As global environmental issues become increasingly prominent, the maritime industry faces an urgent imperative to curtail carbon emissions and mitigate environmental impact. Green marine alternative fuels are actively addressing these challenges. Global patent data are collected, and four sub-technologies of green fuel technologies in the maritime field are extracted based on Natural Language Processing. To evaluate the innovation trends and evolutionary paths of these technologies, the Main Path Analysis is employed to identify the evolution path of technologies and the evolution situation of major innovative entities, while the Social Network Analysis was used to present the results visually. These four sub-technologies (Hydrogen & Fuel Cell, Methanol & Ethanol, Ammonia, and LNG & LPG) have occupied the mainstream of fuel technology in maritime over the past five years, with 34.6% of patents, 38.3% of patent citations, and 93.9% of technological influence, accounting for 27.4%, 20.5%, 16.7% and 44.3%, respectively. Ammonia, and Hydrogen & Fuel Cell are springing up like mushrooms after rain, while the development of LNG & LPG, Methanol & Ethanol is relatively mature. Each of these technologies showcases distinct developmental paradigms. We elaborated on developmental paradigms and future research priorities of each technology in the conclusion. In addition, new technological opportunities are also created through the cross-fertilization of technologies. In particular, integrated systems for hydrogen production, storage, and combustion on LNG ships, and maritime hybrid power systems driven by ammonia and hydrogen have opened a new window for the green development of maritime fuels. • Four green fuel technologies account for 93.9% of maritime fuel technological influence in the past five years. • Hydrogen & Fuel Cell and Ammonia rapidly expand, while LNG & LPG and Methanol & Ethanol are relatively mature. • This study details the unique development paradigms and future research priorities for each technology. • Hydrogen systems on LNG ships and hybrid ammonia-hydrogen maritime power open new avenues for green fuel development. Real-time and high-precision water level monitoring is crucial for the fields of hydrology, hydraulic engineering, and disaster prevention and control. The most prevalent method for measuring water level is through the use of water level gauges, which can be costly and have limited coverage. In recent years, Global Navigation Satellite System Reflectometry (GNSS-R) technology has emerged as a promising approach for water level monitoring due to its low cost and high coverage. However, a limitation of current GNSS-R technology is the extended time required to record signals, which hinders its potential for real-time application. This paper introduces a novel real-time water level monitoring method based on GNSS dual-antenna attitude measurement and develops a model to invert water level based on baseline vector. This method uses double-difference observations to eliminate errors caused by various factors, such as satellite and receiver clock, and ionospheric and tropospheric delay. To avoid the impact of detecting and correcting cycle slips during real-time operations, a single-epoch calculation method is introduced. In order to verify the stability and reliability of our method, field tests were carried out at Dongshahe Station in Beijing. We obtained water level data with a time resolution of 1 Hz through field experiments. Experimental data collected from 12 May to 8 June 2022 and from 4 July to 8 August 2022 showed good agreement with on-site water gauge measurements, with root mean square errors of 2.77 cm and 2.54 cm, respectively. Neural stem cells (NSCs) in the spinal cord hold great potential for repair after spinal cord injury (SCI). The ependyma in the central canal (CC) region has been considered as the NSCs source in the spinal cord. However, the ependyma function as NSCs after SCI is still under debate. We used Nestin as a marker to isolate potential NSCs and their immediate progeny, and characterized the cells before and after SCI by single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq). We identified two subgroups of NSCs: the subgroup located within the CC cannot prime to active NSCs after SCI, while the subgroup located outside the CC were activated and exhibited the active NSCs properties after SCI. We demonstrated the comprehensive dynamic transcriptome of NSCs from quiescent to active NSCs after SCI. This study reveals that Nestin+ cells outside CC were NSCs that activated upon SCI and may thus serve as endogenous NSCs for regenerative treatment of SCI in the future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this paper, a novel design of electromagnetic side sealing is proposed to further promote its realization in the field of TRSC. Based on the liquid metal flow under the magnetic field, the magnetic induction intensity for side sealing was obtained. The simulation model of the electromagnetic side sealing is established to research the influence of parameters on the electromagnetic force. The physical simulation experiment is carried out to verify and supplement the model. Then a new type of electromagnetic side sealing structure with improved solenoid coil is designed.
