Background: Inclusion schools are educational services provided to children with special needs in obtaining a proper education. In the implementation of inclusive schools, children with special needs learn together with normal children and are served like normal children and treated like normal children. Objective: The purpose of this literature review is to find out how children with special needs learn in inclusive schools. Method: The research method used is a literature review by looking at various literature on the learning process, children with special needs, and inclusion schools Results: The results of the literature review show that the learning of children with special needs in schools is carried out by teachers with sufficient competence to serve children with special needs and normal children at one time. Teachers understand the characteristics in the form of the nature of students' strengths and weaknesses with various learning strategies and methods. Conclusion: Inclusion schools are organized as regular schools, but accept children with special needs as learners by providing a system of educational services tailored to the needs of both normal learners and students with special needs through curriculum adjustments, strategies or learning methods, assessment, and preparation of infrastructure.

Inclusive education ensures that students with mental and physical disabilities have equal access to regular schooling alongside their peers. Inclusive education aims to reduce prejudice toward children with disabilities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the planning, procurement, and maintenance of SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung's facilities and infrastructure. A descriptive qualitative method was adopted in this study, and data were collected from the school principal, vice-principal for student affairs, vice-principal for curriculum and academic affairs, vice-principal for facilities and infrastructure, vice-principal for public relations, school teachers, students' parents, students, and stakeholders. Observation, interviews, and document studies were used to collect data. The findings indicated that the provisions were used to procure and maintain the school's facilities and infrastructure. Routine, periodic, preventive, and repressive maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is performed, with procurement of facilities and infrastructure occurring once a year. Finally, the procurement and maintenance of infrastructure at the school under investigation were carried out in accordance with the plan established under existing provisions. Schools must maintain the quality of their facilities and infrastructure in order to remain operational.

The implementation of inclusive education is a form of equal educational services between children who have special needs and regular children carried out in public schools. Therefore, inclusive education provider schools should be implemented properly which includes institutional, student, workforce, infrastructure, parental participation, and financing purposes. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain an overview of the implementation of inclusive education programs in Lampung Province. The research method used was a descriptive survey with the principal respondent. Data collection by purposive sampling, instruments in the form of closed and open questionnaires to obtain free answers from participants. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that in general inclusive education in Lampung Province did not meet the requirements of the implementation of inclusive schools in accordance with the Law on Inclusion Schools, especially related to the still low role of parents of students with special needs, the unavailability of special assistant teachers, and the unmet fulfillment of facilities and adequate infrastructure.

In recent years, extensive research has been conducted on the management of inclusive education. Globally, ensuring equal educational opportunity for all continues to be a significant challenge, and inclusive education continues to be a complex issue. In regard to inclusive education, teachers’ perception, to our knowledge, is surprisingly understudied in the Indonesian context. Therefore, this paper aimed to investigate teachers’ perceptions of inclusive education in Indonesia. This study, which enrolled a total of 157 teachers as research subjects, adopted a quantitative approach and collected data via a questionnaire. The collected data were descriptively analysed through descriptive statistics, which was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 for Windows, summarising responses of participants to the questionnaire items. The findings indicate that this current study has finally unravelled teachers’ perceptions of inclusive education in Indonesia. They have a positive perception of inclusive education regardless of their demographic backgrounds. The findings also imply that it is crucial to continue and expand teacher education as inclusive education is still in its infancy. Professional development for teachers to improve their knowledge of inclusive education, benefiting all students, is required. Suggestions with recommendations for future research are also discussed.

Pancasila plays an important role in responding to the times because the basic values of Pancasila can be developed in the life of the Indonesian nation. Pancasila is the basis of the Republic of Indonesia which is used as a reference in the nation and state. Pancasila as the foundation of nationality and state administration can be used as a solution to solve complex problems in terms of economic, social, political, cultural, educational, defense and security dimensions. The actualization of Pancasila values needs to be socialized, internalized and strengthened in its implementation, in the practice of national and state life by strengthening the character of the nation's generation in participating in building public understanding of national awareness. The Indonesian state needs a leader who can carry out his vision based on the values of Pancasila as a unifying tool for the nation. The values contained in the Pancasila ideology can be used as the basis for Indonesian education leadership. The values contained in Pancasila, whether God, Humanity, Unity, Consensus, and Justice, must be practiced and applied in the life of the nation, state and society in order to achieve the goals of education in Indonesia. Pancasila-characterized leadership will be able to guide the community towards the ideals of the state, and can be an intermediary in uniting the nation, and instilling the values of Pancasila in the Indonesian people.

The current research aimed to analyze and determine the effect of principal managerial ability and teacher performance on the quality of senior high school in Way Kanan regency. This research is quantitative using a descriptive verification method with a cluster random sampling technique with a sample of 235 teachers of Way Kanan regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed through multiple equation regression with the help of SPSS Statistics 17 software and then interpreted. The results of this study indicate that there was an influence of principal managerial ability on school quality by 63.7%. In addition, there was an influence of teacher performance on school quality by 58.6%, and finally there was an effect of principal managerial ability and teacher performance on school quality by 68.2%. The implications of the current findings are also discussed.

The importance of the principal's strategies in realizing adiwiyata school (also called green school) drawn the author's interest in conducting a literature review. Environmental thoughtfulness is a mutual awareness and responsibility for every human being. Efforts are required for human to realize environmentally-thoughtful behavior. In the world of education, environmentally thoughtful behavior is applied at the adiwiyata school which is an environmental-based educational institution. As the school's highest leader, the principal is expected to have a plan in place to carry out a program. The research method used is literature review. The goal of this literature review is to obtain a theoretical foundation that can be used to support problem solving in relation to the principal's strategies in realizing adiwiyata schools. The result of the study on the principal's strategies indicate that the principal's strategies have an impact on the program's succession. The principal is in charge of carrying out management functions such as planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the program.

Pendekatan intervensi managemen nutrisi menjadi salah satu program utama yang diharapkan mampu menurunkan kasus stunting di seluruh dunia khususnya Indonesia. Pengelolaan gizi ibu juga dapat dimulai sejak remaja karena status kesehatan seorang ibu didapatkan berkaitan dengan status gizinya di masa remaja. Sehingga peningkatan pemahaman dan perilaku remaja putri mengenai gizi seimbang khususnya dalam periode 1000 Hari Pertamaa Kehidupan (HPK) dapat mengoptimalkan penurunan kasus stunting. Model Pemberdayaan Masyarakat pada kelompok remaja putri melalui KOMSI ini dikembangan dengan tahapan pembentukan komunitas dengan kerjasama dengan pamong desa dan karang taruna Desa Negeri Katon, Pesawaran. Dilanjutkan dengan edukasi dan penyuluhan, edukasi dan focus group discussion untuk mengevaluasi pengetahuan, model KOMSI sekaligus menyusun formatur KOMSI. Hasil pretset edukasi dan penyuluhan menunjukkan 37% dengan nilai pengetahuan yang cukup dan 63% pengetahuan kurang dari 35 peserta remaja putri yang berusia antara 14 sampai 21 tahun. Hasil pengamatan post test, diketahui bahwa 11% peserta pengetahuan yanga masih kurang walau secara skoring terjadi peningkatan, 60% telah memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup dan 29% sangat baik. KOMSI dengan formatur ketua, sekeretaris, bendahara dan humas, melakukan koordinasi dengan pamong desa dan pamong Kecamatan Negeri Katon untuk mendapat arahan dan koordinasi bentuk kegiatan terkait kesehatan yang akan melibatkan KOMSI sebagai edukator kesehatan yang membantu berperan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya di Kecamatan Negeri Katon, Pesawaran.

ABSTRACT: The principal as an educational leader in school institutions has an important role in advancing the educational institutions he leads. The success or failure of educational institutions is strongly influenced by the ability of the principal as a leader to be able to carry out his duties, one of which is helping teachers in improving their performance. Purpose: The principal's job is very essential and governs the equal of student learning consequences. Principal performances are also in line with teachers' output and self-esteem. In this case, it can be said that the principal's working area creates a feeling of comfort for teachers. The principal performances create the feeling at home in encouraging teachers and employees to work in harmony with the rules and programs that have been delineated so that work output becomes great and pupil learning outcomes also upsurge. One of the teachers’ productivity can be seen from the teachers’ pedagogical proficiency. Pedagogical proficiency is a talent for understanding students and management of educational and dialogical learning. This study targets to determine in what way the impact of the principal’s performance on teachers’ pedagogical competence. Research Methodology: The method used is the method of search and review. The review process starts with the search engine, Google scholar and reviewing related articles about principal performance and teachers’ pedagogical competence. Results: The results from 22 reviewed articles are that the role of the principal’s performance is very influential in affecting the teacher's pedagogical competence. Limitations: Since this study includes many cases, further research could include performing to analyze how principal performance could affect teacher pedagogical competence. This review aimed to determine the implementation of inclusive education in regular schools. The implementation of education in regular schools has many obstacles, including teachers’ lack of the ability to manage inclusive schools. Teachers in this case are an important part of schools to run programs smoothly because teachers communicate directly with students in need. Students, knowledge, skills and experience of teachers determine how well inclusive programs are run in schools, especially in the classroom. To achieve that, teachers need to have several trainings to help them prepare and carry out their plans properly. An e-literature search was conducted to identify articles published from 2015 to 2021 on the steps needed to optimize teacher skills to achieve a good inclusive environment. The electronic database used is Google Scholar. This study used review. Based on the articles reviewed, it was found that the implementation of inclusive education in regular schools was done by improving the skills of teachers through co-teaching training. Apart from teachers, schools and parents were provided with sufficient information about inclusive programs and how to do them. The seven articles' findings were reviewed by the researchers, and indicate that several things must be done in the implementation of inclusive education in public schools. The teacher is the main concern in inclusive learning because the teacher is a school device that interacts directly with students and at the same time provides teaching to students in the classroom.

This study aimed to describe principals' managerial skills in the development of School-Based Management (SBM). The method used in this study was a literature review. The results and discussion of the study, namely the principal's managerial skills, include; Technical skills (technical abilities), human skills (human relations abilities), and conceptual skills (conceptual abilities), which are implemented in school-based management with components of curriculum management and teaching programs, education staff, student affairs, finance, educational facilities and infrastructure, management of school and community relations, and special services for institutions. The importance of situational leadership practices in schools is interesting to study. The purpose of this literature review is to analyze situational leadership practices in schools. The articles used in this literature review are articles obtained using the “Google Scholar” database by entering the keyword "situational leadership". There are several literature reviews on situational leadership in schools that were found. This study aims to determine: (1) the context of the implementation of the school literacy movement program, (2) input on the implementation of the school literacy movement program, (3) the process of implementing the school literacy movement program, and (4) the product of the implementation of the school literacy movement program at SMA IT Baitul Jannah Bandar Lampung. The design of this study is an evaluation study using the Evaluation Model (CIPP) Context Input Process and Product. Data collection was carried out by interview, documentation, and observation techniques. The results showed that: (1) the context of the School Literacy Movement program at SMA IT Baitul Jannah Bandar Lampung was carried out in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Education number 23 of 2015 concerning ethics which is classified as increasing student knowledge, student character, and student interest in reading, (2) input of the School Literacy Movement program in program scheduling, program funding and supporting facilities and infrastructure are classified as being in accordance with needs, (3) the School Literacy Movement program process has been carried out according to the plan but there are obstacles faced, namely in the form of not optimal socialization to students, lack of student motivation, and low student interest in reading, teachers have not received training related to literacy programs, teachers' views that School Literacy Movement interferes with class hours, and implementation time is still lacking. (4) the School Literacy Movement program product is in accordance with the objectives but there are still things that need to be improved, so the School Literacy Movement program at Baitul Jannah IT High School needs to be continued at the stage and in the following year with some improvements and some things that need to be improved. &nbsp

Any improvement effort made without the support of quality teacher performance will not possibly work well to help enhance high-quality education. High teacher performance is influenced by many factors. Theoretically, one important factor is principal managerial competency. However, how this factor influences teacher performance is under-researched, particularly in Bandar Lampung schools. This study aimed at investigating the influence of principal managerial competence on teacher performance in public vocational high schools in Bandar Lampung. This study used a quantitative research design, using a questionnaire of which its validity and reliability were ensured before data collection. The samples of the research were 88 teachers from nine vocational high schools in Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province, Indonesia. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple regression, with the help of SPSS version 24. Results showed that principal managerial competence positively and significantly influenced teacher performance in public vocational high schools in Bandar Lampung. This study recommends the whole stakeholders to pay more attention and to evaluate the principals’ performance.

This article aims to find how human resource management based on literature review from previous research from several countries around the world. This article uses search and review methods, where the review process began with a search engine, Google scholar, to search articles with keywords. The authors found the scope of the reviewed articles was still limited so it needs to be followed up related to human resource management. Result of the review show that human resource can run optimally if they apply good management. The research about this topic is limited and this article is a literature review, so further research needs to be done related to human resource management and to include other data collection methods including interview and questionnaire. The theoretical benefit of this article is to add knowledge about human resource management and the practical benefit is as an information for further research.

The importance of transition and adjustment of students in the first year is interesting to study, and this paper examines the role of campus dormitories in assisting first year students in their transition and adjustment. There are several articles on reviews of transitions and adjustment of first-year students to be found. The purpose of this review is to find out the role of dormitories in the transition and adjustment period of first year students. Based on the results of a literature review, we found that campus dormitories can help students in transitioning and adjusting to their first year.

Tujuan khusus yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah mewujudkan sekolah ramah anak(SRA) dan meningkatkan pemahaman pemanfaatan inflastruktur, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pendidikan, menciptakan lingkungan belajar di sekolahyang aman, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta sarana dan prasarana yang aman di SD Negeri 5 Sumur Pulau Harimau Kabupaten Lampung Sealatan. Strategi yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah sesuai misi yang tertuang dalam Rencana Pengembangan infrastruktur SD Negeri 5 Sumur Pulau Harimau Kabupaten Lampung Sealatan. yaitu; menggalakan sekolah aman dan budaya belajar berbasis kearifan lokal serta lingkungan yang aman bagi anak, bersih, asri, sejuk, rimbun, indah, nyaman, penyediaan fasilitas bagi kelompok belajar, meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, penugasan, praktik, diskusi kelompok, dan pendampingan dalam mewujudkan Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 5 Sumur Pulau Harimau Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dengan sasaran peserta warga sekolah (Kepala Sekolah, pengawas, guru, komite sekolah, orang tua, peserta didik, penjaga sekolah dan pengelola kantin). Hasil Kegiatan adanya peningkatan aspek pengetahuan sebesar 66,24 % menunjukan kegiatan Berhasil. Aspek Sikap sebesar 73,3% menunjukkan kegiatan Bermanfaat.

This study was conducted to reveal: 1) The role of the Principal in Learning Preparation to enhance teacher success as an Instructional Supervisor. 2) The role of the Principal in integrating learning to increase success as an Instructional Supervisor. 3) The role of the Principal in Learning Assessment to enhance teacher efficiency as an Instructional Supervisor. The role of the Principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance at SDIT BaitulJannah has been well achieved from the results of the study but needs to be improved again. The Principal has done his best to guide, direct, design, inspire, assess, and maintain good ties from within and outside the school. However, there were some hurdles, including the short-term supervision of all teachers. While support is required, namely the teachers' willingness to obtain guidance from SDIT Principal BaitulJannah, active involvement of students in school activities, help from superiors, and good relations between school members.
