Panancangan Village is located in Cibadak Sub-District, Lebak District, Banten Province. Several village residents had professions as oyster mushroom farmers and the results of cultivating these mushrooms could provide residents with an income of IDR 11,000 per kilo. During initial observations, the community empowerment team found that there were two main problems. The first was environmental problem. The environment around the village office looked barren and the air around the village feels very hot during the day. The second was social problem. Lack of residents’ skills and knowledge in the fields of mushroom management and food packaging, product marketing, and entrepreneurship, causes farmers to only sell their mushrooms in raw form. The objectives of this community service are providing education to village residents to increase environmental conservation awareness and increasing social development through training and education. Method used is through training both non-practical and practical training in plant cultivation and oyster mushroom management, food packaging, marketing, and entrepreneurship. The evaluation results showed that the training was effective and provided positive benefits for environmental and social improvements.

Background: Waste management in Indonesia is an unresolved problem; factors such as inadequate facilities, ineffective management mechanisms, and community habits are the causes Purpose: This research aims to design solutions through application prototypes and business models that align with household waste management behavior, expectations, and problems. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses customer discovery and Lean Canvas methods, with 100 respondents at the problem test stage and 69 at the solution test stage. Findings/Result: The problem test showed that 86 percent of respondents experienced problems such as segregated waste being re-mixed during transportation, not having bins based on the type of waste, lack of frequency of waste transportation, far location of disposal sites, and inadequate disposal facilities. The solution is crafted by applying circular economy principles and packaged into an application that serves as a bridge between households facing waste management challenges and companies struggling to obtain quality recycling materials. Reclapan is an acronym for "Recycle Across the Planet for Nature." the name of the app reflects the concept of recycling as a global effort to maintain and restore the earth's natural conditions. Reclapan encourages creative and fun sorting actions with gamification features and rewards in the form of shopping vouchers and other features that can solve most household waste management problems. Conclusion: The "Reclapan" prototype was designed based on respondents' preferences and was considered more practical than current waste management practices. Given the positive response from respondents willing to use "Reclapan", it can be concluded that "Reclapan" effectively addresses the issue. Domyak art is an art that has two functions, namely, as a means of ritual and as a means of entertainment. This study aims to examine the inherited local wisdom values contained in domyak art. An Ethno pedagogy-based qualitative research method was used to describe the series of implementations. Ethno pedagogy is an educational approach that focuses on local wisdom and the importance of human relations through an educational perspective. This research focuses on Domyak art in Pasirangin Village, Darangdan, Purwakarta Regency, West Java. In Domyak art, some codes contain the use of signs which are then analyzed through Bloom's taxonomy theory to see the educational values contained therein. The results of this research find pedagogical values contained in Bloom's theory, namely cognitive, a mindset; effective, an attitude; and psychomotor, an action. Domyak itself means (ngadogdog and rampayak) playing dogdog music with dance to ask for rain in the dry season. There are values of sauyunan, silih asah silih asih slih asuh, sarendeuk saigel, ulah pahiri-hiri ulah pa aing-aing, and other attitudes that can be applied in socialising with the community. This research contributes to raising the pedagogical values in Domyak art connected with Bloom's taxonomy theory.

This research aims to examine the process in the Domyak Ritual and the values ​​contained therein, that can be integrated into character education in Indonesia’s schools. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with an ethno pedagogic approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were literature review, interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study can be explained, that the Domyak Ritual was born in 1920 and initially as a ritual ceremony requesting for rain. In the Domyak Ritual there are four parts, namely preparation, gending tatalu (activities hitting musical instruments), ngado’a (pray), and entertainment of various kinds of arts. The values ​​contained in the Domyak Ritual are an attitude of responsibility, always starting activities with prayer, always maintaining community harmony and always keeping oneself and the environment clean. Therefore, the values ​​contained in the Domyak Ritual are expected to be integrated into character education in schools.

One type of gamelan art that is developing in West Java is Gong Rénténg which used to be often used in sacred ceremonial activities. The sacredness built into the art is inseparable from the belief system adopted by the community as its supporting community. Gong Rénténg's whereabouts then and now are experiencing dynamics of change which are quite important to study, especially his journey which was stopped for various reasons. Stagnant regeneration factors, changes in people's perspectives due to changes in belief systems, as well as the influx of imported arts that continue to intrude on traditional art life, are some of the main reasons this art has experienced ups and downs in its life. The research carried out has the style of cultural research involving key informants as triggers to explore the depth of the material. There are three models of cultural research as approaches taken by researchers, including; Life Story models, Grounded Theory, and Personal Narrative. While the research method used still uses qualitative research by taking locations in two different areas, namely: (1) Ciwaru Village, Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency, and (2) Kedungsana Village, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency. In Ciwaru village, the object of research is the art of Gong Rénténg Pusaka Langgeng, while in the village of Kedungsana it is the art of Gong Rénténg Ki Muntili. The results of the research conducted obtained the following information: (1) The Gong Rénténg Pusaka Langgeng art still adheres to adat in a standard way even though the next generation continues to decrease, and (2) The Gong Rénténg Ki Muntili art does two ways to keep it alive, namely ritual ceremonies as part of ancestral traditions are carried out as well as the process of inheritance with new interpretations.

ABSTRAK Hasil prasurvey di MA Ma’arif 03 Seputih Banyak ditemukan permasalahan yaitu minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran saat mengajar materi biologi termasuk materi keanekaragaman hayati. Dalam proses pembelajaran, sumber belajar yang digunakan hanya fokus pada LKS dan siswa belum dihubungkan langsung dengan alam sekitar mereka. Sehingga menyebabkan beberapa siswa merasa kesulitan memahami materi yang disampaikan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis keanekaragaman hayati lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan flashcard berbasis keanekaragaman ikan air tawar di Sungai Sakti Buana sebagai media pembelajaran siswa SMA/MA. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Dari hasil validasi dan uji coba produk diperoleh nilai persentase masing-masing responden diantaranya yaitu ahli media sebesar 91,67%, ahli materi sebesar 90%, respons guru sebesar 90%, respons siswa sebesar 91,25%, dan semua hasilnya termasuk kategori “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh kedua validator dan hasil uji produk menunjukkan bahwa flashcard berbasis keanekaragaman ikan air tawar di Sungai Sakti Buana sebagai media pembelajaran siswa SMA/MA sangat layak digunakan. The development of learning media in the form of COVID-19 digital comics using Flip PDF Professional is based on the background that the learning media used by SMA Negeri 2 Sekampung teachers are still in the form of textbooks and powerpoints, and there are still many students who do not understand the virus and educational material related to COVID-19, so it is necessary to develop a learning media innovation in the form of COVID-19 digital comics to make learning fun and not boring by combining viral material. Comics were chosen because its presentations are interesting, simple and have a storyline which contains complex messages and information. It can be presented briefly and equipped with communicative language that is dialogic and easy to understand by readers. This study aims to develop a COVID-19 digital comic learning media for tenth grade senior high school students. The method used in this study is research and development with the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The results of product validation developed have been declared "very feasible" to be tested by validators, namely material expert validators and media experts, while the results of product trials developed have been declared "very good" by teachers and students, so that learning media in the form of digital comics can be used as an alternative learning media in the classroom.

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) have an important and strategic role in national economic development. This study aims to identify and analyze problems in the implementation of microfinance services for MSEs in Indonesia and develop a collaborative model involving relevant stakeholders, especially financial institutions and universities, to support microfinance and improve the performance of MSEs in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), utilizing data from FGDs, in-depth interviews, and observations. The results of the study show that financing constraints for MSEs can be seen from two perspectives, namely the MSEs themselves (demand side) and financial institutions (supply side). Collaborative models between various stakeholders, especially between financial institutions and universities, can be an alternative solution to strengthen access to microfinance services and improve the performance of micro and small businesses in Indonesia. In terms of transaction cost theory, universities can reduce the transaction costs of financial institutions through research, education, innovation, and partnerships with financial institutions. Therefore it can be concluded that collaboration between universities and financial institutions can make a valuable contribution to developing more efficient and cost-effective solutions in the financial industry, especially in increasing access to microfinance services and the performance of MSEs in Indonesia. Pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan bertujuan untuk mengenalkan formulasi pakan berbahan local pada ternak kelinci. Hal ini sejalan dengan dua tujuan Sustainable Development Goals mengenai kepastian pendidikan berkualitas yang layak dan inklusif serta mendorong kesempatan belajar seumur hidup bagi semua orang termasuk peternak dan menggalakkan pertanian yang berkelanjutan karena menggunakan bahan pakan lokal. Kegiatan berlangsung melalui empat tahapan yaitu pemberian wawasan tentang bahan pakan kelinci dan proses pembuatan pakan, focus group discussion dan perancangan pakan kelinci. Sebanyak 30 peternak mengikuti pelatihan pemberian wawasan dan satu peternak potensial diajak melakukan FGD. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kolaborasi peternak, pemrintah daerah dan akademisi untuk mengembangkan usaha peternakan kelinci masyarakat.

Kittens in their first four weeks are in their most critical period because they do not yet have the ability to thermoregulate their bodies, and it is still difficult for them to adapt to environmental temperatures. Due to this condition, veterinary clinics and cat-lover communities need facilities that can maintain a kitten’s body temperature within the normal range. One way to help in the care of these kittens is to use a special incubator for animals. Incubators are useful in situations where animals cannot control their body temperature conditions. The expected method to monitor the work system of the incubator is internet-based monitoring, as part of IoT (internet of things). Monitoring is very important for animal health workers and cat lovers in monitoring the temperature and humidity in the incubator using the internet, which allows monitoring to be carried out anytime and anywhere from a smartphone through the Blynk application. The purpose of this research is to create an IoT-based kitten incubator monitoring system through the blynk application so that the owner or nurse of the kitten can monitor in real time via a smartphone so that time efficiency can be improved, by using NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller with fuzzy logic method. The incubator can work automatically to regulate the temperature through lighting and air settings in it, with the applied temperature ranging from 26 degrees to 30 degrees Celsius.

Behavioural adaptation is a fundamental factor in thermal comfort. Clothing insulation, opening windows, and integrating cooling systems within buildings are key to ensuring thermal comfort while conserving energy. This study collected behavioural adaptation data from 3000 Indonesian adults who regularly worked indoors. The results indicate that the thermal acceptability is in a similar range for all groups separated by residence space type despite the dominant thermal conditioning measure in each group is different. Based on ISO 9920, the typical clothing ensembles were determined for each group, and their clo-values were estimated. Office workers tended to wear more garments than factory workers, while at home, people wear light clothes. Therefore, the estimated clo-value in home are much lower compare to the workplaces clo-value. Clo-value in the workplaces with AC tends to show a higher value compared to naturally ventilated building. Clo-value for female is also higher than male. In general, AC usage in the office was higher than in factories and homes. Females tends to use more AC than Males. These differences reflect variety of socioeconomic and cultural aspects in public and private in Indonesia.

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam menulis narasi fiksional melalui media kartu kunci pada siswa sekolah menengah atas di suatu sekolah negeri di Kulisusu Barat, Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan pada kelas X. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada pembelajaran menulis narasi fiksional partisipan lebih efektif menggunakan media kartu kunci dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran menulis narasi fiksional tanpa menggunakan media kartu kunci. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil paired samples test skor pra-tes dan pasca-tes yang menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Perubahan skor dari pra-tes ke pasca-tes lebih tinggi dengan peningkatan sebesar 10.46. Kata Kunci: Kartu kunci; kemampuan; menulis; narasi fiksional

To maximize the opportunities for the small–medium scale ruminant feed industry, it is necessary to manage production planning properly, so efficiency and effectiveness are achieved by making excellent and safe feed products at the lowest cost. This study models integrating production planning with feed formulations, both with the ability to supply materials and demand for feed products that consider variations in the source of feed raw materials. The research used a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) planning model, and the output produced a mathematical model of production planning that is relevant to the planning period horizon. The model helped make optimal decisions as to what and how much to produce and then save in a monthly period. Then it determined what and how many products are currently produced. The results showed that by using an optimization model developed with existing parameters in the cooperative, it was determinable that during the production planning period in January 2022, the dairy cattle concentrate was around 300 tons, which was distributed to agent 1 as much as 70% and to agent 2 as much as 30%. Beef cattle concentrate was 350 tons, which was distributed to agent 1 as much as 65% and to agent 2 as much as 35%, with a total profit of IDR Rp.348 million. Sensitivity analysis shows that a 10–30% change in product prices would affect the amount of beef concentrate production but would not change the production of dairy cattle concentrate.

Abstrak Pemulung sampah adalah warga yang terpinggirkan dalam peta ekonomi, sosial, dan politik. Lalu bagaimana upaya mereka agar bisa merangsek ke tengah peta? Tulisan ini mengulas bagaimana para pemulung sampah di TPAS Karangrejo Kota Metro mengonsolidasi kapital sosial bersama para stakeholders terkait, termasuk dosen IAIN Metro, Walhi, perusahaan, dan Pemerintah Daerah. Tulisan ini bersumber dari kegiatan PAR (participatory action research) yang merupakan sebuah kegiatan pengabdian dan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh dosen IAIN Metro kepada warga pemulung anggota sebuah paguyuban di TPAS Karangrejo. Potret yang dideskripsikan meliputi bagaimana mereka mengorganisir diri, menciptakan alat-alat produksi, lalu meningkatkan nilai tambah atas produk-produk mereka. Tujuannya adalah bagaimana mereka berdaya di hadapan rentenir sekaligus meningkatkan taraf hidup. Ujung tulisan ini mengupas sejauh apa mereka berdaya, juga apa peluang dan tantangan yang mereka hadapi. Kata kunci: Kapital Sosial, Pemulung Sampah, dan TPAS Karangrejo. Abstract Waste pickers are frequently marginalized in economic, social, and political maps. So how do they try to get to the center of the map? This research-based paper reviews how waste pickers in TPAS Karangrejo Metro City consolidate their social capital with relevant stakeholders, including the lecturers of State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Metro, WALHI, companies, and local government. The writing of this paper is based on participatory action research in which the community empowerment and research were both conducted in the same time by a lecturers team of IAIN Metro for the waste pickers in TPAS Karangrejo. The portraits described include how they organize themselves, create the means of production, and then increase the added value of their products. The goal is how they are empowered in the presence of moneylenders while improving living standards. In general, the goal of a policy is to achieve public welfare through regulations made by the government. Regulations are generally made because they are required to regulate the interests of the communities. Salt is an important commodity demanded by the people in Indonesia. In adition, Indonesia is a country with the second longest coastline in the world; therefore, it has a potential to produce salt and achieve self-sufficiency. However, the national salt production has not been able to meet the demand for salt, especially in meeting the needs for industrial salt. To overcome this problem, the government issued a policy of procuring salt through imports with the hope that industrial needs are met and simultaneously domestic salt production can be increased. The objective of this paper is to analyze the effectiveness of the government policies related to salt by adopting the Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) approach. Data and information were obtained through focus group discussions with relevant stakeholders and literature studies analyzed using the RIA approach. The results of this study concluded that the salt policies in Indonesia, especially related to the policy of salt imports, has not been effective. Strategies and corrective actions must be taken so that they can be optimally effective. Strategies that can be carried out include improving the import salt trade system through strengthening the data collection system, monitoring the running of local salt businesses and enforcing laws. The combination between improving the quality of salt produced by the local farmers and guaranteeing the salt prices at the farmer level will accelerate the achievement of the policy objectives. The Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) was declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020. The main pandemic countermeasure with physical distancing and limitation to travel heavily damaged the airline industry around the world, which slumps the direct revenue to the company. Hence, the industry should utilize this tight cash flow and the volatility business due to high operating costs and the high cost of labor. This situation could be worsening to the various national carrier in Asia already performs poorly far before COVID-19. Therefore, this research will predict the bankruptcy of four national airline companies in regional Asia using a modified version of Altman Z Score and Zmijewski Model. This research will show the current and future condition of financial performance in each company. Those National Airlines, namely PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk. (IHSG: GIAA), Singapore Airlines Ltd. (SGX: CL6), Thai Airways International (BKK: THAI), and Eva Air (TPE:2618). This study's results indicate financial distress and possibly to be bankrupt for two national airlines company, especially in Garuda Indonesia and Thai Airways, compared to other selected national airlines. Thus, those financial distress companies should carefully allocate remaining assets, liquidate the unproductive entities, and perform a company reconstruction to avoid bankruptcy in the future. Bank BTPN has a unique program called Daya aiming to grow the business of its MSME customers by giving free regular and systematic business trainings. The question is how effective is the Daya program in improving the business of its MSME customers. The effectiveness is shown by comparing business performances of participating MSME customers with non-participating ones. The study had been undertaken in 12 BTPN working areas by surveying 545 numbers of participants and 111 numbers of non-participants. The results showed that the Daya program had a positive direct impact on MSMEs' business variables such as turnover, operational cost and customers' business growth index (CBGI), especially at the micro-enterprises category. Indirectly, the trainings also have a good impact on MSME's family and environment reflected by changes in household expenditure (family) and number of employees (environment). Finally, the Daya program's has improved the quality of business practices of participating MSMEs in the aspects of managing finance, marketing, sales, human resources, operations and soft-skills. Ekonomi Islam adalah sistem ekonomi Islam yang menyangkut pengaturan kegiatan ekonomi dalam masyarakat berdasarkan cara atau metode Islam. Sistem merupakan keseluruhan yang kompleks, yakni suatu susunan hal atau bagian yang saling berhubungan, sedangkan ilmu adalah pengetahuan yang dirumuskan secara sistematis. Jadi sistem adalah setiap peraturan yang lahir dari pandangan dunia atau aqidah tertentu yang berfungsi untuk memecahkan dan mengatasi problem hidup manusia, menjelaskan bagaimana cara pemecahan, memelihara serta mengembangkannya. Ekonomi Islam memiliki suatu kerangka pemikiran (frame of thought) yang khas, dengan tujuan khas, dan salah satu bagian dari keluasan dan kesempurnaan konsepsi Islam sebagai sarana untuk mengimplementasikan tujuan kesejahteraan hidup umat manusia. Dalam hal ini institusi perbankan sebagai perlindungan untuk kesejateraan hidup manusia, sedangkan akad murabahah sebagai suatu cara manusia menggunakan akalnya untuk bertransaksi mengolah hartanya agar mencapai keuntungan yang diperoleh sebagai pendapatannya yang berkah sesuai dengan syariah sehingga mendapat ridha Allah swt.

Bila kita lihat Ekonomi Islam suatu perekonomian yang melandasi dalam pelaksaanannya yang bersifat adil, lebih berpihak pada ekonomi kerakyatan. Mengapa demikian dalam ekonomi Islam adalah perekonomian yang membuat semua sejahtera dan tidak merusak lingkungan sekitarnya. Perkembangan ekonomi dan bisnis syariah di Indonesia maupun di dunia ini yang semakin pesat, mempunyai konsekuensi terhadap pemenuhan akan kebutuhan SDM Syariah. Khususnya di Indonesia, perkembangan ekonomi syariah ditandai oleh perkembangan bisnis lembaga keuangan syariah seperti bank umum syariah- bank muamalat Indonesia, bank syariah mandiri, bank syariah mega Indonesia- unit usaha syariah bank konvensional, BPRS, BMT, Takaful, pegadaian syariah, dll, baik dilihat dari total assetnya maupun jumlah pembiayaan yang diberikan. Tidak banyak yang dikemukakan dalam Al Quran, dan hanya prinsip-prinsip yang mendasar saja. Karena alasan-alasan yang sangat tepat, Al Quran dan Sunnah banyak sekali membahas tentang bagaimana seharusnya kaum Muslim berprilaku sebagai produsen, konsumen dan pemilik modal, tetapi hanya sedikit tentang sistem ekonomi. Sebagaimana diungkapkan dalam pembahasan diatas, ekonomi dalam Islam harus mampu memberikan kesempatan seluas-luasnya kepada setiap pelaku usaha. Selain itu, ekonomi syariah menekankan empat sifat, antara lain: 1. Kesatuan (unity), 2. Keseimbangan (equilibrium), 3. Kebebasan (free will) 4. Tanggungjawab (responsibility). Manusia sebagai wakil (khalifah) Tuhan di dunia tidak mungkin bersifat individualistik, karena semua (kekayaan) yang ada di bumi adalah milik Allah semata, dan manusia adalah kepercayaannya di bumi. Untuk itu yang dilakukan dalam Ekonomi Islam selalu berorientasi pada kepentingan masyarakat kecil atau selalu yang menyentuh pada bidang pembangunan ekonomi kerakyatan yaitu bagaimana masyarakat bisa aktif dapat meningkatkan penghasilannya.

This research aimed at analyzing student misconceptions about Newton's Laws through Four-Tier Newtonian Test (FTNT). The research involved 30 students (15 boys and 15 girls, whose ages were middling of 16 years-old) at one of Senior High School in Bandung, Indonesia. The data were analyzed through mixed methods. Based on the quantitative analysis, the highest percentage of student misconceptions through four-tier test was 66% and through two-tier test was 100%. According to qualitative analysis, it was found student misconceptions about Newton's Laws. From the research, it can be concluded that FTNT can be used in analyzing student misconceptions on Newton's Laws concepts and more effective than using the two-tier test. Teachers or researchers can expand the concepts of Newton's Laws that are used in designing diagnostic test and developed for other physics concepts.
