This study aimed to investigate the sexual behaviors among working children and the associated factors. This cross-sectional study was conducted on a sample of 1937 working children in the 10–18 age range in 15 provincial capitals in 2019–20 (Feb–May); the Response rate was 94.9%. Univariate and multivariable logistic regression was used to examine the variable of sexual behaviors. Adjusted odds ratios (AOR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) are reported. The prevalence of sexual behaviors in working children was 4.2%. The results showed a significant difference between those who reported sexual behaviors and those who did not in terms of age, identity document (ID), running away from home, alcohol use, and substance use. There was a statistically significant relationship between fathers' unemployment and sexual behaviors among working children. Furthermore, we found that having divorced parents could increase the odds of sexual behaviors by 3.74 times. The findings showed that related welfare and support organizations should design and implement effective and continuous training and interventions to raise awareness and reduce the prevalence of high-risk sexual behaviors in working children. The purpose of this study is to describe vocabulary in the variation of slang language used by street children in Ajibarang Cit Park Area and the form of sentences on the use of slang language variations in street children in the Ajibarang City Park Area. This study employed qualitative methods. Sources of data in this study were notes and recordings obtained from interviews with groups of street children. The data were collected by using the method of listening, taking note, recording and interviewing street children in the Ajibarang City Park area. Data collection was carried out on 20-21 June 2021 in the Ajibarang City Park Area, by interviewing several street children who were in the area. The results of the study found 12 vocabularies of slang variations used by street children in the Taman Kota Ajibarang area, including: Gaber, Bacot, Cod, Gas, Oi oi, Sebats, Gercep, Al men, Cok, Badog, Dog, Komuk and sentences from the results of research on variations of slang by street children in Ajibarang City Park.

Sokakta yaşayan ya da çalışan çocuklar şiddet,ihmal ve istismar, kazalar, madde bağımlılığı, eğitim hakkından yararlanamama, sokaktaki suçlu gruplarınakatılma, zihinsel ve fiziksel gelişimde gerilemeler, psikolojik ve sosyal sorunlar yaşamaya maruz kalmaktadır.Hemşireler çocukla karşılaşan ilk kişiler olmaları nedeniyle önemli role sahiptirler. Halk sağlığı, okul sağlığı,pediatri hemşireleri savunmasız konumda olan bu çocukların bakımı, takibi, sağlığının korunması, barınmave eğitim gibi gereksinimlerinin karşılanmasında, riskli davranışların müdahalesinde anahtar role sahiptirler.Pediatri hemşireleri sokakta yaşayan ya da çalışan çocuklar olgusunda, bakım verici ve sağlığı koruyucu, eğitici, savunucu ve karar alıcı, danışmanlık, iletişim ve iş birliği gibi birçok rolünü aynı anda gerçekleştirmektedir.Bu derlemede sokakta yaşayan ya da çalışan çocukların gün geçtikçe artan sorunlarına, hemşirelik yaklaşımlarına ve pediatri hemşiresinin rollerine yer verilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Background: The research series on street children are carried out in major cities by neglecting the rapidly developing small cities experiencing widespread urbanization. Unfortunately, there is lack of research-based evidences in field of mental health status and quality of life of street children. Aim & Objective: The study aimed to study the pattern of substance abuse & their correlates among street children and to assess the 'quality of life' among street children. Material & Methods: A sample of 145 street children of 13-18 years were enrolled by purposive sampling from January 2017 - June 2018 in Market places, Railway station, Bus depot etc. Subjects were searched at known hotspots in Etawah, and further sample was covered using snowball sampling. Information was gathered using predesigned and pre-structured questionnaire, along with WHOQOLBREF and Adolescent Alcohol and Drug Involvement Scale questionnaire. Results: Average Quality of life was tested using t test and ANOVA. Most of the street children 55% were aged between 13-15 years, 65 % had attended school for at least one year. Quality of life showed higher Physical health. Street living children had less psychological health score (30.3±7.1). Prevalence of drug abuse was 54%, while tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, inhalants, were the drugs consumed. Conclusion: Psychological health was more affected.
