Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing outpatient clinic is an advanced nursing practice model characterized by the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) culture. Adhering to the principles of holistic view of TCM and nursing by syndrome differentiation, it aims to meet diversified health needs of patients by providing TCM nursing techniques, and plays a unique role in disease prevention and healthcare. It is a continuation of high-quality nursing and embodiment of patient-centered nursing service. The establishment of TCM nursing outpatient clinic is helpful to promote the psychical and mental health of patients, maintain harmonious nurse-patient relationship, promote the specialization and precision in nursing and better meet the health needs of population. This paper summarized the establishment and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing outpatient clinic, and provided reference for future improvement of TCM nursing outpatient clinic. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing clinic is an advanced nursing practice with Chinese characteristics. It takes the overall view of TCM and the principle, uses the characteristics of TCM nursing technology to meet the diversified health needs of patients, and plays a unique advantage in disease prevention and health care. TCM nursing clinic is able to improve patient satisfaction, broaden the scope of nursing services and enhance the professional level nursing. However, in the process of its development, there are also bottlenecks such as prescription right, inability to follow, and weak discipline development. The construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Inheritance Studio is effective to drive the development of disciplines, develop the inheritance of TCM nursing, and realize mutual promotion and mutual development. This article investigates the pricing of the correlation options under regime switching models with common jump risk. We assume that the values of model parameters are modulated by a continuous-time, finite-state, observable Markov chain which is used to describe the states of an economy. In addition, the common jump reflects the correlated jump risk between the underlying assets. According to the Fourier transform method, we first derive the semi-analytical pricing formula for the correlation options. Then, some hedging strategies such as Greek letters and minimum variance hedging strategies are offered. Finally, we provide numerical examples to illustrate the effects of the regime switching and the common jump risk on the correlation option price by using the fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm. This article investigates the optimal hedging problem of the European contingent claims written on non-tradable assets. We assume that the risky assets satisfy jump diffusion models with a common jump process which reflects the correlated jump risk. The non-tradable asset and jump risk lead to an incomplete financial market. Hence, the cross-hedging method will be used to reduce the potential risk of the contingent claims seller. First, we obtain an explicit closed-form solution for the locally risk-minimizing hedging strategies of the European contingent claims by using the Föllmer–Schweizer decomposition. Then, we consider the hedging for a European call option as a special case. The value of the European call option under the minimal martingale measure is derived by the Fourier transform method. Next, some semi-closed solution formulae of the locally risk-minimizing hedging strategies for the European call option are obtained. Finally, some numerical examples are provided to illustrate the sensitivities of the optimal hedging strategies. By comparing the optimal hedging strategies when the underlying asset is a non-tradable asset or a tradable asset, we find that the liquidity risk has a significant impact on the optimal hedging strategies. Consider a risk model in which X1,..., Xn are n potential losses from different risky assets at the terminal time, and θ1,...,θn are n discount factors over the period. In this paper, we establish some asymptotic formulas for the value at risk and conditional tail expectation of the total discounted loss Sn=∑i=1nθiXi of an investment portfolio. The present study was designed to systematically investigate the chemical profile differences between crude Anemarrhenae rhizoma (CAR) and salt-processed Anemarrhenae rhizoma (SAR). Ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QTOF-MS), coupled with multivariate statistical analysis was used for the discrimination of chemical profiles and the identification of the differentiation of the chemical constitutions of CAR and SAR. In addition, seven main constituents of CAR and SAR were simultaneously determined by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS) for analyzing the content variations. A total of 24 components were found to be the main contributors to the significant difference between CAR and SAR. The structures of the marker compounds were identified based on their chromatographic behaviors, intact precursor ions, and characteristic MS fragmentation patterns. The potential structural transformation mechanism of furostanol saponins during salt processing was explored. The results may provide a scientific foundation for deeply elucidating the processing mechanism of Anemarrhenae rhizoma. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
