Las lesiones son comunes entre los jugadores de fútbol y los factores de riesgo han sido bien documentados en la literatura. Esto se debe a que el fútbol es un deporte de alta intensidad que se practica de forma repetitiva, como saltar, correr y tocar a los oponentes cuando están cansados. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo desarrollar un modelo de calentamiento para jugadores de fútbol después de una lesión de tobillo. Este tipo de investigación fue I+D utilizando el método de Borg & Gall. El diseño del ensayo incluyó dos etapas, a saber, pruebas de viabilidad y pruebas de eficacia. Para realizar la prueba de viabilidad, se seleccionaron 7 jugadores de fútbol mediante muestreo intencional, se llevó a cabo la prueba de viabilidad, luego se revisó y se continuó con la etapa de prueba de eficacia. La prueba de eficacia fue la prueba final realizada con 15 jugadores de fútbol. Con base en estos resultados, se declaró factible el desarrollo de un modelo de calentamiento para ser utilizado como actividad de calentamiento para atletas después de una lesión de tobillo. El modelo de calentamiento de tobillo posterior a la lesión fue eficaz para reducir el dolor y mejorar la capacidad funcional, con un porcentaje de efectividad de reducción del dolor del 70,57 % y un porcentaje de aumento de la función del 23,24 %. The effectiveness test was the final stage trial conducted on 15 football players. Based on these results, the development of a warm-up model was declared feasible to be used as a warm-up activity for athletes after an ankle injury. The post-injury ankle warm-up model was effective in reducing pain and improving functional ability, with a percentage effectiveness of pain reduction of 70.57% and a percentage increase in function of 23.24%. Based on the results of the data obtained from the large-scale test and the effectiveness test, it can be concluded that the warm-up model for football players after ankle injury can reduce pain levels and improve functional abilities so that it can be accepted as a warm-up model that can be used to treat ankle injuries. Objetivo del estudio. Las habilidades motrices básicas de los niños son un aspecto importante de su desarrollo físico, cognitivo y social. Las habilidades motrices básicas incluyen una variedad de habilidades motrices necesarias para la vida diaria, como caminar, correr, saltar y controlar su cuerpo. Estas habilidades motrices básicas se desarrollan significativamente a medida que los niños crecen y se desarrollan. Este tipo de investigación es cuantitativa descriptiva con una encuesta. La muestra en este estudio fueron los 30 niños del Distrito de Ujungbatu y todos fueron tomados para convertirse en muestras de investigación, por lo que se denominó muestra total . Los datos se recogieron utilizando el Instrumento TGMD-2 y luego se procesaron utilizando la fórmula de porcentaje. Resultados. Los resultados de la investigación son: (1) La capacidad locomotora media de los niños del distrito de Ujungbatu se clasifica como 46,67 "Media". (2) La capacidad media de control de objetos de los niños del distrito de Ujungbatu se clasifica en 36,67 "Media". The low score of football passing ability among students is a problem in this topic. Therefore, efforts to improve the quality of the learning process are an effort to increase students' mastery of football passing abilities through teaching methods of philanesia and parts by first looking at students' motor skills. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of teaching methods and motor skills on passing ability in soccer games. The design used in this research is an experimental method using a 2x2 factorial design. The research subjects were FIK UNP students, using a cluster random sampling technique so that 24 students were sampled. Next, data analysis was assisted using the SPSS 26 application. The research results showed that the overall method and motor skills provided a significance value (0.000 < 0.05). Furthermore, the philanesia method and motor skills provide significance values (0.013 < 0.05). The results of the ANOVA test show a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. This data proves that there is a significant difference in the influence of the overall method and the philanesia method with low and high motor skills on the results of soccer passing ability. Based on these results, it can be concluded that both the overall method and the philanesia method with motor skills provide significant effectiveness in improving students' soccer passing ability. However, the football passing ability of the group of students who were opened using the overall method produced better results than the group of students who were opened using the philanesia method., La baja puntuación de la capacidad de pase de fútbol entre los estudiantes es un problema en este tema. Study purpose. Mastering the fundamentals of soccer is essential for skill development. Therefore, employing effective training techniques becomes crucial to enhance these fundamental soccer skills. This study aims to discern: (1) Variations in the impact of the 3 vs. 3 small-sided game method compared to the 6 vs. 6 small-sided game method on fundamental soccer skills; (2) Disparities in the impact of high and low VO2max levels on fundamental soccer skills; and (3) The repercussions of the interaction between the 3 vs. 3 small-sided game method and the 6 vs. 6 small-sided game method in conjunction with VO2max levels (high and low). Materials and Methods. A 2 x 2 factorial design was used for this experimental study methodology. 24 athletes, including 12 from the Sports Talent School (STS) West Sumatra football academy and 12 from the Indonesia Muda Soccer School, served as the research subjects. The Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Level 1 test is the tool used to measure VO2max. The "David Lee" competence test has been adopted as the yardstick for gauging fundamental soccer abilities. Two-way ANOVA was the method of data analysis employed, with a significance level of 0.05. Results. The study's findings are outlined as follows: (1) Indicated by a significance value of (p=0.009<0.05), there exists a disparity in the impact of training between the 3 vs. 3 small-sided game and the 6 vs. 6 small-sided game on fundamental soccer skills. With an average posttest difference of 1.69 seconds, the 3 vs. 3 small-sided game training approach proves superior to the 6 vs. 6 small-sided game method. (2) A significance value of (p=0.005<0.05) suggests a distinction in the effects of high and low VO2max levels on fundamental soccer skills. Displaying a posttest average difference of 6.23 seconds, higher VO2max levels are more advantageous than lower ones. Supporters in a football game are one of the encouraging factors for playing in a match. Having active and enthusiastic supporters can help build a positive atmosphere around the club. Research on social movements through the mobilization of resources of PSM club supporters in South Sulawesi to win the league can discuss two main dimensions: support for the football team and support for social movements. PSM club supporters can mobilize human resources by providing moral support, following and supporting the team in every match. This research uses qualitative research through in-depth interviews and analyzing data using grounded theory analysis techniques. The technique for taking informants uses purposive sampling. The informants in this research were 30 respondents. Our findings show that the victory of active and enthusiastic supporters can help build a positive atmosphere around the PSM Makassar club in the 2022/2023 League 1 competition, there is the formation of a social movement of supporters. Exercise prevalence in older adults often shows low levels, with a considerable portion of this demographic being physically inactive. Myriad studies have also depicted gender disparities in exercise prevalence, highlighting that men tend to engage in more physical activity compared to women. The primary objective of this research is to highlight sports health in older age, prevalence, and risk fac-tors through a systematic review. This research employs a systematic review method by searching reputable journal databases such as Science Direct and Pubmed. The inclusion criteria in this study were articles published in the last five years related to exercise in the elderly, addressing topics such as exercise prevalence, risk factors for exercise, physical activity participation, the health of the elderly, and barriers to exercise. The exclusion criteria in this study were articles published in non-reputable journals. The researchers selected and analyzed 16 articles meeting the inclusing criteria for this systematic review. For standard operations, this study follows the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) assessment. The research findings reveal that within the first group, various risk factors significantly impede exercise in older adults, including chronic health conditions such as heart disease and diabetes. In addition, factors such as lack of knowledge about the benefits of exercise, fear of injury, and social isolation contributed to reduced participation in physical activity. Furthermore, the findings with-in the second group underscore the significance of information that various exercises through health sports activities to support body health in old age. The results of the third group show that some treatments of sports health therapy are suitable for the elderly. Understanding these multifaceted factors is paramount to design effective interventions to increase sports participation in the elderly. Background and Study Aim. The development of throwing is one of the most important basic skills. This throwing skill is very important for elementary school-age children. Failure to master throwing skills will lead to an inability to learn new movements related to the transfer of learning movements that require throwing movements, such as in volleyball, badminton, table tennis, field tennis, and other sports. This study aims to analyze the development of shooting motion in elementary school students aged 6–11 years. Materials and Methods. This research is a quantitative study, and the research design conducted is cross-sectional. Totaling 244 students 112 boys and 132 girls. The shooting test is given, with each child getting 10 opportunities with 3 attempts before doing it. Used a size 5 basketball ball specifically for children. The data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS IMB Series 22. Descriptive statistics were used to see the development of shooting ability, and the Kruskall-Wallis non-parametric test was used to see differences between upper and lower class groups. Results. The results showed that boys have higher shooting mastery development than girls. Boys until the age of 8 years show an increase in the development of throwing ability; at the age of 9 years, there is a slight decrease in development; and at the ages of 9 years, 10 years, and 11 years, the development begins to increase again. Likewise with girls, their development is not much different and has increased linearly from the age of 6 years to 11 years. Conclusions. Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar el desarrollo del movimiento de lanzamiento en alumnos de primaria de entre 6 y 11 años. Materiales y métodos. Esta investigación es un estudio cuantitativo, y el diseño de investigación realizado es transversal. En total 244 alumnos 112 niños y 132 niñas. Se realiza el test de tiro, teniendo cada niño 10 oportunidades con 3 intentos antes de realizarlo. Se utilizó un balón de baloncesto tamaño 5 específico para niños. Los datos fueron analizados utilizando Microsoft Excel 2019 y SPSS IMB Serie 22. Se utilizaron estadísticas descriptivas para ver el desarrollo de la capacidad de tiro, y la prueba no paramétrica de Kruskall-Wallis para ver las diferencias entre los grupos de clase alta y baja. Resultados. Los resultados mostraron que los niños tienen un mayor desarrollo de la habilidad de lanzamiento que las niñas. Los chicos hasta la edad de 8 años muestran un incremento en el desarrollo de la habilidad de tiro; a la edad de 9 años, hay un ligero descenso en el desarrollo; y a las edades de 9 años, 10 años y 11 años, el desarrollo comienza a aumentar de nuevo. Del mismo modo con las niñas, su desarrollo no es muy diferente y ha aumentado linealmente desde los 6 años hasta los 11 años. Conclusiones. Basándonos en los resultados del estudio, se puede concluir que se demuestra claramente que la capacidad de realización de tiros de los niños de 6 a 11 años es diferente desde el punto de vista del desarrollo.

Purpose: This study shows that children with Autism Spectrum Disorder experience difficulties in communicating. Theoretical framework: This difficulty is in the form of limited syntactic complexity which has an impact on the low ability of autistic children to produce language, so that it will also have an impact on social life and the sustainability of autistic children's learning. This study investigates the language development of autistic children related to the provision of storytelling stimuli which are calculated using Mean Length of Utteranc. Design/Methodology/Approach: Study uses a descriptive qualitative research form with a case study approach. Findings: These findings indicate that based on observations of the syntactic production abilities of autistic children through Mean Length of Utterance, it can be seen that there are differences in children's language development, especially in the field of syntax before and after being given a fairy tale stimulus. Syntactic production of autistic children in 12 calculations showed a fluctuating graph, in contrast to the developmental conditions after being given a fairy tale stimulus, the subject experienced an increase which tended to be stable. Research, Practical & Social implications: Based on the fairy tale stimulus given, this type of fable is very appropriate and in great demand by children with mild category autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
