Esta investigación, tiene como objetivo general, Determinar los principales factores que inciden en la protesta social violenta en la ciudad de Bogotá, mediante el análisis de algunas problemáticas sociales, utilizando la metodología cualitativa, el método documental y la técnica de recolección de datos, se lleva a cabo mediante el estudio bibliográfico. Con el desarrollo de esta investigación, se pudo determinar que la protesta se inicia como una respuesta de medidas socio-económicas que benefician a un grupo selecto de población y que por contraparte produce desventajas en clases trabajadoras, grupos indígenas, jóvenes, mujeres y minorías étnicas; la falta de apoyo a la educación pública, las fallas de un sistema de salud privatizado y el atropello social diario, dan como resultado un sentimiento de agobio, generando así la violencia de las protestas, la represión por parte del estado, y el propósito de arremeter contra la fuerza pública. The general objective of this research is to determine the main factors that influence violent social protest in the city of Bogotá, through the analysis of some social problems, the research methodology determined for this study, is the qualitative, the research method developed in this research is the descriptive one, and the data collection technique is carried out through the bibliographic study. Through this study it was possible to determine that the protest begins as a response of socio-economic measures that benefit a SELECT group OF THE POPULATION AND THAT IN THE COUNTERPART it produces disadvantages in working classes, indigenous groups, youth, women and ethnic minorities; the lack of support for public education, the failures of a privatized health system AND THE DAILY SOCIAL ATTACK, RESULT IN A FEELING OF AGOBIO WHICH ENDS UP BY VANDALS, THUS GENERATING the violence of the protests, the repression by the state, and the purpose of attacking the public force.

El outsourcing Business Process es un sector dedicado a la tercerización de unidades de negocio en empresas financieras, telecomunicaciones, entidades públicas entre otras, que busca maximizar la productividad de sus unidades internas no relacionadas con el Core del negocio. El Sector BPO ha tenido un crecimiento significativo en la industria de servicios en Colombia y en áreas macroeconómicas como el empleo, Producto Interno Bruto y IPC, además que representa una industria altamente relacionada con la innovación y tecnología de punta, lo cual es aprovechado para la exportación de servicios a nivel regional en Latinoamérica y en algunos países de Europa. Por consiguiente, el presente ensayo describe los componentes que hacen parte de los planes estratégicos empresariales que a nivel histórico han contribuido en la maximización de beneficios en el entorno macroeconómico, así mismo se identificaron los principales aportes cuantitativos de los planes estratégicos implementados por el sector BPO en Colombia. Por ejemplo, el 10% del empleo generado por la industria de servicios, es generada por las empresas que se dedican a la tercerización, finalmente, se exponen los resultados que a nivel monetario aportaron directamente en el producto interno bruto de Colombia. The BPO Sector has had significant growth in the service industry in Colombia and in macroeconomic areas such as employment, Gross Domestic Product and CPI, in addition to representing an industry highly related to innovation and cutting-edge technology, which is used for the export of services at a regional level in Latin America and in some European countries. Therefore, this essay describes the components that are part of the strategic business plans that historically have contributed to the maximization of benefits in the macroeconomic environment, likewise the main quantitative contributions of the strategic plans implemented by the BPO sector are identified. El presente trabajo de sistematización tiene como objetivo analizar cómo las herramientas TIC usadas como recurso complementario ayudan a fortalecer las habilidades comunicativas orales en inglés de un grupo universitario y un grupo de secundaria en entornos virtuales de aprendizaje. Esta práctica educativa busca que los estudiantes logren describir lugares turísticos y artefactos tecnológicos, atendiendo a tiempos verbales específicos del inglés. Su implementación se dió en dos fases: la primera se realizó sin TIC mediante el uso de libros de gramática y la segunda fue soportada mediante recursos tecnológicos dentro de un contexto totalmente virtual mediante plataformas como Zoom y Google Meets. Posterior a la implementación, se realizó una análisis, interpretación y reflexión, basados en los resultados observados y recogidos mediante instrumentos como encuestas, grabaciones de clase, observación por un tercero y diarios de campo; dicho ejercicio nos permitió evidenciar el mejoramiento en los estudiantes en cuanto a sus intervenciones orales dentro del aula virtual. Asimismo, nos permitió ratificar que el docente debe tener más iniciativa para adquirir experticia sobre la mediación de las TIC en el aprendizaje del inglés como también desarrollar prácticas de aula que no conviertan a la herramienta en el objeto de la sesión o distractor. Finalmente, se visibiliza una necesidad latente de realizar procesos de reflexión docente y obtener aprendizajes significativos que enriquezcan integralmente la enseñanza de la segunda lengua con ayuda de las diferentes herramientas multimediales.

La proliferación del caracol gigante africano (a. fulica) se ha convertido en una problemática de carácter zoonótico y ambiental para el territorio nacional. En el departamento del Tolima desde el año 2012 se ha evidenciado la presencia de a. fulica ocasionando diferentes afectaciones a cultivos y la depredación de especies endémicas. Por medio de una revisión bibliográfica se pretende evaluar y dar conocimiento sobre el estado del manejo y control del caracol africano en el municipio de Melgar Tolima, en el cual se ha datado de manera exponencial la proliferación de esta especie desde el año 2016. Así mismo se brindan mecanismos de articulación con diferentes entes regionales y territoriales para aunar esfuerzos en temas de erradicación y control en compañía de las comunidades. By means of a bibliographic review, the aim is to evaluate and give knowledge of the state of the management and control of the African snail in the municipality of Melgar Tolima, in which the proliferation of this species has been exponentially dated since 2016. Background: Plasmodium falciparum actin depolymerizing factor 1 (PfADF1) severs actin polymers without stable filament-binding, challenging current models for severing. Results: Cross-linking mass spectrometry of PfADF1 with filamentous actin reveals a novel binding interface required for severing. Conclusion: Filament severing by PfADF1 is via a previously unidentified binding interface. Significance: We propose an alternative mechanism for actin filament severing potentially used across eukaryotic cells., Actin depolymerizing factor (ADF)/cofilins are essential regulators of actin turnover in eukaryotic cells. These multifunctional proteins facilitate both stabilization and severing of filamentous (F)-actin in a concentration-dependent manner. At high concentrations ADF/cofilins bind stably to F-actin longitudinally between two adjacent actin protomers forming what is called a decorative interaction. Low densities of ADF/cofilins, in contrast, result in the optimal severing of the filament. To date, how these two contrasting modalities are achieved by the same protein remains uncertain. Here, we define the proximate amino acids between the actin filament and the malaria parasite ADF/cofilin, PfADF1 from Plasmodium falciparum. PfADF1 is unique among ADF/cofilins in being able to sever F-actin but do so without stable filament binding. Using chemical cross-linking and mass spectrometry (XL-MS) combined with structure reconstruction we describe a previously overlooked binding interface on the actin filament targeted by PfADF1. This site is distinct from the known binding site that defines decoration. Furthermore, total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy imaging of single actin filaments confirms that this novel low affinity site is required for F-actin severing. Exploring beyond malaria parasites, selective blocking of the decoration site with human cofilin (HsCOF1) using cytochalasin D increases its severing rate. HsCOF1 may therefore also use a decoration-independent site for filament severing. Thus our data suggest that a second, low affinity actin-binding site may be universally used by ADF/cofilins for actin filament severing.
