic cancer. Particle assembly and co‐assembly have been research frontiers in chemistry and material science in the past few decades. To achieve a large variety of intricate structures and functional materials, remarkable progress has been made in particle assembly principles and strategies. Essentially, particle assembly is driven by intrinsic interparticle interactions or the external control. In this article, we focus on binary or ternary particle co‐assembly and review the principles and feasible strategies. These advances have led to new disciplines of microfabrication technology and material engineering. Although significant achievement on particle‐based structures has been made, it is still challenging to fully develop general and facile strategies to precisely control the one‐dimensional (1D) co‐assembly. This article reviews the recent development on multicomponent particle co‐assembly, which significantly increases structural complexity and functional diversity. In particular, we highlight the advances in the particle co‐assembly of well‐ordered 1D binary superstructures by liquid soft confinement. Finally, prospective outlook for future trends in this field is proposed. The fundamental driving forces behind multicomponent particle assembly concepts are discussed in this Concept article. Based on intrinsic interparticle interactions or external control, diverse well‐controlled superstructures can be achieved. In particular, the recent progress in programmed, one‐dimensional co‐assembly of binary particles by liquid soft confinement is highlighted. Objective To systematically evaluate the diagnostic performance of increased signal intensity within the resection cavity on fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) sequences for detection of progression in patients with glioma through performing a meta-analysis. Methods PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure were searched for potentially relevant literature. The study characteristics and relevant data were extracted. We estimated the pooled sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratios, negative likelihood ratios, and diagnostic odds ratio and constructed summary receiver operating characteristics curves to identify the diagnostic value of FLAIR signal increase for detection of glioma progression. Results A total of 4 studies with 438 patients were included. The pooled sensitivity and specificity of increased signal intensity in FLAIR sequences in the resection cavity for detection of glioma progression were 0.36 (95% confidence interval 0.31–0.42) and 0.93 (95% confidence interval 0.86–0.97), respectively. The area under the curve was 0.7505. Subgroup analyses also were performed according to different patient sources, tumor grades, and definitions of progression. No significant publication bias was found in the meta-analysis ( P = 0.85). Conclusions Our results suggested that increased signal intensity within the resection cavity on FLAIR sequences could indicate tumor progression early with high specificity in patients with glioma. This readily accessible sign could implicate closer monitoring and could be crucial for therapeutic decisions and outcome. The signal transducers and activators of transcription 3 (STAT3) signaling pathway is a common feature in many solid tumors including non-small cell lung cancer, whereas current therapies usually fail to treat this disease in majority of cases. In the present study, we aimed to investigate the cytotoxic effect and the underlying mechanisms of SZC017, an oleanolic acid derivative, on human lung cancer cells. Cell viability was significantly decreased in SZC017-treated lung cancer cells. Mechanistically, SZC017 reduced A549 cell viability by activating both apoptosis and autophagy pathways. SZC017 was able to inhibit the phosphorylation of Akt, JAK2, and STAT3 in A549 cells, resulting in the inactivation of Akt and JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathways. In addition, SZC017 could induce ROS generation and Ca2+ release. Pretreatment with N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, a ROS scavenger, could fully reverse SZC017-induced ROS and increase the expression of Akt, p-STAT3, and procaspase-3, while decrease the ratio of LC3-II/I and the expression of Beclin-1. For patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), standard therapeutic methods (cisplatin and radiotherapy) have been found to be ineffective and severely toxic. Targeted therapy emerges as a promising solution for this dilemma. It has been reported that targeted therapies are applied alone or in combination with standard conventional therapies for the treatment of a variety of cancers. To the best of our knowledge, in patients with ESCC, the combinational methods containing standard therapy and ERK-targeted therapy have yet to be explored. To analyze the prognostic role of p-ERK in ESCC patients, the Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox regression model were used. To assess the effects of ERK-targeted therapy (GDC0994) on ESCC cells, in vitro studies including CCK-8 assay, colony formation assay, and scratch wound healing assay were conducted. In addition, the changes in cell cycle distribution and apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry. Besides, to assess the efficacy of different therapies in vivo, the xenograft tumor models were established by subcutaneously inoculating tumor cells into the flank/leg of mice. In patients with ESCC, a strong correlation between the high expression level of p-ERK and the poor prognosis (p < 0.01, Log-Rank test) has been identified. By analyzing the results from CCK-8 and scratch wound healing assays, we demonstrated that the ERK inhibitor repressed the viability and migration of ESCC cells. In addition, following the treatment of GDC0994, the volumes of xenograft tumors significantly decreased (p < 0.001, one-way ANOVA). Furthermore, blocking the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK/ERK) pathway enhanced the therapeutic efficacy of both cisplatin and radiotherapy (p < 0.05). The photoionization and dissociation of ethyl acrylate have been investigated by time-of-flight mass spectrometer with tunable vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) source in the range of 9.0–20.0 eV. The photoionization mass spectrum (PIMS) for ethyl acrylate and photoionization efficiency (PIE) curves for its major fragment ions: C 5 H 7 O 2 + , C 4 H 5 O 2 + , C 3 H 5 O 2 + , C 3 H 4 O + , C 3 H 3 O + , C 2 H 5 O + , C 2 H 3 O + , C 2 H 5 + and C 2 H 4 + have been obtained. The formation channels of main fragments are predicted by Gaussian 09 program at G3B3 level and examined via their dissociation energies from experimental results. Abstract: In this paper, current progress in the area of photoresponsive surfaces with controllable wettability is reviewed, including mainly surface conversion between wetting and anti-wetting, prepared from inorganic oxides (e.g., titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, and tungsten oxide) or/and photoactive organic molecules (e.g., azobenzene, and spiropyran), and movement of liquid droplets driven by molecular machines (e.g., molecular shuttles such as rotaxanes). Photoresponsive controllable wettability originates from a transition between the bistable states of photoresponsive materials. Abstract: The formation of polystyrene (PS) sphere nanostructures through vertical deposition can provide large surface roughness, which effectively enhances the hydrophobicity of the films. Moreover, well-ordered PS sphere arrays bring about structural colors, which can be controlled through the sphere diameter. All the water contact angles of colloidal crystal films prepared from monodisperse PS sphere solutions with diameters from 225 to 605 nm were larger than 120°, showing highly hydrophobic character. As a fundamental thermodynamic parameter, pressure serves as an effective tool to control the structures and properties of functional materials. To date, numerous pressure‐engineering methods have been introduced to enhance perovskite structures and devices. This paper comprehensively reviews the advances in understanding the effects of pressure on perovskite materials and devices, encompassing both low and high‐pressure influences. These effects are categorized into six distinct groups based on their underlying mechanisms, detailing the evolution of perovskite structures from macroscopic to microscopic levels, and exploring the interplay between these structures and their functional characteristics. Finally, the current challenges and offer insights into the future prospects for harnessing pressure effects to further develop perovskite structures, properties, and devices are assessed. In situ cyclized polyacrylonitrile (CPAN) is developed to replace n‐type metal oxide semiconductors (TiO2 or SnO2) as an electron selective layer (ESL) for highly efficient and stable n‐i‐p perovskite solar cells (PSCs). The CPAN layer is fabricated via facile in situ cyclization reaction of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) coated on a conducting glass substrate. The CPAN layer is robust and insoluble in common solvents, and possesses n‐type semiconductor properties with a high electron mobility of 4.13×10−3 cm2 V−1 s−1. With the CPAN as an ESL, the PSC affords a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 23.12 %, which is the highest for the n‐i‐p PSCs with organic ESLs. Moreover, the device with the CPAN layer holds superior operational stability, maintaining over 90 % of their initial efficiency after 500 h continuous light soaking. Well‐engineered buried interfaces play a pivotal role in achieving high‐performance perovskite solar cells (PSCs). A superior buried interface involves controlled perovskite crystallization, efficient charge transfer across interfaces, and robust interfacial bonding. Here, a class of innovative additives, benzoyl sulfonyl molecules including 4‐sulfobenzoic acid monopotassium salt (K‐SBA), and 4‐sulfamoylbenzoic acid (SBA) is introduced to tailer the SnO2/perovskite buried interface, aiming to meet these essential criteria. Among them, K‐SBA performed better. The findings reveal that the functional groups of K‐SBA establish interactions with both SnO2 and perovskite, leading to effective bilateral passivation and mitigation of interface stress. This results in the formation of a pore‐free buried interface and high‐quality perovskite films with substantial crystal sizes. Consequently, PSCs incorporating K‐SBA exhibited a notable increase in efficiency, achieving 24.56% efficiency compared to the control device's 22.27%. Furthermore, these K‐SBA‐enhanced PSCs maintain 90% of their original efficiency even after 500 h of maximum power point tracking. Metal halide perovskite, an emerging photosensitive semiconductor, has been widely employed in solar cells, light‐emitting diodes, photodetectors, and lasers owing to its excellent photophysical properties and simple solution preparation processing. However, as a photoactive layer, the higher refractive index and thinner thickness of perovskite film can cause reflection and transmission at the interface, and confine the emitted light within devices, resulting in the poor incident photon absorption and emitted photon extraction. In addition, the intrinsic brittleness of perovskite material restricts its potential applications in flexible optoelectronics. Therefore, great effort has been put into micro‐nano structured perovskite optoelectronics, and the reported reviews mainly focus on the fabrication process of micro‐nano patterned perovskite. Herein, the functionalities of micro‐nano structures in optoelectronics, including improving the light trapping, light extraction, light modulation, carrier dynamics, mechanical robustness, and other novel functionalities, are comprehensively reviewed. The specific applications of these functionalities in perovskite‐based optoelectronic devices are then discussed in detail to provide a better understanding of the photophysical properties of micro‐nano structure functionalized optoelectronics. Using cold latent heat thermal energy storage (LHTES) in cold chain logistics can improve the energy efficiency. In this study, a shape-stabilized phase change material (PCM) with dodecane as PCM and expanded graphite (EG) as skeleton was developed firstly. The optimal content of EG in composite was confirmed as 16 wt% by heat treatment and DSC testing. The DSC testing results show that dodecane/EG shape-stabilized PCM has a phase change temperature of −9.67 °C and latent heat of 151.7 J/g. The microstructure of the dodecane/EG was characterized by SEM, FT-IR and specific surface area analyzer, and the results show that the dodecane was uniformly stuffed in the pore structure of EG under physical action. Thermal conductivity of the dodecane/EG is 15 times higher than that of dodecane. And the thermal conductivity enhancement of the composite PCM was also verified by the thermal performance test. Moreover, a numerical model of passive storage system with the dodecane/EG PCM was established and the simulation results are highly matched with the experimental result. In conclusion, the prepared dodecane/EG with noticeable thermal permeance and form stability and can be further applied in cold LHTES. • EG prevents leakage and improves thermal conductivity of dodecane synergistically. • Thermal conductivity of composite PCM is 15 times higher than that of dodecane. • A numerical model of passive TES system loaded dodecane/EG is established. • Simulation results have a great agreement with the experimental results. The improvement of photovoltaic and stability performance of tin (Sn)‐based halide perovskite solar cells is impeded by notorious oxidation issues and Anderson localization. Despite previous implements in antioxidation through the incorporation of Lewis base additives, there still exist ongoing uncertainties surrounding its complex interaction mechanisms. A perplexing phenomenon regarding accelerated oxidation in acrylic acid is discovered that deviates from conventional Lewis base–acid reaction. The underlying insights into the deprotonation of acrylic acid followed by the formation of a “tripod” ionic bonding form are provided, which results in amplifying the delocalization effect of electrons of Sn2+. Furthermore, with the assistance of acrylamide and acrolein, synergistic enhancement in terms of the antioxidation and suppression of Anderson localization can be achieved — a concept referred to as “Dual Synergistic Engineering”. This suppresses the oxidation of Sn2+ and reduces Sn4+ content by ≈76%. Meanwhile, the diffusion length is prolonged significantly from 195.9 to 458.9 nm. The optimized all‐inorganic Sn/Pb‐based perovskite solar cells exhibit a power conversion efficiency of above 14% with enhanced stability. Stimuli‐responsive structural‐color materials have received widespread attention in information encryption due to the significant color changes under different stimuli. However, the trade‐off between the capacity of information input, security level, cost, and large‐area manufacturing greatly limits the application of structural colors in encryption. Herein, dynamic high‐capacity and high‐resolution encryption are achieved by implementing printed total internal reflection (TIR) structural color and computer‐aided image recognition. The printed TIR microstructures are prepared with relative humidity (RH) responsive polymer, which form a heterogeneous wettability system, and can exhibit vibrant color variation with humidity. As the implemented RH is changed, the printed microstructures will expand or shrink precisely, enabling a full‐color modulation across the visible light range. With the color change, each structural‐color pixel can be specifically encoded, allowing for this to encrypt dynamic information within the same pattern at different RHs. Furthermore, This study can precisely integrates tremendous different pixels and easily prepare various encrypted patterns, which guarantee the high‐capacity information input in a low‐cost way. Moreover, through computer programming and algorithm reading, the structural‐color patterns can be decoded and decrypted in real‐time, thus offering great potential for further encryption, anti‐counterfeiting, multiplexing encoding, and data storage. Electrochromic devices (ECDs) have attracted substantial attention on account of their unique characteristics and prosperous applications. However, their monotonous color modification remains a momentous challenge that significantly restricts their application scope. Integrating structural colors that arise from the interaction between light and periodic micro/nanostructures with electrochromic materials (ECMs) turns out to be an effective approach to enhancing the comprehensive performance of ECDs more than the coloration effectiveness. This review provides an overview on the recent burgeoning development of structural color ECDs regarding strategies and applications. The performance parameters of ECDs and physical principles regarding the generation of structural colors are introduced. Then, strategies that introduce structural colors into ECDs are discussed according to the category of chromogenic micro/nanostructures, namely, gratings, (single‐layer and multilayer) thin films, photonic crystals, plasmonic metasurfaces, and composite structures. The current state‐of‐the‐art research activities of structural color ECDs for display application including segmented and pixelated devices are also presented. In light of the performance of the SD2 pigments in DSSC, in order to expand the absorption spectral scope, decrease the energy difference between the highest occupied and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals, with SD2 dye molecular electron donor and electron acceptor as the fundamental framework, the indole fragment and thiophene derivative in the prototype dye molecule were replaced by the two π-bridges (labeled PA, PB, respectively) and the four auxiliary electron acceptors (labeled A1, A2, A3, A4, respectively). For the sake of characterizing dye molecules as thoroughly as possible in DSSC, the frontier orbital energy levels, ultraviolet absorption spectra, natural bond orbital analysis, intramolecular charge transfer, charge and hole reorganization energies, parameters influencing the short-circuit current density and the open-circuit photovoltage for these eight individual dye molecules are carried out to try to fully characterize the properties of these dye molecules. According to these computational results of physical quantities and based on the performance of these dye molecules in the above aspects, in this paper, six free molecular models were picked out to combine with titanium dioxide cluster to calculate their geometrical structures, frontier orbital distributions, electron excitation energies, ultraviolet absorption spectra and the composition of the electronic transitions in chloroform solvent with polarizable continuum model. The results of these calculations show that the PA-A2 and PB-A4 dye molecule has better properties in electron transfer and spectral absorption range before and after the adsorption on the titanium dioxide. Low‐dimensional (LD) perovskite has provided an exciting avenue for exploring stable perovskite solar cells (PSCs). However, PSCs based on LD perovskites still suffer from poor efficiency owing to unfavorable charge carrier dynamics. Here, cystamine (CYS) is employed as a ligand to construct LD Dion‐Jacobson (LDDJ) perovskite (CYS)MAn‐1PbnI3n+1 (n = 1, 2, 3..., MA: methylamine) for improving carrier properties. The disulfide bond not only changes the polarization characteristic but also increases the coupling between inorganic slabs due to the low barrier of rotation around the S‐S axis, thus reducing the exciton binding energy of CYS‐based LDDJ perovskite. Disulfide bonds provide a scene for charge localization in the interlayer region, which is conducive to reducing the anisotropy of charge transfer. Thanks to these merits, the (CYS)MA4Pb5I16 film delivers improved carrier diffusion length (electron for 1345 nm and hole for 950 nm) and mobility (9.23 cm2 V−1 S−1). As a result, the (CYS)(MA)4Pb5I16 PSC achieves a champion power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 16.52%, which is much higher than that of HDA and BA cations‐based PSCs (HDA: 1,6‐Hexanediamine, BA: Butylamine). 2D chiral perovskite has greatly boosted the development of optoelectronic devices, ranging from nonlinear optics, spintronics, and ferroelectrics to energy harvesting devices. Despite circularly polarized light (CPL) detection based on chiral perovskite has been achieved, the environmental humidity‐, ultraviolet (UV), and temperature‐induced structural degradation and its large electro‐phonon coupling restrict its commercial application. Here, this study first realizes polymerized chiral perovskite single‐crystal films by combining in situ cross‐linking polymerization with the space‐confined crystallization method. Compared with uncross‐linked chiral perovskites, cross‐linked chiral perovskites exhibit enhanced crystallinity and lattice rigidity, yielding high‐performance circularly polarized photodetectors with a maximum anisotropy factor of 0.22, the responsivity of 1.6 A W−1, and detectivity of 2.17 × 1013 Jones. In addition, flexible circularly polarized photodetectors with extremely high mechanical stability are also realized originating from the polymer‐like behavior of cross‐linked chiral perovskite single‐crystal films. Summary: Solid‐solid phase change materials (SSPCMs) used in thermal energy storage (TES) system attract much attention in recent days. Here, graphene nanoplatelets (GnPs) were introduced into pentaglycerine (PG) with mass ratios of 1 wt%, 2 wt%, and 4 wt% to obtain PG/GnPs PCMs. The structure and thermal property of PG/GnPs PCMs were characterized by SEM, XPS, FT‐IR, POM, DSC, thermal conductivity tester, and heat transfer performance test system. The effect of GnPs on the crystallization kinetic of PG was investigated by isoconversional method. The results indicated that PG and GnPs were uniformly mixed together by physical reaction. GnPs reduced the subcooling and enhanced the thermal conductivity of the PG/GnPs. The heat transfer rate of PG/GnPs was improved during to the high thermal conductivity. Highlights: Multidimensional detection of intensity, wavelength, polarization, and angle of the incidence light significantly accelerates the development of optical information technology and artificial intelligence fields. The first comprehensive overview of the advancement of multifunctional photodetectors for perovskite semiconductors ranging from polarized light detection, spectral detection, and angle-sensing detection to self-powered detection is summarized. The existing problems and perspectives are discussed which can inspire more researchers to rationally design new perovskite materials and micro/nano-structure for high-performance multifunctional photodetectors. Multifunctional photodetectors boost the development of traditional optical communication technology and emerging artificial intelligence fields, such as robotics and autonomous driving. However, the current implementation of multifunctional detectors is based on the physical combination of optical lenses, gratings, and multiple photodetectors, the large size and its complex structure hinder the miniaturization, lightweight, and integration of devices. In contrast, perovskite materials have achieved remarkable progress in the field of multifunctional photodetectors due to their diverse crystal structures, simple morphology manipulation, and excellent optoelectronic properties. In this review, we first overview the crystal structures and morphology manipulation techniques of perovskite materials and then summarize the working mechanism and performance parameters of multifunctional photodetectors. Furthermore, the fabrication strategies of multifunctional perovskite photodetectors and their advancements are highlighted, including polarized light detection, spectral detection, angle-sensing detection, and self-powered detection. The two‐step sequentially deposition strategy has been widely used to produce high‐performance FAPbI3‐based solar cells. However, due to the rapid reaction between PbI2 and FAI, a dense perovskite film forms on top of the PbI2 layer immediately and blocks the FAI diffusion into the bottom of the PbI2 film for a complete reaction, which results in a low‐efficiency and limited reproducibility of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Here, high‐quality α‐FAPbI3 perovskite films by crystal growth regulation with 4‐fluorobenzamide additives is fabricated. The additives can interact with FAI to suppress the fast reaction between the FAI and PbI2 and effectively passivate the under‐coordinated Pb2+ or I‐ defects. As a result, α‐FAPbI3 perovskite films with low trap density and large grain size are prepared. The modified PSCs present a high‐power conversion efficiency of 24.08%, maintaining 90% of their initial efficiency after 1400 h in high humidity. In recent years, interfacial solar‐driven steam generation has gained huge attention as a sustainable and energy‐efficient technology. However, salt scaling on and inside the evaporator structure induced by insufficient ion distribution control will lower the evaporation performance and hinder the stability and durability of evaporators. Herein, inspired by the highly efficient salt‐expelling property of the gill filaments of large yellow croaker, a bionic‐gill 3D hydrogel evaporator is proposed with fabulous multidirectional ion migration controllability. A 3D structure composed of arrayed beaded hollow columns with beaded hollow holes inspired by gill filaments ensuring longitudinal ion backflow and the peristome‐mimetic arrayed grooves of microcavities ensuring lateral ion advection is designed and constructed to achieve fabulous multidirectional crossflow salt ion migration, which ensures high evaporation performance for pure water (an evaporation rate of 2.53 kg m−2 h−1 with an energy efficiency of 99.3%) as well as for high salinity brine (2.11 kg m−2 h−1 for 25.0 wt.% NaCl solution), with no salt crystallizing after long‐term use. Furthermore, the 3D hydrogel evaporator has excellent chemical stability, mechanical properties, folding‐irrelevant evaporation performance, and portability so that it can be used for the preliminary desalination of breeding wastewater through the proposed self‐circulation koi aquaculture system. Abstract: Colloidal photonic crystals (PCs) have been well developed because they are easy to prepare, cost‐effective, and versatile with regards to modification and functionalization. Patterned colloidal PCs contribute a novel approach to constructing high‐performance PC devices with unique structures and specific functions. In this review, an overview of the strategies for fabricating patterned colloidal PCs, including patterned substrate‐induced assembly, inkjet printing, and selective immobilization and modification, is presented. The advantages of patterned PC devices are also discussed in detail, for example, improved detection sensitivity and response speed of the sensors, control over the flow direction and wicking rate of microfluidic channels, recognition of cross‐reactive molecules through an array‐patterned microchip, fabrication of display devices with tunable patterns, well‐arranged RGB units, and wide viewing‐angles, and the ability to construct anti‐counterfeiting devices with different security strategies. 2D organic semiconductor crystals (2D OSCs) are vital for high‐performance electronic and optoelectronic devices owing to their unique material merits. However, it is still challenging to fabricate high‐quality and large‐scale ultrathin 2D OSCs with controllable molecular layers due to the disordered molecular deposition and uncontrollable mass transport in solution‐processing fabrication. Here, a vapor‐induced meniscus modulating strategy for preparing unidirectional and stable Marangoni flow to guide contactless meniscus evolution is reported, which ensures uniform mass transport and ordered molecular deposition to achieve high‐quality ultrathin 2D OSCs. Both the surface tension difference and the substrate wettability are critical to meniscus formation, which results in various meniscus deformation states and film morphologies. Based on the optimized vapor‐solvent system, ultrathin 2D OSCs of C8‐BTBT with precise layer definition are prepared controllably. The discrepancies in liquid film height and solute concentration are decisive in controlling the molecular scale thickness ranging from mono to a few layers. Moreover, the layer‐dependent electronic and optoelectronic properties of the ultrathin films are systematically investigated. Notably, high‐performance polarization‐sensitive solar‐blind photodetectors are achieved with a dichroic ratio of photocurrent up to 2.26, and the corresponding polarimetric image sensor exhibits superior solar‐blind polarization imaging capability thanks to the high crystalline quality. Intercalation regulation is a special way to tune the photophysical properties of perovskite without changing the organic cations. Here, it is found that dimethyl sulfoxide can be effectively intercalated into synthesized (OHC6H5CH2CH2NH3)2PbBr4 perovskite through hydrogen bonds between organic spacer layers and solvent molecules. The new intercalated perovskite can be stored for more than two months under a relative humidity of about 60% at room temperature without encapsulation. The single crystal microwire array device based on this special structure presents photoelectric response of a light on/off ratio of 400 under 365 nm irradiation at 3 V. The device has a low dark current of 10−13 A. Moreover, the inserted solvent molecules can be removed from the perovskite or reinserted into the perovskite under different processing conditions. [Display omitted] Optical encryption, exploiting degrees of freedom of light as parameters to encode and decode information, plays an indispensable role in our daily life. Responsive structural color materials can give real-time visible feedback to external stimuli and provide ideal candidates for optical encryption. However, the development of existing responsive structural color materials is hindered by poor repeatability and long feedback time. Meanwhile, there are only few strategies to exploit structural colors in multichannel information encryption. Herein, bioinspired by the structural color variation due to a change in angle arising from the movement of animal's scales or feathers, we developed a general multichannel information encryption strategy using a two-dimensional deformable kirigami arranging orientations of the grating arrays by design. The kirigami grating sheet shows rapid, repeatable, and programmable color change. This strategy utilizes the topological space deformation to guide the change of optical property, which suggests new possibilities for spatial and spectral encryption as well as mechano-sensing and camouflage. Highlights: Optimizing the current collectors with rGO and the addition of CNT in PPy, and the structural pulverization is prevented significantly. Areal capacitances of 65.9 to 70 mF cm−2 are achieved for PPy-CNT@rGO microsupercapacitors (MSCs) with 79% capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles. The MSC-derived capacitive micro-strain sensor is capable of biosignals detection. The micro strain sensor is capable of detecting wide levels of applied strain with short response/recovery time and excellent reliability. Conducting polymers have achieved remarkable attentions owing to their exclusive characteristics, for instance, electrical conductivity, high ionic conductivity, visual transparency, and mechanical tractability. Surface and nanostructure engineering of conjugated conducting polymers offers an exceptional pathway to facilitate their implementation in a variety of scientific claims, comprising energy storage and production devices, flexible and wearable optoelectronic devices. A two-step tactic to assemble high-performance polypyrrole (PPy)-based microsupercapacitor (MSC) is utilized by transforming the current collectors to suppress structural pulverization and increase the adhesion of PPy, and then electrochemical co-deposition of PPy-CNT nanostructures on rGO@Au current collectors is performed. The resulting fine patterned MSC conveyed a high areal capacitance of 65.9 mF cm−2 (at a current density of 0.1 mA cm−2), an exceptional cycling performance of retaining 79% capacitance after 10,000 charge/discharge cycles at 5 mA cm−2. Benefiting from the intermediate graphene, current collector free PPy-CNT@rGO flexible MSC is produced by a facile transfer method on a flexible substrate, which delivered an areal capacitance of 70.25 mF cm−2 at 0.1 mA cm−2 and retained 46% of the initial capacitance at a current density of 1.0 mA cm−2. The coassembly of primary particles into heterostructures represents a significant strategy for advanced fabrication of multi‐functional materials or devices, and templated assembly has shown remarkable advantage for deterministic placement of particles and the efficient integration with substrates. However, template induced particles coassembly, which is significant for integrating multicomponents at desired positions, is still challenging. Herein, a facile strategy of embossed templateinduced particles coassembly for diverse superstructures and precise patterns is reported. Tunable region selective assembly of particles is demonstrated by controlling the resistance force via designing the embossed edge and surface roughness of the template. Through regulating the template morphologies and particles composition, well‐controlled coassembly of "flower" shaped heterostructure and chiral superstructure arrays are realized. Furthermore, the printable nanomaterials self‐assembly template is employed to achieve totally bottom‐up fabrication of excitation responsive heterostructure arrays, in which the multi‐photons process based energy transfer is studied to show the application in high‐secure encryption. With the advantage of accurate position and compatible to different materials, this strategy is expected to provide a promising platform for fabricating micro/nanoscale advanced devices. Advancing hole transport layers (HTL) to realize large‐area, flexible, and high‐performance perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is one of the most challenging issues for its commercialization. Here, a self‐assembled gradient Ti3C2Tx MXene incorporated PEDOT:PSS HTL is demonstrated to achieve high‐performance large‐area PSCs by establishing half‐caramelization‐based glucose‐induced MXene redistribution. Through this process, the Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets are spontaneously dispersed and redistributed at the top region of HTL to form the unique gradient distribution structure composed of MXene:Glucose:PEDOT:PSS (MG‐PEDOT). These results show that the MG‐PEDOT HTL not only offers favorable energy level alignment and efficient charge extraction, but also improves the film quality of perovskite layer featuring enlarged grain size, lower trap density, and longer carrier lifetime. Consequently, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the flexible device based on MG‐PEDOT HTL is increased by 36% compared to that of pristine PEDOT:PSS HTL. Meanwhile, the flexible perovskite solar minimodule (15 cm2 area) using MG‐PEDOT HTL achieve a PCE of 17.06%. The encapsulated modules show remarkable long‐term storage stability at 85 °C in ambient air (≈90% efficiency retention after 1200 h) and enhanced operational lifetime (≈90% efficiency retention after 200 h). A systematic understanding of perovskite single crystal is critical for the development of high-performance functional devices. We outline the synthesis strategies, unique characteristics, and optoelectronic applications of perovskite single crystals with diverse dimensions, including 0D perovskite QDs, 1D micro/nanowires arrays, 2D micro/nanoplates arrays and single-crystal films, and 3D micro/nanoscale single-crystal structures, providing guidelines for the application of integrated devices. To date, much literature has reported the fabrication of various perovskite single-crystal structures. However, it still lacks effective rationalization and a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between the structural characteristics and functional properties of the perovskite single crystals, which is of great significance for fabricating perovskite single crystals-based high-performance optoelectronic devices. In this review, we give a comprehensive overview of the synthesis of perovskite single crystals with diverse dimensions, including 0D perovskite quantum dots (QDs), 1D micro/nanowires, 2D micro/nanoplates and single-crystal thin films (SCTFs), and 3D micro/nanoscale single-crystal structures. The relationship between the dimensional structure and properties of the perovskite single crystals is discussed in detail. Dimensional requirements for different optoelectronic applications are systematically summarized. Finally, perspectives on remaining challenges and future opportunities are highlighted. The solution process of perovskite solar cells may lead to widespread defects in the device, causing severe nonradiative recombination and the loss of conversion efficiency. Herein, a strategy of embedding thiourea into perovskite to manipulate the crystallization process and passivate the defects simultaneously is demonstrated. A competitive crystallization mechanism by embedding thiourea into perovskite has been proposed for the improvement of morphology and crystallinity. The defects in the device have been dramatically decreased by the strong coordination of CS bond in thiourea with the undercoordinated Pb2+. Moreover, the bilateral affinity of thiourea to the SnO2 and perovskite can enhance the interface contact by the bridging bonding, which will release the residual stress of perovskite films. As a result, the thiourea‐embedding device achieves a power conversion efficiency over 24% and shows excellent storage and illumination stabilities. Even undergoing 3768 h storage, the maximum efficiency value of unencapsulated device keeps over 94%. In this Perspective, we review the recent advances in experimental, theoretical, and numerical investigations of drop impact dynamics on solid surfaces. The relevant theoretical models and numerical methods, such as the wetting transition models and the volume-of-fluid method, are briefly described. The influences of key factors on the drop impact dynamics, and the underlying mechanisms of forces and energies, are examined. Especially, we analyze the contact time for a drop impacting on a solid surface and discuss the effective strategies to tune the dynamic impact behavior. The design principles of functional surfaces and some typical applications are also discussed. Finally, Perspectives are given on future development of the drop impact dynamics and its potential applications in diverse engineering fields. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Defects at the interfaces of perovskite (PVK) thin films are the main factors responsible for instability and low photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) of PVK solar cells (PSCs). Here, a SnO2‐MXene composite electron transport layer (ETL) is used in PSCs to improve interfacial contact and passivate defects at the SnO2/perovskite interface. The introduced MXene regulates SnO2 dispersion and induces a vertical growth of PVK. The lattice matching of MXene and perovskite suppresses the concentration of interfacial stress, thereby obtaining a perovskite film with low defects. Compared with SnO2‐based device, the PCE of SnO2‐MXene‐based device is improved by 15 % and its short‐circuit current is up to 25.07 mA cm−2. Furthermore, unencapsulated device maintained about 90 % of its initial efficiency even after 500 h of storage at 30–40 % relative humidity in ambient air. The composite ETL strategy provides a route to engineer interfacial passivation between metal halide perovskites and ETLs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
