I-Kelahiran (Inovasi-Kelahiran) is a health informatics system that manages birth and immunisation data, developed and implemented in Sabah to address birth discrepancy, delayed reporting of high risk pregnancy and immunization coverage. This study aims to evaluate the conceptual framework & the factors that determine the information system success of I-Kelahiran among the nurses in Sabah State Health Department. It was a cross-sectional web-based study, conducted in 21 hospitals and 292 health clinics. A total of 1200 nurses participated, with a mean age of 31.96 years (SD=7.761) and majority of them were community nurses. About 93.8% of them had good computer literacy. Individual Impact (p=0.011) and Organizational Impact (p=0.0019) were seen to have significant association towards the nurses place of work and computer literacy had significant association towards organizational impact (p=0.046). A Structural equation modelling indicated that only perceived ease of use & importance of system are good predictors in outcome evaluation of I-Kelahiran while Individual Impact & Effectiveness are good domains to measure the overall outcome of I-Kelahiran (Chi-Square/df=2.850, CFI= 0.991, TLI= 0.989, RMSEA= 0.939). Future study is needed to study the complex external factors that lead to this information success model in Malaysia.

In recent years, the research of phenylethynylcopper (PhC2Cu) in photocatalysis has attracted immense attention. However, its synthesis requires two steps extending over 9 days. In this paper, the successful preparation of PhC2Cu nanowires is reported using a highly rapid and facile one-step method directly using copper acetate and phenylacetylene as raw materials and ascorbic acid as reducing agent. The kinetic studies indicated that the synthetic reaction follows a pseudo-second-order equation through electrical conductivity. Comparative studies of the crystal structures, morphologies, and optical properties of PhC2Cu prepared by the traditional two-step and the current one-step methods were conducted using XRD, SEM, UV–Vis Drs, FT-IR, Raman spectra, and photocurrent. Meanwhile, the PhC2Cu nanowires exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity to degrade methyl violet (MV) and glyphosate. This facile and rapid method dramatically improves the preparation efficiency of PhC2Cu, and the obtained PhC2Cu also shows higher photocatalytic activity. This remarkable progress enables the possibility of large-scale and efficient preparation of PhC2Cu with high photocatalytic activity, indicating their excellent application prospect in photocatalysis. A thermodynamic model is established to investigate the effects of internal stress in PbZrO3 (PZ) antiferroelectric (AFE) film on the barocaloric effect (BCE), electrocaloric effect (ECE), and energy storage properties. It is found that the internal stress can change the phase transition behaviors and free energy barriers among AFE, ferroelectric (FE), and paraelectric (PE) phases. For the BCE, it occurs only in the FE phase induced by stress or temperature. Under a certain temperature, the optimized negative and positive ECE can be obtained by controlling the internal stress and electric field. In addition, the switching electric field of the AFE→FE phase transition increases and causes a larger recoverable energy density with decreasing tensile stress. These results are analyzed and explained by tricritical points (3 cp) with different stresses, temperatures, and electric fields. Therefore, this thermodynamic model provides an effective route to optimize the BCE, ECE, and energy storage properties of PZ films. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Pb0.99Nb0.02(Zr0.85Sn0.13Ti0.02)O3 (PNZST) antiferroelectric (AFE) thick films are successfully deposited on silicon‐based Pt and LaNiO3 electrodes by a sol‐gel method. The coexistence of ferroelectric (FE) and AFE phases are revealed in PNZST films by XRD, electric‐induced hysteresis loops, dielectric, and leakage current properties. Comparing with PNZST/Pt film, larger recoverable energy density and efficiency are obtained in PNZST/LaNiO3 film due to the lower FE phase proportion. It is analyzed and demonstrated by a thermodynamic model of AFE and FE coexistence system. In addition, the fatigue behaviors of both AFE films are also affected by the proportion of the coexisting FE phase. PNZST/LaNiO3 film exhibits good fatigue resistance on energy storage even after 1010 switching cycles, which is attractive to pulsed power applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
