Background: Indonesia is home to approximately 400 active volcanoes located on three different tectonic plates, which put it at risk of natural disasters. Accordingly, healthcare in emergencies and disasters is of great importance in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aimed at describing nursing students’ experiences of nursing education in disaster nursing in a university in Indonesia. Materials and Methods: This qualitative content analysis with an inductive approach was conducted by semi-structured interviews with eight nursing students from a university in Indonesia. Results: One category, namely, “Being prepared for a natural disaster”, and three subcategories, namely, “Feeling prepared in nursing”, “Managing limitations in nursing education” and “Managing uncertainty in nursing”, were identified. Nursing students considered that theory in disaster nursing was valuable; however, they lacked reality-based education to feel be prepared to perform the required tasks as forthcoming nurses. Conclusion: Increased and repeated practical training using case studies in nursing education is important for improving nursing students’ preparedness in disaster nursing.

Conference: Annual European Congress of Rheumatology (EULAR) Location: Madrid, SPAIN Date: JUN 12-15, 2019 Background:The rate of back pain prevalence and its subsequent nega-tive psychological effects is quite high in mothers of disabled children.Family caregivers of children with a disability demonstrate higher degreesof chronic conditions and are more likely to engage in health risk behav-iors (1, 2).Objectives:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects ofhome exercise programs on mothers’back pain, relevant functional influ-ence and the depression level (3).Methods:Forty-two mothers aged 35,71±6,53 were included in this studywhom children were diagnoses with cerebral palsy. Back pain level ofthe mothers was measured with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), relevantfunctional disability was measured with Oswestry Disability index anddepression level was measured with Beck Depression Scale. Disabilitylevel of their children was measured with Gross Motor Function Classifi-cation System (GMFCS). Following the assessments, a home exerciseprogram consisting of Dynamic Lumbar Stabilization Exercises was givento mothers. They were asked to perform the exercises for three monthsand exercises were checked once in a month.Results:GMFCS average of the children was 3,35±1,57. There was asignificant difference in the pain level (VAS) changed from 4,90±2,67 to3,21±2,50 after the exercise (p=0,000). The difference between theOswestry Disability Index score before (13,92±8,32) and after the exercise(10,76±8.54) was statistically significant (p=0,001). Also there was a sig-nificant difference in the Beck Depression Scale score decreased from25,16±9,46 to 12,76±7,50 (p=0,009).Conclusion:Mothers with disabled children complain about back pain dur-ing activities such as caregiving their children (4). This study reveals thatback pain, relevant functional influence and depression could be reducedin mothers by perform recommended exercises regularly. El personaje literario a pesar de constituirse como un ente ficcional, está atado a ciertos factores externos que delimitan su padecer desde lo histórico, como sucede con los individuos y las circunstancias que rodean el mundo narrativo del escritor falconiano Agustín García (Cabure, 1892). Por ello, esta investigación busca analizar el ser histórico en el discurso narrativo del escritor local a través de sus cuentos y novelas más representativas, partiendo de aportes de autores como Ricoeur (1995-1996), White (1992) y Briceño Iragorry (1956). Podemos indicar que tanto los cuentos escritos por García como las novelas, encierran las nociones identitarias de seres que se han constituido en el espacio geográfico falconiano como residuos de épocas y circunstancias políticas - sociales forjadoras de lo histórico falconiano y, por lo tanto, de la construcción de lo que podemos denominar como venezolanidad. The literary character despite constituted as a fictional entity, is tied to external factors that limit their suffering from the historical, as with individuals and circumstances surrounding the narrative world of falconiano writer Agustin Garcia (Cabure, 1892). Therefore, this research seeks to analyze the historical narrative be in the local writer through his stories and most representative novels, based on contributions from authors like Ricoeur (1995-1996), White (1992) and Briceño Iragorry (1956). Die Krise der Philosophie, die Nietzsche diagnostiziert hat, ist eine Krise der Abstraktheit der Philosophie, einer Philosophie, die nicht mehr als existenziale Luft des Lebens und als existenziale Atmung des Menschen funktioniert. Für Nietzsche ist die Konkretheit als Begriff im Verhältnis mit der wirklichen Lebenswelt des Menschen nicht bloß die Diagnose der Krise des Lebens, sondern eine Philosophie der Heilung, die der Handlung eines Arztes entspricht. In Nietzsches Philosophie als Gesundheitsphilosophie wird die Krankheit als eine Chance bestimmt, wieder gesund werden zu können. Das heißt, die Krankheit ist ein wichtiger Grund für die Hoffnung auf Gesundheit und die Gesundheit ist eine wichtige Antwort auf den Sinn der Krankheit. The Crisis of Philosophy that Nietzsche has diagnosed, is a Crisis of the Abstractness of Philosophy, a Philosophy that no longer functions as the existential air of Life and existential Breath of Humans. For Nietzsche the Concreteness as understood as a Conceptual unit is in Proportion with the real Life and World of Humans not only the diagnosis of the Crisis of Life, but a Philosophy of Healing, which corresponds to the Cure of a Doctor. In Nietzsche''s Philosophy as a Philosophy of Health the disease is determined as a chance to be Healthy once more. Disease is an important reason for the Hope of Health and Health is an important Response to the sense of the disease.

Bakgrund: Hjärtsvikt är idag en av våra folksjukdomar och tros öka i framtiden. Det är ett kroniskt tillstånd som karaktäriseras av flera olika symtom så som dyspné och andfåddhet. Den vanligaste orsaken till hjärtsvikt är ischemisk hjärtsjukdom som utgör 50-75% av all hjärtsvikt. New York Heart Association Functional Classification är en funktionsklassificering som är baserat på patientens egna upplevelser av sjukdomen och är graderad från I-IV. Att lida av en kronisk sjukdom kan innebära flera olika former av lidande som till exempel sjukdoms-, livs- och vårdlidande. Syfte: Att beskriva patienters upplevelser av hur hjärtsvikt och dess symtom påverkar det dagliga livet. Metod: Litteraturbaserad studie som är grundad på elva vetenskapliga artiklar. Resultat: Hjärtsvikt påverkar hela människan både psykiskt och fysiskt i det dagliga livet. Livet blir begränsat på grund av de somatiska symtomen där även emotionella svårigheter blir tydliga. Att inte längre kunna utföra dagliga rutiner och delta i aktiviteter leder till en känsla av isolering och försämrad livskvalité. Slutsats: Hjärtsvikt har en tydlig påverkan i patientens dagliga liv där kroppen konstant är under förändring. Detta leder till en okänd upplevelse där framtiden för patienten är oförutsägbar. Hjärtsvikt är ett tillstånd där hela människan bör beaktas för att kunna lindra lidande. Background: Heart failure is currently one of the major diseases and is believed to increase in the future. It is a chronic condition characterized by multiple symptoms such as dyspnea and shortness of breath. The most common cause of heart failure are ischemic heart disease, which constitutes 50-75% of all heart failure. New York Heart Association Functional Classification is a classification function which is based on the patient's own experience of the disease and are graded from I to IV. A chronic disease can cause suffering of disease, suffering of life and suffering of care. Aim: To describe patients' experiences of how heart failure and its symptoms affect daily life. Method: A literature-based study, in which the result is based on eleven scientific articles. Results: Heart failure affects the whole person, both mentally and physically in daily life. Life becomes limited because of the somatic symptoms and emotional difficulties is also known. The feeling of isolation becomes evident when the patient cannot participate in activities. Quality of life deteriorates when the daily routines can no longer be performed. Conclusion: Heart failure has a clear impact in the patient's daily life in which the body is constantly changing. This leads to an unknown experience where the future is unpredictable. Heart failure is a condition where the whole person should be considered in order to alleviate suffering.

In recent years there has been increased intimate partner violence (IPV) toward women. Research on the care provided to victims of IPV is limited. The purpose of the study was to gain a deeper understanding of women’s lived experience of IPV and their encounters with healthcare professionals, social workers, and the police following IPV. A phenomenological hermeneutic method inspired by the philosophy of Paul Ricoeur was used. The method is based on text interpretation and gives voice to women’s lived experience. Twelve women living at a women’s shelter in Sweden narrated their IPV experiences. The study revealed that the women experienced retraumatization, uncaring behaviors, and unendurable suffering during their encounter with healthcare professionals. They were disappointed, dismayed, and saddened by the lack of support, care, and empathy. Nurses and other healthcare professionals must understand and detect signs of IPV as well as provide adequate care, as these women are vulnerable. IPV victims need to feel that they can trust healthcare professionals. When someone becomes seriously ill from cancer their relatives experience a great suffering from observing the changes in their loved ones as a result of the disease. They felt that they did not receive the support and information they needed to process their difficult lives.It also emerged that the relatives didn’t think the nursing staff treated and saw the family as a whole. The purpose of the study was to describe the suffering of families, as they experienced that during the final stages of a cancer patient's life. An inductive, manifest, content analysis has been carried out in five autobiographies written by relatives of patients, who had died as a result of cancer. Biographies were reviewed by the Graneheim and Lundman's method of analysis. We used Katie Eriksson’s scientific theories of care regarding suffering as a theoretical framework. The result has collected material presented in three categories: fear, sadness, and frustration which mirrors the suffering of relatives in these books. The results showed that the relatives denied the disease's existence, experienced a fear of the disease symptoms, death, and a future without the patient. The relatives describe the grief that they felt about the prospect of being left alone, about the patient's deterioration, and of not being seen as individuals. Finally the relatives describe the frustration they feel over the panic, stress, fatigue and anger that they experience in the end of the patients life. När någon blir svårt sjuk i cancer upplever dess anhöriga ett stort lidande över att se sin närmaste förändras till följd av sjukdomen. De upplevde att de inte fick det stöd och den information som de behövde för att hantera sin svåra livssituation. Det framkom också att anhöriga inte tyckte vårdpersonalen såg och vårdade familjen som en helhet. Syftet med examensarbetet var därför att beskriva anhörigas lidande så som de upplever det under den sista tiden av den cancersjuka patientens liv. En induktiv manifest innehållsanalys har genomförts på fem självbiografier skrivna av anhöriga till patienter som avlider till följd av cancer. Biografierna granskades med Graneheim och Lundmans analysmetod. Som teoretisk referensram används Erikssons vårdvetenskapliga teorier om lidande. I resultatet har insamlat material redovisats i tre kategorier; rädsla, sorg och frustration som speglar de anhörigas lidande i böckerna. Resultatet visar att de anhöriga förnekar sjukdomens existens och upplever en rädsla över sjukdomens symtom, döden och en framtid utan patienten. De anhöriga beskriver den sorg de upplever över att bli lämnade ensamma, över patientens försämring och över att inte bli sedda som individer. Slutligen beskriver anhöriga en frustration över den förtvivlan, panik, stress, trötthet och vrede som de upplever under sista tiden patienten finns i livet.

He criticizes the hermeneutic implicit in Weinandy's interpretation of 1 Samuel 15, and proposes an alternative approach. Moreover, he criticizes Weinandy's appeal to agreement among the church fathers (based on a non-representative selection) and his appeal to the doctrine of the Trinity (based on a most speculative, but insuffciently warranted interpretation of this doctrine).
